I ordered for cheese burger and got aloo tikki burger delivered from veg express. After getting order delivered i made complaint about it to chat executive to which he accepted the fault but was never ready to make replacement or refund. After then i called them and talked about it they said that they will investigate the matter but never gave me any complaint no. Or any mail regarding it. This is the second time i have suffered this and they haven't done anything.

    I have ordered on 21st march and these people have cancelled my order after 1hour. They actually have wasted by time in between hours. After that they have initiated my refund which i am yet to receive till now and have promised that i will get in 5-6 wd and when i have spoken with them they easily said that refund has been cancelled due to technical glitch. Its really a worst experience with swiggy.
    Please note that these people are available on calls for active orders and after that if we want to talk then they have disabled the calls also. I actually have been frustrated with swiggy services. I want my refund on priority.

    Swiggy keeps each item price higher than the restaurant menu card..swiggy cheats its customer on top of the higher price, they ll add delivery and packing charge..I brought a an item which is mentioned 270 in swiggy price list but the same is 180 in restaurant menu card. Eg look the price of special Briyani in both screenshots

    I am a resident of Chandapura in Bangalore. Swiggy doesn't provide their service till that much though they come till Electronic city, which is 7 kms from our place. We too want to enjoy the service of Swiggy. Please see if you can do something about this.

      Today I have ordered Chicken fried rice from the Kabab Magic res in Bellandur around 2:00 pm today. Soon after the order confirmation received, the delivery person called me up to confirm him on the address which I did. But post that there was no call from the delivery guy and the food was not delivered.
      The cost of the item was INR 123 and the pay was made through Amazon pay and the transaction was successful.

      Pl find the Transaction details attached.
      Pl arrange for the refund immediately

        Hi,

        I have been ordering food from swiggy from many years and these days i feel that swiggy is not delivering the right product and a bad quality restaurants and a worst customer service ever since in my life, have been facing issue where i order food and delivery guy calls me and tells after 45 mins that the restaurant is closed and spoke to the customer support and was very very rude and not helpful and said refund will be done, however refund takes 6-7 days and no food is delivered, and order shows delivered, and got bad food many times and whenever i ask for help the answer is will take feedback and will serve you better next time, its been happening quite a lot with many orders and also today i ordered from CCD and everytime i order from that restaurant, i get a call saying that the food i ordered is not avaialable,

        Request you to please go through all the call recordings and history of how much many i have actually spent and how much many is been wasted and such worst customer service,

          We have initiated refund of rs 42.0 to your account after deducting cancellation fees of rs 42.0 and the same should reflect within 2-4 business days.
          We have not cancelled order no. #[protected]. My location is shown rightly. Your company has cancelled the order than why to deduct cancellation charges. We are still ready to receive the order, so either refund full amount or deliver this order
          Had placed an order for a fish dish from oh Calcutta twice but got mutton dishes both the times. First time I thought it was An oversight and didn't bother. But second time too? guess that's being incompetent. I dont blame swiggy, they just bring wats packed. But the restaurant needs to know abt the food ordered. They can't mess it up Every time!

            I made a online food order on swiggy with order id #[protected] on 04 april 19 i made online payment for this order. After 40 min i got a call from delivery boy, i told him to wait for 10 min as was not available there at that time. After 10 min when i reached there, delivery boy was not there. I tried to call him but could not. Then i called swiggy customer service and told them about the metter but they told that they are unable to help as delivery boy delivered the order to someone else without checking his identity. They simply denied to return my money. Please help me
            Order was confirmed and then I cancelled order but money dint refunded, with out receiving order itself is have cancelled it, the status to refund money was generated but till now it didn't refunded its already 2nd month.

              I have ordered (Order no. #[protected]) two items (Handi murgh and chinese fried chicken) by using swiggy app from the krishnaz restourent, bareilly, up on 4.4.2019 but it was not delivered.
              Delivery man contacted me around 8:30pm and i am guiding him to my address but after that his phone was disconnected and he never call again. I am trying to call him but it was not ringing. After half an hour i received the call for feed back and i informed him that the order was not received by me till now. But nothing was happened and i received the mail as the order was delivered.
              Possibly he has delivered it to wrong person or not delivered at all. Kindly look into it.

                Order for two naans, two parotta and one chicken gravy was placed at 8:30 from aasife and brothers, 5 mins from my location. Order was accepted, delivery executive not assigned by swiggy, payment was made, no communication for two hours, customer care number not working, chat partner (Mr. Pritam) not responding to messages, order not getting cancelled, and now the app isn't loading.

                Customer service from swiggy has been pathetic, sub-standard and is a sham. The chat partner was contacted an hour back and he still hasn't put me on a call with the customer executive. I haven't been told where my order is, I haven't received any call from swiggy, I haven't been refunded my money, I have been made to wait for two hours now, and there are ill people at home waiting for their food.

                If further action is not taken I shall approach the consumer forum and file an official report. I want swiggy to refund my money, along with damages and a compensation befitting their poor service standards.

                I also demand that the chat partner (Mr. Pritam) personally apologise for his poor response, sometimes even no response, and for not valuing the customer. He conveniently closed the conversation thread without resolving the issue.

                This is the nth time I'm experiencing such below-par service from swiggy. I only use it because I have no choice.

                I request that action be taken immediately.

