Why my amount was deducted Two times under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about tata capital and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tata capital

Please stop all these.

    On 9th June, 2021, a request for foreclosing a loan account was requested to which Customer care reverted back on 5th July stating that the Foreclosure approval has been received and requested to visit the nearest Tata capital branch for Closure process.
    After visiting the branch, the branch manager stated that nothing will be done from the branch and everything will be done from the customer care.

    On following up with customer care again, they have gone completely silent despite multiple follow ups.

    I guess Tata Capital Housing Finance is trying to make money from the interests accumulated on top of the loan account of customers or they have invested money into some fraud scheme

    Hi Tata Capital Team, Received your response finally with the foreclosure statement and LOD. Your policies are disgusting and seems only meant to harass customers. Your email was sent on 23rd of July, 12:45 PM (Friday) stating that the foreclosure document is valid for 15 days from 23rd July, 2021. In your email, you have also mentioned that you don't accept cheques between 25th of current month to 2nd of next month. 24th July and 25th July being weekend does not allow any customer to carry out all tasks at bank. So effectively the cheque has to be submitted on 3rd Aug and the foreclosure document will expire by 6th Aug. 15 days is a pure bluff from your end and its effectively 3-4 days offered to customers to clear everything from his end, else be prepared to get harassed again.

      I have send 10 email to get forclosure letter since 26 June to till date but didnt get it, , i was applied to axis finance they disbursed the Balance Transfer amount, But tata capital peoples are very iresponsible, even today i visit their Marol Branch, but no one is there to discuss even not able to share any senior contact details, Mentally tortured by tata capital

        I had applied for personal loan in Tata capital, submitted the necessary documents as well, it's been 2 weeks and none of the customer service department people turned up with any sort of an update . The executives are so unprofessional that they don't even respond to the calls. The customer care number never connects to the executive itself. The worst service ever from Tata Capital.

          Today morning i have received a phone call and telling "i am calling from TATA CAPITAL(Contact Number: +91 [protected]" and his head office number: [protected].
          He asked my AADHAAR, PAN, Bank account front page, my pass port photo and selfie.
          After providing those details from me he send a letter which indicates your loan hs been accepted and he mentioned EMI details. In the bottom he mentioned to send Rs 6, 500/- to account number [protected], Bank IFSC: IBKL0000175 and Bank Name: IDBI Bank. Google pay and phone pay No: [protected]. Finally menioned Note as : Cash deposit are not allowed as per company rule and regulation followed by Mr Ratan Tata signature.

                Request for foreclosure and LOD

                I requested for FC and LOD in respect of my home loan accounts No. 9886419 and 10050299 via email dated[protected]. Since then I have sent two more mails and requested on all levels of grievance portal, but my request has not been completed. I was informed via mail that documents would be sent within 14 days but more than one month has passed and nothing has been done by tata capital....

                I purchased clothing from tata cliq valued 4000 rs. I returned the shirts and I have been waiting for the refund from last 2 months. The company is fooling me. I’ve been to the bank and they have showed me proof that no money is credited from Tata cliq.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I like to inform you that I have taken a PL from Tata Capital in 2018 .
                    I am paying EMI on time. Due to COVID situation I missed 2 EMI .For that I informed them that I will pay ones situation gets settled.

                    And requested them not to represent due EMI repeatedly.But they don’t listen to me and representing 2-3 times in almost every month.

                    I also mailed them and requested over phone they never give any complaint no in mail so I took today over phone.

