Hello team

This mail is in reference to the concerned department of for consumer complaints as i feel cheated for one of my order placed (With swiggy) on june 26th, 2019 through swiggy platform.

As per the experience, i was overcharged for my order. I have two different bills (One from swiggy & one from the restaurant) & both having different tax structure. (Photo attached)

You may refer below explanation as well-

1) from vendor (The chocolate room)-

Item price: inr508.00/- i. E. Ok
Tax @ 5% (Sgst & cgst) imposed: inr12.70/- i. E. Ok
Total amount: inr 533.00 i. E. Ok

2) from service provider (Swiggy)-

Item price: inr508.00/- i. E. Ok
Tax (Gst) imposed: inr91.44/- i. E. Not ok (Need explanation)
Delivery charges: inr25/- i. E. Ok
Total amount: inr 624.00

I need a resolution for this concern, as i certainly do not understand the tax structure applicable on my order, which i paid to swiggy.

I am following up on this with swiggy since june 2019, but there is no response from their end. Now i am expecting to get it considered by your team.

Feel free to contact to the undersigned, if required to discuss it in more detail. However i attached both the bill copies for perusal & ready reference.

Looking forward to receive the resolution at the earliest.

I had ordered food from swiggy and there was confusion with address. The delivery guy was shouting very badly not giving me an opportunity to speak.once he arrived still he used abusive language and didn't provide change amount . Didn't expect this from swiggy. Delivery guy's name was basavaraj pb.from mangalore

    I am unable to place cash on delivery because of my order on 28th may, i want to remove your cancellation charge as your delivery executor took my phone and cancelled the order but i paid him 434/- cash he said swiggy will not take any cancellation charges but they charges me 200/- for no reason kindly remove my cancellation charges or i will file a claim.

      Sir,
      Swiggy on july 26 2019 couldnot deliver order so they said they will refund rs.1080 but after 10 days also not refund. Simply cheating me by saying fasely that refund is done giving useless arn number. Checked my bank account and no amount is credit back to my account. Swiggy is a big time fraud company. They have third party call center to scam people of there money. I need to file fir against them.

        My self surya, my mobile number is [protected]. I was ordered food on july 27, 7:53pm worth of 88rs. After sometimes their delivery person called me and said that the distance was more than 5km so cancel the order and reorder which is near to you. Thats why i was cancelled my order but swiggy team told me they only refund 44rs and another 44rs would be a cancellation charge. Then i told them delivery person only reason for cancellation that was not my mistake. So they agree that and said total amount will be refund 4-7 days. After the 7days also i didnt get back my money. So i chat with their customer support more than 5 times. But still now i didnt get proper answer from them. Still the money was not refunded.

          Requested for an order placed by mistake to be cancelled. As it was only single click and I wanted to view total cost including taxes and delivery charge screen which was not updated on preview page I clicked by mistake and order got placed. Inspite of requesting cancellation within two minutes of order getting placed they wouldn’t without a cancellation fee of RS. 61. That pretty steep when I informed within two minutes literally to cancel the customer care simply delayed and they said it is charge for hotel's loss, but within 2 minutes it is not possible to make the food, So either pay for the food or pay cancellation fee to them make money both ways .order #[protected]

            The nadan onu of grace restaurant nerul was packaged in a very poor condition with limited quantity of food at a very high price. No avial was provided and no sweet dish was given and they charged me ₹140 for per ounu (Lunch plate). I would like to register a complaint against them and suggest swiggy to set certain packaging standards for the restaurant in tie up with them. Rather do not be in tie up with such a degraded restaurant.
            I hope swiggy will take strict actions against them.

              Food orderd from bhookh lagi hai, bikaner and found in exploded condition as it was all over in the bag and a case of mishandling on the delivery.               I have ordered on July 17th 2019 for order no [protected] through debit card but the ordered was cancelled and the refund is still pending . It is not credited to my account. Even after so much of request through to customer care it has not been done

                I have order cake from hangout cake shop ie Dutch truffle cake half kg as its my wife birthday.. on receiving the order when I opened the parcel it was so annoying to see a friendship Dutch truffle cake which is also displaced on hangout cake options.. I am sure that it is also not a fresh cake as the white chocolate animals have already in not good shape.. i have to through that cake in bin bcz it made me scare of health issue after consuming it.. disgusting service Swiggy.. it's clearly shows that the restaurant wants to clear his existing stock by cheating the customer.. I will take it as my wife's birthday gift from swiggy and hangout.. hopeless...

                  Experienced very bad and poor service from you.
                  Your agents are not helpful and rude.
                  reordered 5-6th time because of your executives.
                  take too much time to deliver order.
                  not picking up phone and so many times not available at the place.
                  I found very swiggy cheap. Zomato and uber have great service than you guyz.
                  Please improve your service and replace executives to good and educated once. I have uninstalled your app and will never use it to order food.
                  I have better option like Uber, Zomato and foodpanda.

                    I have been continuously getting called everytime i order food from any restaurant that the item ordered is not available and tell me to get other item or cancel the order.
                    Y the hell i order if i want to cancel and y the menu has that item displayed in app which is not available...
                    The issue is i pay it online and i get the food which is not the price i have to pay..
                    This is so disgusting to see an insect in the chowmin noodles from Decent restaurant Vikroli. I want my money to be returned and services from here shouldn't be allowed to exist on swiggy website. Pls help.

                    Realized that insect was there when reached one third after eating already. I feel so disgusted to see thus. I have attached a pic also.

