I'd ordered chicken via swiggy on 25 oct 2018 and made payment. For half hour they kept showing updates of my order on their app and then i get a call saying that they don't have chicken and will send veg sandwich instead. I told them i want only chicken. They cancelled my order saying that i will get refund within 2-4 days and also received message saying same.
I had chat with them on their app on 30th oct 2018 and they said due to weekend, it could not be processed and i will get money within 2 days. Now on 1st nov 18, i sent message again, they are saying only coupon can be given back, in a way forcing me to buy something from them (Which is against my fundamental rights, i cannot be forced to eat something without my will) and saying they can't return money whatever i may say.
I have paid in rupees and i must get back rupees. I do not want coupon and i can not forced for the same. Secondly the response of swiggy, it's nothing but harassing the customer mentally. Forcing them to buy bad tasting food (Second order i made was the worst food i ever had, and i no more want to order via swiggy anything ever) against their will. I must get back my money

    Disaster... Swiggy... Today i order dinner for myself at 9:03 pm and it is already 10:31. The restraunt has still not accepted my ordrr, the chat support seems to have dozzed off today, then one guy called saying i am standing at ur hotel gate, then we realised that he is standing about a kilometer away at inorbit mall bangalore, then again we called him, then he cancelled the order, then somebody else said i am at restraunt picking ur order and coming... Big #...!! This was my last order.

      My ordered no[protected] from hotel empirelocated at lakshmi narayan arcade, modi hospital road bangalore
      1. It took too much time to deliver the food it almost 45 min from theorder given time
      2. It also surprised me that wrong food was delivered i, e deep oily fried chicken instead of grilled chicken as per order
      3. It also imp to mention that food was packed in a paper bagehich doesn't have any indication of hotel name or logo that seems to be that food had brought from a local hotel
      Therefore you are requested to go through my complaint seriously at earliest possible

        02 days in a row swiggy has screwed up, resulting in a lot of embarrassment for me & my colleagues.
        There are some out station team members who have come to visit our mumbai office and hence we had ordered food via swiggy yesterday & again today.
        Post placing the order, yesterday, the delivery executive called me after 1 & half hour and told me he was unable to find my location. The again i got a call from the same executive, who assumed he had dialled a different number and said "he was delivering their food first on special request". All our guests had to leave without any food and the situation was utterly embarrassing.
        Again today we placed an order via swiggy. Similarly after 1 & half hour a got an sms that the order was delivered, but neither i got the order nor a call from the delivery executive. This was shocking. After wasting 20 minutes i could finally connect to the customer care number and upon making me wait further the customer rep informed me that there was an error and that the executive would reach my location in 02-03 minutes. This, after more than 02 hours of placing the order.
        Not done!!! This is absolutely unprofessional & pathetic on swiggy's part and i know no one is going to bother about this complaint either... But still i had to write it considering the embarrassment we had to face.

          Anas qureshi delivered a parcel on 31st october from mughlai kitchen to seva niketan. Oder no. [protected]. Delivery person's behavior was very objectionable. He has severe anger issues. Got in a huge fight with the authorities at the hostel. Cursed senior and old people. Made a very big drama of the incident. You should seriously consider firing him.

          I ordered my food on 7 pm nd it delivered on 9 pm. food gets cold we even cant eat that and full payment is made by credit card.
          i need this isue solve as soon as possible or i want my money back.

            Food delivered by swiggy s nt save since it was open nd the quantity was also less ... Staff behavior s nt gud ... Worst service ever .. nt preferable for best service... We had to through the food since we din knew it was good to hav the open packet nd the delivery boy also charged extra for delivery .. would definetly prefer nt to order food online ... The quantity s so less while delivering other website quantity s more

            I have ordered dal khichdi at 11:13pm. Location was traced by swiggy app itself. After 40 minuts delivery boy said we can't do deliver at your place. Delivery boy was very rood even he don't want to hear anything. I was hungry all night no one help me..I never expected this from swiggy.

