I have applied for personal loan of 40 k two months before...and signed e mandate on 24 april..still amount not credited..its a high time now.. really tired of it now...TATA CAPITAL is the worst place to look for 😑😑😑😑😑😑😑...after signing mandate you people took the authority to auto debit my account instead of crediting that amount to account, im receiving calls for another promotion purposes of tata capital and upon asking about loan, agent have no idea about it..they said loan department is different ...no way to contact you as that stupid customer care number doesn't connect from any device and any network existed...you are just making people fool...if your service and grievance team is serious about company reputation, have a courtesy to call back on [protected]...

40 k amount is just pending for internal approval since 24 april...look into this matter...CALL ME...otherwise if providing loan is out of your hands, inform me atleast...then I will be free to revoke E mandate..and look for better place..I need call back and ultimatum in 24 hrs..

      Call me...its been 2 months..even after signing e mandate I haven't received my amount yet..what kind of service you are providing?..you people took my permission for auto debit and haven't credited amount to my account... isn't it kind of a fraud?

      After a lot of tries to contact you and sending request to contact me, I haven't received a single call or resolution..

      And not a penny credited yet.. please resolve my issue today itself and credit amount to account... Otherwise I will left with no option than going LEGAL

        I apologize for delaying in response.

        I understand that you want us to stop presenting your monthly EMI for the month of May'21.

        I completely understand your situation as I know how difficult it is to manage funds in this pandemic.

        However as per our policy ECS cannot be stopped as it is an auto generated process you shall maintain sufficient balance one day prior to avoid unnecessary charges like bounce charge and late payment charges.

        Please note that a loan transaction is always governed by the terms and conditions agreed upon by the customer at the time of availing such facility to make timely payments towards your EMI on monthly basis.

        In case of any breach or noncompliance, the company reserves its rights to recover the dues as per the said agreement and in accordance to the applicable law, we are authorized to call and visit for the recovery of the outstanding amount.

          With reference to the above i wish to inform you that i have applied a loan of Rs.50, 000-00 through online and one of your executive Mr. Shiva Kumar whose mobile number is [protected] approached me and discuss about the loan issue and he asked me to submit the PAN CARD and AADHAR CARD through his Whatsapp number i.e [protected]. After submission of my pan card and aadhar card he was sent one whatapp message that your loan amount is sanctioned and the tenure is 24 months and you have to pay an amount of Rs.3, 100-00 towards INSURENCE for the tenure. In that approval letter mentioning that please pay the insurance amount to the given below STATE BANK OF INDIA account and i was paid through online. After receiving the same i have received a text message that your loan amount is pending with the bank due to non payment of GST charges of Rs.4, 500-00 and First EMI of Rs.2, 330-00 then only the amount will be credited to your account. And your executive Mr. Shiva Kumar had given another bank account of Syndicate Bank account No : [protected] and i have paid only Rs.4, 500-00 towards GST Charges and Mr Shiva Kumar asked me to contact his superior Mr. Sanjeev Kumar whose mobile No : [protected] and he asked me to pay the First EMI of Rs.2, 330-00 and i was paid the amount of first EMI of Rs.2, 330-00. After one hour he called me and told that your account is in technical problem and please give another account number then we will transfer the same to your account. I had give my another bank account of Central Bank of India and the amount is not yet received. After one hour again i called Mr. Sanjeev Kumar and asked the position. Then he told with me that you have to pay another amount of Rs.4, 200-00 towards Electronic payment system. I could not understand what he told and i told with him that I dont want any loan amount from you and please pay my amount back and he told that it will take minimum 15 days time to send your amount. I waited till today and today i rang phoen to Mr. Shiva kumar, but another executive lift the phone and what upto 11 a.m. I waited upto 2 pm and again call to Mr. Shiva Kumar and he is not lifting the phone and Mr Sanjeev Kumar's phone switched off.

          I don't know what is going on and such a reputed company of TATA's also doing like this with the middle class people.

