I had ordered Soup on Swiggy and when started having it, accidentally I noticed something weird to be found it was insect floating in it.
This is pathetic food provided by the restaurant and the food delivery company. I Am having stomach upset and vomiting right now.
Seriously, These people are playing with the health of customers and just trying to compensate with refund amount which is not at all acceptable.

However, these people need proof, so please have a look at the pics below.

    I ordered 3 dhal and coconut polis from Louie sweets and snacks at Chennai. They gave a rotten and old food which tasted sour and bitter. When I escalated this problem with the customer care they were not ready to answer properly. I am a regular person who uses swiggy and a superuser too. Past few days customer care executives are very impolite in their order.

      On 13th june i have submitted an order at swiggy but the order was cancelled by swiggy because the area was not covered by them though the amount rs 651 was deducted from my account.

      I m really surprised that how a reputed company like swiggy harassing their customer in that way. Almost one month has gone but still no revert from their end.

      I am really unhappy with the service of swiggy
      I ordered paneer fried rice-2 veg fried rice-1 paneer butter masala-1 but I got only paneer fried rice-1 veg biriyani-1 and paneer butter masala-1 please resolve the issue

        I ordered 1 kulcha chole and 1 chole rice from tandoori style through swiggy order number #[protected] first i received the wrong order. Instead of what i ordered they sent me paneer and naan, when i raised a complaint they said they'll replace the order free of cost and it will reach in about 30 minutes order number #[protected] which actually took more than an hour after which when i tried the chole rice they were stale, tasted sour and was having a foul smell. When i again called swiggy they denied any compensation and asked me to mail the issue for assistance
        The whole process wasted 3 hours for an order of rs100/- only

        I was committed a refund of 500 which was not done and the second agent just denied the same as was rude on the chat when j said I will escalate the case. First of all they don’t send the correct order and in second time they again repeat the wrong order and when I asked them for my money they said I m threatening them

          I ordered tandoori chicken and malai tikka from swingy. Delivery boy is moving here and there and delivered the order in 30 mins but the distance of 5 mins only. The order seemed to be stale and a bit smelly. I paid (600 INR) for this. when I complain they said they will share feedback.
          I am confused ... did I pay for fill up there feedback form?
          They guys are cheating customers taking payment and sending stale food, which is really a serious issue.

            The food I ordered for was confirmed by the restaurant but was never delivered and no response came from anyone.. absolutely nothing happened, after 45 mins I contacted the customer service and they said that the restaurant isn't contacting them anymore. So the restaurant never planned to cook the meal and swiggy didn't plan to confirm it either. Finally I ended up going hungry for dinner not knowing whether the food will come or not.
            Here is what I suggest:-

            Pls re-confirm the order once the restaurant fails to to respond after a certain time. They and swiggy are simply making money out of the cancellation fee from the customer. Pls respond to this at the earlier.. I wonder how much money has been looted through this scam in the past years.

              I went to swiggy madhapur branch on 9/7/2019 to join as a delivery executive. Almost i spend 3 hours for the training session and finally went to details enter counter. The behavior of the person "surendra" is worst, even is not talking in a polite manner also, i asked him to talk polite manner then immediately he was stopped entering my details in system and said go to next person and waited again 10 mints and finally i asked that person whats your name? I will complaint to higher authority then the reply of that person is worst and he was almost all threaten me and even the manager response is not even a good manner. Finally i decided to cancel my decision to join in swiggy. I'm requesting you to please at least tell them to how to behave with other peoples also. Hope you will take a strict action them.                 I have ordered buttermilk from hotel saravana bhawan having order no. [protected] and one of the glass among that three was packened loosely due to which all that milk pour into the polythene bag in which glass was delivered and the glass which was delivered was empty. I am attaching pics and bill for your consideration. The food was delivered not in adequate manner.

                  I ordered a cake on my nephews birthday of 1kg worth 760₹- and I received a 500g rotten cake which leaking some dirty liquid and when i asked for a replacement the customer care executives are simply denying it!!! This is not acceptable as i was depending on swiggy entirely but i was disappointed and my nephew’s BIRTHDAY WAS RUINED! And all you can say is that you will do better in future? Be assured? What kinda answer is that to a customer who’s money went down the drain?! Please do the needful regarding this incident. I hope you guys will not let me down. Thank you.