              I ordered food from different location but selected my home address for the food to be delivered. Gps has detected my current location and now they are denying to deliver the food at my home address. I got a call from swiggy and they were arguing with me. They transferred me to some one senior called shard (Emp code - 981) he was totally dumb and even abusive. He was not ready to listen me and kept repeating his company policy. I want my refund along with the compensation for this whole situation as i waited for an hour for the food which was actually not delivered to me.

                Today i riding my scooter your swiggy person is also riding close to me some 2 girls crossing with scooter i stop my scooter and then they start chatting rudely with me tere baap ka raaj hai kya and many bad words i also told him don't drive too close but they continue their abuse...                 The food ordered was not of that good taste n quality the chicken was spoiled... n this is the danger for our health please take strict action against it ... i had paid a very big amount for the order n such a cheap quality of food then it is not good for the customers .
                the solution for this problem is that i want my money back .
                This is my complaint against, Non delivery of my food order no [protected], waiting after one hour thirty minutes, false promising of delivering food order by Swiggy..Disgusting service from Swiggy and very poor and pathetic standard, Bad day for us today, whole family faced problems because of Swiggy and very bad responsibility.
                I waited for my food I ordered through swiggi app. I waited for 50 min after which swiggi app shows food delivered, but I haven't received. The delivery boy' phone is switched off. I tried calling swiggi customer service, but they also didn't provide any solution

                  This with reference to the food ordered through Swiggy from a restaurant Heathy Kitchen bearing order number [protected] on 29 October 2018. We ordered a Veg Caesar Salad and a Veg Mushroom soup. The salad that was sent was Chicken Caesar Salad. Eating chicken is against my religion and has caused me a lot of grief and mental agony.

                  I called Swiggy to replace the order or refund the amount. One Mr. Faraz Mohammed authorised representative of Swiggy informed that he cannot replace the order or refund the amount and we need to eat what has been offered. Rather than being apologetic, he said we can do what we want but he is not going to help is in either way.

                  Please look into the needful. An organisation as large as Swiggy needs to be more professional with the services they provide rather than causing mental trauma to the consumer and hurting their religious beliefs.

                  I ordered in a restaurant from my credit card but they cancelled it and charged me also . I am cheated by this service, they charge me and then tell me return my money back later . They are a total fraud and left me hungry .
                  I had ordered fries from The J Ghatkopar outlet through swiggy which is hardly 5-10 minutes from place and it had been 1.5 yet the order hadn’t arrived and moreover payment was made online. Hence the company refund the amount paid

                    Our order [protected] was delivered 26.10.18 against order.
                    1) we ordered 3 items.
                    2) after unpacking of item "crispy baby corn" we found the item is totally burned or over fried.
                    3) we contacted the person who has deliver the food.
                    4) he has refused to help in the matter because the items pertain to hotel.
                    5) he has not even given the number to be contacted in swiggy.
                    6) by packing box we found contact no restaurant.
                    7) talked with owner he has accepted & agreed to replace the order but he has told to lodge a complaint to you.
                    8) either food to be replaced or our payment to be refunded.
                    9) you should not include such type of hotel who deliver poor quality food.
                    10) your team should be cooperative for replacement or refund.

                      I ordered "mughlai paratha" on swiggy app at around 10:30 pm. I called the delivery executive to deliver the food as soon as possible. The delivery guy called me back after sometime and informed that the item was not available with the restaurant.. He even let me speak to the restaurant and the restaurant confirmed the unavailibility. I was asked to cancel my order and i did so to look for the same item from other restaurants. I got none other than the same restaurant. It seems to me fishy. As it's happened earlier also - not making the food available and if i press on, the same food is delivered. So the second time i put the same item as order from the same restaurant. But this time again i got multiple phone calls from awiggy and the delivery executive regarding unavailability of the ordered item. They pressed on to me to cancel the order (You can check the recorded phone calls on swiggy).
                      My qyis that - if the item is not available, was there any point to allure me to stick to the restaurant just because it was closer and my sister was hungry?
                      I want you take strongest actions against swiggy regarding this matter although the item was very less in money.
                      I am also going to circulate this issue along with previous issues to file a proper case against swiggy.