                    Kindly help me out from this harassment.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, On Wednesdat May 05, 2021 i was looking for work from home job and i received one number from google [protected] where he guided me and sent me few details which is attached above he asked me to click on the link given and register there after registration he asked me to recharge wallet with 200 rupees and after that he guided me to earn 290 rupees then he told me to withdraw the amount and then again asked me to recharge with 1000 where again I earned 1300 and withdrawn the amount now he told me to invest 10000 where profit was 10000 + 7000 but here is didnt allow me to withdraw my money and asked me to invest 15000 rupees when i told him i dont have so much money to invest the he told that if i wont invest 15k my 10k will be transferred to TATA FUNDS account i got scarred and arranged for 15k and recharged the wallet again after recharging he told me this will be the last step now i need to invest 20k again i got scared because i have already invested 25k and i dont want to lose my money so i arranged for 20k from my friends and family and i recharged now in my wallet total it is 74000 money is available but he is not allowing me to withdraw but asking me to invest more 40k and if i wont invest 40k or if i wont follow his instruction the money will be transffered to TATA FUNDs Please help me to get back my money.                               I have purchased a medical device(oximeter) for my health needs from Tulip Sales, who is listed as an "authorized" seller on Tata Cliq.

                              Upon unboxing, it was found that the promised accessories(strap / belt pouch) were fraudulently "taken out" from the original box contents and repackaged before final delivery. A false well-printed "sticker" was applied to the product box, in an attempt to conceal this fraud.

                              I have been cheated too with the supply of inferior R03(Zinc Carbon) batteries instead of the original LR03(Alkaline) batteries, which was not in compliance with the box contents checklist.

                              This is a large scale fraud and even other e-commerce portals(such as Amazon India product page) is flooded with several such reviews for Tulip Sales - showing the extent of this "scam", taking advantage of the covid situation. Unfortunately, there is a "0 Days Easy Return" policy for this product – only on Tata Cliq(which is not the case with other leading e-retailers like Flipkart / Amazon, who offer a humble 7 – 10 Days “no-questions asked” return policy even for this medical device).

                              It was least expected of Tata Cliq to provide a bare minimum support in this matter. Even other portals would not resort to such "cheating" and give undue favoritism to the seller.

                              The customer support team has surprisingly been found to be extremely unsupportive and unresponsive in this matter.

                              I have tried pursuing this case with the highest escalation authority as well as their social media team on Facebook, who are surprisingly silent on this matter. The issue has crossed all possible timelines and there is no reason as to why this has been left unattended for over 30+ days now. Will now explore the possibility raising a dispute with my credit card provider. Alternatively - this case is best fit to be taken to the consumer court so that no other innocent customer is harassed unnecessarily.

                                Blackberrys Navy Slim Fit Printed Polo T-Shirt for Rs.1077.00 was delivered on 26th April 2021.

                                Mufti Blue Cotton Slim Fit Polo T-Shirt (Transaction ID: [protected]) for Rs.899.00 was cancelled from Tata CLIQ's end on 30th April 2021.

                                Due to problem in google pay the amount got failed and when trying to pay the amount it shows the due date of June not of may. And in EMI they are charging extra, when we ask for the details they failed to do so.

                                We failed to pay only one EMI, and this TATA Capital employees so so so so so so bad, they don't even know how to talk to customers.

                                Below is the number of lady who called, and we will moving to court in this week. We have taken a Loan, and we haven't sold our self respect.

                                  I would like to inform that there is a fraud loan issued on my name which is reflecting in my cibil history taken by a fraudster and i have done multiple follow upon your organization email id and there has not been any response. In today's time when customer interaction is so important, I don't know how your team is managing your group emailbox for customer complaints.

                                  I cannot share my personal details here.. Request you to immediately call and have this loan removed from my cibil history. Not sure how you do KYC and attach loans of fraud customer to genuine customer and impacting their cibil history whereas fraudster enjoy loans.

                                  You are harassing me now and i am really frustrated.. What the hell stopping you to make a call to me and resolve the issue. I have made multiple attempts reaching out to you to different email id's and you guys just don't cre it.                                   You can match the pan number of the person to whom the loan was given and pan number linked to the cibil history.. You will know the difference.. Please remove from my cibil history at the rarliest

                                    Fraudulent with number [protected] hacked my card details and purchased the product from your tata cliq website and got delivered by 03-Mar-2021.

                                    Ned refund from this fradulent rs 15828 my account
                                    TATA Capital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