          I am submitting herewith the documents which you have sent me and i am enclosing herewith my bank statements which i have made payment to you.

          You are hereby requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

            I bought Boult Audio AirBass PowerBuds True wireless, from Tata Cliq on 08 March2021. Order ID #[protected]. I returned this order on 14 March. Their person came and verified the product at my house, and picked up. I have also mailed them the pictures of the product as asked to me. Now I am being told be Tata Cliq, that quality check has been failed for the returned product. I asked them, when their person verified each and everything at my house and picked the product, how I am responsible after the product has been taken away from me. After that I don't know what happened to the product, if as per Tata Cliq it is failing in their quality check. He had clearly checked each and everything even by listening to it at my house only. My simple question is if it was failing he should have rejected it then and there only. I have been chasing them almost every alternate day, but It seems I have been cheated and become a poor victim of their fault. i would request you to please look into my issue. Hoping for a positive response.

                    Hi i got a call from collection agent on friday when i told him to call after 3 ad im in mosque for my namaz he is calling me back to back and using all bad words and telling me i dont care for your namaz first pay my emi then do your namaz and again he called me and just using all bad words and disconnecting the call and also i had complained on Twitter but i got a call from ur richmond road branch and they are so rude they are telling me only you are a begger you cant afford to pay emi then why did you took loan this that is this how yoh work im going to raise an fir on tata capital and the collection guy with all the call recording will not leave who don’t respect the religion

                      I had taken a HOUSING LOAN A/c no: 9587714Vide Loan a from TATA CAPITAL HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED on 17/02/2016 with a tenure of 180 months.

                      I had approached Tata capital customer care office, kodambakkam, regarding my intention to close the loan. Mr. Srinivasan.L had given me the outstanding letter with foreclosure charges. I visited him multiple times and requested you to waive the foreclosure....

                      Dear concern,

                      I took personal loan from Tata Cap and I paid Regular EMI even I also paid EMI in COVID-19. Unfortunately in this period I loose my Job and I can't pay EMI for 1 month. In next month the I received call from Tata Cap person and they are said if you are not paid 1 month EMI we will filling FIR case against you.
                      This incident happened in During Diwali I put a legal mail and Recording also in Tata Cap Complaint I'd but didn't receive any positive Response.
                      I put a around 9-10 mails for my Settlement this People is finaly give me Amt but they said there is 1 Condition I need to pay 1 Month EMI they they are giving me Settlement Letter.
                      I agree and pay 1 EMI in January 21.
                      From January I will wait for my Settlement Letter but they didn't give.
                      The company staff is given my Settlement Amt but after pay 1 EMI this people is Refuse my call mails and Msg.
                      I have necessary proof in My and and TATA cap person how they Treat me.
                      My loan no is 8985038.
                      I humbly request you pls try my settlement because I will borrow money for this in multiple sources and my salary also less than that.

                        My Loan A/C no[protected]

                        I had taken loan from Tata capital on 26/12/2018 and I had taken flat in the Mahindra Happinest Palghar Project at the time of Loan they had given me assurity that you are eligible for the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana on the basis of my Documents. Now they are Rejecting my PMAY. Reason what they are giving is that my home comes under rural area that's why I am not eligible.

                        But before me another customer of mahindra who had taken the loan of Tata capital from the same place had received PMAY. so why don't I. Also if its rural sub-area then before processing a loan, they should inform me that they will not be able to give me a PMAY. now after 2 years they tell me that the executive left the post that had contacted you now we don't know what she had committed to you.

                        sir please help me to process my PMAY.

                          I have missed one month's payment and clearly stated it to the executive that the same will be paid next month but i have been receiving continuous threats from her and misuse of language.

                          If i had missed the payment for more than 3 months then i understand- for 1 month delay no executive can call and yell at a customer and give threats and use words like you are just a customer going and hiding? Like why will any executive talk like this- with yelling and screaming inspite of stating the same will be paid next month.

