[Resolved] Tata Croma — Service for display replacement | |||
Dear sir, I bought the Croma Tab CRXT1125 on Aug 13 and due to some problem lower portion of screen is damaged and is not working. I went croma centre for replacement but they told me that display doesnt come in warranty then they gave the address of deprosys (T.Nagar) service centre for repair and charged me 2500 inr which i'm ready to pay, But till now they are saying they havent got the part for replacing the broken display.When i enquired in Croma Help line they are not able to give the detail for the delivery period for the parts and they are also not caring about the problem. I am Nagabhushana from Bangalore, I am also faced same problem about display damage for the model Croma CRXT1131 7.85" Tablet (Black), without drooping or wrong handling, the service team is saying that it is not covered with warranty, it has to repaired chargeable basis, I can assure that damage is because of some hardware issue, please resolve this issue,
