[Resolved]  Tata Croma — croma portable ac gas filling

Dear Team, I purchase carom portable ac product serial No-CRC[protected].1st I complain 18-2014, after that I follow up for service after 5day carom executive came for ac pick up for service center then I follow up for deliver and call carom customer care service. When I call carom customer care executive engineer call back 24 hr.after 10 day follow up carom deliver my ac and after 29days Ac gas finesh then I register complain dated[protected]. Then start coma same active another complain dated[protected] I talk 1hr about my ac gas filling executive after that I tack customer care TL Mis/Mrs.Proomilea she com mite me next day till dated 11am carom engineer pick your ac but carom engineer come my home for ac pick up dated-14.06.2014 then another follow up for ac deliver dated[protected].I talk carom customer care executive 1hr carom customer care executive say me 24 hr deliver you ac . I wait 24 hr then I wait dated -19, 20, 21, after that I call carom customer care executive for ac deliver executive not give me satisfaction answer an croma customer care executive cut my phone 3 time .after that corma customer care received and cut my phone then i talk croma customer executive TL Mis/Mrs-proomila she not give me satisfaction answer then i talk customer executive TL Mis/Mrs-proomila supervisor Mr. Ajay Kumar i hold phone TIME :7:30 to 9:30 no one solve my problem and give me 24 hr . when i told i want talk you supervisor they answar me supervisor not available ???? I wait and hold my phone now one solve my problem...
