Placed a pizza order no.[protected] at 8 :30 pm on 5/3/20 through ur app.. When the pizza didn't arrive even after 50 min of ordering, i cancelled the delivery,.. Still the delivery was made at 9: 30 pm.. The pizza was cold and the worst pizza ever.. I contacted the customer care again but i didnt get a positive response... Request you to kindly refund my money...
My order number is #[protected]. I ordered kadai paneer, fried rice and naan. But it was very badly prepared. It was not tasty. It is true that i received item on time. But delivered items are not good. So on time delivery is waste. We want good food. We are not placing our order for bad.

Kindly consider my request.

I ordered from swiggy, and I had items missing from the order, so firstly it is super hard to get in touch with the support executive but then when I got in touch, they just asked to write a mail.
All I wanted was to get the missing items delivered, I was not even just asking for refund. But neither the missing food nor the money was returned
I ordered a chicken soup I got a veg soup. There was no soy sauce or cut chillies etc.
Sir I got a delivery mail to my email id [protected]@gmail.com .I didn't order anything .iam in uae and deliver is in India kerala thrissur .what is this iam in living in uae .

    Swiggy is pathetic and i'll never order again from swiggy, these people are totally illetrate and don't know a # about customer service, basically i want my money back for that pathetic order which made me suffer from food poisoning. Even i have written the email to the ceo but no one responded because no one gives a # about it, i have contacted them on social media as well but they are stupid #, don't know a # about any customer service.

      I am a strict vegitarian, orderd a veg food from lunch box, got a box with non veg lable on it, this is the first time non veg has entered my home, it's seriously disturbing and trust broke moment with swiggy, i wish to take it further to media and consumer court. No other human should face this awkward moment from swiggy is my intention behind this serious action, just could not resist being fooled so easily.

        Hi i am dr sachin.. I had ordered from cosy restaurant in hauz khas delhi on 3-3-2020 at 8 14 pm. My order ([protected]) was placed and was showing that food is being prepared. My phone number is [protected]. After 20 mins the swiggy personel prakash m called and said that the order was not placed. It was some technical issue in their application. He was very rude with handling my issue even though it was completely the fault of swiggy. He told he shall cancel the order however he is not cancelling and nor my paid money is coming back.

          I ordered 6 juices in which three were orange juice and was stale, i contacted the support regarding this, they are not much concerned about the health of the customer, i asked for replacement but they said its not possible, so i asked for the refund or the 100rs worth coupon, the cost of the juice each is 90rs, i asked exactly the same price of it, i was arguing for 100rs coupon, in between "asutosh"asked me if you allow me shall i provide you the coupon, i thought its for 100rs and i said ok, but he made that for 50rs and i told him to take it back, after processed he said he cant do anything and ended the chat, after i spoke with an agent, she told she cant do anything now, i understand because of the asutosh i was very tensed, that it made me think i was fooled, how can you fool your customer, i can move on further on this

            Had ordered egg less black forest half Kg cake via my registered mobile [protected] after taking the delivery and later while opening the box was shocked to see the broken cake and on complaining your representative is saying he cant help and he will give a Rs. 200 discount voucher. Seeing the condition in which the cake has been delivered I will hence forth never order anything from Swiggy. Because of a mistake from Swiggy side I have to dispose the cake worth Rs.400/- in the dustbin. The worst experience from Swiggy and will register the same details on the social sites. I had never expected such service from Swiggy. Better you send your representative to collect the cake back and keep the money which we had paid and the Rs.200 coupon also.

But swiggy not hub in ahmednagar. Swiggy block my id because order picked but not delivered. But all order delivered me. I raise many tickets but not reply to me. Which order pick up and not delivered.
              I am fully depending swiggy de job. I am deposited total folting cash deposited in swiggy and i am not any fraud with swiggy. I am raise fir in police station for fake customer. So please please active my id.

                I have order, 3 pizza & two garlic breads from square pizza using swiggy, but delivery boy had given me only one garlic bread, i asked him, he said both would be inside same box. On opening box i found out one garlic bread order was missing & i call back delivery boy twice but he didn't pick up my phone.

                This is good way of cheating, next time i would made sure to verify each boxes by opening in front of delivery boy itself.

                  Hello,

                  I paid for my order through sodexo card. The food they sent was uncooked, so i raised a query for refund. As per their words, the refund is initiated but i didnot receive credit till today. Its been 3 days now.

                  I tried reaching out to the customer support team for resolution. They give a standard reply which is going no where.

                  Swiggy doesnot provide a number to call in these cases.

                    I had ordered the some food items (Veg. And non-veg) of rs. 2117 online from swiggy on 26.02.2020 at 5.29 pm and paid the amount the amount through debit card and due to some reasons i have cancelled the order at 5.33 pm immediately. After cancellation of the order, swiggy charged me half of the total order i. E. Rs.1058 as cancellation fee and balance amount of rs.1058 has been credited to my account. Therefore i want to lodge a complaint against swiggy for charging illegal cancellation fee.

