My customer id with tata sky [protected]. When i complained to tata sky on non-functioning of dish, a few moths back, a technician attended to it. However, he pursued me to upgrade to hd modems with offer of 'free hd channels' for certain period. I opted for the same by paying for the modem. After the 'free hd channel period' was over, tata sky simply appropriated some balance in my account with it without my authority. Before free service period was over, tata sky, either over phone or thru an sms, should have obtained my willingness to continue hd channels on payment basis. The company should not have simply appropriated my balance with them without any specific authority. The service provider's contention that we should have informed them well in advance before the end of 'free period' just tentamounts to shirking their responsibility and adopting one more route to exploit the customers. Please instruct them to refund whatever amount was appropriated without my authority.
Sir, this is a lopsided trade and consumer policy adopted by tata sky to thrive at the cost of helpless customers. Thank you,

Where is the minimum 130 rs + gst 27rs
I req another star kannada, zee kannada, sun network kannada,
But you peoples are giving only 5 to 10 channel for 300 rupees
You peoples are cheat to customers?
