Address: Complain is regarding swiggy company( online food ordering), Surat, Gujarat, 395007

I have mailing swiggy ppl since long
probably my 4th to 5th mail .. but no1 has looked into the issue.

Have just recvd mail in reply but no action.

My issue is I’m receiving unwanted sms of cancelling and ordering food ...
atleast 150 sms in 10 days

I have requested them to remove my number (+[protected] from the server or any connected method.
But they haven’t done anything regarding this...
No response to my issue
I have been waiting for my order since an hour and called executive more than 5time every time he told me that order will be ready in 5mins
When i raised a complaint I got a msg which stated that my order has been delivered
Its 1:35am and I'm starving this is not at all customer satisfaction

I have been receiving sms on my number from swiggy server for no reason - Comment #3464524 - Image #0

    rude behaviour by delivery boy

    I ordered food in swiggy today[protected]. While delivering the delivery boy shouted at me saying the location was wrong with harsh words in public.He continuosly pressed our calling bell and asked to take the food. Even though the location was correct and I guided him through phone the delivery agent got frustrated and threatened me.I am very unhappy with his behaviour.There is no security with swiggy as they are employing wrong persons....

    account is deleted and I can't able to login

    Hello,
    My swiggy account is deleted and I cant able to login to it. It's very hectic without swiggy and I can't able to order my foods. Very disappointing and I want swiggy to activate my account and make me order. I'm getting a error message that mobile already exists. So I want swiggy team to solve this login issues and make my account active as soon as possible.

    I placed an order which was confirmed and I also got the delivery guys number. After one hour I get a call from Swiggy informing me that the delivery guy has refused to deliver the food!!! Is this my problem? Shouldn’t you hire people who are willing to deliver food!!!???
    This is not the first time my order has been cancelled, there have been various reasons for which my order has been cancelled in the past.
    If you don’t want to fix your problem why don’t you shutdown your services??
    One of the worst online food services.

      My restaurant id is 143513. bambozz walk.my self kartik miglani owner.ur executive has wrongly updated my account number to someone else id.and all the food I have sell till now, the amount has been to transferred to someone else account. this is pure fraud and cheating by swiggy.i need an explanation now and want my rs 10000 back in to my account..plz call bak on [protected]..so that I can explain u in detail... cheaters..

        This is regarding order no. [protected]
        I order 3 Chicken biryanis from Biryani And Kabab Mahal Restaurant, Muzaffarpur. And because of some offer ordered something else from Zomato also as there was a party in my house.
        The delivery executive of swiggy called me and refused to reach my house. He said that he can't come there. I need to come to him 1 km far from my house.
        I even informed me that the Zomato guy came and delivered his order right on time to my house.
        But then on the other hand this guy started misbehaving. Abused me on the call and threatened to not give my order. It was a paid order so I had to call customer care but I didn't get any satisfactory response.
        I need Swiggy to take action against these rude misbehaving riders who degrade the reputation of SWIGGY. Because of him my party got ruined as all restaurants got closed by then.

          I'm a swiggy super user and have ordered a cake from a ccd. After sometime i got a call from swiggy saying that the restaurant was facing some technical problem(lie) and can't deliver and they asked me to try after half an hour. They said that they would refund my amount of 329. After 45min i tried to order the same and again i was faced with the same problem. Only this time the swiggy executive who called me connected to the ccd restaurant and the guy over their said that they didn't have the flavour i asked for and were willing to give some other flavour. I denied it and complained to swiggy executive that they should not have put it in their app if it wasn't avaliable in the first place. He said they will look into it and that they regret for the inconvenience and will refund both the amount within 2-4 business days. Tum date i didnt receive any money and the executive i text are lying that they have already refunded and have given me a reference number to confirm with my bank. When i went to my bank they have clearly said that there is no refund and the reference number was actually for the money that got debited from me through the upi of my bank. Moreover the executives are incompetent and rude and are using makeup words.

            I have been trying to reach out to swiggy customer care three times on this matter. It's a small amount that has been deducted twice I understand. Why would they need my complete bank statement to get this issue resolved and give me a refund????
            The bank confirmed that amount has been credited to swiggy as well on [protected]@icici and [protected]@axisbank.

            First time the payment failure error came up in swiggy app and second time the order got confirmed. This happened on June 4, 2019 and I haven't got the refund yet.

            I hope the team looks into this matter asap.

            I have sent all the necessary proofs as well.

              I had ordered dinner along with some snacks at 8pm through swiggy. The order was to be delivered from connaught place to kali Bari marg which is hardly one and a half kilometre.The delivery boy delivered around 10.30pm. Either the payment be returned or the amount should be deducted from the delivery boy.

                2 days before i was supposed to take calls of the delivery man but may be it was my network issue for which i was unable to get any calls from him..wen he reached home..He talked inappropriately and the next time i ordered again he talked rubbish related to my address while m already guiding him and standing outside my home..now i want him to ask sorry from me...plz do co operate...his name is vijay..I will wait for ur reply..and iam seriously concerned abt this type of behaviour...

