Same thing has happened with me and after long discussion they have cancelled the policy but refundable money has not credited in my account.I am waiting for money romlast three months.
my policy no SHC[protected]
I received my policy cancellation letter dated 21st April 2010 which said that policy is cancelled on 08th April 2010 they promised to refund the amt. Rs. 8627/- but still I am waiting for the refund till today 25th May 2010.
I had sent so many mails & done communication with company's no. from day one but no response.
I request you if anybody can help me out, please do the needful.
I request all readers of this complaint, please do not put your earned money in these kind of cheater & froud companies.

    i lunch the cancellation request through mail , last few day i am trying to contact call center for cancel the same but they are not proper reply and disconnect the call befor cancel the policy

    TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE CO. LTD — WITHOUT PERMISSION ISSUED POLICY

    I have HSBC Credit Card, Tata Aig General Insurance Co.Ltd is issued me policy without my permossion and Amount Debit on My HSBC Credit Card.Policy No.CPI[protected].I don't need policy.Customer officer of Tata Aig's told me if now I cancel this policy you must be pay cancelasion charge.What Can i do now?

    TATA AIG — Not cancelling the Policy

    I have requested to the tata AIG to cancel my insurance policy taken through the HSBC card. Inspite of the so many follow ups they are not canelling my two policies.

    TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE — Tata AIG irresponsible executives

    I have renewed my Car insurance policy with Tata AIG General Insurance Company Ltd. (Policy No. [protected]) on 20-Nov-2008 using my credit card thru the Tata AIG customer care executive. My policy get expires on 26-Nov-2008.

    Tata AIG customer service executive promised me that they would send me a copy of renewed policy document within 24Hrs by email. (Excellent!)

    Since I have not received the policy even after 24 Hrs, I called them again, & the executive ‘promised’ the copy within 24 working hours. (OK, Agreed)

    Called again to them on Monday, 24-Nov, to enquire as I had not received the policy document. They said definitely would get the document before expiring your policy. (Reluctantly agreed)

    No response from Tata AIG till Tuesday evening, called them to give my fax number to at least fax the cover note. (Begged)

    The policy is expiring tonight, I called the Tata AIG customer executive today as I have not received the policy document or cover note, I was surprised to hear that the policy will issue only after 7 working days from the date of receipt of money.

    Why Tata AIG call center employees not following the Tata Code of Conduct?
    Why Tata AIG does not have a transparent policy on renewal?
    Why Tata customer service executive makes policies on case-to-case, just to avoid the customer’s requests/questions?
    Why Tata AIG employees making false promises and misguiding their customers?
    Why Tata takes money from customers upfront and do not issue policy document before they get expires?
    Why Tata sends renewal notices within 15 minutes once requested AND policy after 7 working days, even after paying money?
    At last, why one should go for TATA AIG when there are many other responsible companies dealing the same services?

    (And of course, Thanks for sending the 2 nights 3 days voucher by Blue Dart within 24 Hrs. Dear Tata AIG executives, just ask yourself what is more important for a customer: Renewed policy before it get expires OR a useless voucher?)

    TATA AIG — POLICY CANCELLATION

    i am arun . i made a complaint in Tata Aig for cancel my policy in 28 june 2010. MY COMPLIANT NO[protected].now more than one month is over . i got mail from their custmer care saying that your policy has canceled and refunding is in process . i got that mail on 16 july. but still i did`t get the money on my account. after that i contact their custmenr care . they say that with in 7 working days ammount will be credited to your account. but now two weeks is over. i already send the mail to them on 27 july regarding this . but i did`t get any response.now when i tray to contact their custmenr care no response from their.i totaly fustreted with tata aig. please do the needful .MY COMPLIANT NO[protected]

      Dear all,
      My Name Is kulbhushan Babardesai,unfortunately Two Year before I buy A Policy From Tata AIG Health Insurance. Suddenly One Day I Face an Accident In Road, I want To Need Admit in the Hospital, i Call Tata AIG Health Insurance, I Asked Them I want to Admit in the Hospital, Is I Am abel to use my policy They Told me ok sir Don’t worry, You Can admit in the hospital, They told me sir u can reimbursement. I send my all document to Tata AIG, after 19 day I am flowing my claim in to the company. Suddenly One Day they told me your policy is different type, sir we can not claim your all amount Rupess of 90000/-,Sir We are sending u a cheque of 3000/- rupees for behalf of our policy . I told them Please Send me my all documents immediately because I have another policy of my official, I can apply there, Tata AIG not Send my documents , But after 5 month they send my documents ,now another company is not responding me Becouse due to Late. But now I want put forward against the reasons they had given for rejecting my claim,I want complain with IRDA. I want IRDA will investigate the claim again. It has been 5 months, and now the Both company are not responding me. Is there a way anybody can help me here? Please give me justice.

