Swiggy — uncooked food I received

I placed an order tomorrow and i received uncoocked food from swiggy and when i send a message and email to customer service, they said to me we are sorry for this inconvenience but we unable to process a refund or replacement for this. His service has gone pathetic, and the customer service executives are just taught one reply to every problem - we are sorry, it won't happen again.
These are the pics of my latest order from swiggy, and when contacted customer care for replacement or refund, the reply was just a long email saying sorry. Is this your kindness you brag about??

The delivery boy was misbehaving with my relative as he called him and tell him to come to this road and he said very badly that i am going to cancel your order this type of behavior is not tolerated please look into this matter.
