    Please reconsider average shortfall amount added in my bill. There is no delay in payment so far. More than 8000 rupees mentioned as average shortfall but eb bill is only 113 rupees as per reading. Please resolve.

      X tenant was used the tneb online payment option. Now he vacated and not giving the user is and password. Now have to remove that user-id/email-id/mobile no... so that i can create new user-id and email-id /mobile no... . So kindly remove the existing user-id/ email- id/mobile no...

        My current consumption charges has been calculated on average basis since the meter is defective as per the Assistant Engineer, TNEB.
        The digits in the meter are visible except for the last digit.
        The concerned officer is not accepting this and average has been taken and i will be paying Rs.2000/- more and this average will continue till the meter is replaced.
        Why should the consumer suffer because of the inefficiency of the department.
        when the digits are visible why the department is not accepting.
        I have taken photographs and sent thru whats app and personally visited the TNEB office and shown.

          Name correction has to be made in my EB Service Line[protected]

          Existing Name in EB Line : K.Latha
          Edit the name to : Latha Kamalkumar

          Please edit the name to Latha Kamalkumar in the above mentioned TNEB Service Line .

                      Sir This is in reference to the SC NO [protected] for which I am getting SMS from TNEB relating to the Billing Payments. This SC NO[protected] is not used by me any more since April 2022. Hence I request to eliminate the SMS enable to my Mobile No with immediate effect, The mobile number registered for the SC NO[protected] earlier was [protected].

                              Frequently in Ponmalaipatti there is an uninformed power shutdown happening on all week days as well as weekends which should be resolved and proper information sms should be send to area concerned mobile numbers which is easy to plan the schedule accordingly. We have newborn babies and which is very difficult to keep comfort without electricity