      I am a life long customer of TATAAIG I am from tamil nadu My Father purchase a Travel guard silver
      policy with tata aig .when see travel to abroad he met an accident there and addmitted in the hospital
      on that time i inform about it to your office .they give ref no to me i called nearly 30 times for claimming
      purpose but i not get proper response from your side, i post all my documents by speed post and also
      by mail till now i not known the status of our claim and our claim number is[protected] please response
      as soon as possible

        What a service??????
        No concern for customers. None of you is bothered to inform what’s is going on???
        It’s not at all expected from an organization like TATA and a gentleman like Ratan Tata.
        A consumer is getting harassed and penalized for telling the truth and not following the wrong practice of your surveyor, Mr.Arvind ([protected]).
        Everything informed to Mr.Partho ([protected]) who generally calls from Jamshedpur whenever I mail you people and he assures me that he’ll get back within a day or two and in this way week passes. And I am sure, after this mail also he will call me and as usual said above, repetition will follow.
        I think your company respects and regards a truthful customer, but the gesture, behavior and the signal I got, simply suggests me that I should have got my job done through illegal and wrong practice means.
        Request you to get somebody senior person of your organization to talk to me.

        I am a highly dissatisfied consumer of your insurance product.
        In spite of several requests, reminders and telephonic conversation with Mr.Partho ([protected]) I am not at all getting any news from your side. Every time when I am enquiring about the same, I get a assurance that within a day or two I will get the approval so that I can go ahead with the repair work of my car.
        I never expected that an esteemed organization like TATA will give such a pathetic service to its consumers.
        My insurance is also getting expired on 31st of March’10. Please see that it should not become an issue after the said date.

          I received a call from TATA AIG INSURANCE couple of days back in regards to my motor insurance for renewal.

          The representative gave quoted me a price and it asked him to confirm it through email and call after a day time.

          The rep called in busy hour i asked him to call back in a different time.I got a wired response from the rep saying the will keep calling me until i take the policy with Tata Aig insurance.

          He repeatedly called me nothing less than 15-20 times.which i was really upset and did not answer.

          Speaking to customer service regarding this, Tata customer service people are saying because of month end target rep are forced to speak to clients that way.

          The number the Tata people called me was[protected] from Pune.

          This is brutal harassment can some one look into it seriously.

            some agents have called in dec2009 and told about tata Aig motar vehicle insurance i was satisfied with their terms and condition and agreed to make policy of my indica four wheeler and they took my credit card number and tata Aig motar insurance people have taken money from my card about Rups 8316 till now i have not yet received any policy it is very difficult for me to take my car outside i did a big mistake in my life making this insurance in my city mysore itself agent fromIFFCO TOKIO use to come and make it in few hours .u Tata Aig people r not respondind us i use to call twice daily to customer care every day they give me debit code number, transactioin policy number but no use i will wait for 3 or 4 days and take action against ur company i have proof of SBI credit card statement my vehicle num KA09 P 172 TATA INDICA V2 policy num [protected]

              I had taken a policy No. YTBTM[protected] effective from 30.11.2008 for a period of one year, i.e. upto 29.11.2009. Thus my final monthly installment was due on 29.10.2009.
              This policy was sold to me over a telephone, when I was asked to disclose my credit card details and all the installments directly debited from credit card account.
              In the month of November, 2009 somebody on behalf of TATA AIG called on my cell phone regarding renewal of policy, when categorically told that I am not interested. Despite this TATA AIG continued to debit my credit card account for Rs. 688/- on each occasion, viz on 29.11.2009 and 29.12.2009. I only realised this when I received my card statements. My credit card account must have been debited on 29.1.2010 also, as I have not received card statement for the relevant period so far. I have already informed Your Customer care center over the Telephone, on 5th Feb., 2010 when I was informed that my complaint has been taken on record and will be acted upon within 15 working days.
              Debiting my credit card account without my express consent is not only improper, but also illegal. It was therefore requested in the letter adreessed to M/s TATA-AIG General Insurance Ltd. that the debits made after expiry of my last years’ policy should be immediately reversed. However, nothing is heard from them as yet.

