Hello sir, my name is Yanamala narsingrao, my swiggy id is 2062027, it is been temporarily deactivated 3 days back still not activated yet, kindly reopen it sir...

Today we ordered Daal Makhani using swiggy, we looked at ratings of 4 star of the restaurant named "Srinidhi Veg". The food was delivered, as soon we opened the packages they were clearly smelling with foul smell of expired/gone bad daal makhani.
We called up restaurant and they indirectly accepted it was old left over food delivered. When asked for my money they said to contact swiggy.
When i am trying to contact swiggy only...

I ordered fish recently from Swiggy. And the fish delivered was so bad. It was completely spoiled and stinky. We know how dangerous stale meet could be. Raised concern to Swiggy customer care. They are giving me 70 rs refund. Expected them to take proper action against the vendor and provide full refund. Complete cheating by Swiggy. I was a regular customer of Swiggy and today they lost one....

I'm not satisfied with my ID deactivation, whenever an order gets cancelled your company blocked or deactivate my ID this not fare. And after this they give a reason that I'm using multiple persons for login. Please resolve it contact me or do something good for me. DE ID 1670141 Namaste !...

I hav taken swiggy membership but seems swiggy fooling customer by charging overpricing menus n unnesassary packing charges which is not levied wen u order directly from hotel.
It's swiggy charging almost 35% over priced menus to customer .
See d vast difference in menu of bon bon bakers (aliganj) i hav just placed order...

I ordered food items through Swiggy. Four items were ordered, but I received only two of them. Bill value was 380 and in that (230 + Tax) worth items were not delivered. I tried to order few items in swiggy on 10/07/22 from a local restaurant in my area (AIROLI, NAVIMUMBAI). selected the items and added them to cart. the total payable amount ( including tax and they have added a delivery fee also to it ) is Rs 431/-

Placed a swiggy instamart order on 4th July. It was scheduled order. I had to cancel the order so i contacted customer care and the agent at that time told me that the refund for whole amount (338) has been successfully initiated. Today (7th July) i contacted customer care again to get an update on refund but now i'm being told i have been charged 100% cancellation charge. Swiggy is no1 fraud app. They take money for food and deleviers stale food. And after complaining for the same they say write email and we will get back to you within 10 hours after 10 hours they reply we will pass feedback to resturant
It's totally waste of money I have tried so many times to talk to them but they always say we will pass feedback
Please help me in proper way it's very frustrating...

Last night I've placed an order on swiggy instamart amounting rs 1144. Delivery time slot was between 8-9pm. I've received my order around after 8:30pm where delivery boy behaved to me very rudely first.

Restaurant Krazzy for Waffle. I ordered 3 Red velvet waffles for 350 rs in total. I was tracking the delivery boy and saw he wasn't moving for more than 30 minutes. 1 hour passed but nobody came. After that it was showing delivered. Tried calling delivery boy several times but call didn't connect.
