I'd ordered chicken via swiggy on 25 oct 2018 and made payment. For half hour they kept showing updates of my order on their app and then i get a call saying that they don't have chicken and will send veg sandwich instead. I told them i want only chicken. They cancelled my order saying that i will get refund within 2-4 days and also received message saying same.
I had chat with them on their app on 30th oct 2018 and they said due to weekend, it could not be processed and i will get money within 2 days. Now on 1st nov 18, i sent message again, they are saying only coupon can be given back, in a way forcing me to buy something from them (Which is against my fundamental rights, i cannot be forced to eat something without my will) and saying they can't return money whatever i may say.
I have paid in rupees and i must get back rupees. I do not want coupon and i can not forced for the same. Secondly the response of swiggy, it's nothing but harassing the customer mentally. Forcing them to buy bad tasting food (Second order i made was the worst food i ever had, and i no more want to order via swiggy anything ever) against their will. I must get back my money
Swiggy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i need this isue solve as soon as possible or i want my money back.
