I had tried to place an order on 11th february at 9.38 pm, wherein after adding to the cart immediately a pop up showed stating resturant was closed for delivery. I didnt recieve any call/messages from swiggy to let me know that delivery was picked up. Hence i assumed order didn't take place. Now when am placing other order, they are wrongfully charging 160 rupees cancellation charges. I want to raise this as customers in future are not harrassed.

    I have order sweet by swiggy from madhurima sweet at dated[protected] at around 6 pm order number is - [protected]
    When delivery executive are delivering i told him that i think the order was wrong but delivery executive was in hurry and box was also wrapped with plastic so unable to open it after 10 min i open and got all my order are totally incorrect
    I placed a complaint on swiggy they told to send an email i send him, after that they reply after 18 hours and told only sorry i told him to change the order as order was as it is condition but only told sry i have shared your feedback

      I orderd from swiggy. And a delivery boy whose name was harsh vihar. Called me. And said tht he will be late. Or u can cancel ur orde. Bur i said. To deliver late. No problem in tht. But after a while. My order was delivered acc to my app. And tht [censored]ing guy was not picking up my call. I already paid the amount of tht order through paytm.

        I have ordered 20 pcs kaju barfi received only 5pcs from gupta brothers sweet shop in ballygunge. Contacted swiggy customer service via chat and mail they denied for refund of my missing item. I was shocked by this response. I called up the customer care again and this time, customer rep from swiggy said as according to swiggy’s compensation policy, missing items are not eligible for a refund! My payment was processed via sbi credit card. Swiggy have outright refused to give me my money back for an item which was never even delivered to me! Swiggy has been cheating customers. Someone has to be held responsible. I have been back and forth on email with them for the last one day but no resolution so far. Attached bill of gupta brothers shop where in it charged rs. 335 where as swiggy charged me rs. 472

          I have placed the order and swiggy person not delivered my order. I had call with customer care and call has been received by Subhankar Ghosh. He totally shouting and not refunded my money. This kind of worst service never seen from swiggy as I am the regular customer for swiggy.. that delivery person also rude behavior. This swiggy people's also do not know how to behave with customers.

            A new trick from swiggy to loot customers.
            This is what i experienced today. This can be a lesson for all swiggy customers.
            You place an order with full online payment.

            After some time, the delivery person (Kailash gaikwad - [protected] in my case) calls you claiming he reached to the address. The address he reached will be somewhere near @ your actual address.

            At this time, its possible that this delivery man decidedly standing somewhere near @ your location but not at your address. You can see his location in the map that app shows for delivery progress. This is where the cheating plan starts.

            Then you try helping him with your correct address, but he wont listen your address, instead he will keep saying he will contact swiggy then swiggy will call you for new address. After that swiggy will call him to provide with correct address.

            You don't get call from swiggy, so you revisit swiggy app for checking possible help/support.

            You only get options to chat or to call delivery person. You may ignore chat option as its too slow process, typing & all as compared to direct call. For calling again you have only one option available is to call delivery person.

            If you call, again delivery person will not listen to the address but will claim that company want him to wait at the same place where he is till he get correct address from the company. You can request him to deliver the order by telling him correct address but that wont be listened.

            In some time (15 min.in my case) your order will get cancelled. You will get sms for it. After that, you will be charged 50% of the order cost. So, will get 50% refund notification.

            Then you go to chat where after understanding your case they will say...
            -we are sorry. Can't help you. The order was cancelled by back-end team for wrong address or delay in delivery.

            Here, you have no chance to claim that the address delivery man has got is wrong. You may have correct address noted in the app account. But delivery man will not accept it. And we have to accept that delivery man got wrong address as you cannot look into his app from your end. At least till the time delivery man deliver the order you have no chance to see into his app.

            So, you are cheated easily. No order delivery, 50% order cost in company account. Delivery person get rs. 20/- for this cheating performance + the food that you ordered.

            I did call back to the delivery man & recorded what he says. According to him, he was 1 km away from the address i told him, so he didn't come for delivery. His limit for delivery is of 10 kms.

              Swiggy which is online food ordering platform, deliver cold drink of 250 ml of coke at rs.35 but it's actual price is rs.20 and many other drinks deliver at high price than printing price on bottles or cane. After complaint to swiggy nobody reply us.
              Also selling mineral water at higher price than printed amount on bottle.
              Please take an action against this.

                even after returning spilled package items, didn't received my money back

                Want to highlight the responsibility that swiggy takes in handling customer food and packaging. I ordered paneer tikka from “gupta chat corner” (Order id #[protected]) but observed packaging issue. The package was not properly sealed.                   I had received stale food from the nearby restaurant today. I had already chatted, tweeted, spoke on call asking for a supervisor. By then, the pictures of stale food was sent to swiggy.
                  3 times or. More. Is the count of calls disconnected and no call was transferred to the supervisor. The agent made a story too stating the supervisor is in bangalore and he is in kolkata. Eventually, he disconnected the call. So i'm amazed by the level of customer care!

