I have recently reallocated from New farakka to berhampore .I am a very old customer of tats sky and have raised a reallocation request for cable connection several times.My problem is not resolved and each time I speak with customer care of Tata sky, they take the address and gives fake promise of sending technician from Tata sky.This is an ongoing issue since a week.I am really disappointed with this kind of service from Tata sky

      I recharged my TataSky with Annual My 99 Tamil Apr18 pack by paying Annual amount around 1800.00 Rs on November 2018. Recharged successfully and I got the validity upto November 2019. On 24-Mar-2018 TataSky Cancelled my Annual subscription by saying TRAI changed the price so we are cancelling your package. But I already paid for year so TakaSky should not cancel this package for customers who already paid in advance. Could you please help to resolve this issue.

      Thanks for understand my concern and hope will consider my concern and resolve my issue. I bought the annual package from TataSky to avail service for one year. Price regulation should affect only for future subscription. I bought annual subscription means TataSky responsible for my one year package if price increased or decreased. Please give me service as promised.

      If price decreased on price regulation you are not going to cancel package and TataSky will get more revenue. Again you are not going to share your revenue to customer. Same way if price increased means TataSky should take the burden as customer already bought the product.

      I believed TataSky will have some standard compare to other DTH operators. I request TataSky to do business with basic courtesy.

        Respected sir,
        I had activated annual pack subscription on tata sky on nov 2018.
        After trai regulation on channel charges.
        Tata sky forcefully cancelled my annual package on 23rd march 2019 and activated some package without my permission. It's been noticed that cause me loss as compare to my annual package subscription.

        As per my understanding (According to trai regulations):-
        1) i have the choice to continue annual package till contracted period.
        2) service provider should give me the option of whether to continue the package till contracted period or not
        3) consumers should not be facing loss because of the trai regulations

        It seems tata sky (Service provider) has violated all these provision and they are not helping me with there helpline number.

        Kindly help me regarding this issue.

          I raised my complaint many times to tata sky for channels dropping from the platform.
          As at the time of connection, tata sky assured me that we will be having all channel available on the tata sky platform and they charged me rs.8500/- for the same.
          Now there are many channel showing that it will be the drop from the platform of tata sky in a few days.
          I launch the complaint to taka sky call center as well but they didn't resolve my queries and closed my ticket without my concern.
          Please help me in this regards.

            My name is anup sharma. I have recharged my tata sky account last year in july for yearly subscription. My subscription will end on 27 july 2019. But tata sky is not giving all channels which we took during subscription. They should give us our channels till our subscription ends after that they can start new regulation which came after my recharge. My account id is [protected]. Please ask them to provide all channels which they promised during subscription and once it's get over i will recharge as per new regulations.

              I m recharge my tata sky id [protected] last year with 2 year family pack its expire date is 16 sep. 2020 it's work around 6 month smooth now tata sky is automatically change my plan and reduce my date 11 feb 2020 and also reduce the chennals.
              They told me if price is increase or decrease no iffect in your channels and date and time.
              I also share plan screen short jo chal raha thaa 21-3-19 tak jo ab tata sky ne apni manmani karke hata diya ke price increase ho gaye plan ab nahi raha.
              Are plan ab nahi raha to mai kya karu fault to tata sky ka mera nahi.
              Muje mera whole amount mere bank mai refund chahiye bs ya mere vahi channel or wahi expire date 16 sep 2020.
              I shard you screen short.

              Fir bhi inhone esa ganda kaam kiaa ghatia tata sky or uske ghatia employees.

[protected], it was from 22nd mar 2019, it was not working, i was trying over phone but not connected, i log in and try, a phone comes and confirm that you have selected your channels as per tri and no any problem. But some time it was working, yesterday chat with person but till time its not working, how much time it will take and i also not going to pay this period, its very shameful

                    I have got a additional connection to my parents on 23rd Mar'19, the name is registered wrong. i have called the customer care and the representative can't able to explain and could not even guide me solve the name which is registered wrongly by Tata sky.

                      why network fees is charged

                      I am rajat kamble, using your services from last 3 years, my tata sky subscriber id - [protected] previously before trai's new regulation your subscrition charges was a bit lower but now charges are higher and channels subscription provided is low.

                      I use to pay monthly rs. 350 for many hindi, marathi and english channels but from february 2019 charges comes to rs. 483.62 per month and number of channels...

                      I didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.
                      On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"

                        Dear tata sky -

                        I have been a client for tata sky for last eight years and i haven't seen this bad a service from tata sky. At this point, i am not sure whether to continue the service or not.