              TATA AIG Life Insurance Co. — Unauthorised debit to Credit Card Account

              Dear Sir,

              I am holding following 2 policies only and besides these 2 policies i do not have any policies from you.

              HCP[protected] & BTM[protected], premium for the said policies are being debited to my HSBC Credit Card for Rs 235.06 & 164.00 respectively. For the period 06.08.2008 to 05.09.2008 of my HSBC Card statement, i found Rs 151.42 has been debited towards premium, but i had never apply for any policies other than mentioned above and nor authorised you to debit the premium to my HSBC Card account. This is not to be done by you, but it has happened. and i will take this matter to CONSUMER FORRUM for this unauthorised transaction done by you without my concern. I am also going to take this matter with local news paper also. How can you done transaction like this without concern of an individual?

              HSBC Credit Card — Un authorised debit to my credit card

              As a card Member of HSBC i was offered Tata Aig insurance for Rs 10/- per month for two months. During my two months tenure only i cancelled the premium and HSBC continued to debit my premium. No statement were sent to me. Only SMS i get.

              Today they are debiting premiums without any limit as they have become their Business Partner. They are not able to tell me the amount of premiums debited and credited to Tata Aig.

              I will not make any payment to HSBC now till they credit all the amount they have debited to my Card.

              I am also moving to Consumer Forum agaisnt this.It is cheating and strategy adopted by Big Corporates like Tata and HSBC.

              i have received a message today that a payment of rs.3309 is due and a bill has been generated.i do not know why. i never used the card. they should desist from such activities. they should immediately reverse the amount and cancel the card since i do not wish to have the card at all.

                I had purchased 2 policies from them for my parents in June last year. They had given me details for more than 2 hours over the phone but the complete details of the policy nos SHC[protected] and SHC[protected] has not been given to me till date. The policy document does not have the inclusions and exclusions.I had also asked for the recording of the conversation they had while I took the policy, but I did not receive that also. A customer cannot remember all that was explained to me over the phone. The representative that I had spoken to had told me that the plan also pays for the day-to-day medical expenses like doctor fees, day-to-day medicine expenses etc but it is not mentioned in the policy document. I had also told them to amend my name in the policy as it has been mis-spelt but even after repeated reminders none of my request has been addressed.

                I am going to have a health insurance policy for my mother. I am going to send a cheque in favour of TATA AIG Geaneral Insurance Company tomorrow through courrier. It is really heartening to look through these complains as registered in net. I am very much afraid to take such decision.

                  Dear Sir,

                  Subject: Policy Number - U[protected] TATA AIG Invest Assure Sampatti amounting to Rs. 45000 /- issued on[protected]

                  I undersigned, Vamshi Krishna Rompikuntla am currently holding a Life Insurance policy (Policy number - U[protected] amounting to Rs. 12,101/- (Annual Premium paid on ICICI Bank Credit card)

                  On[protected], I got intimation from ICICI Bank that Rs. 45,000/- were debited to my Credit Card Account towards annual premium for Policy Number - U[protected]. I would like to clarify that this policy is issued to me without my knowledge and consent.

                  On enquiring with your Customer Care department, they have provided me with the receipt for the payment of this premium amount (Rs. 45,000/-) and they have also forwarded me the scan copy of Credit Card Direct Debit Authorization for the above mentioned transaction.

                  I can confirm that this authorization form has not been signed by me, signature on the form doesn’t match with my signature. Also the Place mentioned on this form is ‘Hyderabad’ but I would like to inform you that I have not visited Hyderabad for last 4 months.

                  I can confirm you that this looks like a fraud case by way of Signature forgery.

                      Hello Sir,

                      My mother Sa government employee from Kerala subscribed to your TATA AIG policy and payed 6026X6 of her hard earned money.

                      Now owing to a family emergency we approached Tata AIG with a belief that an organization with the name of Tata will not devoid us of our hard earned money.

                      To our shock we realized that even though we have invested more than 36,000- we are eligible to get only 20,000

                      Not only did we lose our money due to your inefficient fund management and inability to adjust during unfavourable market conditions, But we are also charged 9000 Rs as surrender charges.

                      That was the reward we recieved for trusting the organization.

                      None of your agents inform us of this cheating scheme while investing.

