Dear sir/madam,

I Vinoth Sivaperumal, residing atF2, Plot No, 4A, Door No.1A, , Mani Naicker Street, Ganapathipuram, Chrompet, Chennai. This is regarding the EB person wrote down wrong advance meter reading number which has not come yet.

In Meter showing as 1900 units.

But in billing system showing 1990 unit. it is more than 90 unit high.

Eb post was damge and cable aslo low height in houses please replace the new post and cables

Meter running faster so please change the meter

I am the owner of Flat No 1-D, Block-1, First Floor, Shiyam Thirth Apartments, North Jagannatha Nagar, Villivakkam, Chennai 600049 [opposite Villivakkam Railway Station, Consumer No[protected], having 3 phase domestic connection.

I am constantly facing power interruption in my apartment, apparently due to some loose connection in the Main Switch Board located in the ground floor. Fed up by the disturbance, today my father (a Senior Citizen, retired Govt. officer), visited the Main switch Board area and found that there are many lose wires tucked into the fuze systems. In fact some of the fuzes are also missing, and the same has also been replaced by loose wires in a precaurious/ unsafe manner. I therefore request your goodself to kindly arrange a surprise check by a competent official of your departmentwithout any further delay, so as to redress my above grievance, as well as to ensure that the various loose wires tucked in does not cause any electrical fire in the Apartment complex.

I am also facing the same problem. We registered & paid 3 phase connection amount but TNEB cancelled/rejected our application. Still now we are not received the refund amount. Could you please help me to get the refund amount(9998rs).

Our family lived at the above address for 60 years. Has not lived there for the past 20 years. The reason is that there is a heavy power (33 kg voltage) power line above our house, we lived on the ground floor and struggled to build a house above, then we vacated the house and are now living in Guduvancheri. Two persons were injured due to this power voltage. Local E.B.. A.D. There is no response from the office despite repeated calls.

So, sir, I humbly request you to look into this matter and remove the electric wire going above our house and install it on an alternative route. Kindly advise me what should I try further for that.

I have applied temp EB connection on 11.2.23..but still connection is not offer they told no metre is there to give connection...it will come but we don't know when it will come ??..urgently we want to construct our home .. already complain is registered in minnagam but no response is there..pls give temp connection immediately then only we will start our construction...our eb office is NGGO COLONY, THUDIYALUR COIMBATORE.REF NO [protected]

The eb post and wire is located in my own land which has patta and all the documents. Now I have decided to develop my house as the ceiling falling down but the eb wire looks very risk and we can not make any development until remove the wire. Due to this reason, we have not yet started the house development plan. I already requested to Vandavasi EB office but they are not allowing me to reach the AE and didn't get proper response. So, I hope you will definitely take an action to move this eb wire from my house and relocate somewhere as soon as possible.

I am living in Cuddalore where I have nearly 1 acre of agriculture land. Me and my neighbors are doing groundnut cultivation. I don't have free agriculture service provided by Tamilnadu government. Hence we need to depend on the water supply provided by neighbors.

We have a person who has 2 bore well with motor supply and it is using free agriculture service provided by tamilnadu government. He is giving the water supply for rental but he is asking for Rs. 150/hour which is really very high to manage. For a 3 month groundnut cultivation we need to pay nearly Rs. 6000/season.

This person is earning a lot with the help of free agricultural service provided by tamilnadu government. Is this legally allowed?

We need to depend on this man's water since his water is good for crops and we don't have any other options for water so if we legally give complaint next time he won't give water for crops and so we cant do farming.

How to take this further is really confusing.

Most respectfully, I would like to state that I’m Street Members and resident address Gaffoor Main Street, Royapettah Chennai -14. We have facing Small EB box wiring issues. The wire of electrical cable is laying outside of Eb box and it disturbing to commute and walking for children and resident by passing through the way. Some of resident get accident from the cable wire.. We facing this issues for couple of months.. Please remove This EB Box from corner Area to somewhere place.. In Corner Area Lots of public get accident.. I’ve attached the image for reference. Kindly take this issue as serious and resolve asap.

Recently i have requested Name transfer in my EB connection[protected], Name Transfer was successfully Completed but My Father Name was not updated in portal still showing previous Owner's name (ie, K V Muthusamy instead of C P Sathyamurthy). Please do the need full. ( In order copy received from AE is reflecting correct father name not as per portal)
