From morning the screen showing set top box need to be paired, it's a new connection just four months happened plz look in to the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.NDS no[protected]
Digicard ID[protected].Still 2months free validity is there then why it showing set of box need to be paired issue plz look into the matter and resolve as earliest.

Hi! Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

    I am a tatasky subscriber since 2008. I have migrated to a new 'tv channels selection' system according to the rules and regulations set by trai w. E. F. 1st february. I learnt that trai has determined the network fee at rs.130 per month. But to my dismay, tatasky is charging rs.153! I have been paying rs.23 more since last two months! Please take action by giving them directive in this manner.

    Hi, NCF charges of Rs.153 pm (incl. of taxes) for the first 100 SD FTA channel capacity will be mandatory as per the new pricing regulation by TRAI. Please note that broadcasters are advertising their packs prices without including taxes. As per the regulation, 18% tax will be applicable on all pack and channels prices. Applicable taxes are mentioned in broadcasters ads' fine print also for you to see.

      I am a customer for tata sky for 9 years but it is with sheer disappointment that i have to write this complain since am deeply surprised and hurt by there careless attitude. There response has been so poor that even the registered complaints are getting closed without any info it customer. Complaint no which i re-opened today is 1dhtc8p.

      Never wanted to change to hd but on tatasky insistence i did and realized the box which was installed at my place was faulty since i asked to warranty card which was not given to me. Within 6 months of installation i raised complaint and i was assured i will not face this issue again but unfortunately same issue happened. This time tata sky agreed that they will not charge me again basis which box for replaced while execute took away my existing. After 3 months they debited 500 rs to my account and now they are not even caring to reply! This is deeply uncouth and un-friendly behaviour from brand such as tata which is associated with trust and care.

      Further if this is what happening with a customer who had been loyal to them for last 9 years what about other?

        I apply for a tata sky new connection.
        I apply tata sky new connection 10th mar 2019. But new connection not installed till date. And your representative in this area say to me that there is a problem in this area, i can not installed, it will take around two month to resolve this issue. Tatasky new connection receipt no rb02192797 and amount rs 1750 through on line net banking, i wank refund my opposite amount, please solve my complain other wise i will go to consumer court.

          Hi all,
          I was using tatasky connection with subscriber id as [protected] for almost 3 years and at time of cancellation of account due to certain reason, there was a refund or rs. 215/- which was issues to me in month of jan, 2019. The cheque was rejected by bank as it was having wrong name printed on it by tata sky. On realising it, i contacted tata sky several times and each time they come out with separate reason but they are not issuing me the cheque with correct name. Now they are giving me reason that i need to activate my account again with correct name and then they will again close it and re issue check with correct name. I want to highlight negligence of taka sky at time when there agents come and collect your documents for new connection and enter wrongly into there records. Is this a customer's duty to check that there name is correctly mentioned by a service provider when we blindly trust there services that what ever they do should be correct.
          Any now when a mistake is done by tatasky and even they realise that it was wrong done at time of providing connection, then what is the problem by them to correct my name and settle down the issue. This is really ridiculous and harassment by them.

            Subscription ended before the stipulated time without intimation and no resolution of complaint. Very very poor services. Cheating customers once account funded.
            Account recharged in aug-18 for primary and secondary connection.
            Primary still running but services of seco dary connection stoped in feb19 mentioning that pack was not activated by company officials for secondary connection and amount deducted from account on monthly basis. Why customer bear financial loss due to mistake of company

                Sane happened with me.. I recharged with 500 but didnt get in my tata sky... Reference id 118840... This complaint is regarding the recharges i've done using my tata sky's bharat qr code. I made payment with punjab national qr code paymnet option. I just scan the code from my t. V and entered the amount about 500. The amount was deducted from my account but i didn't get any recharge in my tata sky account.
                I spoke to customer care executive many times they said that the bank is responsible for the failure and they said contact your bank for this.

                    I had booked a new Tata Sky connection on[protected]. I had selected HD set top box and HD Hindi Family Sports pack for the same which cost me Rs.2245 (including 601 discount). I have attached the screenshot that I captured during the transaction.

                    Now, when their engineer came for the installation, he was not able to activate my account saying that you have Rs.601 low balance. Now, this amount I got as a discount while purchasing which was not credited to my account. So I had to do another recharge of Rs.601 (by paying him in cash) to activate my account. Their engineer who came for installation told me to write an email to support team and informed me that, by doing this you will get Rs.601 on your account.

