3 days ago my payment for swiggy order was not completed. I have received a message from swiggy for refund. Now 3 days are gone and i am not received any reply of refund of my order. I want to know about refund of my order. Also whenever a payment is not completed then the refund of that order is never complete. This has happened to me for 2nd time of not receiving refund. Reply for my refund as soon as possible.

    It all happened on tuesday at sharp 11:27pm and it's nearly 9 days... When ever i contact their executive or through email... They simply say to wait for 24hrs... And after that they denied my problem by saying the money is already refunded but i have been gone through my bank account statement and even in my nearest bank branch but they money is yet not refunded... So i will wait for 2more days and then i will file a complaint against the company regarding their refund policy

      Dear swiggy team yesterday i order a rasmalai cake. The cake was not similar to the rasmalai cake. I oftenly buy cake from that shop (Parakh bakery) and the cake was different than rasmalai and also its taste is not much better. Cake main contain pav is very ordinary.. Its taste like simple ordinary pav cake with cream rather than soft rasmalai cake.. My friend face the same problem when she order cake from swiggy so i am very dissatisfied with ur service... Next time i'll never think about swigyy services whenever i want to order something.. I face this problem 2nd time.. So i will never refer u again... Yesterday my parents anniversary because o[censored] my plan was spoil.
      I am very disappointed.

        I have been to this starbucks and the coffee price is 250 including gst.
        However, on swiggy app they are charging gst on the maximum retail price and claming it to be a restaurant charge. This problem inflates when you order more products. Also, sometimes swiggy adds box and packaging charge as well as a restaurant charge when the same restaurant when you go to doesn’t charge a single paisa. Kindly check. Photo added for reference.

          getting repeated calls for no reason

          I don't own any restaurant nor do i manage any but i repeatedly get calls for orders confirmation for a restaurant. If someone has mistakenly inputted my number then what is my fault and i am getting harrassed by all this so please stop this. Every hour i am getting atleast 5-7 calls from their end and it's just and automated message.

          I have ordered from swiggy order id [protected]. After waiting for 1 hour my order has shown delivered though i did not have received it. This happened twice with me. And i tracked the delivery guy 5 min back and seems his location was showing in my area only. This is not at all acceptable.
          How can the delivery people mark the food has been delivered with out placing it. This app based people can simply add an otp system for that. Now after a long hour dis

            I submitted my shop natural mumbai kulfi full details on 28/5/2019 for tie up. But still my shop is not live in erode. Very worst experience ever. Daily i am calling to erode swiggy office there is no proper response from your side. I am totally disappointed with your performance. Atleast hereafter make help others shop while tie up. Please rectify our problem and take necessary steps to live our shop in erode.

              I have ordered food from swiggy every time there is an issue with a delivery boy... Sometimes they accept the order and fall sick on the way or met with an accident or there is an issue with the bikes. When I call & ask y u guys accept the order they say they cannot cancel it. & customer service agents shout in us & say that nothing can be done n disc the call... Also said to select the order from the nearest restaurant & if that is the case y we get the option to make an order... Pathetic experience with swiggy I suggest to go with any other food delivery app n remove swiggy...

                I have asked for providing me invoices for my orders. They are not providing me the same. Always asking for time and delaying the concern. I want those bills urgently i told them but they are not entertaining me. I asked them to give me a confirmation mail, they have refused to do so as well. It should not be like this. Invoices should be given to the customers as and when needed within 2 to 3 hrs of time.

                I tried reaching the no +[protected] however it is just gives the order status of current orders and there is no executive to attend the call for the same
                I've been receiving bad quality food whenever I order from swiggy ..It's been very often.. and there's not even a proper response from customer care

                  Complaint is regarding swiggy, as seen in attached screenshot, when i tried ordering from "aggarwal bikaneri sweets-sector 18" i got price of 1 kg "desi ghee motichoor laddu" as 190/-, i clicked the icon to continue ordering,

                  On moving inside i kept the quantity as 1kg (Which itself have rs.190 specified against it, as can be seen in screenshot), but total price came out to be 380, i want to know the reason for this variation, is this just a technique to attract the customer.

