If front of the house, BSNL empty post has touch with commercial EB line. Sometimes, electricity has return to empty BSNL post. Kindly remove the post in that location. That particular post has not in active. Kinds are playing and rooming around the empty post. It will create the problem and cause of electric shock to playing kids. Kindly support and remove the post.

We are living in K.P park, 14th block, demellow road, chennai 600012.This is an slum clearance board where most are from lower middle class family.we are getting power cut for our 14th block alone often . Please assign engineer to fix the issue . we have raised complaint to otteri EB no action taken on this they have checked and told that we people have to pay money and get the issue fixed as i told already people staying here are low class family and cant afford money.so please the needful.

My EB consumer number is[protected] in the name of S. DIVAKAR. In Bill generated by TNEB showing as 'R. DIVAKAR'. Error may be rectified at the earliest.

EB Post near my house is in danger condition any time it may collapse, please take necessary action to restore it, there is an another post near b laid few months back but crossovers are not replaced and damaged post is not removed yet

We had reported incident in CCMS portal for Meter stopped working, no action is taken still now.

I’m living in Balambigai nagar Ramapuram for the last 30th years. Ward no 154, Zone 11. I’m working from home for the last 3 years and noticing lots of power cuts during last few weeks. Everyday there will be a power cut for min 30min to 1hr and sometimes max of 4-8hrs per day and not sure at what time they cut off the power. It may go at anytime in a day. Power cut for 1hr per day is drastically affecting my work and I’m losing lot of datas before saving. Since I’m using power for both my laptop and modem. Please check the issue and make sure not get the frequent power cut in our area.

With due respect, I would like to state that I am Shivasubramanian Masanam Son of S Masanam Konar. We live at Sankanapuram Village, South Karungulam (via), Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu - 627114.

This is in regards with EB Pole mounted on our land (Vadakku Thottam - Patta No. 1003, Survey No.407) and also came to know that EB has planned for transformer on the same pole. As we are going to built a house and it will be very dangerous for family member resides. Request you to please look into and remove the EB Pole mounted and shift to East side.

Consumer number - [protected], the main 3phase line from jb to our flat, only single phase given temporaryily over trees, it is unsafe and power fluctuating often. Same to be laid underground properly with std 3-phase cable. Electrical appliances are getting damaged because of this temporary connection which is also looped.

The power lines from the house next door to my house are low and life threatening

My line service complete one year but he did not put the meter box but i was paid 15000

I am Selvam am complaint with my house is without power one week I am calling line man many times but he didn't pick the call my line is one year completed but he didn't put the meter box and electricity number but I was pay 15000 thousand for my home please you will inform the line man

Dear sir,

I have requested proofs documents which had produced for to take agricultural free current.

I have requested it through Rti and their reference number is ENERG/R/2022/60142

And for that I had recieved letter from chengalpattu eletricity department and in the letter said that service number is wrong and advised me to provide exact service number.

So that I have contacted our area AE and got the service number and sent to [protected]@tn.gov.in date 12/10/2022.

But, again on 08/12/2022 I have recieved same letter from chengalpattu department and said the same things and sent this letter through email to [protected]@tn.gov.in but still there is no reply and nothing I have received.

However here again I am sending exact service number along with person details.