                        Wo # 1dc3q0qs - i complained 4 days back that tata sky is not working. The service person called and said he is coming. He never came. When i checked on thursday, he had closed the case by saying the complained has been successfully close. If tata sky team starts to lie to their own team only person who will suffer is the customer.

                        Wo 1di828vu - i complained again yesterday since tata sky had closed the previous complaint by lying. I checked a day later why nobody has called me. Tata sky responds by saying that i wasn't picking up the phone. Nobody called and again internal team decide to lie to take the easy way out. Nobody suffers, neither tata sky, neither the customer rep who lied, its only the customer.

                        I am not sure how i can get the set-up box to start working again.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I wish to complain about my Tata Sky Connection (Customer Id: [protected]) that I purchased few years before. I have contacted customer care many times regarding technical issues (Wire and antenna broken down) and every time I got assurance that you will receive call from one of our engineers within 2 hours but still no call/engineer visit at premises till yet.

                          When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Tata Sky customer care on 21st march at your call centre, and was told that within 2 hours you will get call but nothing happened. Today, I again lodge the request for engineers visit and same commitment given by the call centre executive which I was got earlier. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.

                          I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 2 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives and will forward these customer service issues on social media.

                          I am really dissatisfied with your customer service and looking forward to discontinue your services.

                            Hello team tata sky
                            I have tried gettimg a new connection from 22 march 2019 and was instructed that a technician wud come to instal the same on 23rd march btw 12 to 1. He dint appoached me till 2pm after complaning he called up at 3pm wanted to enquire everything on phone and when asked to visit my location for any query he simply refrained to instal asmy house is north east facing. This stupidity could have been cleared by the tellecaller as wasting my time the whole day for such stupid people who do not know the value of time. I feel like suing the tata sky person who offered such plan and made the booking.

                                Hi trai customer support team, as per clause 17 of the telecommunication (Broadcasting and cable) services standards of quality of service and consumer protection. Regulations, 2017, “in case, the broadcasting services related to television have been availed by a subscriber with a lock-in period or the charges for subscription of broadcasting services related to television are paid in advance for a specific period by a subscriber in pursuance of any scheme offered by the distributor of television channels, the distributor shall continue to provide such services for such period to the subscriber without any increase in the price of subscription and without altering the other terms of subscription to the disadvantage of the subscriber.
                                Sunil k gupta, secretary, trai told toi that there is no question of any new
                                Communication when the regulation is “crystal clear”. “no customer can be disadvantaged by the new regime. If they want to continue with a long-duration pack, they can do so till the pack expires. However, if
                                They find any other pack to be beneficial, they can switch. The choice is in the hands of the customers.

                                But tatasky had migrated my bi-annual subscription plan to monthly plan today (23-mar'19), which i don't want. Pls intervene here & do the justice. Thanks (My subscription id with tatasky is [protected])

                                Hi! As per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to the best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration. For this, please download the Tata Sky App or visit www.mytatasky.com and go to Manage Pack, or visit your nearest dealer.

                                  I have requested for relocation 5-6 days ago. Till now my setup-box is not installed. And i am calling mechanic he is just giving me silly reason that he is busy he is not able to visit today, he will visit next day... Now the scenario is its almost 5-6 day and mechanic is still saying will visit next day. Everytime i have to request by calling call center and every time they reschedule my request, i am so frustrated that i will not recommend tata sky to anyone. Bad service

                                    From morning the screen showing set top box need to be paired, it's a new connection just four months happened plz look in to the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.NDS no[protected]
                                    Digicard ID[protected].Still 2months free validity is there then why it showing set of box need to be paired issue plz look into the matter and resolve as earliest.

                                    Hi! Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

                                      I am a tatasky subscriber since 2008. I have migrated to a new 'tv channels selection' system according to the rules and regulations set by trai w. E. F. 1st february. I learnt that trai has determined the network fee at rs.130 per month. But to my dismay, tatasky is charging rs.153! I have been paying rs.23 more since last two months! Please take action by giving them directive in this manner.

                                      Hi, NCF charges of Rs.153 pm (incl. of taxes) for the first 100 SD FTA channel capacity will be mandatory as per the new pricing regulation by TRAI. Please note that broadcasters are advertising their packs prices without including taxes. As per the regulation, 18% tax will be applicable on all pack and channels prices. Applicable taxes are mentioned in broadcasters ads' fine print also for you to see.