                      We dont have the time and resources for any legal proceedings, but will make sure that maximum of our friends, relatives and colleagues are aware of the inefficiency and surrender charges so that none of them fall into the trap.

                        Hi,

                        I took a car insurance from TATA AIG this year. The policy was purchased on 20th Dec 2009 and the payment was made through credit card as installments.

                        It was informed that soft copy of the insurance will be recieved within 24 hours and hard copy within 7 working days.

                        Since my existing policy was expiring on 3rd Jan 2010, and did not receive any information until then, I called up TATA AIG customer care and enquired about the status. It was informed that there is no information regarding the same and no insurance is issues to my vehicle number.

                        With this information, I went ahead with another insurance provider and took insurance for my vehicle.

                        When my credit card statement came, I realised that TATA AIG premium is charged. I called up customer care and lodged a complaint on 20th of Jan 2010. Even after a month, there is no action from their side. I am following up with them on a regular basis, everytime I call, they give me a 24 hrs time frame to solve the issue and assure me to call back and nothing happens.

                          Hi,

                          TATA AIG had given me the false information saying that I can reimburse medical bills WITHOUT hospitalization. I had taken the policy only because of this benefit. When I wanted to claim the medical bill reimbursement, the customer care executive say it is not allowed. Why should any company give fasle statements to the customers? I already have lots of policies for hospitalization. Will any action be taken on the companies giving wrong information on products to customers ? In fact I didn't require this policy at all and the executive just forced me claiming the false benefits in this policy. The call records on October 2009 given the clear picture of this worst insurance company. Please help me in getting the resolution.

                          Dear sir, I the undersigned bearing policy No:C[protected], C[protected] & C[protected] since Oct 2010 hereby wish to cancel the said policy with Immediate effect.Initially i was told that Rs 1800 will be deducted for 3 months and thereafter Rs 263/-.Eventhow it was followed for couple of months and then again rs 1887(985+263+639) has been deducted.Moreever there is no proper response as & when contacted to your Agent (Agent code no[protected] & Name is Rahul Maruti Warekar)in this regards.since i cannot afford to pay 1800/month therefore i have decided to revoke this policy.i Humbly request you to do the needful at the earliest.

                            Hi,

                            This is in regard to the Policies:-

                            HCP [protected] in the name of Arif Hasan
                            HCP [protected] in the name of Shazia Hasan
                            HCP [protected] in the name of Naushaba Hasan

                            Followed with Complain No. 6665743 which was logged on 23rd January 2010 with TATA AIG phone Banking.

                            I renewed my policy and the rep promised that i will be getting a House Insurance and a Credit Card insurance free. It was a recorded call and from TATA Group so i did not expected it to be a fake or misleading. To my amazement even the lady who did the verification said that i will get aoll those things and its 2 months now that i have not got any such insurance.

                            Further more there is no reply from TATA AIG about the same. How can TATA group do this?

                            I am sure for one thing, i am going to speak and inform people never to take a TATA Policy again.. The company is not giving any responce be it EMAIL or CALLS nothing.... pathetic service!

                            The Coptioned Policy was purchased through your Represntative Mr. Vikram with the Stipulation that the premium of said Policy will be made in 6 monthly Installments. The payment of the Premium of the said Policy was made through Credit Card No. [protected].
                            On the same date of Payment, The undersigned Contacted your office and it was Communicated that It will be converted in one week’s time and Reference Number 687100 was Informed in case of further enquiry.
                            On further pursuation, It was Communication that Nothing Can be done and the Reference Number given to me is wrong.
                            In the Regard I Contacted No. of times and I was Referred to Mr. Ahmad. In spite
                            of my Repeated follow up, Mr. Ahmad failed to Assist me and advised to Contact Senior Executive.
                            I Failed to understand the Attitude and working of your Esteemed Company.
                            The payment through My Credit card will become due on 18th May 08 and I don’t
                            have Required money to make the payment of Credit Card.
                            I draw your kind Attention that the said Policy was purchased with the specific stipulation to convert the same in 6 monthly instalments of Rs.1118 each.
                            It appears that your office is indulged in mall practices and cheating with the general public and why should I not approach to chairman cum Managing Director of your Company informing the mall / cheating practices followed by your Branch and why should I not approach to the Insurance Regulatory Authority / RBI / SBI and all other Concerning Deptt. And Print / Electronic Media Regarding the cheatings / mall practices followed by your Branch with the General Public.

