About disconnection and restoring the connection

Hi,

My name is Karthik Rajasekaran and i stay in Annanagar

I missed to pay my EB bill for the month of March. I stay alone @ home and i work. We are not sure when the EB people are coming and making note of the reading.

All of a sudden my Electiricity connection was disconnected on April 12th without any intimation. As a consumer i would like to have notice before something is been pulled out....

Refusing to accept payment after due date

New digital meter replacement

Receipt not generated for online payment

I made payment of RS.880 against my consumer no:[protected] on 11/07/2015. Payment was successful and i received the SMS also in my mobile but tneb payment receipt not generated and the status is showing as amount due and also showed "Service not completed due to wrong operation / insufficient data. No proper response from EB complaint number 1912

ponneri EB officer not responding