                    I am continuously trying to contact them and also explained this to their executives many times but they are not able to resolve my issue. They are saying that please send us another email with proofs. I have already emailed them 3-4 times with proof but I am getting any response from them.

                    I have also contacted their nodal officer for this issue but I am not getting any solution from them.

                    Please resolve my issue ASAP.

                      We are not satisfied with tatasky's services because technician sent by tatasky district office are cheating with us through their change of parts like lnb, setup box setting. They are providing local products without their company logo and do not provide bill of the parts. Nobody is taking responsibility about services and do not provide written warranty of the parts.in our case, we have changed the lnb about 1 year ago through their agra office technician and we use it for 10 days and we move to other place for 1 year and when we came back and try to restart the dish, it do not work. Then we register a complaint and they send their technician, again he told us to change the lnb again. Then he bring the same local product and charge rs. 250 without any bill. And when we ask tatasky customer care for the bill they told us they do not keep any hardcopy of any service they provide or parts their technician changes and cut the phone without registering our complain.

                              Following are the problems :

                              1) on 2-3-2019, when i ordered for two connections, tatasky issued one id for both the connections providing different set top boxes for each connection. Neither at the time of ordering of connection, nor at the time of installation, tatasky informed about the connectivity of the connections. When i asked at the time of installation, they informed for recharge of different tv, you will be able to recharge different channels for different tv. But when i go for recharge, both the tv recharge simultaneously for each tv with double rechargeable amount.

                              2) no subscriber copy provided by installation persons and when i asked for warranty they informed about three years warranty for antenna + set top boxes + cable.. But they refused to give any written document for this purpose.

                              So many emails to [protected]@tatasky.com, [protected]@tatasky.com and [protected]@tatasky.com with three reminders and other telephone calls have been made so far but till date no action has been taken.

                                It has been more than 24 hours since i have been complaining to tata sky customer care, social media, watsup that 2 channels which i paid for in my package are not active. Mnx channel 381 & privehd channel 385. Nothing has been done to activate the channels. If i do not pay their monthly rental before or on the due date they deactivate all my channels. When they expect me to be punctual in payment. Why are they not punctual in resolving customer problems? I expect you to credit my account with hours lost & from now on when i switch on the tv i will activate the channel i want to watch & after watching the movie. Will deactivate the channel so you will only charge me only for hours watched. I did not watch these channels few days back & i am not aware if you had been broadcasting the channels earlier also. It is not my job to see all channels are playing everytime i switch on the tv. I call customer care & get stupid answers. But no solution

Tata sky operator told us that he will connect on 15 th march. But 3 days have passed by no one has come. When we contacted tata sky operator he gave us phone number of their technician. When we called the technician on sunday morning, he misbehaved with us and told us that he will come after 6 hours. Nobody is listening to us and operator is also not picking up the phone now.

                                      @tatasky i have tata sky demo connection and that is last month de active i have many time call to customer care for transfer to normal but that told me time for that 35 day but not proper respond i think this is fake company poor service

                                        I am a tata sky subscriber, with id [protected]. I registered for a complaint about tata sky signal not coming at 10 am, on 16 march 2019. My complaint was registered and i got a call back from the call center at 1030 that the visit will be done between 1130 to 1200.

                                        At 1115 i again get a call from the customer care about the issue, which i explained to him again. He then gave a time of 1200 to 1230. The complaint number given to me was wo#1d5gx6ej.

                                        At 1230, i again called up the customer care to enquire about the status. I was informed during the call that the complaint has been cancelled due to insufficient balance. I had positive balance of 28 and that is sufficient to get the visit done. The visit charges of 100 rs can be directly debited to the account which i would have paid post the visit.

                                        I again called the customer care at 1pm and was kept on hold for 20 mins. I again called and again had to explain the issue. The lady at the customer care again noted my complaint and i am still awaiting resolution to my issue.

                                        This type of service speaks volumes about how tata sky customer service. For them, the customer is free all day and there agents are the most busy person. When they gave me a time of visit between 12 to 1230, how can they just not show up till 3 pm. That's the heights o[censored]nprofessionalism by a dth operator which has the largest customer base. Hope trai takes some action against such behavior by such unprofessional behavior.
