I placed an order in swiggy on 14th aug, 2019 at 12:10 noon. The delivery executive assigned with was a guy named chanchal with swiggy registered mobile number [protected]. At the time of delivery, he kept on asking me for exact location and i guided him for more than half an hour for the same. But, he was not following my instructions and kept on roaming here and there. After half an hour, he instructed me to come to his location to collect the order. He was outrightly misbehaving, rude and adamant all throughout the conversation. I was action to be taken against this fellow.
I have placed for other from one of the restaurant from swiggy not received food also.. And not getting food from any other hotels.. Placed order at 10 they cancelled at 11.30

    I have booked one order from trilok restaurant... Delivery executive did not delivered the order and closed the order stating order has been delivered... This is not fare i will post this in social media... This is second time happening to me... We cannot trust swiggy anymore... I will post this soon in scia il media... Definitely you will loose customers... Thanks

      Yesterday i order food on swiggy near about 8pm but after 1hr my food ws not delevrd and after some time i hv call that we r not able to delevr ur food u pls cancel the order and he force me to cancel my order and said i[censored] r not canceling the order from ur side we r not giving u refund and not delevr ur food also i m getting angry and denied to cancel my order but after some time i got msg that food is delevrd and enjoy ur meal but there is no food delevrd to me wn i click on nor delevrd ur delevry boy said m not able to send ur food restaurant complete ur order thats y u got ts msg now i[censored] need money u call swiggy or chat, then i chat with customer care and after some time they gv me my money
      This is a very big fraud bcoz if m not able to chat or if m busy somewere swiggy not giving me food and send deverd msg and also not giving me any money they gv me money bcoz i fight
      This is a big shame for swiggy and also a big fraud now i need a quick action agains them (Delevery boy name dev kumar and the person who call me)
      If not then i will definitely file a legal complains against swiggy

      i am not USING swiggy from the day i complaint against them BUt swiggy dnt hv any Problem for this Bcoz i think they dnt need Customers who send complaints against them ALSO I WANT TO SAY i hv 0 Complaints Solved by this Indian Consumer Complaint Forum ...NOW I think m just wasting my time to send complaints here bcoz there if 0% or resolution of all my Complaints my this message is also for this SITE

        I had ordered food from swiggy and payment from paytm was charged (Rs 519) but order was not processed on 12 th aug'19. After then i tried to order twice but it was failed as the money already got deducted.

        I told so many times about this to your customer executives but every time they said it will be refunded within 1 hour.

        I have still not got my money back.

          Hello,
          This is to inform you about the misbehaviour of swiggy's delivery executive.
          First of all not one but two boys came who were literally wearing school uniform and this is the second time they delivered to my place.
          I am a regular customer and i order almost everyday. The first time these two boys came they stared inappropriately and i slammed the door in their face.
          Today is the second time they came to deliver, again in their school uniform and i did not open my door completely, it was enough for me to receive the parcel but still that guy opened the door, handed me the parcel and did not let go of it until he took a complete look at me again! This time i shouted at him but he left laughing with his friend. This is completely inappropriate and unsafe. What if the next time he comes and mix something in my food just to take revenge or something because you never know what these people are capable of.

            I ordered from on 11.08.2019 with order Id - [protected], and one of the item was missing. I complained to customer care about the same, but they told me that nothing could be done except a feedback. The call was soon transferred to one of the supervisor on my request. The Supervisor told me that “nothing could be done if you do not receive food for which you paid, we can only take your feedback”. She further said, in your case one of the item was missing, even though you get nothing after paying us, company cannot provide you your money back. We only entertain feedback. The company here took my money for food, and did not provided me the food which I paid for. It’s been 2 days and no official tried to contact even though I raised the issue on Social Media. The company is trying to cheat people by taking money and not providing goods which is food here.

              I have order a (Veg biriyani & cold drinks) combo food from bhaina hotel & fast food.
              When i ordered total amount was rs-68/- but when i pay to deliver boy it show rs-119/-. How was it possible order amount changed at the time of delivery. But i pay rs-119/- it was really unsatisfied.

              When i open the wrap it was a non veg biriyani where i ordered a veg biriyani. It was totally wastage of money because we need veg biriyani and order the same but delivered item was different from my order.

              It was totally unsatisfied things... Pls take this as priority as a regular customer of swiggy i don't understand why this type of activities happen. If this trends happen then we will not order our food from swiggy.

              Need to resolve.

                  I had ordered on 11 th aug for my staff as it was working and my staff had come very early in the morning
                  So i ordered king size biryani
                  Unfortunately i got delivered a very small size. This was really disappointing as well as embarrassing
                  Imagine being an entrepreneur you have to invest your time in all the writing complain thing
                  I thought swiggy makes life easy
                  Also being a super i don't think they even respond to the complain
                  I am writing this complain for the second time
                  I have always been ordering biryani from behrouz
                  This mistake is not acceptable
                  I paid 500 for absolutely nothing
                  I had a complaint for Swiggy. They were cut charges for cancellation fee of Rs. 102. This is not right. I want my money back from them. I don't like the terms and conditions they have. This is not right. This is too much for they cancellation charges. Please give me my money return back from them. They are cutting very much of charges.

