It is really disgusting to note that on nov 30, 2018 i ordered food in swiggy through order number [protected] at 10pm but food did not get delivered, till 11pm, wr had sugar patients at home and they asked to reorder with some other hotel, so i again ordered believing swiggy with order number[protected] at 11pm.. Till 12dey did not deliver the food, feding up i called the customer care and quaralled, again they apologised the same. My parents are sugar patients and at midnight without food it was horrible because of swiggy, apart from not delivering food, the account got debited which is not yet refunded to my account even after 3months, i need a proper reply along with the answer for all the worries we had on the day without food along with the reason for not processing refund for 3months,
