    I ordered 2 pizza and choco cake from swiggy on 18th aug 2022 . Received small dead animal or huge insect from Coco cake. I complain swiggy they said they will give 50rs coupon 🥺🥺. How rude they are . So I shared the pics to my reporter friend . He said he will publish this news and help me to aware people

        I have purchase KFC chicken through Swiggy and paid 700+ for the same. Received the 8 pieces with excess salt and raised a complaint with Swiggy and they are providing only 154/- as compensation. I have visited kfc restaurant for the solution and they have denied and said that if the product delivered through swiggy then they can't provide any service or refund/replace. The entire 8 pieces was thrown at KFC 09 panchkula infront of outlet manager as they denied the service. as a customer who will bear the loss ? I have wasted my time / money for this and harassments too. needs support . reachout me @ [protected]/[protected]@gmail.com

          I placed order for Biryani and app shows delivery time ~40min. I called restaurant after sometime and they confirmed order is ready. I called delivery partner, he was on the way (away).
          I had a chat and spoke with SWIGGY helpline. They was arrogant and said if you want to cancel order then confirm. I said okay but then they said, i have to bear cancellation chargers i.e. full order amount because i asked to cancel order before delivery time.
          My point is simple if you said 40min and order is ready in 10min at restaurant then why my food should take long to deliver. Ideally it should be delivered early if it is ready. SWIGGY takes some amount from restaurant as well as from customer then why not they can deliver early?

            I placed an order for 3quantities of paneer on the 18th august.I have received them now amd they all are expiring within a day's time that is 20th august.

            Ita no good to me as I dont use dairy products just on their expiry date and at the max i will be able to use one pack in 2days...

            Just take them back, replace or refund.

            Never dare to send such expire eatable products to yhe customer's.Don't play with their life's to rob their money.

            I need this to actioned on priority.

                I haven ordered bbq box yesterday right and got totally cold kebabs and dish which is unexpected can you eat kebabs cold or any dish if you are investing 1082 for food would you tolerate this type of behaviour sir want refund already written 1 time and writing second time i am very much disappointed as swiggy is denying refund they are saying there is no option telling lie

                      Swiggy provided cold freezing food when requested to replace or refund they didn’t gave any response say first to chat at their platform then mail and wait for 24 hours and we pay at the spot and they don’t help us in meantime so why does they don't help

                        Hi, This complaint is regarding an order that I have ordered via the Swiggy app. The delivery partner Mahendra Singh first did not contact and then straightway cancelled my order.
                        When I called him up, after getting a message on the app, he mentioned that he had called multiple times and also mentioned that the Swiggy customer care had also called me. Moreover he cancelled my order without my consent.
                        However, I did not get a single call. In case they had called me, then the missed call alert feature will also state that, but I did not get any message on my JIO registered number - [protected].
                        Moreover, when I started chatting on the swiggy chat app, Mr Ayan, did not take heed of my complaint and started talking about that I have to pay the complete charge. he kept on repeating the same message like a repeater parrot.
                        I want to complain both about the delivery partner and the customer service team.

                          I ordered some donuts and cake from swiggy in ohris restaurant kukatpally, Hyderabad.
                          The food items which I got were expired with worst quality and packaging.
                          I initiated a chat with swiggy.com and their response was we will get back to you after you mail to swiggy, we will check and get back to you like that.
                          I faced the same issue with same restaurant in the past the items were missing and the response was we will check and get back but never got a response.
                          I'm not able to upload the images in the your portal if you provide and mail I would share it there.

                                      This company is only running a fraud bcz i[censored]re a new user to swiggy, they will not refund you whatsoever. I had ordered veg fried rice nd received non veg item which took my health on a toss, I had an upset stomach for a week nd I could not eat anything else. When I demanded my entire amount back, all they did was issue a coupon of 84/- which is highly stupid bcz I'm a vegetarian nd received non veg. I would not recommend anybody ordering from swiggy or zomato bcz they both r the same. Plz refund me in full back to source bcz I'll not accept this as a compensation. Not just this, all they're sending me is tht they'll forward this feedback to the restaurant, I don't hv to deal with that, u keep doing whatever u wish, just refund me the amount back nd I'll close the account with u.                                         I made a payment of 744 to swiggy on 14 August 9:26 PM. The amount got debited but order was not placed so I again paid 744 and placed the order. I instantly went to chat support and was told that amount will be credited in my source account in 2 hours as the payment was not received by swiggy. Its been more than 24 hours now. When I went to chat support again, the guy told me that refund has been processed and I need to contact bank. I contacted my bank via call and they asked for ARN number. Swiggy support team told me that they can provide RRN number. What shoyld I fo with this RRN number when the bank is asking for ARN number. Also the bank has clearly stated
                                        “ We hereby inform you that the transaction initiated by you is a successful transaction at our end.

                                        Hence request you to please check the same with the beneficiary bank as the funds may be lying at their end.
