Swiggy — refund for order no: [protected]

I have an issue with swiggy refund
Where my order wasnt placed and money was debited.
I contacted swiggy and they told me it will be auto credited a week back
But it has been so much long since that happend.
And i haven’t received my money back (Rs.283)
My reference no is :[protected] and
[protected]
Kindly do check over the issue and credit the amount as sooner possible
Thank you.

Contact bank was the only option given now
And i sent a mail to my bank
Havent received my money back.
Can you help me out?

I have ordered on swiggy at around 8:30 pm on 27th May, 18. Though my payment was deducted, the order was not placed. Need the refund.

The help chat support is very delayed. No response from past 20 mins. This is really bad customer service!!!

No way to even complaint on the customer care phone number

I had not cancelled my order from my side and the restaurant from where we have ordered our they cancelled our ordered by there own this is really ridiculous we were waiting for our order by 2 hours you should improve your delivery services next time while ordering a food I will think twice before it