                      As per swiggy policy, person is allowed to place special instructions for a food order. Then i went to their help section and provided those instructions again that i did not wish to put onion and garlic in my food due to my association with vaishnavism. I requested them as soon as i placed the order. After many minutes, they replied that this is not possible. I asked them to cancel my order then. They said they'll charge a 50% fee on cancelation. And they left me with no option but to cancel it. I requested them again and again for refund or to remake the order with my specifications. But they refused. This has happened with me twice now that i have been wrongfully charged with the cancelation fee

                        I ordered food from swiggy today. The delivery came to wrong location and when i informed him same he started disconnecting my calls and cancelled my food order without my consent and now swiggy is charging me cancellation fee, for food which i didn't even cancel.
                        Customer representative named adithi is not even responding properly giving lame excuses that delivery guy is not picking up her call.
                        Such a worst service by swiggy

                          I had placed an order with swigy on 2.3.2020 order no 27868. Four items were ordered. When the item was delivered and opened only three items was seen delivered. Of the four the missing item was the costlier about Rs 250/- Immediately I verified the bills and found that the order placed was for four items with GARAM MASALA HOTEL TRIVANDRUM . BUT THE BILLED ITEMS CONTAIN ONLY THREE . IN short the hotel is right having not delivered the fourth item and they have not billed. But Swigy collected the entire amount from me . the item delivered was about Rs 250. On complaining I was kept on hold for about 30 minutes. Later through another network got in touch with another representative and he said he will gift a coupon worth Rs 100/- only. This was not acceptable and cheating . My complaint no is [protected] with swigy. This is how they cheat public. I am proceeding with the consumer forum

                            I had an order placed on swiggy on 11 february, 2020. An amount of 135 was deducted, it hasn't been refunded yet inspite of regular follow up from my side.
                            They have provided me with fake transaction id too.
                            They have been contradicting their own statements over and over again.
                            First they told me that refund was initiated from their side then they said said that they never received the payment.
                            It seems as if they have been specifically asked not to return money.
                            Today on 2 march, 2020 again same has happened this time an amount of 104 has been deducted.
                            This is appaji from hyderabad, I am facing this issue not single time 3 to 4 time I have received bad quality and smell and watery food, every time they said we will solved your issue like that but not solved and my amount also not given back, one time i have facing health issue also sir please take action swiggy app and santosh family dhaba

                              Ordered 2 filet-o-fish burgers worth 238 rupees. I received aloo tikki burger (Worth 44 rs each). On calling delivery agent, he asked to complain on app. On complaining on app, i was assured that i can get a replacement within 24 hours. On asking for replacement within 24 hours, i was again offered replacement but unfortunately due to network error, chat got closed and on reconnecting another agent joined the chat and he refused to give either refund or replacement. I tried requesting and even told that i was assured replacement 2 times, replacement wasn't made available and he just offered a 100 rs coupon which was of far less value than what i had ordered and paid for.

                                I ordered food in mulund. After payment for some reason it shows the food is being delivered to bandra. Baffled i quickly informed swiggy about this mistake in their application. They scammed me into paying 743 rs to cancel the order. Why should i pay for their mistake? #corporatebullying

                                  On 1sr mar around 8:30 pm i placed an order from a restaurant located on hardly 15 mins distance till 10:45 their executive didn't even reached at restaurant and after lot of follow-up i finally got a call where executive said he is struck at shakupur but truth is he didn't even attempted to go to restaurant just tried using excuse of riot while i myself came home around 8:40 and there was no issue at all. Even while talking to him i went outside and found no chaos at all. At the end my family slept without having their dinner as they were waiting for the dinner and i also slept disappointed due to complete # by swiggy team. It is horrible experience and i have deleted their app not going to use it ever. During all this they didn't even tried to inform me about any issue until i started chasing them after waiting for 2 hrs

                                    Absolutely third class unreliable company delivery is not guaranteed despite advance payment due to insufficient manpower or to save some money they send their unruly delivery person with multiple order delivery giving priority to high value orders and dam to others when you contact them for delay they give lame excuses, lie, force close the chat and don't even hesitate to spread rumours of riots in peaceful area I think such company should be avoided

                                      I ordered from the swiggy app from artinci - real ice creams, marathahalli on[protected] around 9pm for the amount of 157. I ordered an ice cream with 2 add ons and when i recieved the order, one of the add ons were not delivered. Since i paid extra for the add ons, i raised a complaint for refund for the missing item with swiggy customer support and they had blatantly refused to refund the amount and did not cite their terms for refusing so. Instead, they insisted that they will take feedback from my complaint.

                                      Very disappointed with the response from team swiggy support. They are robbing customers in broad daylight and such business conduct should not be allowed.
                                      How can they charge customer for something which they have not provided.

                                        I ordered food and the bill was of rs 535/- i gave 500/- and went inside to get the change and my brother got him 50/- and he didn't return him 15/- back and left without saying anything that was clear intention of thieving our money. Even after calling him to return our money back he was very rude and abused us on phone. His name is arpit shahu from nagpur we want justice to this act as this was not a way to treat your customers.
                                        I hope i'll get a positive way out after a complaint.
