I am a tata sky subscriber, with id [protected]. I registered for a complaint about tata sky signal not coming at 10 am, on 16 march 2019. My complaint was registered and i got a call back from the call center at 1030 that the visit will be done between 1130 to 1200.

I made complaint in this regard several times and they assured me that it wont happen but it continues.
Customer care people suggested me that technical person would visit my site and i would be charged rs 100. I told them - had that been technical issue, it could have appeared any time, not at a particular time for a short period. I doubted that they do this intentionally to unduly charge us rs 100.
Today they made me waiting...

card incorrect for set top box

I had stopped using my Tata Sky set-top box for a month and had not recharged it. Now when I have recharged it and turned it on I am receiving the message:
"THIS IS THE WRONG CARD FOR THIS SET TOP BOX (PAIRING ERROR)"

Please see that this problem is resolved as fast as possible because I have already recharged my set top box the daily charges would keep getting deducted even if I am not able to avail the services....

online recharge amount not reflecting

I recharged 200 rupees to my tata sky dth subscriber number [protected] via my icici bank mobile app. Transaction id of the same is bil/rchg/[protected]/tata sky/[protected]. It does not reflect on my dth account on the home screen. A few minutes later a smaller recharge of 50 rupees from the same bank account to the same dth box reflected immediately on the tata sky home screen but the earlier 200 rupees recharge is still not reflecting....

fake commitment and very bad service

Tata sky distributors commit very good things before buying new conection and they dont complete there single commitment.
And tata sky customer care is very hopeless peoples, they never answers our questions if they receive our call mistakely. Tata sky customer care peoples ask question to us instead of answers.

I will strongly not recommend peoples to buy tata sky connection....