                      I was walking on the road in perungudi. And one swiggy delivery guy with the number plate 8652 hit me on the arm with his vehicle once, had the audacity to take a u turn and come back and groped me on the back the second time. He came a third time but i saw his face and he sped away. I demand to know who this guy is and if proper action is not taken against him, i will go to the police. You can call my phone at [protected] if you want to talk. He rushed away before i could take a picture of him
                      My relative No [protected] . His order yours app. but order not complete . Then you office send message my friends Rs 139 cancelation fees next order. My relative request but u r not recevied request. So I am uninsured your app next few minuts

                        He was literally shooting on me. And
                        He said what ever you want to do just do but i can't come at your place

                        If he said me that please sir i can't come there so i can understand his feeling
                        But he was like a boss who ordered me

                        Please control your boys otherwise
                        You have to face something like "zomato"

                        Please take his job back and give it to other nice guy who needs this job

                          Hello i'm keerthana from gulbarga, i had ordered food and paid already.. But had kept the phone somewhere and not seen his call.. So the delivery person has cancelled the delivery on his own... And half my money is deducted.. I need full refund.. This is happening many times.. Y dont they have patience to wait.. I don't know what u guys will do.. But i need full refund or i want my food back.. Understood.. This is happening too many times.. Please even we earn money with difficulties..
                          My complaint is about an invalid cancelation charges that was deducted from my bank account even after being a mistake of Swiggy for delivering my food to an incorrect address. Thanks

                            This order was prepaid online.. When i checked to see order status, noticed.. Order was 'delivered'.. But i did not get the order.

                            Immediately alerted swiggy customer support on chat.. However after close to 30 mins.. Someone responded.
                            They claimed to have tried to reach their 'delivery partner' to check, however they could not reach him.
                            After spending over an hour trying to sort it out... They are offering me a refund!!
                            - i could not entertain my guests on a weekend, because they messed up the delivery, for which i had already paid
                            - wasted my time trying to find a resolution... Not to mention my weekend and time away from my guests waiting for a slow response from the customer support agent
                            - agent abruptly decides to close the conversation without offering a satisfying resolution and getting my consent to do the same
                            - i am a super swiggy subscriber... And yet get this kind of service and empathy.

                            I expect to be compensated not only with a refund for an order that i had paid, but also for the bad experience and my time / weekend wasted without getting a satisfying resolution.

                              I ordered for mutton biriyani from sitara restaurant through swiggy Hyderabad Ammerpet area on 2nd August 9:15pm after i received the food by 10 pm i opened the packet served to food for myself in a plate and took few spoons as i was very hungry.. Only after a minute i find the taste different when i asked my Friend to taste it he immidetly said its. Stale and bad food the mutton biriyani was smelling bad had a very foul smell. I was in a shock. I immidetly complained to swiggy customer care about the current situation and they reply that they will pass information to concern team and swiggy is only delivery partner they can't do anything, finally I lost my money, food and time also but, swiggy didn't consider Coustmer feedback, I understand it's part of business, but my concern was i am living in out side of my home and what if i get food poisoned. Is this the kind a response swiggy customer service gives me. I called them twice and the call to customer care is charged i ran out of balance but they did not bother to call me back inspite of requesting over a chat. I am highly disappointed on the service of swiggy and the kinda of cheap restaurants swiggy is associted.

                                I booked one order and same was accepted by restaurant and i have guest in my house but after some times got to know that restaurant was already closed and then swiggy customer care and delivery boy started calling me closed the order forcefully. And after sometime they cancelled the order without my permission. During that i was having the guest in my house and felt so embarrassing.
                                When i chat with cc of swiggy, so firstly they closed the chat without listening to me then after closed the discussion buy saying that we have refund your money.
                                It was so pathetic customer support from swiggy and felt so bad.
                                "how can they cancelled the order without customer consent and who gave them authority to do that.?"

                                  I ordered the food and when swiggy delivered the food the side dishes are missing

                                  As i ordered dry main course i can’t eat main dish without side dish

                                  Hence i called customer care for refund for the main course which is missing the side dish however they are saying it’s possible for refund only for side dish and not main dish

                                  But the issue is we haven’t had the main dish at all and simply thrown out

                                    I have raised the order on today 8 pm and he has confirmed tgat it will get within 34 min but i was not get delivered after hrs also. After 30 min i was start the chatting with representive and informed him he is going to wrong direction it was lelin nagar so i have informed to follow my cell location direction and he has confirmed but after half an hrs again its not get delivered and he has moved to samata nagar and again u r person in telling me that u r pin direction is wrong hence getting delay.

                                    As its showing ambika nagar, but i am not aggree with this because he is moving on samata nagar and lelin nagar and if he is going to follow my pin location then he has moved at ambika nagar means u r representive is not giving proper information.

                                    Second thing i have raised many orders previously but not faced such kind of issue then how its come now

                                      I am getting mail from swiggy that i have order some thing (Veg or non veg) to a different address which i didn't order. And the number used for login to swiggy is no longer is in use for me.
                                      May be someone else is using this number now but i am getting the mail from that swiggy account. Could you please remove my email from that account.

                                        Regarding order number #[protected] :
                                        Delivery executive didn’t attend my calls, i had to go down to the reception waiting for him.
                                        The answer that he got to tell was i didn’t speak tamil and he couldn’t understand english.
                                        This was bad and not fair.

                                        Before all these happening, he called me and requested whether he can mark the food as delivered so that he can take the next order, for which i said no.
                                        That might have made him angry.

                                        Kindly look into these, so that this won’t become a big problem in the future.