                  I ordered a fish bento box worth inr 178 after discounts from hudson chopsticks on swiggy (Order no. #[protected]) on 3 april 2019. The fish in the order was stale and uneatable. Although i compained to swiggy's customer service regarding the bad quality food received, they could not offer me an adequate and suitable resolution. This was the second time i received stale food from the same restaurant. Although swiggy did refund me in the previous case, this time they did not.in such cases which might be a cause for food poisoning, an apology does not suffice. I request a full refund as well as full execution of necessary grievance redressal mechanisms. Thanks.

                    I have ordered some foods through swiggy. As i have not received the order i started a chat with swiggy personell he told me few items were not available in restaurant and please choose an alternative for those food for the second time and told me to cancel my order third time after those foods were not available. I asked him will you refund the amount i paid through phone pe and he told me it would be refunded within 24 hours and i asked him instant refund. He told me it is possible i will give you a coupon instead of refunding of the money to my account. At same cost. Still now i havent received my refund and now they are telling it would be refunded within a week. I am still waiting

Then he came to my apartment and made a big drama... By refusing to give my order and shouted at me... And he used abused words and made me insecured...                         I placed an order on march 31 2019 through swiggy for dominos pizza. It was supposed to be deliver between 9pm-9:30pm. When i did not receive the order i contacted dominos. They informed me that they have not received any order. I emailed and chat with swiggy asking for refund. Email has not been amswered yet. The advisors on chat are pathetic. Repeating the same template again and again. I asked for a call back. They cannot provide tjis. They are hedging. The order was for 416.00. The dominos order ref is #[protected]. The oreder is still showing as order received. I want my money back!!!

                        I’ve placed an order for 2 Shwarma Rolls, instead Swiggy sent me a delivery of more than 25 packets of Chutneys. They are not looking into the issue as they accept that this happens often. This too after a late delivery.

                          I am from bangalore city... Marathahalli is my proper place... I orderd food on swiggy on 1st april 2019.. Orderd time was 9.50 pm.. After half and hour i started asking to the customer support out my order... They said delivery boy is waiting outside the resaturent and food is preparing... After 1 hour i asked again they gave the same answer... This conversation repeated for minimum 10 times... At the end at 12.00 am when i asked they said if you want you can cancel the order... Every other restaurants was closed at that time... At the end time they said... As a customer i lost my time, money for 4 days (Refund will be only after 4 days) and i couldnt have food also... My order id was [protected]... This very irresponsible thing from your side...

[protected] I placed an order and post the order being ready and payment already been processed the delivery boy called me up and confirmed that i have picked up the order but cannot deliver since it is beyond my delivery circle. What unethical and irresponsible behavior is this from Swiggy. My order has been cancelled by Swiggy for no fault of mine.                               We contacted swiggy support via the help option and they didn't do anything about it.

                              We wanted to call them but there is was no option to call after that, we are disappointed and expected better service instead we got scammed with no review.

                                I have ordered from domino's at 10 march but order was delay so domino's initiated refund of 300rs to swiggy but i haven't received money from swiggy. Now i am not able to contact swiggy. Please find attached screenshot from domino's.                                   While keeping me in loop with executive chat, order has been moved from confirmation and even to delivered status. The request to cancel the order is for wrong address. Desired delivery address is within 4km, but swiggy not able to deliver so moved to cancel status.while discussion on cancellation fee order moved to delivered stage as delivery boy doesn't have any other option when customer request for cancellation, just to make it as delivered. This totally unfair with swiggy. Executive support is not good .

                                    I have ordered Dominos Pizza on 16th March through Swiggy...

                                    The payment was made through SBI netbanking and an amount of Rs. 1539 was debited from my account...

                                    But after few seconds i got a msg telling we could not process ur payment successfully and moreover not able to contact the Dominos...

                                    and atlast the order was cancelled.

                                    But till today i.e. after a span of 15 days the amount has not been credited to my account... Kindly do the needful...

                                      Today i ordered1 butter pepper paneer veg roll and it was the same on the bill too. But once i began eating, to my shock i realized it was not paneer and in fact, chicken. How can you make such a mistake when literally countless people are hardcore vegetarians and consider it a part of their religion. The biggest flaw i found was that not even green and red symbols used to indicate veg or non veg were placed on the packet. This is a serious matter and i expect swiggy as well as the restaurant to take responsibility as swiggy are the ones we are ordering food from and you have to make sure correct items are delivered.

                                        On 30.03.2019, I ordered food (Mix veg, hakka noodle) from swiggy panipat. 5 minutes after getting confirmation from the restaurant (Ahuja Sweets) I got a call from the delivery boy (whose name is now disappeared from the order history) that his bike tire got punctured. he told me that even if he hire auto rickshaw it will be too late to delivery the order and finding him in problem I asked him to transfer the order to some other delivery boys but he made excuses and try to convince me to cancel the order and make fresh order. He told me that cancellation charges will be Rs 20 only I found him genuine and cancelled the order. To my surprise I found that swiggy has charged me Rs 113 for Cancelling the order and refund of Rs 114 is under progress which I have not received yet. I found the way the delivery boy fooled me and tricked me to cancel the order is completely shocking. These kind of thug delivery boys are ruining swiggy market reputation.

                                        I demand that swiggy should take action against such kind of delivery boys and give me full refund of my money and will request others not to order from swiggy.

                                        I didn't expect that the customer care executive will reach me so quick. The executive listen to me very patiently and assured me that I will receive the cancellation amout back into my account in 24 hours. I waited and now received the full amount.
                                        hopefully swiggy will take appropriate action against such issues of customer dealing and will improve their service.