                    Order got delivered in 115 minutes even though it was mentioned 29 minutes. Courier boy and the agent gave different time of delivery even after the agent told that she called courier, which proves agent was lying. Courier didn't go through door step delivery as he demanded me to come to 2nd floor from 4th floor. Courier lied that he met with accident. Another agent disconnected the call halfway through conversation.
                    I ordered donuts from mad over donuts. The chocolate was stale. When complained to Swiggy customer care, they were careless and refunded only a part about stating that they erroneously processed a wrong refund amount.
                    If the error is on part of Swiggy officials, why should a consumer bear the loss. Order value was 244rs.

                      Placed a pizza order no.[protected] at 8 :30 pm on 5/3/20 through ur app.. When the pizza didn't arrive even after 50 min of ordering, i cancelled the delivery,.. Still the delivery was made at 9: 30 pm.. The pizza was cold and the worst pizza ever.. I contacted the customer care again but i didnt get a positive response... Request you to kindly refund my money...
                      My order number is #[protected]. I ordered kadai paneer, fried rice and naan. But it was very badly prepared. It was not tasty. It is true that i received item on time. But delivered items are not good. So on time delivery is waste. We want good food. We are not placing our order for bad.

                      I ordered from swiggy, and I had items missing from the order, so firstly it is super hard to get in touch with the support executive but then when I got in touch, they just asked to write a mail.
                      All I wanted was to get the missing items delivered, I was not even just asking for refund. But neither the missing food nor the money was returned
                      I ordered a chicken soup I got a veg soup. There was no soy sauce or cut chillies etc.
                      Sir I got a delivery mail to my email id [protected]@gmail.com .I didn't order anything .iam in uae and deliver is in India kerala thrissur .what is this iam in living in uae .

                        Swiggy is pathetic and i'll never order again from swiggy, these people are totally illetrate and don't know a # about customer service, basically i want my money back for that pathetic order which made me suffer from food poisoning. Even i have written the email to the ceo but no one responded because no one gives a # about it, i have contacted them on social media as well but they are stupid #, don't know a # about any customer service.

                          I am a strict vegitarian, orderd a veg food from lunch box, got a box with non veg lable on it, this is the first time non veg has entered my home, it's seriously disturbing and trust broke moment with swiggy, i wish to take it further to media and consumer court. No other human should face this awkward moment from swiggy is my intention behind this serious action, just could not resist being fooled so easily.

                            Hi i am dr sachin.. I had ordered from cosy restaurant in hauz khas delhi on 3-3-2020 at 8 14 pm. After 20 mins the swiggy personel prakash m called and said that the order was not placed. It was some technical issue in their application. He was very rude with handling my issue even though it was completely the fault of swiggy. He told he shall cancel the order however he is not cancelling and nor my paid money is coming back.

                              I ordered 6 juices in which three were orange juice and was stale, i contacted the support regarding this, they are not much concerned about the health of the customer, i asked for replacement but they said its not possible, so i asked for the refund or the 100rs worth coupon, the cost of the juice each is 90rs, i asked exactly the same price of it, i was arguing for 100rs coupon, in between "asutosh"asked me if you allow me shall i provide you the coupon, i thought its for 100rs and i said ok, but he made that for 50rs and i told him to take it back, after processed he said he cant do anything and ended the chat, after i spoke with an agent, she told she cant do anything now, i understand because of the asutosh i was very tensed, that it made me think i was fooled, how can you fool your customer, i can move on further on this

                                Had ordered egg less black forest half Kg cake via my registered mobile [protected] after taking the delivery and later while opening the box was shocked to see the broken cake and on complaining your representative is saying he cant help and he will give a Rs. 200 discount voucher. Seeing the condition in which the cake has been delivered I will hence forth never order anything from Swiggy. Because of a mistake from Swiggy side I have to dispose the cake worth Rs.400/- in the dustbin. The worst experience from Swiggy and will register the same details on the social sites. I had never expected such service from Swiggy. Better you send your representative to collect the cake back and keep the money which we had paid and the Rs.200 coupon also.

My id (579724) today my swiggy app massage this account is temporally blocked please report to the hub for help. But swiggy not hub in ahmednagar. Swiggy block my id because order picked but not delivered. But all order delivered me. I raise many tickets but not reply to me. Which order pick up and not delivered.
                                  I am fully depending swiggy de job. I am deposited total folting cash deposited in swiggy and i am not any fraud with swiggy. I am raise fir in police station for fake customer. So please please active my id.

                                    I have order, 3 pizza & two garlic breads from square pizza using swiggy, but delivery boy had given me only one garlic bread, i asked him, he said both would be inside same box. On opening box i found out one garlic bread order was missing & i call back delivery boy twice but he didn't pick up my phone.

                                      Hello,

                                      I paid for my order through sodexo card. The food they sent was uncooked, so i raised a query for refund. As per their words, the refund is initiated but i didnot receive credit till today. Its been 3 days now.

                                      I tried reaching out to the customer support team for resolution. They give a standard reply which is going no where.

                                      Swiggy doesnot provide a number to call in these cases.
