I have a personal loan from tata capital services pvt ltd. All thing are going smooth and all emi paid on same date but due to covid pandemic i am job less and first get a 3months moratorium then government increase the moratorium period am also increase the same. Total 5 month moratorium taken by my side. Currently first off all tenure was increase by 48 months to 58 months second sanctioned amount also increase by the company...

The item with order number[protected] was ordered on 14th Jan 2021 and the item is ready to be shipped since 16th Jan 2021 but the item is yet not shipped till date. Raised a complaint through the Tata Cliq app but always receive an email that we tried contacting you but have not received a single call regarding my complaint.

Further i would request you to please help in shipping the item or cancel the order with full refund....

Trying to close a loan for the past 6moths but no reponse they are asking to go there and there but no solution....

Ordered a headphone here. The product status changed to delivered before the date of delivery, without me receiving it. Apparently my product has been shipped to a different location from my address.
6 days and all the customer support has to say is they are looking into it, even after numerous calls. My reviews on this app are getting rejected and now am even unable to raise a complaint !

April emi deducted for home loan account number 10562333 in the month of July. escalated several times but no response from customer support team. i applied for moratorium from April to August. created so many tickets for this issue but no response. its now 6 months i m doing follow up for refund. no one replying from tatacapital customer support....

I have a morgage loan with tata capital Loan account no is TCHHF[protected]
Since 6 months i have been trying to communicate with the company officials but there is no response .I want to make a part prepayment of my loan but no one from the customer care is bothering to reply .I have called them hundred of times but there is no response....

I had initiated a order on Tata Cliq App on 25th September with Online Payment.

The Order was Confirmed after making the online payment with Order Id[protected] on 25th Sept 2020.

I waited for few days to receive the order but didn't get order delivered, so I had inquired with Tata Cliq Customer Care for the Order Status.

They ask me to wait for another few days for order delivered, but still...

Tata cliq exchange/return policy is they can place order 1st then with in 3 working days they can pickup exchange (old) product.

I ordered on 31/10/2020 to TATA CLIQ printer of Canon G3010 but i received low model Canon G2010 form TATA CLIQ. Due to Covid I had lost my job, I had availed moratorium for 5 months, after that I could not pay EMI for Sept 20 and Oct 20 but you have debited my accounts unfairly as NACH return charges of Rs.590/- 7 times totaling to Rs.4130/- (on 12th, 16th, 20th, 23rd, 27th, 29th & 30th Oct 2020).
