He was literally shooting on me. And
He said what ever you want to do just do but i can't come at your place

If he said me that please sir i can't come there so i can understand his feeling
But he was like a boss who ordered me

Please control your boys otherwise
You have to face something like "zomato"

Please take his job back and give it to other nice guy who needs this job
My name is sachil andrew from pollachi, Coimbatore. I have ordered ice-cream in boomerang through swiggy but I didn't receive the food. For that I have paid the money through paytm. So kindly refund my money thank you. I have also attached my payment evidence.

    Hello i'm keerthana from gulbarga, i had ordered food and paid already.. But had kept the phone somewhere and not seen his call.. So the delivery person has cancelled the delivery on his own... And half my money is deducted.. I need full refund.. This is happening many times.. Y dont they have patience to wait.. I don't know what u guys will do.. But i need full refund or i want my food back.. Understood.. This is happening too many times.. Please even we earn money with difficulties..
    My complaint is about an invalid cancelation charges that was deducted from my bank account even after being a mistake of Swiggy for delivering my food to an incorrect address. Thanks

      This order was prepaid online.. When i checked to see order status, noticed.. Order was 'delivered'.. But i did not get the order.

      Immediately alerted swiggy customer support on chat.. However after close to 30 mins.. Someone responded.
      They claimed to have tried to reach their 'delivery partner' to check, however they could not reach him.
      After spending over an hour trying to sort it out... They are offering me a refund!!
      - i could not entertain my guests on a weekend, because they messed up the delivery, for which i had already paid
      - wasted my time trying to find a resolution... Not to mention my weekend and time away from my guests waiting for a slow response from the customer support agent
      - agent abruptly decides to close the conversation without offering a satisfying resolution and getting my consent to do the same
      - i am a super swiggy subscriber... And yet get this kind of service and empathy.

      I expect to be compensated not only with a refund for an order that i had paid, but also for the bad experience and my time / weekend wasted without getting a satisfying resolution.

        I ordered for mutton biriyani from sitara restaurant through swiggy Hyderabad Ammerpet area on 2nd August 9:15pm after i received the food by 10 pm i opened the packet served to food for myself in a plate and took few spoons as i was very hungry.. Only after a minute i find the taste different when i asked my Friend to taste it he immidetly said its. Stale and bad food the mutton biriyani was smelling bad had a very foul smell. I was in a shock. I immidetly complained to swiggy customer care about the current situation and they reply that they will pass information to concern team and swiggy is only delivery partner they can't do anything, finally I lost my money, food and time also but, swiggy didn't consider Coustmer feedback, I understand it's part of business, but my concern was i am living in out side of my home and what if i get food poisoned. Is this the kind a response swiggy customer service gives me. I called them twice and the call to customer care is charged i ran out of balance but they did not bother to call me back inspite of requesting over a chat. I am highly disappointed on the service of swiggy and the kinda of cheap restaurants swiggy is associted.

          I booked one order and same was accepted by restaurant and i have guest in my house but after some times got to know that restaurant was already closed and then swiggy customer care and delivery boy started calling me closed the order forcefully. And after sometime they cancelled the order without my permission. During that i was having the guest in my house and felt so embarrassing.
          When i chat with cc of swiggy, so firstly they closed the chat without listening to me then after closed the discussion buy saying that we have refund your money.
          It was so pathetic customer support from swiggy and felt so bad.
          "how can they cancelled the order without customer consent and who gave them authority to do that.?"

            I ordered the food and when swiggy delivered the food the side dishes are missing

            As i ordered dry main course i can’t eat main dish without side dish

            Hence i called customer care for refund for the main course which is missing the side dish however they are saying it’s possible for refund only for side dish and not main dish

            But the issue is we haven’t had the main dish at all and simply thrown out

              I have raised the order on today 8 pm and he has confirmed tgat it will get within 34 min but i was not get delivered after hrs also. After 30 min i was start the chatting with representive and informed him he is going to wrong direction it was lelin nagar so i have informed to follow my cell location direction and he has confirmed but after half an hrs again its not get delivered and he has moved to samata nagar and again u r person in telling me that u r pin direction is wrong hence getting delay.

