SERVICE TAX & PAYMENT DIFF

I have been auto renewned by the TATA AIG INSURANCE POLICY by Policy # MRP[protected]
Refer to the above policy number, I have been getting debit entry in HSBC Credit Card statement on monthly basis for Rs.761.17
If we taking the above monthly amount Rs.761.17, the yearly premium should be Rs.9134 for the same I have received the policy document only for Rs.6105/-(Rupees six thousand one hundred & five only)

I am MAHESH BALASAHEB BIRARIS takeing policy from tata aig health policy before 3 month .Ur exucative came in company were i am working he fill up my from & i give all document which necessary for that policy he told me that i give ur document come after 7 days & i give u sleep for this next day. i give 2642 rs foe one year policy.he didn`t came & my document also not came still. i call that every day he also told me every day...

Refund the policy amount..

Sir,
i was cancelled my helth care policy on dated 21/10/2009.
the company executive told me all the policy amount will refund with in 7-10 days,
till i faced no amount refund from the company..... why ...? i dont know
this cause, i have to paid extra interest rate to HDFC bank, from which i was paid policy
amount from HDFC credit card,
i had called to customer care for same company about the same...

Myself Lakhan Singh Chauhan taken insurance cover for my Vechile Waganor No. DL 9CQ 1179 , Since last three consetive year and current finanial years and with Renewal cover note WM No. 60248826 DT. 25/03/09. We paid Rs.5461.00 by cheque No.430267 Dt. 14/05/09.

The cover note shows the date of commencement of insurance 00 hrs 15//05/09 to 14/05/10.

Same is confirmed by your renewal...

This company is a big fraud

when the agent came to for the first time...he assured me to give a return of around 15 to 20% on the money i invest....I invested till now Rs.100000 and now my fund value is only Rs.69000...now I want to cancell my policy but they say no as there is 3 yrs of locking period...and U will have to pay an another premium of Rs.50000..no other wayout...mere paisa to doob gaya....ye lockin period ke bare mein mujhe agent ne bataya bhi nahin...and...

not received my policy yet

i had taken this maha life gold policy in may 2009 and till date i have no idea where i have invested my money ,i had made tha payment through cheque ,whenever i call mr. arun chaudhary ( area manager ) he forwards me some other number n the story continues like this from past 5 months . i am so much disappointed by the behavior of the area manager of this company . i swear to god i'll never come this place neither i am gonna refer it...

Not providing with Premium Receipt

For my policy no: BTHC[protected]. I have been making multiple calls and emails to get a premium receipt and I have not yet been successful. I doubt if TATA AIG is fooling me and people like me in saying this policy has TAX benefits and actually NOT. My kindest request to everyone is NEVER EVER GO FOR TATA AIG POLICIES. If it is so difficult to get a receipt, I am just worried how difficult it would be to get a claim reimbursed. I AM SURE...

On 21st Dec 2005 I have taken policy from TATA AIG and I was told that after 3years I can surrender this policy and will get back the invested money as per the market value, but as I spoken to customer care for surrender then I was shocked that this policy does not have these facility. Once when i called the customer care of HSBC credit card they told me about the TATA AIG health policy and my call was transferred to the TATA AIG and the executive explained me benefits of the policy, i did not want to buy but executive requested me too much for the policy so i agreed and bought the policy.

Unsolicited call and abuse

I received a call on my cell phone from [protected] at 11:22 hrs on 17 Jul 09, asking if I needed a Tata Insurance. When I querried why they were disturbing me with an unsolicited call, I was told "[censored] off " by the calling party.

Request Tata AIG be directed to trace and report action taken on the individual & his abusive language. It does not do any credit to Tata's to have such agents

I booked two train tickets through IRCTCs web-site and I received two confirmation mails from IRCTC. In both the mails, there was the following link:
