I ordered food while returning from office and while trying to guide the delivery guy he was not listeningthe delivery guy was extremely rude when tried to direct regarding navigation and insulted me in the middle of the when i repeatedly tried to direct him he just ignored and kept arguing regarding the same about being on the correct way. Order number [protected]. I demand the person to apologise to me directly... There is no options for complaining in the app.
He is messaging me on whatsapp for no reason

    1. Order placed at 9:10.
    2. Cancellation process started by me at 9:11.
    3. Waited for support executive till 9:15 to respond.
    4. Any cancellation within 3 minutes should not be charged as informed to me by swiggy support.
    5. But this cancellation was being charged because though i started the cancellation process in time there was delay from swiggy understaffed support team.
    6. I was informed that either i will have to take the order or a high cancellation fee would be charged.
    7. Had to take the delivery of the parcel forcefully.
    Ordered at 10:57, 1st delivery guy reached restuarant and left after 30mins and was unavailable after. Again swiggy assigned 2nd delivery guy and again 3rd guy. After 2 hours I was told restuarant is closed. What the hell. 1st guy took the food and went home. Swiggy not taking any action, dependent on delivery guys and restuarant. #nosiggyanymore.

      Order i'd: [protected]. I ordered in swiggy on 06/06/19 @ 1.10pm and the payment of rs.417/-. The first transaction was failed.

      So i tried second time for same order amount rs.417/- and payment was successful. But due to delay delivery i have cancelled my order. This second order refund was credited into y account on 11/06/19.

      But still the first which was failed transaction amount is not yet credited back to my account.

      From past one month chat with swiggy and asking customer care contact number but they didn't given their number to call.

      Swiggy chat team simply said to check with source account. But source account (Icici bank) told need a mail confirmation from swiggy as not received my money.

      But chat team not ready to send a mail confirmation. Also not giving customer care contact number.

      Very very worst support from swiggy.
      I feel very bad as following swiggy from one month before onwards.

        (1) durgapur branch does not have proper order. Fast problem.
        (2) durgapur brunch manager does not use us as well.
        (3) we can not get payment at the right time.
        (4) working in this company, some lover can not see the deprivation that has taken money from the house, then what is the work being done after that

          Are you guys making me fool
          Is this is the service you provide to customers
          Swiggy eat money of customer is thus your company policy
          I received wrong order they sent me chili chicken lollipop and when i contacted agents they are dumb that they didn't help me
          When i am going to register complaint in police station you deleted my photos which i have sent so that i can't conpain
          I told them to connect with restaurant i will talk to them
          But your agents are so dump that they didn't even do that work
          Is this how swiggy works
          I hve wasted my money on that # i strictly the refund regarding the order
          I have to register complaint against your company in police station and consumer court

              I have made order on 6th July at 9:24 PM and it was expected to be delivered by 9:55 PM.
              I tried convincing swiggy executive that I won't pay you if you deliver food with delayed. Then they threaten me that you will be charge cancellation fee and above that they also threaten me by saying our executive can enter inside your house and they know how to get there money.
              This incident is really disappointing as we are trusting this app for getting our food delivered, not to get harm by there executives.

              I will request you to take some serious action against such incident and pls do me know what all information you will require to proceed further.

                I ordered food on the swiggy app.
                I used the preloaded address designated as home in the app.
                Everything was ok till the delivery executive called us.
                He had followed the route shown by swiggy app map and over shot a very prominent divert sign.
                He called us as he could not progress.
                We gave him directions and he followed partially.
                By that time, swiggy had re-routed and was showing the correct route.
                But the delivery executive did not follow this, he tried other routes by himself and finally got confused and went back.
                Then we got a call from Swiggy telling us that the executive does not want to deliver and told us that the order would be cancelled. By this time, more than an hour had elapsed and we insisted that we wanted to speak to a higher authority. This happened over two calls which together lasted above 30 minutes.
                The only request we made was to make an alternative arrangement to deliver the food. But they said that they had a different policy and refused. We too clearly told them that we would not accept cancelling the order.
                Then the call was over. After that the clear fraud happened . In order to save themselves we got a series of missed calls from Swiggy. The calls were cut so quickly that we could not attend even though we tried. Then we tried to call back but the call would not connect.
                Then we got a mail stating that the order was cancelled because we did not attend the executive's call.
                All calls have been recorded. We informed them that the call was being recorded.
                More that 90 minutes of our time wasted and food too was not delivered.

                  I ordered from swiggy on 29 june, worth rupees 145 but because of the wrong order placed, i cancelled it and contacted swiggy's customer care they said I'll get my refund in 2-4 working day, but i haven't received it yet it's been a week now, i tried calling and chatting with swiggy still they are saying 2-3 day, i don't trust swiggy, please resolve my issue.

                    I ordered 4 items through swiggy which was my 1st attempt. I received only three items and out of this one was very bad in quality worse than a street item. There was no response from the delivery boy, swiggy and restaurant. I felt insulted more than being cheated. I will never buy anything from this cheater swiggy and i will try my best to spread this message

                      Hello team,

                      I have ordered food at 11:05 pm yesterday and got delivered at 12:10 am.

