          Dear sir,
          I am from vadakadambay kattuthangal village here in our village facing such a big issue in electricity that's each an everyday here it's often power shut and it's happening everyday.
          even sometimes here is no electricity in the whole night and when its not available and when we contact AE through mobile then he will say here no one to attend to the fault and you need to wait till next day so that those days we could not send our childs to school because of no water this kind of happens taking place 2 or 3 time per month.
          But everyday it's a powershut and it still persists and when we ask about it to AE he is replying like this that's its village so it will be like this only even saying it with anger.

          sir i would like to know that there is any rate difference per unit for city and village since we are paying the same rate then why no proper electricity supply is provided in our village.
          today electricity had gone and for that my father had made a call after 1 hour to the AE but he got angry and talking rudely.
          when its rain then when the main supply shut off and turn on then here is our village transformer will get issue and when it's happening in the night then no one come for to attend the issue and they will come next day only even after makes many calls.
          therefore we are very kind request with you to solve our issue permanently it's our kind request.

                           Again I am contacting you regarding often power shut and still its persist in vadakadambady kattuthangal and every day power supply getting shut off.

          Even in Sunday's also we dont know that is there any actions taking place for this issue or not.

          Therefore kindly take an  action regarding this issue.

              Dear Sir Hello,
              Shakti Nagar Extension Area under Birkan Karanai-59th Circle under Tambaram Corporation - Amutham Nagar 4th Cross Street The power pole is very low. A pole that already carries cable and telephone wires is also located near it; The branches of the neem tree are placed in such a way that they touch the electric wires. Due to the fire that had already occurred in this area, when the fire truck arrived, there was an accident on this pole and the fire truck could not go for more than an hour. Due to this the height of this tower is less than that.
              Due to this there is a possibility of electric leakage and major accident. Also, due to the fact that these electric poles go near the house and at a low height, there is a possibility of another accident. So I request you to rectify this immediately and take departmental action to increase the height of the pole.

                  Sir, i am staying as a tenant in 213/2 3 rd Street, union carbide colony, kodungaiyur, chennai 600118. On 18 th November a person came home to take the electricity meter reading and found that the device is not working. Since I was out of station, my wife informed me this and writing a complaint now as i reached home today (20 nov). Please take this as a complaint to replace or repair the device at the earliest and do needful.

                            Hi, we have a house in mathigiri village, vasavi nagar, We have two meters next to each other in same building. The reading is taken only for one meter and for the other meter reading is not taken. The status is shown as "Not in Use' in tneb portal. But the tenants are using the house, for the last 2 years no reading taken and bill paid is always zero. Came to know about the zero bill recently, We would like to know why the reading is not taken? both house and meters are in same building, same gate. So gate is not locked, because the reading for the other meter is taken. consumer number is[protected]
                            Please do take the reading and let us know how the old readings will be adjusted. Thank you

                                    I would like to complain about TREE contact with the Main power cable near my house.

                                    We are facing the main cable. The problem for last 1 years and we have complaint regarding this issue to SS office also still we did not get solution. This issue very dangerous cause because near my house my kids also playing under the cable. Anytime the cable will break hence please assist to inform your lineman to check and CUT the TREE parts which one contacts to the power cable.

                                    Please take immediate action to resolve this issue.

                                    Please protect human lives very soon from any accident.