                          The executive with ph- [protected] has been continuously calling and texting with abusive threats- i want immediate action against this lady or i am raising this issue at consumer forum irrespective of continuously stating i will pay the same next month.

                          If the customer skipped 3 months or more payment then i understand- This was one month and it has been communicated appropriately- i still am receiving threats stating ill send executive to home and office- like what is the use when i clearly stated the same will be paid next month. This is pure abuse and i didnt expect tata capital to treat customers the way i am treated,

                            Online payment was made on 5th Feb 2021 for the swipe slate 2 tablet. Order was confirmed but did not processed. I called to their customer care on 8th Feb 2021 and registered my complaint. They assured me the problem will resolved in 3 working days. Every time when I called them, they said minimum 3 days required but didn't resolved my issue. Also, i can not cancel the product from my online account. Today they mailed me regarding closing of 1 complaint and they stated wrong Order ID in the mail. My order ID is[protected] and Transaction ID is [protected]

                              Hi Adithya, it appears that the sanction has not been provided by Tata Capital. Sanction communication is evidently the work of some fraudster. We request you to apply for loans via our website only, to avoid any inconvenience in the future. We also recommend filing an FIR with the local police at your end.  We also have an advisory on our website urging to exercise caution from fraudsters.

                                I had ordered a washing machine worth 30, 500 from my credit card in the republic day sale, which was supposed to be delivered by 30 Jan, 2020.

                                I raised a complaint in 30th itself that the order tracking shows - order confirmed and no further updates, and to speed up the process.
                                I have been regularly calling customer care service, and get update that complaint has been logged, they will resolve it within 3 days, but today is 5th day and no further action is done, even after repeated inquiring from my side.

                                Today, after calling the team again, they informed they will refund my money back. Also, if I buy the same product again, I need to pay bank interest on my credit card, plus after republic day sale is over it is going to cost me[protected] extra at least.

                                I am not getting any resolution from their side, and I am not in state to reorder the product, specially this was supposed to be a gift to my wife. We do not want a refund, we want the product asap.

                                  I had ordered a washing machine worth 30, 500 from my credit card in the republic day sale, which was supposed to be delivered by 30 Jan, 2020.

                                  I raised a complaint in 30th itself that the order tracking shows - order confirmed and no further updates, and to speed up the process.
                                  I have been regularly calling customer care service, and get update that complaint has been logged, they will resolve it within 3 days, but today is 5th day and no further action is done, even after repeated inquiring from my side.

                                  Today, after calling the team again, they informed they will refund my money back. Also, if I buy the same product again, I need to pay bank interest on my credit card, plus after republic day sale is over it is going to cost me[protected] extra at least.

                                  I am not getting any resolution from their side, and I am not in state to reorder the product, specially this was supposed to be a gift to my wife. We do not want a refund, we want the product asap.

                                    Tried to make a purchase (order #[protected] on 23rd Dec'20 on Tata Cliq website, did a payment thru UPI (G-pay) -ref #[protected] payment was debited from my account however payment timed out on Tata Cliq website. I was told the amount will be credit back to my account in 4- 8 days but the amount was never credited back. Raised multiple complaints with the company but till date amount is still not credited back. All tickets raised to resolve the issues are closed out without any resolution.

                                      I have a personal loan from tata capital services pvt ltd. All thing are going smooth and all emi paid on same date but due to covid pandemic i am job less and first get a 3months moratorium then government increase the moratorium period am also increase the same. Total 5 month moratorium taken by my side. Currently first off all tenure was increase by 48 months to 58 months second sanctioned amount also increase by the company 4 lakh 53 thousand to 4 lakh 83 thousand and when he disbursed only 4 lakh 36 thousand in my account but today in statement he shows 4 lakh 83 thousand disburse and no any amount retun by company against EX gratia scheme launched by RBI.kindly take action