                            I request you to please reply with in 3 days from the date of receipt of this communication otherwise I shall Be free to Proceed Further.

                            Dear Sir,

                            Kindly note that I am a teacher and have recently shifted from Jamshedpur to Bangalore. I had my Maruti800 car insurance made by your company for past 3 years. I contacted Mr. T. N. Sunil kumar ( Phone no. -[protected] ) in Bangalore who is authorized agent as was found by me through the internet. I paid Rs. 2456/- on 5/8/08 through IDBI Bank cheque to this gentleman. After this day he is not taking any interest in making or delivering the policy to me. I have to contact him repeatedly for this and I am given all sorts of excuses by him for not delievering the policy. He is on leave and he has given some other no.-[protected] of some Mr. Ravi shankar. I am contacting him and receiving all sorts of excuses from him.

                            I basically belong to Jamshedpur and have very high regards for Tata group of companies but if the services of such highly reputed companies also come down so much then where will the common people like us will go?

                              The TATA AIG CAR INSURANCE executive spoke EXTREMELY RUDELY on the phone with me. He was even backanswering when I enquired his name. Immediately after that, another staff member called from the same office and started arguing and constantly kept giving us BLANK CALLS for several hours after that. This incident has made me and my family members very frustrated and we are EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE STAFF's BEHAVIOUR. PLEASE REPLY BACK.

                              My car DL 7CH 0276 Wagon R was given for repair on 6yj Dec vide Tata AIG cl=
                              aim no[protected]. It was delivered on 24th Dec without road test and all re=
                              pair. While driving passenger told that car is bubbling. Even the wheels we=
                              re loose.=A0 I went again to the workshop on 27th Dec and shown the require=
                              d repair, noise, balancing & alignment problem etc to Incharge.
                              He advised me to bring vehicle after 15 days for repair and do repair works
                              as next claim.
                              While driving i am feeling very much fear, no-confidence, noise, bubbling.
                              I again went to Competent Gazipur yesterday and handed over My Car for full Repair. Their Bodyshop Incharge told that you have to wait for some days if to be claimed under insurance. Why not told earlier (They are the experts, they have to check all the defects and losses during repair and insurance claim documentation). There was no one from Tata AIG from 11AM to 3PM.
                              At last I told to repair vehicle and will ask Insurance claim afterwords.
                              Hope in next 2-3 days my car may be perfect.
                              You are requested to please look into this matter and do needful.

                                till date i have not got a feed back form your side.

                                this is the most pathetic type of service. We call your office and are put on hold for 1 hour and once the REP comes online says, " SYSTEMS DOWN CANT HELP YOU".

                                this kind pf service is pathetic, unethical and is not at all good for the firm.

                                If in case i am not getting any response i will be taking serious actions on TATA AIG.

                                  On 27th December Tata AIG General Insurance collected Rs 6588 from my ctibank credit card to issue policy of healthcare plus within 7 working days.But I did not receive the policy.On repeatedly enquiring false information was given by their callcentre people changing dates of dispatch and mode every time.Fed up I cancelled the polciy order and asked to refund my money.Till[protected] they have not refunded the money back to mu credit card account and as before thery keep giving dates and false statement that payment has already been made to my account but no refund has been received till date and time of writing this.

                                  It is interesting to highlight that exactly same behaviour and conduct was done by them in January 2009 also when same polciy was ordered by me.
                                  This means that it isn not just concicidence or isolated case but Tata AIG general Insurance has unfair parcyioce, deficient service and poor quality of busienss as a regular practice.

                                  Despite my legal warnings, emails and daily phone calls they have failed to send my refund money .
                                  Avoid this company for any insurance Product as insurance is a product that needs speed,high class service and credibility of Insurer in time of distress. Tata AIG is certainly not such an Insurer.
                                  I am left with no option but to go to court for recovering my money and damages.

                                  TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE — Not refunding the canceled policy amount

                                  I have taken the policy through HSBC credit card with the number: FSP[protected]. I called up them last month to cancel them. But that person who attended the call did not cancel the policy and reduced the premium amount from 705rs to 125. But Rs.705 has been debited from credit card. Once again I called up on Nov 6th to cancel the policy (the complaint number is 741732). They said it is cancelled and the amount the is debited wrongly Rs.[protected] will be credited again to my account. Till it has not been credited. Once again on Nov 18th, Rs 125 has been debited from the credit card. I called up them again and they said sorry it is wrongly credited and she has given one more complaint number 6430100. She said the amount will be credited 7 to 10 working days.

