Hi, i ordered from swiggy from a restaurant and the order time was shown as 32 mins. Then after 10 min, igot a call from their delivery executive stating that the restaurant from where i placed order wants to talk then they told me that my order would take 30 mins more. I agreed to this. Then i got call from swiggy 2 times saying that your order will take 20 mins more to which i agreed as there were some guests at my home and i did not have time to cancel the order and again order from somewhere. Then after 1 hour, swiggy executive called and said that order is not shown on the restaurants server and so we are cancelling the order. What was this? Do they consider us customers as fool? If such was the case then why the restaurant executive talked to me earlier. It was a clear case of customer fool and because of this i kept waiting my guests also for the food and in the end no food. Seriously, is this the kind of service provided by swiggy.in the past also, such cases have arised but this time it was above my tolerance level. Please take strict action against swiggy
