Hi, i ordered from swiggy from a restaurant and the order time was shown as 32 mins. Then after 10 min, igot a call from their delivery executive stating that the restaurant from where i placed order wants to talk then they told me that my order would take 30 mins more. I agreed to this. Then i got call from swiggy 2 times saying that your order will take 20 mins more to which i agreed as there were some guests at my home and i did not have time to cancel the order and again order from somewhere. Then after 1 hour, swiggy executive called and said that order is not shown on the restaurants server and so we are cancelling the order. What was this? Do they consider us customers as fool? If such was the case then why the restaurant executive talked to me earlier. It was a clear case of customer fool and because of this i kept waiting my guests also for the food and in the end no food. Seriously, is this the kind of service provided by swiggy.in the past also, such cases have arised but this time it was above my tolerance level. Please take strict action against swiggy

    I had registerd as a new user in swiggy.
    It was said that use can use the code order50 for the first 5 order...
    I had only ordered 1 item only with that coupon
    ... And now..
    Its being said that the coupon had expired...
    My 4 coupons are not still used.and when i tried to have information about that its only valid for 1 month. swiggy dont even tell that on their condition about that 1 month.
    Need to resolve this query asap!!!

    Last night we ordered food for 7 people, all delivered in plastic containers, total around 10 plastic containers. Do analytics on how much usage of plastic containers for every order in a day. Use alternative like aluminium foil put in paper box. Completely avoid single usage of plastics to save mother nature.

      Today i ordered paneer combo from "aami bengali" restaurant but was very dissatisfied with the food quantity — pulao quantity was very small, chutney was not given enough quantity to eat and the salads were not that good.
      I am not all satisfied with the food. Few days back i ordered food from the same restaurant and the quantity of the food was sufficient but not today.

        I placed an order today 22/11/2019 for burger from burger king through swiggy.
        I placed order for 2 burgers and 1 combo pack.

        I did not receive the items that included in combo
        I raised a complaint for swiggy and the response i got is that i will be getting rs 30 as an apology...

        I paid 154rs for the combo and for 2 items (Fries & large pepsi) they are saying that they will provide 30rs coupon... So they are expecting me to pay rs 120 for 1 burger. Which is not acceptable.

          I am shrirang joshi i had placed an order they cancelled the order they assured me to give me a coupon but they instead cancelled it and initiatived a coupon and this happened twice
          I am just cornered by swiggy and those from customer care are just harrassing me for the service rendered
          They said me do what you want and the discount is just a fun thing for them i have lost money twice

            Currently I'm residing in kharagpur west Bengal and they started business to take 10000rs to give delivery executive..
            I tried lot but they everytime demanded me as commission then how can I give when I pursued my graduation but they denied bcoz i can't afford...
            So what is your company's intention tell after that i will do whatever i have to do but definitely this is very rodicoulus.
            I will forward this to your CEO definitely just wait n watch
            Your swiggy delivery boys are rash driving on road. Sometimes they made some accidents also and they argue with us. Please Inform your delivery boys to drive slowly and teach them how to talk with them customers.Consider this complaint and try to avoid such incidents happens again.
            I have got a delayed delivery from swiggy when I enquired about my concern their representative understood my concern and promised to compensate. However, when I tried checking with them about the coupon they are denying.

              This is with reference to my order number [protected]. The order had clear instructions to not put any tomato and lemon in it, however this wasn't followed at all (see attached images). Not only I had to skip my lunch, I almost consumed something that I am allergic to which could have health issues for me.

              As solution, the team is offering Rs. 75 as apology token. This is what their standard solution is. Also, they are not refunding my value of the bill, which ideally they should

                I order a plain cheese omelet
                After receiving it i opened it and see that omelet is totally burned and all omelet and packing was badly
                And when i contacted the swiggy consumer care they replied that they can't help in this case they will pass feedback to the restaurant
                Restaurant guy told me sorry and cut the phone what a bad misbehavior
                But this is the duty of swiggy to help the customer when they face a problem
                I also shared the images of omelet i want my total money refunded as soon as possible otherwise i will complain officially in complaint consumer court.

