Order id is [protected]. The order was different from what i ordered. The delivery guy gave 3 missed calls also after delivering the food and then paid no heed. I ordered paneer pizzas and there was no paneer in those. The cust care was not helping. This has happened second time. Earlier also non veg food was served in veg food. Their customer service is pathetic. Listened to the entire story over the call and asked me to drop in an email. I did that and the same copied response was sent to me by the bots. They apologized and did nothing about it.. They are cheaters and only concerned about taking away our hard earned money... I wonder how can someone be so casual and uninterested in their customer's concern.
I have paid Rs.150 to swiggy through google pay. My transaction was not complete but money was deducted from my account. I was informed that i will get my refund within 2-4days but i did not received. I want refund as soon as possible. The SBI customer care service is not appropriate and helpful.

I ordered on 1jan2020 but order cancelled in your hand as delivery boy denied to place order to my address, so full amount should be refunded.but only rs57 refunded to my source AC on 6jan2020, what about my rest amount and when will credit to my account?

    I have had refund-related issues with Swiggy. Once the order has been placed and there has been mess ups regarding the amount deducted or wrong food delivered, I chat with customer executives. They say that the money would be refunded. After a few days, when I check, I realize the money has not been refunded. I will have to follow up so that they will refund the money. I keep thinking that they wait for us to follow up to refund the money, and if we don't follow up, they conveniently forget to refund the money. I don't think this is an ethical way of doing things

      My name is wilwin edara, ph: [protected], my order id is: [protected]. I have ordered pinnaple exotica cake from ks bakers.

      They have delivered some leftover flavor from the bakery and it is very bad taste. The item delivered also damaged the product.

      Item is wrong and taste is bad. I have asked to replace the order but they never did that nor refunded my amount.

      I want someone from swiggy to take this responsibility.

        I ordered food today from swiggy on a new address I am a regular customer I gave the right address and the app took the wrong address and then confirmed my order as well. When the Swiggy delivery boy reached the restaurant I called him to ask where is he and then he confirmed that the restaurant is really far and cant deliver there. I started a chat with the support to cancel the order along with the screenshot which clearly shows that I inserted the right address but they said i will be charged cancellation fee without any reason. when I got call from customer support I explained everything then they said that we can remove the fee but then my COD will be restricted. I mean how can they do so m so not happy with the kind of customer service they are giving and just trying to make money.

          I had ordered something but received something else. I need complete refund for my order, I did not ordered rajma masala, my order was of dal makhani. I need complete refund of my order.
          When I opened customer care chat, they are taking long to reply, asking to explain issue, after explaining they closed chat telling, send us mail we will reply within 2-4 hours, till now no reply.

            Swiggy email support says refund is provided but i never received any refund which i can prove but swiggy cannot prove saying they refunded amount to me and says false statements

            This is really ridiculous service from swiggy being big brand,

            If chat support department cant resolve issue then what is the use of having chat support department?
            I have received the food which is not from "angaara restaurant"and it looks like road side food the way it is packaged does not prove food is from angaara, i have a chat twice with chat support department and shared the photos of the food but still they ask me to email to you all,
            When i ask what should i do with food now? Chat support has no answer again
            Being a customer i am chatting /emailing and doing all the things and wasting my time with swiggy which does not make sense if you give all this type of issues to customers
            Please escalate this issue now, being a customer i am loosing money for no reason... Ridiculous service

            Same thing happened with me. I contacted my bank and they said if they transferred any amount it should he directly refunded in my bank account. For example when we send money to someone else it gets transferred in no time, but swiggy is just fooling around with us. Ive not received refund from 2 orders ( ₹135 + ₹142)

              Why they fool people if you can’t deliver in time. Why don’t you say no at first place. I placed my order at 2:15am. I got my order at 3:22am which supposed to arrive at 2:47am. And then i have no other option at 3:22 am and their manager wants to give me coupons! What the heck i am going to do with coupons when there is no option available around!
              Ordered Pizza veg through Swiggy Onestà and non veg food was delivered. Highly upset as this is Brahmin household. Refund of 100rs for such blunder is unacceptable. I need redress on this issue. In past also they have looted money from customers

                I ordered food from swiggy on sunday evening and i was given bad quality food. I raised the cobcern with their customer support however they were totally un responsive and were giving robotic answers. They didnt listen to my request and kept saying one thing that we will give replacement, finally being irritated and i accwpted their order and agreed for replacement. Then after waiting almost an hour i was given replacement order as incomplete order. My original order was for 2 food items and replacement order was provided only for one item. I again spoke to them on social media platform and they asked me to connect through call. I agreed to it however over the telephone call the guy was pretty abuvise and rude. It was clearly their customer care mistake that he ticked it for just one food item.
                Swiggy cancelled my order without providing delivery, swiggy delivery boy never shown to my location, tried to call him and explain my location but after some time swiggy cancelled my order and charged me cancellation fees.
                Order no [protected], they charged me 97.5 rs for cancellation fees.
                swiggy cancelled my order without even calling or informing.
                he was on the location but then he changed the route and cancelled the order purposely.

