Tata Docomo — tata docomo broadband connection deactivation

I raised my request for deactivation of my broadband connection in last week of october 2018. I paid all my dues after that. After that i am getting call from tata docomo after almost every two months stating that you need to pay so and so amount. For first time i paid the amount they asked. Somehow i forgot to ask for cancellation no at that time. Next time after two months when they called, i refused to pay as i was not using service from around four months. They asked me for cancellation no which i was not having. Due to this i paid the amount again because they told that otherwise this matter will be get escalated to legal department. This thing happened on 18th may 2019. This time i asked for cancellation no to the tele executive.

Yet after that i received another call and bill of 1100 rs on 27th august. I am not gonna pay any single rupee now.