                  My order # [protected] has been cancelled by vendor but my money has not been refunded, even though my swiggy account says “refund generated”. Received mail from swiggy saying i didn’t confirm so they will not refund!! What was i supposed to confirm n where? With no proper refund procedures from swiggy, i will no longer place orders with you.

                  November 11th I ordered two dishes in the homely restaurant Velachery. I received one product ..                     I have ordered three egg roll from swiggy on 18.11.2019 and rs. 181 /- has been deducted from my account and order is not completed. I have paid from google pay, after successful transaction order is not completed but amount deducted. Swiggy transaction id is [protected]. Also the amount has not been refunded. Please solve the matter. I would be highly thankful

                      I was the new customer and downloaded swiggy app today. I ordered for main course and after order realised about breads, asked online chatting executive to add breads for which I'll pay directly. But he said no modification can be made and I was forced to cancel my order and my 50 percent payment was deducted. This was my 1st and last experience with twiggy. Now I have removed swiggy app from my mobile. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

                          I placed an order on 1st october of rs. 400 They amount was deducted from my account and i got a sms too. But later i got to know the orfer was not placed due to some issue in transaction. And today it is 18 november my money is still not transferred. I have texted and mailed the swiggy team more than 30 - 40 times with the passbook proofs of money deduction . At first they said they didnt receice any amount from my side, then they said they have transferred the amount and it will be reflected with few business days and then again they started saying they didnt receice amount from my side. Such fraud behaviour is not expected . I request the swiggy team to transfer my amount atleast out of shame .

                            This swiggy delivery boy is a very rash driver. Such a careless person on duty, driving vehicle very fast and doing accidents on the way to delivery. It is a shame to have such a person on job. After doing mistake, he is blaming the person to whom he dashed the vehicle. Abusing on road even after doing mistake. Two wheeler no: gj06jk7152.

                              Onboarding an outlet on this aggregator is becoming a nightmare, every call you make to customers care number it feels we talking to bots.
                              The outlet is on board after continuous effort for 45 days, and suddenly there is no pod allocated which makes the outlet no serviceable.
                              These aggregators get their business from the food we sell and customer buys, all the restaurant owners get the feeling that we all are working for these people.

                              Outlet id allocated to poc is missing
                              The wrong area allocated for delivery
                              No proper info shared for the area of delivery with the merchant
                              No call back for the complaints
                              All the ticket raised gets resolved without getting actually resolved.

                                Items were missing form oder. Missing items cost 45rs, and they provided with 50rs coupon - onetime usable. If the missing items are ordered then i have to pay 30rs as delivery charge.
                                The compansation is insufficient.

                                The received item is unhygienic and the support persons offers 25rs coupon as token of apology. The price i paid for the item was more than 50rs.

                                Again i lost my money.

                                  After receiving it i opened it and see that cake is damaged and all cake was ruined
                                  And when i contacted the swiggy consumer care they replied that they can't help in this case they will pass feedback to the resustrant
                                  But this is the duty of swiggy to help the coustumer when they face problem
                                  I also shared the images of cake with them.

                                    I ordered from wow momos a combo of chicken fried momo's, chocolate momo and chicken moburg for 175 and paid via my upi. The moburg was missing and on seeking customer support i was handed a sassy unsupportive executive who just ordered me a 50 bucks discount coupon on next order which will be valid only for 90 days. This is really bad on swiggy's part and i would either want my missing moburg or refund in my upi id for the same. You cannot generate more sales by doing mistakes, after this experience why the hell should i even use swiggy again that they have the audacity to offer me a discount coupon

I've ordered food from swiggy and the order was firstly cancelled from their side because of their delivery executive and they said the refund was processed on 27th october which i've not received and today ie 15th november when i got back to them for the refund.. I found out that refund is not even initiated from their side even after 20 odd days.. I found this ridiculous and i wanted the refund and compensation for not initiating my refund for this long. But they are not ready to help me with any compensation. So i wanted to get to you and solve the inconvenience which are caused by these people to their customers

Delivery person called me and informed me that your order has been damaged you can contact customer care and reorder it and received the delivery damaged image on whatsup from him. I have contacted customer case, they told reorder is not possible and refund initiated and got only rs 179