                        I received order but the food is not fresh and even the lacking is also unpacked. Also the food is not hot and I have a doubt on delivery executive because he was not on restaurant in entire duration. Customer service is saying food is preparing and delivery boy says it has been picked up they are not clear in themselves. Also after delivering food the executive dint submit the status

                          I am muskan tulsian, age 20 from hyderabad city. I’ve order food online from swiggy. I ordered butter paneer and they send butter chicken. I didn’t know about that and i ate half of it. I realised that and asked my maid if it’s chicken and she said that it was chicken. I being a vegetarian and eating chicken is something i will be ashamed of all my life. I’ve brushed thrice and faced mental agony. I’m not able to eat anything thinking about that chicken what i ate. I want to register a consumer complaint against swiggy as i tried talking to their department people and they aren’t responding properly. I didn’t not even expect such kind of services from swiggy being such a big company and being negligent and also not responding properly to the grievance faced by their customers.

                            I am a supreme customer and yet no help was offeted. The swigggy delivery boy refused to deliver my food and when i reached out to the executive over chat, he/she completely ignored my complaint and did not do anything except a refund. I did not get my food for lunch. I have uninstalled the app and have no intentions of installing it again as i feel swiggy just doesn't care about customer service.

                              Last month i ordered from swiggy rs 1000+ but got order with missing iteams, yesterday made order again recived missing iteams, so call on customer care but did not got any fruitful solution for me and denied to refund my money. What should i do now. When i tried to mail them, they replied just sorry will do something. No body is doing anything and swiggy is making online fraud with people daily. Anybody has to take to serious action again these type of fraud

                                I ordered maggi last night
                                Mentioned in the special instructions that i got a allergy with mushrooms
                                Called support team also told them the same
                                They told me that they have cross checked with the restaurant that it is without mushrooms
                                But they got mushrooms in it
                                I have got allergy and health issues after having it
                                I have all the required proofs and pictures and i am going to file a complaint against the restaurant and you guys

                                  This is my complaint against my order no #[protected]. I have placed order at 7.40pm this evening, not received, waiting after one hour thirty minutes, but we canceled our order and asked for refund. Such bad experience we never ever faced it, no food!!!
                                  Most disgusting! Swiggy has no professionalism and very poor standard
                                  And also no response from you!
                                  It’s very bad and very poor standard company for city like mangalore.!
                                  No responsibility..! Not bothering the customer! Till now i have not received any response.
                                  This bad experience i am going to present at our engineers association shortly. And it will be awareness to our members of association.

                                    We placed an order through Swiggy. Order No: [protected]. Having paid online, our account got debited with the 425 rs, and we got a message from swiggy saying our order has been placed.
                                    We waited over 45 mins for the order, but after no details we contacted the customer care for help. There we are informed that not only did Swiggy not place the order, but hasn't even sent us a notification. So here we are after 45 mins with no food and lost our money and with a customer care executive who says that she is "educating" us as to how we the order wasn't placed.
                                    Not only was this service bad but the customer help was horrible. I will never use nor recommend Swiggy to anyone ever again. Horrible Service.

                                      I order Veg Hyderabadi biryani (in the menu it shows a green dot), instead the restaurant sent me Chicken biryani. Since i am pure vegetarian, it is purely evil to deliver something wrong and then they cannot initiate a return. I complained about it but they did not give me any refund. This is fraud. I will make it sure that no one orders from swiggy.

                                        Order has been confirmed at 01:25 PM but it was mentioned as ORDER RECEIVED till 02:30 PM. When i chat, there is no response and when i call customer care. He is saying that the transaction got failed and how arrogance he is. The amount will get refunded within 48 Hrs. And he did not feel that SWIGGY made a mistake. When the LIVE ORDER TRACKING system says ORDER CONFIRMED and i received message from my bank that the amount has been debited. Why the hell is it not delivered.
                                        How can a customer care executive speak so arrogance. Not even regret that what has happened.
                                        This is not the first i am complaining about Bangalore SWIGGY. You can check the track record. When i am not getting any issue in Chennai, why is it only in Bangalore.
                                        You are going to loose the customers in a big way and thats for sure.

                                        Only money minded. Why have you come for service then??
