One Phase is not working & Low Voltage Problem

For the last two months one phase is not working in our house and we have given complaint so many times till now no response from the concerned authorities. About fuse removal in home

We went to overseas to visit our son for just 1 month, we even pass the EB note card to our neighbour, but while the respective personnel came for EB reading they didn't care and just requested to cut off the power supply. This caused a lot of inconvenience to us after we return back . We are promptly paying EB bill for the past years and The department need to take immediate action on this . Meter not working

Unsafe and erratic electric supply of power in Chowdry Nagar, Valasaravakkam, Chennai - 600087

Low voltage

EB pole is about to fall

Near my home(We are staying for rent) there is a EB pole about to fall down. For sure it'll make huge effect if it fall down. In person i went to Maduravoyal EB office and met AE and gave complaint before a month, again last week also i made complaint still there is no response from anyone. I don't know what should i do further to replace EB pole. Could you any one please help on that?...

Damage to the electric pole

This is to inform that my flat electric pole got damaged due to rain water harvesting construction work because of that only single phase came instead of triple phase so we complaint to EB office they send one person and he came and said the problem and he told us to change the cable and it cost around Rs.12000/- including labor charge. Every day many peoples went to AEE office to tell our complaints and application status but he said first give money and then I will accept your complaint and tell your application also.. Not able to pay EB bill online

TNEB service No.[protected].

I used to pay Electricity Bills using the TNEB online portal - TNGEDCO. For the past few days when i login it shows the due amount. but when i click the payment check box it shows status processing bar & finally it comes as RECORDS NOT FOUND

Poor and irresponsible answers from sithalapakkam EB office

Hi,

Past 3 months I am living in Sithalapakkam, Chennai with my family. This is rental house only. EB meter is not running there, so some of EB employee was visited here while the previous tenant was here and they charged maximum average units 250 Units. Because they were using so many electronic items. But now we don't using that much items, we are using only 2 fans, 3 tube lights, 1 TV, 1 Mixi and 1 Indention stove only....

Meter reading not taken, but payment needs to pay without any proof

The Tamilnadu electricity board, chennai south [west tambaram], they are not taken any consumption reading for the past month, i have checked frequently regarding the online payment with my login, but it shows 'meter reading not available' suddenly last week its shows the last time amount which i already paid & the same needs to pay this time too. The remarks shows DOOR LOCKED, how it could be, because i am residing in TNHB...

Not Replaced Repaired Meter

I am living in kattur, During our construction the EB department officials from AE(Ponnappan) to office peon bought bribe . For even a single connection ,they bought bribe around Rs2000/-, actual amount Rs1550, but they received Rs 2500 + rs 1000 extra. For 3 phase connection actual amount is RS 10500, but they demanded Rs17500/-.
For last few months the EB meter got repaired we made a complaint but they delayed pick up the meter...