                      Distance of the restaurant from my office is not even 1km.

                      I discussed the same with the delivery guy and he told that swiggy company adding 3-4 orders at a time that why its getting delayed.

                      My point is then why the hell swiggy says online when you ordered that your order get deliver in 25-30 mins.

                      Kindly dont make customers fool and just be genuine with the customers dont keep them hanging.

                        Hi i have ordered from swiggy with the offer running by them
                        The offere was googlepay 150 sbi,
                        As per the offer i get 150 cash back for each transactions but after ordering 3 transcations when i ask swiggy they close the chat without responding or endup saying it is third party offer

                        I have checked with googlepay they says that offer is avaulabke with google pay and they have no update with them.

                        As per the offer it is available with swiggy and they have to react and resolve'

                        Swiggy Team is soooo irresponsible that they are force closing the chat window if we ask the problem...do u really think that we waste our time chatting with u guys... teach ur exceutive to slove the problems not to escape from those...i will definetly write to CEO on this

He called me for askinng a route nd i talk so calmly bt he continuesly blaberrinng nd nt going to listen nd again nd again asked me that i can hear properly or not?.. He also told me why you talk when i talk..# im guiding you to the route nd if you dont wanna listen then y t[censored] called me..? He was saying im on this shop.. I said tell d area name nt by shop i can identify whr t[censored] r nw bt he was shwinn me attitude nd cut the call..!! This is the customer service swiggy is providing us they took psycho delivery executives nd give them job jst like that without testing dat evn he is capable fr this typ of customer service related jobs or nt.. Such a mess swiggy is!! I ll never order again from swiggy!! I want dat strict action should be taken against dat delivery guy as soon as possible!!

                            When i order in swiggy, every time i am missing some paise. I couldn't get any accountancy for this.
                            Can you please justice us by let us know accountancy or return my paise. Not only to me, they should return to all users. Please check my attached image for reference.

                            Idli 35 + delivery fee 35 + restaurant fee 1.75 = toatl 72. Where is my 25 paise.

                              Please note that on 2nd june 19 my account was debited for inr 860/- payment order #[protected]. I received a message from swiggy and still have the message "your payment for order #[protected] was not completed. Any amount if debited from bank will get refunded withing 5-7 days.

                              Till date this has not been refunded. I think swiggy appy is quite shady if this is the picture.
                              I ordered my food and your delivery boy is fooling around after picking my order.. He is on the other way... What the hell is going on with you idiots... I am going to sue this company for letting me hungry... You all are making fun o[censored]s...
                              All food in polybags fell it is worth eating, it has not taken money, now it will ruin all the food ...On the sweegy app, you should include that compliant ?

                                Hi this is vijay, today i ordered burgers from burger king via swiggy, the delivery boy has marked the order delivered, but then i haven't received my order, i spoke to many swiggy executives about this, none took an action against it, the delivery boy says the order has been cancelled by burger king hence he will not be able to deliver the order, which is not at all fair, i want to make a serious complaint on swiggy for taking 206 rupees and did not deliver the order, the executive agents are hopeless they are not even bothered because it was not their money, i simply lost my hard earned money of 206 rupees only because of swiggy, people please be aware of the scam that the swiggy and the delivery boy is making, be careful whenever you are using swiggy, i haven't faced any such experiences from zomato i have been ordering from zomato in a while, but swiggy, you can predict how hopeless they are, kindly take action against them, suchbtype of companies must be closed asap. This is not only my thought, but then many who would have lost their hard money just because paying to these fools. I will never order anything from swiggy anymore, try ordering from zomato always, else you will lose your hard earned money, why i'm saying this is because of the customer executive agent who did not have a faith on customers. I'm least bothered on money, but we should not encourage such scams in bangalore, being a bangalorean i want my customers to feel safe and not to get into such scams like me. I serious wanted to have burger, but no burger and money neither. Which is why india is still a developing country, this is only because of these people (Mainly swiggy) i wanted to make a aggressive complaint because i'm hurt to the core, i can let you know the name of the delivery person, but he begged me not to make any compliant as such against him, because he loses his job next moment if i tell his name, and he told me the mistake is from burger king and swiggy, and swiggy has to pay for it.

Payment was done online, but the order get cancelled itself, and on inquiring costumer care informed that their was some problem and your amount will be refunded in 3-4 business days. But my amount of 651 rupee is still not refunded. I have contacted several times on the help chat provided in swiggy app, but all of them making excuse, and saying you contact with your bank. I want my money back. Please help

They did not had the decency to call me or inform me that the money is going to be refunded. It's been more than 48 hrs they still did not refund the money..                                         I ordered (#[protected]) ice cream from nic natural hyderabad using swiggy and applied coupon code gpay150 on 29th june 2019 with the assurance of flat rs 150/- cashback which i haven't received so far. Attached is the chat conversation with swiggy executive where he assured that i will receive my cashback within 2-4 days which i haven't received till date. On asking him again about the status, he said sorry for the mishap but he can't help me in getting my money back. How unprofessional is this? They are telling me to connect with google pay rather than taking responsibility of what is being posted on their app. On asking further they just stopped the conversation thread. Thereby again showing an irresponsible and unprofessional attitude.