                  I have placed order in swiggy at 10.23 in the night and i got a call after ten minutes telling that one item is not there and they would want to provide alternate dish, which i agreed to, at 11.10 again i messaged customer care executive to check about my orfder as i was not able to track the same. So they told that it will be delivered by 11.30pm. Then again i got a call telling that they are not able to deliever the order and they would refund it. I am extremely unhappy about this incident, this is not the first time incident, it has happened previously also during night time.
                  I ordered aloo Chaat in which I found an insect
                  This is beyond humanity .
                  A strict action must be taken towards it.

                    We requested the chat person to kindly send the veg fried rice and take away the in correct meal packet.

                    Again we received a parcel with incorrect meal packet chicken fried rice.

                    Now it's a high time and i request you to kindly refund my money asap as food as per my order has not been delivered and i felt cheated by your company.

                        I ordered a 2 leg piece and i paid the money using paytm. Transaction completed. But but not yet received the food. So please kingly look over the problem. I think the person or the restaurant are cheating me. I will make a complain in court. So that they may not do again. All the time they are cheating us. What us the solution for our middle class families. This one is the last time. Next time should not be happen. Police take sever action on them. Thank you

                          Ordered murgh afghani with tandoori roti from
                          Pista house restaurant under swiggypop for rs 149 and kadai mutton with butter naan for rs159. Did not receive 1 tandoori roti and butter naan.                           Hello,
                          I placed an order at 10:45 am [protected]. Supposed to receive it in 52 mins, received it 90-100 mins. Specifically mentioned no onion, but it had onions.
                          I ordered food and what i received was trash. All drinks were spilled and we're half empty. The liquid was absorbed by the paper bag and all food was soiled. I had to throw away the whe order and stay hungry. This is atrocious and pathetic customer service. I need a full refund for this mess.

                            I received food, but it was of bad quality and smelling too much.

                            I contacted customer care but they not given resolution to problem nor refunded me for such food.

                            Its totally cheating. They are just telling about giving bad feedback for order and saying that we will improve service in future.

                              Please look into this order number [protected] from metro spice, guwahati. The delivery boy would not listen to what i was explaining about the address and argued with my mother. He was very rude and arrogant. He also rudely said that the ten rupees was very old and yelled he would accept it. This is not an acceptable behavior. Kindly please look into this. All the other delivery boys were so nice. I sincerely request you to take action for his behavior. Today it was with me, tomorrow it might be with someone else and so on.

                                I am a regular customer of swiggy but later these days i am having multiple issue with the delivery.
                                Within a month i faced two issue which are not at all acceptable and i dont understand why is there a delay in rectifying it all i get is apologies.

                                I paid 920 rupees and the order which i received was not mine. Complained about the same immediately that i received wrong order and shared the images then i was advised to drop a mail to support team since then i am waiting for a refund for that all i got is apologies. Kindly justify why should i pay for what i didn't order.
                                Last night i ordered again and one item was missing reported that too and asked them to get it delivered again i was told to e-mail for that and result was same apologies.
                                Please justify why should i pay for these order.
                                I am going to file a case if this is not taken care of instantly else i will file a case in consumer court as this is a pure cheat.

                                  Order # [protected] - Ordered for Full Pepper BBQ chicken but Half only came I took photo of it and sent to swiggy live chat, But they only said deep regrets and no replacement or refund, When asked again in mail no actions were taken.it was a missing order and there was no refund and no replacement provided by swiggy inspite of sending many emails to them.kindly help

                                  He is anware of main area location of Surat athwagate & he misbehaved & abuse me on phone call bcz he was not able to find the address. & than he cancelled the order even though i send her my location in personal.. he himself cancelled the order & that cancellation price charged me 146rs which I’m not going to pay.

                                    Sometimes swiggy supplying worst quality of food to maintain its profit.
                                    I ordered many time food from swiggy but sometime food was just insipid i thought that my taste can be different from others but this time i ordered kadai paneer on 23rd january 2020 and the food was worst in quality full of coriander seed that nobody is able to eat i throw it into dustbin and i think that company is just making fool us by giving discount and it has done an agreement with restaurants that sometimes they can reduce the quality of food to balance or maintain its profit.                                       Hi there
                                      I had an order running very late and then the valet eventually pitched up. He gave me the food, took my phone and cancelled the order and then still took the money and left. I explained the situation to the customer care representative but she just kept telling me i cancelled the order. I told her the valet stole but she would not listen.