                  I have ordered for Kathiyawadi Lunch from GAMTHI KATHIYAWADI vide Order No. [protected] dtd.[protected].

                  With above order, I am very much disappointed on getting my lunch packed in couple of transparent bags with empty plastic plate putted in big plastic bag. I asked to delivery boy why in such a way packed replied that packing paper was not available.

                  Moreover, there was worst quality of food like took from some local cabin situated on the road and there was no true bill for payment.

                  I really very much disappointed with my first order to Swiggy.

                  I humbly request you to look in to this matter seriously and sent invoice to me.

                    Order #[protected] placed on June 16, 8:28 PM, for a restaurant which is within 1 km distance. Executive picked up food from restaurant around 9 PM. When I called delivery executive, I came to know that he was assigned with one more order after he pick up my food from the restaurant so he was waiting for that. Opened chat help at 9:15 PM unfortunately I have been assigned customer support execute only by 10:02 PM. Finally I got my order delivered but do I need to wait for 45 mins to get help? What is the quality of your service? Not only this, in June 2019 alone 4 out of 6 orders gave me a lot of trouble. What is the solution for this? Will a coupon solve the dissatisfaction and also how many coupons will pile up? Should I use offers coupon or these appeasement coupon for my orders? Do i really need to renew my Super membership? will that help me anymore?

                      Hi,
                      I had placed an order on June 8, 2019 from swiggy but The icecream delivered was freezer burned/over frozen. It tasted like funny like ice and water mixture.

                      I asked swiggy on email to take the appropriate action and do the needful and mentioned I would very much like the full refund for this order coz it tasted like not icecream but the taste anyone would never want to experience on his/her choice of icecream and as this was not worth my money.

                      Really disappointed as they are saying they can’t do anything and they will take care of it in future. Most of the times they will keep saying this only and keep messing up with customers.

                      Please help me to get back my refund for atleast this order.

                        I had order on swiggy via yonosbi but the order was not placed successful and amount deduct from my account on 30 april 2019.I had also talk with my bank they told me that the amount credited to swiggys account so u can receive your money back only from swiggy. I cant receive the order or my money back to my account.

                          On my first order, i asked for aalo paratha but later i cancelled the order and placed the order for maggie
                          Loved the service provided but the very next day when i placed some more orders, it was shocking that i had been blocked from placing orders via cash on delivery. I was suggested to do some online payments but still the issue is not resolved.
                          Being a student, it matters a lot and i hope that you are gonna seek this issue as soon as possible

                            On 16th June I ordered for dominos Pizza through swiggy. The order was placed at 8.30 and dint come untill 10.15 ...also when came was just half the order and complete cold ... Swiggy was not available for any assistance and dominos number provided by swiggy was not a functional number ...I called dominos they never took any ownership of the situation..I had to call them again and again leaving my family time to see if I can get food for my guest and family ...instead of watching India Pakistan match ..I am watching swiggy and dominos playing with me

                              I ordered food from swiggy(shah ghouse towlichoki) and we found a cockroach in that biryani and informed swiggy coustomer care executive (suman) about this issue. They were least bothered about the issue even after sending the pics. I need you to take severe action on swiggy for providing us this type o[censored]nmonitored and unhygienic food to coustomers

                                I ordered Biriyani on 14 June from bahar cafe restaurant, as I got hospitalised I was unable to rise complaint and I did't had any confirmation on food poisen so I waited for doctor report. then doctor says its Food poisen affect in my stomach, I asked swiggy for compansation they said I should give complaint before 24 hours but I was in hospital how can I raise a complaint now I'm thinking to complaint against swiggy please help out in this I'm not gonna leave this issue .Because I suffered a lot I lost lot of money who is going to pay for it .I need justice

                                  Its about the Fraud and Mislead by Swiggy Delivery Boy.
                                  Yesterday was my Birthday and due to small baby kid we thought we will order from The Restaurent. We ordered through Swiggy for Radha Krishna Hotel Hinjewadi Pune @ 9:30 PM and the Delivery boy was in our area around 10:10 PM, we have called him he said i will come in 10
                                  Mins but next 30 mins he did not come then again we called him he was misleading us as he has the address but mockry of location. Later he switch off the phone and change the status as Delivery has done. What the [censored] of Swiggy and its Team.
                                  I really want to sue Swiggy this time as i believed in Swiggy much more than Zomato and Uber Eats.
                                  Please let me know the procedure.

                                    My order no. #[protected] and delivery boy name Vicky kasana and ordered restaurant chatorey on 9:45pm on 16.6.2019 and delivery boy call me and said cancel your order I am refused to cancel my order then. I got a msg your order has been delivered but I am received any order by swiggy .
                                    And try multiple time to contact swiggy customer care but not getting any response from support.
