Charge for Name Transfer in EB Card

fuse failure

my house is in darkness without power supply due to fuse failure. i have tried many emergency numbers as mentioned in the tneb website for the same reason but none of the connections are at no respond either these numbers are not in existence or noone is picking them up. i just want the power connnection back as soon as possible. if there is a delay in payment of bill they are very active to take the fuse off, but when there is a complaint...

Correcting the name

EB post Damaged new post replacement requested regarding

We have sent a letter to The Assistant Engineer, Tamilnadu Electricity Board manali North, dated 29.12.2012 in this regard. An EB post which located near the Aavin Transport Section, Madhavaram milk colony, chennai - 51 is badly damaged in condition and it has been fall any time. It creates accident any time. No power supply in one phase

Excess Billing

My name is Praveen kumar from Kovilambakkam chennai, I am staying in Sundarakand apartment. My regular bi-monthly usage will be around 260 units and will pay INR 610. But the period 17th October 2014 to 22 December 2014 the consumption meter reading raised from 880 to 1640 and consumed 760 units and bill came for INR 3427.50. Which five times more have to pay. Even i dont have AC in my home. I doubt that meter reading noted is wrong. My Service...

Dear Sir, I am residing preiyasamy at nachiur, pottananm (po) namakkal . as my house is located at the corner, the EB post damaged ..i complained about it in the EB Person in puthansanthi, But kindly take immediate action before any unforeseen incident happens. Main Fuses are removed regularly even after payment of bill online

We are staying in Thoraipakkam. EB staffs are removing the main fuse and asking us to pay the bill. But the bill was already paid online. We went to EB office near Chennai One-IT SEZ, Thoraipakkam. There is no response from them. They are not behaving in a good manner and carelessly speaking. We are facing the issue once in two months. Please check this issue and ensure that this issue will not be repeated in future with other consumers....