                    I ordered 2 subways from subways. The amount was approximately rs.295. As i didn't have change i explicitly mentioned in the instruction box to get change of rs.2000. I get a call of the delivery guy who is shouting at me that "it's not their job to get the change and just to deliver the food". He continued shouting despite me telling him to lower down his volume. I would not accept this typw of behavior. I'm a customer who asked for the food and to bring change, rather than being served food i was shouted at and was also asked the pay the cancellation fee for rs.147. Is this how you all want to represent yourself infront of all the people? I will take action by publically showing the absurd behavior with which i was treated. After cancelling the order the delivery guy was at my house with food and again had the audacity to say that he still hadn't got change. If i would have had been able to pay by any other means i would have had done happily but i didn't. It's the job of your delivery assistants to bring change when clearly mentioned. I need an action against this. I will not accept being disrespected this way.

                      I placed order for south indian meals yesterday night from the new udupi bhavan, nagavara, bangalore. But i received nid meals instead. The order included everything outside the menu. Items not in nid as well. It was as if all the left overs in the hotel were packed and given.

                      Also i couldn't give this feedback to swiggy as there is only chatting option available for feedback in the website and i couldn't take photos.

                        I ordered food while returning from office and while trying to guide the delivery guy he was not listeningthe delivery guy was extremely rude when tried to direct regarding navigation and insulted me in the middle of the when i repeatedly tried to direct him he just ignored and kept arguing regarding the same about being on the correct way. Order number [protected]. I demand the person to apologise to me directly... There is no options for complaining in the app.

                          1. Order placed at 9:10.
                          2. Cancellation process started by me at 9:11.
                          3. Waited for support executive till 9:15 to respond.
                          4. Any cancellation within 3 minutes should not be charged as informed to me by swiggy support.
                          5. But this cancellation was being charged because though i started the cancellation process in time there was delay from swiggy understaffed support team.
                          6. I was informed that either i will have to take the order or a high cancellation fee would be charged.
                          7. Had to take the delivery of the parcel forcefully.
                          Ordered at 10:57, 1st delivery guy reached restuarant and left after 30mins and was unavailable after. Again swiggy assigned 2nd delivery guy and again 3rd guy. After 2 hours I was told restuarant is closed. What the hell. 1st guy took the food and went home. Swiggy not taking any action, dependent on delivery guys and restuarant. #nosiggyanymore.

                            Order i'd: [protected]. I ordered in swiggy on 06/06/19 @ 1.10pm and the payment of rs.417/-. The first transaction was failed.

                            So i tried second time for same order amount rs.417/- and payment was successful. But due to delay delivery i have cancelled my order. This second order refund was credited into y account on 11/06/19.

                            But still the first which was failed transaction amount is not yet credited back to my account.

                            From past one month chat with swiggy and asking customer care contact number but they didn't given their number to call.

                            Swiggy chat team simply said to check with source account. But source account (Icici bank) told need a mail confirmation from swiggy as not received my money.

                            But chat team not ready to send a mail confirmation. Also not giving customer care contact number.

                            Very very worst support from swiggy.
                            I feel very bad as following swiggy from one month before onwards.

                                    I have made order on 6th July at 9:24 PM and it was expected to be delivered by 9:55 PM.
                                    I tried convincing swiggy executive that I won't pay you if you deliver food with delayed. Then they threaten me that you will be charge cancellation fee and above that they also threaten me by saying our executive can enter inside your house and they know how to get there money.
                                    This incident is really disappointing as we are trusting this app for getting our food delivered, not to get harm by there executives.

                                    I will request you to take some serious action against such incident and pls do me know what all information you will require to proceed further.

                                      I ordered food on the swiggy app.
                                      I used the preloaded address designated as home in the app.
                                      Everything was ok till the delivery executive called us.
                                      He had followed the route shown by swiggy app map and over shot a very prominent divert sign.
                                      He called us as he could not progress.
                                      We gave him directions and he followed partially.
                                      By that time, swiggy had re-routed and was showing the correct route.
                                      But the delivery executive did not follow this, he tried other routes by himself and finally got confused and went back.
                                      Then we got a call from Swiggy telling us that the executive does not want to deliver and told us that the order would be cancelled. By this time, more than an hour had elapsed and we insisted that we wanted to speak to a higher authority. This happened over two calls which together lasted above 30 minutes.
                                      The only request we made was to make an alternative arrangement to deliver the food. But they said that they had a different policy and refused. We too clearly told them that we would not accept cancelling the order.
                                      Then the call was over. After that the clear fraud happened . In order to save themselves we got a series of missed calls from Swiggy. The calls were cut so quickly that we could not attend even though we tried. Then we tried to call back but the call would not connect.
                                      Then we got a mail stating that the order was cancelled because we did not attend the executive's call.
                                      All calls have been recorded. We informed them that the call was being recorded.
                                      More that 90 minutes of our time wasted and food too was not delivered.