                    I placed an order from Nathu Sweets in GK. The person who was carrying my order called me and I explained the way to my house. He was already half way through and I though he will reach in 5 minutes. After 5-7 minutes he tried to call me again and unfortunately I could not take the call. Hence, I tried to reach back to him. To do so I opened my swiggy app and tried to look for his number, but the app showed that my order was cancelled and the amount shall be refunded. I called the customer care helpline. The swiggy executive told me that my amount shall be refunded with 4-7 days and I can place an order again if I wish to.
                    This clearly seems intentional that the delivery executive did not take the efforts of finding my residence or even contacting me again before cancelling my order. This seems very similar to Ola and Uber drivers who do not wish to pick up customers from a certain place. Also, we are unable to use the amount that I had already paid and with no fault of mine, it shall be refunded in 4-7 days. I was actually happy with the services of swiggy before this. It is not a matter of 350 rupees, its a very small amount, but its a matter of how important a customer is for you. I will not recommend swiggy to anyone after this as you never know when they cancel your order without you knowing about it.

                      Dear concern,
                      As i placed an order on 09.07.2019 #[protected]. As i was waiting for the order all of sudden it was cancelled. As i contacted customer support they are saying delivery boy unable to reach your mobile and cancellation taken place your amount will be refunded. It was happen twice with me. Other services far better than yours. They were giving the first priority to the customer satisfaction. This was happen. Without any intimation to customer they themselves cancelling the order and simply saying amount will be refunded to your account with in 5 working days. Its not the matter of amount but its the matter of ethics. I was abashed in-front of my guests. I was very much upset with the swiggy.

                        3 days ago my payment for swiggy order was not completed. I have received a message from swiggy for refund. Now 3 days are gone and i am not received any reply of refund of my order. I want to know about refund of my order. Also whenever a payment is not completed then the refund of that order is never complete. This has happened to me for 2nd time of not receiving refund. Reply for my refund as soon as possible.

                          It all happened on tuesday at sharp 11:27pm and it's nearly 9 days... When ever i contact their executive or through email... They simply say to wait for 24hrs... And after that they denied my problem by saying the money is already refunded but i have been gone through my bank account statement and even in my nearest bank branch but they money is yet not refunded... So i will wait for 2more days and then i will file a complaint against the company regarding their refund policy

                            Dear swiggy team yesterday i order a rasmalai cake. The cake was not similar to the rasmalai cake. I oftenly buy cake from that shop (Parakh bakery) and the cake was different than rasmalai and also its taste is not much better. Cake main contain pav is very ordinary.. Its taste like simple ordinary pav cake with cream rather than soft rasmalai cake.. My friend face the same problem when she order cake from swiggy so i am very dissatisfied with ur service... Next time i'll never think about swigyy services whenever i want to order something.. I face this problem 2nd time.. So i will never refer u again... Yesterday my parents anniversary because o[censored] my plan was spoil.
                            I am very disappointed.

                              I have been to this starbucks and the coffee price is 250 including gst.
                              However, on swiggy app they are charging gst on the maximum retail price and claming it to be a restaurant charge. This problem inflates when you order more products. Also, sometimes swiggy adds box and packaging charge as well as a restaurant charge when the same restaurant when you go to doesn’t charge a single paisa. Kindly check. Photo added for reference.

                                getting repeated calls for no reason

                                I don't own any restaurant nor do i manage any but i repeatedly get calls for orders confirmation for a restaurant. If someone has mistakenly inputted my number then what is my fault and i am getting harrassed by all this so please stop this. Every hour i am getting atleast 5-7 calls from their end and it's just and automated message.

                                    I have ordered food from swiggy every time there is an issue with a delivery boy... Sometimes they accept the order and fall sick on the way or met with an accident or there is an issue with the bikes. When I call & ask y u guys accept the order they say they cannot cancel it. & customer service agents shout in us & say that nothing can be done n disc the call... Also said to select the order from the nearest restaurant & if that is the case y we get the option to make an order... Pathetic experience with swiggy I suggest to go with any other food delivery app n remove swiggy...

                                      I have asked for providing me invoices for my orders. They are not providing me the same. Always asking for time and delaying the concern. I want those bills urgently i told them but they are not entertaining me. I asked them to give me a confirmation mail, they have refused to do so as well. It should not be like this. Invoices should be given to the customers as and when needed within 2 to 3 hrs of time.

                                      I tried reaching the no +[protected] however it is just gives the order status of current orders and there is no executive to attend the call for the same
                                      I've been receiving bad quality food whenever I order from swiggy ..It's been very often.. and there's not even a proper response from customer care