                    I ordered veg manchrian for 125 and this is the second time i am facing same issue... I ate half piece of the manchrian and literally i got start vomitting and very bad odour is coming out of manchurian... I dont know from how many days they are doing this and making people fool of this... I complaint to swiggy customer executive and asusual they offered 30 off and said that they will give the feedback but doing nothing..
                    Your employee has arrogance attitude regarding their duty.

                      I order food on swiggy my order was getting delayed contacted support through chat i didn't get proper response from them i asked for cancellation and refund as it was more than 1 hr but yet i didn't get response once after long time my order was on way i got response from executive that is on way wait for a moment i asked for refund and no response after that after delayed time i hot response we will look into it and sorry for inconvenient and he closed chat without any approval from my side whether i need anyother help or anything needed else poor service from swiggy i have screenshot of that conversation. Even after that executive i tried to reach was also trying to beat around the bush
                      I had placed an order with Swiggy on 7 aug 2019 for vanadana restaurant, Sarjapura Main Road, Bangalore... money was deducted rs.700 from bank but order is not placed... please refund our money .. we tried ordering again but it again had the same problem. This is really disappointing as a customer..registered mobile number is [protected]

                        I am a serving Indian Army officer, I felt my family behind to serve the nation, customer care creating mockery at me when I called them as they didn't delivery the food. My wife and 18 months old son are staying in a apartment at Bangalore. Neither food was delivered nor I got respect when I spoke to customer care executive and refund of money. Not just one twice. Bad service and pathetic customer service.

                          Delivery person denied delivery as he has some personal issues in the locality. Top of that they deducted charges from my payment for Their own faults. Even after several telephonic request Swiggy denied delivery of food to a lady, and they say they dont care, we may complaint to any authorities.
                          After full payment food denied to a lady was waiting for her food to deliver, but Swiggy and the delivery person denied delivery after full payment as the delivery person has his personal problem in that locality..!
                          Totally unacceptable

                            Swiggy is accepting payment for out of stock items to increase their revenues in sales and then denying help in getting my refund.

                            They are conveniently charging our cards and other payment modes and after waiting or 20 - 45 minutes or so they call saying the item is out of stock please re-order. The money they refund undergoes the standard refund process with a wait time of5-7 days.

                            As a customer waiting for pre-paid food for so long and they denied services without a sign of human touch as they lack sensitivity. Please help.

                              Yesterday night I have order curry on swiggy. Order got placed and money deducted later received notification is that ordered item is not available and asked to place another item I placed another item and it confirmed I asked my guests to wait until order come as it shown 28 minutes to deliver. Am waited for 40 minutes later I received call from swiggy saying to cancel the order and book in any another restaurant I asked to place order on behalf of me where the same item is available because it was my reputation issue infront of my guests. These conversations went for till 1:48am from 10:48 I asked them to don't cancel the order untill my next permission on order. Later I slept because it's already 2 O clock morning they called me and I don't took the call and they simply changed the order as delivered and closed the order. Literally I lost my value and image and my prestige infront of my guests

                                Sir,
                                This incident happened at kochin around 7 pm at mg road, i happened see an old man tired and feeble on the road side. I offered him help to sit on the path way from the main road and gave water to drink. After taking 2 gulps at one go he asked if i could give him some food. Assuring him the same i crossed the road but not found any food joints near by, i saw a delivery person from swiggy. He was calling his customer to get his location. As i asked him if there any food left he said all are against orders and nothing to share. When he pushed off to promise his delivery on time, i read in his t shirt - swiggy-thehunger saviour. Sir please rename it as "the paid hunger saviour".

                                  I joined three weeks before as a part time 6am to 10 am in swiggy... Till now not getting payouts at least hundred rupees in my bank account.. I didn't know whats the process going on.. Kindly take an action.. So many times I visited the hub also.. When I am going they will said any reason to me..First week I am not receiving order earnings in my app.. I went to hub.. They said this new shift it will take time to earnings show in your app......

                                  I have not received the refund amount in my bank account. The swiggy customer care says contact your bank but my bank says that there is no refund initiated so we can't help you out in this matter. On the other side swiggy says that we have initiated the refund. Today is 10th days but I have still not received the refund in my account. Please provide me the refund amount in my bank account.

                                    I ordered 1 butter chicken and 7 rumali roti at 2:40pm but when I collected the order I just got 2 rumali roti and chicken . The same was returned back.swiggy agent confirmed that she will send the right order again but next I got only chicken . So when I contacted them again they promised that they will call me back but neither I got call nor money

                                      I was ordered before one hour after half an hour i'll get call thru your rider his name jatin that guy don't have manner how to talk with guest and he denied to deliver my order when i talk with customer care didn't get any resolution from there my address mentioned rz 37/216 j block rai property near shkuntla nursing home top floor but as per your rider he said my address showing on another place how is possible tell me that i am placing my order from my home than how they get wrong address i am very dissatisfied with your service and don't wanna suffer again with that kind of service or don't want someone other face this now i gonna take legal action about that