              As its showing ambika nagar, but i am not aggree with this because he is moving on samata nagar and lelin nagar and if he is going to follow my pin location then he has moved at ambika nagar means u r representive is not giving proper information.

              Second thing i have raised many orders previously but not faced such kind of issue then how its come now

                May be someone else is using this number now but i am getting the mail from that swiggy account. Could you please remove my email from that account.

                  Regarding order number #[protected] :
                  Delivery executive didn’t attend my calls, i had to go down to the reception waiting for him.
                  The answer that he got to tell was i didn’t speak tamil and he couldn’t understand english.
                  This was bad and not fair.

                  Before all these happening, he called me and requested whether he can mark the food as delivered so that he can take the next order, for which i said no.
                  That might have made him angry.

                  Kindly look into these, so that this won’t become a big problem in the future.

                    I had ordered from swiggy on 2 nd august 2019 at 9:07pm.. The order has been rcvd late around 9:50pm as d executive was roaming in opposite direction.. Evn then it has been rcvd incomplete... Items were missing and d food i hv rcvd is cold n stale... Evn aftr complaining i haven't getting the refund of the items which i haven't even rcvd... Kindly update me a positive response on [protected] as soon as possible... M gonna update this on social media also as m very disappointed frm last few orders on swiggy

                        Today i went to swiggy office in mysore and i was sitting in the office for i want to join to swiggy. One of the employee in that office he behaviour is not good he told me don't come in and sent me out in the office is there any rules in your office customers doesn't come to office. Do one thing put a board don't come to swiggy office what is this...
                        Ordered a icecream at 1 am and gave address as mgm hospital and he called and He spoke disrespectfully and manner less behavior didnt delivery to the correct address and was drunk and talking [censored] .

                        Please do not put people who drink on duty and cause this inconvinience

                          Sir/ma'am,

                          This complaint is in respect of order no. #[protected] placed by me through swiggy, to wat-a-burger, lajpat nagar.

                          At the time of placement of the order, wat-a-burger promised a flat discount of 50% on all purchases above rs. 99, while at the same time it had a few bogo category items as well.

                          I faced two issued, which could not be resolved after i tried to chat to a customer representative online. They are:

                          (I) i ended up getting only 1 bogo item, instead of two. The website interface and the options on display simply did not work, and no matter how many times i tried, the second item simply did not end up in the bill. It was a complete waste of the bogo deal.

                          (Ii) secondly, i had added a shake to go with the bogo items. The net bill came around to rs. 408 (Excl. Taxes and other charges), but instead of getting rs. 204/- off (Which would have been 50%) i got only rs. 114.50 off. I still don't know on what basis this discount was calculated.

                          Unfortunately, despite my best efforts to address the issue, i was simply told that coupons expire once cart items are edited. I found that explanation unsatisfactory (Since i did not physically apply any coupon anyway).

                          The matter does not end there. For some strange reason, when the delivery was eventually made, i ended up with 3 burgers and the shake, even though, technically, on paper, was entitled to only 1 burger and 1 shake. The entire episode is mysterious and devoid of explanation, and i would very much appreciate a clear and logical explanation.

                          Happy to hear back from Swiggy's Escalation team who were equally baffled by the entire episode. Investigations revealed that the case was one of "misdescription" where the store (Wat-a-Burger) failed to clarify that (1) The 50% discount overall could not be clubbed with any other offer (such as BOGO) and (2) the discount was capped to a certain maximum amount. It is hoped that customers who order through Swiggy are conversant with the way in which discounts work in order that they may not have to go through the same ordeal as I did. Nonetheless, the quick response of Swiggy is appreciated. Thanks.

                              I had placed an order with order number
                              #[protected] with swiggy. But swiggy had sent a fantastic illiterate delivery boy named ronny narwal to deliver my order. So i came down to pick my order, and waited for more than 15 minutes but i found nobody there. Then i have called him several times, he didn't pick the call. Then i got a doubt that he might have done something with my order #[protected].

                              With deeply frustrated i went to my place and had a chat with ananta (Customer care) from swiggy, where i couldn't get any solution. This order being a prepaid order (Paid through paytm). The delivery boy had some other better plans. After being cheated very badly. I talked to the ananta and she did not even refund my money that's why i drafted this complaint.

                              My agony, my anger, my frustration are of no use in front of your awesome service. But still i have cursed you to the utmost level i can because i was so much hungry.

                              Please investigate and bring me my justice.

                              And this is the second time happening with me +91-[protected] is the number of that delivery boy and +91-[protected] is your executive number which is also not picking up the call.

                              Please please, never do this again else you will not sustain in this market. Thanks hoping will get justice soon, and find below the order which i placed and inturn got absolutely nothing till now.

                              This is the highest point of escalation. Treat this as topmost priority
                              I received the food competely spoiled, when i complained they said it is packaging issue and restaurant has ti take care without giving me a replacement . The restaurant earlier didnt deliver the full.item .

                                I ordered shakes worth for rs 800 to location ngv, koramangala, bangalore. However swiggy rider went to different wrong location and swiggy customer care themselves cancelled order and deducted 200 rs. This is highly disappointing and i wanted to raise complain against swiggy as it has reoccurred multiple times.

                                  You need to tweek your delivery system, by inserting sms oon fulfilment from hotel which we r ordering. So u can track when the food is got picked up and then track the route of the delivery boy to check when its switched. It’s a concern to most if the restaurant from where you order doesn't get delivered with the same quality standards. This specific case was some time back from china valley, prabhadevi. When i visited the place yesterday i talked to the owner on this issue. He too mentioned of lot of customers complaining and he intends to stop swiggy delivery. That's a business loss for you isn't it.

                                  I had got refund on that so that's not the issue. I am sending mail only as a feedback not a complain. Please note being a well wisher of swiggy.

                                    There were order done from my end. Order # 47625617, this order first confirm by swiggy and after some time driver reached on restaurant and come to know tis closed. And than order cancelled by swiggy. At that time my guest was waiting for it. And i was very much disappointed. I want to know why this happens?

                                    This is not acceptable at all. Please give me proper reason for this.
                                    Food wasn’t delivered but swiggy updated status us as completed. Fooling customer by such practices.

                                      Hi,

                                      I'm srikanth. I had refund related issues. The associate name is gayatri parameswaran. She is not all customer friendly, she assumes us as dumb persons, without asking do you have any more concerns, without mentioning i'm closing this conversation. She closed the conversation. Actually i have some more concerns, i was typing but conversation is closed. This is way too more than arrogance. This is not at all acceptable. We loved swiggy and paid for even super subscription, but these days because of some arrogant employees like her swiggy is losing it's value.

                                      How can someone accept it? Even some sim customer care associate ask us do you want to know anything more? And they mention we are closing it as you don't have any more concerns. Too much appreciatable. But without asking, without mentioning closing a conversation is not all acceptable.

                                        Hi team,

                                        Would like to update you that i have made an order on swiggy through amazon pay however the transaction was declined on 25th july'19 at 12:42 pm and as discussed with swiggy they informed that the amount will get credited in amazon pay balance with in 5 days however till date the amount has not yet got credited. Post discussion with them today again, they informed that they are not able to see the amount in there gateway and hence requested to share my bank statement from 25th july till date which is totally illogical as bank account has noting to do with amazon pay or swiggy. They are totally fooling the customers and without providing proper resolutions they disconnected the chats.

                                        Request your help in getting the issue resolved.