                                  Please don't take the necessary action on Tata-AIG and kindly see that the amount to be credited to my account as soon as possible.

                                  I had purchased a second hand Maruti alto LXI car Reg no KA 03-MH-2286 Year of make 05 2007 Purchased on 4/07/2008 at Rs 2, 60, 000.00 .From Mr .Bala Murgan and same was insured with Tata AIG policy number[protected] for 2, 25, 000.00 for yearly premium of Rs 7218.00 . Same was stolen from Dr Raj kumar road, Bangalore.
                                  The incident happened on 06:09:2008 when I had gone along with my brother to pack some food from Restaurant Albeq Chicken Center; I had parked my car beside the restaurant and went inside the restaurant to parcel some food, my brother was inside car and he was listening to the radio, mean time one stranger approached my brother and informed him that his brother is calling him when he did not hear him he again told my brother that some problem in the restaurant my brother was concerned about my well being came out of the car and started walking towards the restaurant same time he saw the same person riding the car and taking it he came and informed me the same I tried running after the car same time other side of the road police petrol jeep was passing I managed to stop the vehicle inspector inside the van was helped to me to chase the my car but was not successful .
                                  FIR was registered and FIR NO (0234/2008) at magadi Road traffic police station .after 5 months I was able to collect the non traceable certificate from the police station.
                                  Mean time enquiry officer from TATA AIG had come and collect the information after finishing the survey the person was demanding Rs 5, 000.00 Which I refused.
                                  Everything was fine from TATA AIG office at palace Road and they informed me I will be receiving full payment except some 400 to 500 Rs paper charges. After 10 days Mr. Mayoor Kamath called me and informed me that case has been rejected and when I approached the manger at the office he says that the inspecting officer had given a negligent report. Then He further said that as a special case he will give 75% of the insured amount.
                                  Sir please advise me on the above issue.
                                  1. For not giving the commission to the officer why I am made a scape goat.
                                  2. Is this a right example By T.A.T.A.?
                                  3. Whom should I approach to get full amount.
                                  4. This is my first car and I had put all my money.
                                  5. There is no written communication from the TATA AIG office

                                  But the claims comes on policy holders name RAJEEV BANDELU.
                                  i HAVE SENDED COURIER ON 16/02/2010 ORIGINAL CHQ, NOMINEE PASSBOOK XEROX & DEATH CERTIFICATE XEROX OF LATE MR.RAJEEV SHANTARAM BANDELU .
                                  But i have did not have received any changes in that.
                                  SO PLS DO THE NEEDFUL & SETTLE THAT CLAIM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                      I was approached by call centre of Tata AIG general for healthcare plus policy.I was assured that document will be delivered in 7 working days.I gave credit card number and money was immediately withdrawn by them.But they failed to send policy document as promised.Every time I phoned to consumer care centre,new details and new version were given which clearly showed they are wasting time and lying.I asked to cancel order and refund money to my Citibank account.they have not done so till date after one full month.Every time I phone new person is on line and gives false promise.No one is approachable at HO of tata AIG.I have been harassed continuously since last one month and wastage of money and time.
                                      My money is stuck up with Tata AIG General.

                                      Interestingly in January 2009 also same products and same company I dealt with and similar harassment was made by them and after lot of time and notices money was refunded.The exact story is reported this time also,This shows Tata AIG general is badly managed company and they are habitual defaulters.
                                      Avoid Tata AIG for insurance products .

                                      TATA AIG — Not Refund in Time

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have purchsed Health Plus policy from TATA AIG on 30th March
                                      I req.to cancel this policy on 9th April.and askd for Refund.
                                      They said 7working days for refund.
                                      but Still today i didnt get refund.I called them and sms them many times.

                                      I req.to all o[censored] tht dnt purchase any life insurance from Private Sector.

                                        I had insured my car from TATA AIG general insurance 14.09.09. The insurance due date was frem 24.12.09, i get my car insurance well in advance because i was promised to get some benefits which are still not received. When i received my car insurance policy documents for policy no. [protected] i found that the car model mentioned in the policy is wrong i immediately informed the customer care of the same & told that they should change it as per the RC copy of the car given to them.

                                        But i had still not received the corrected documents despite several mails & calls to the customer care.The wrong documents are as good as driving a vehicle without insurance.

                                        I request you to please look into the matter.
