screen freeze / getting stuck for 50% of channels

Some Channels are freezing and complain to CC representative says to get technician arrange which is chargeable but why, it's not my problem, it's your service problem. Susan wants me to take up senior and she wants me to explain again whole thing to senior. It's ridiculous and very bad impression....

forcing to subscribe 100 fta channels as basic channel package

Tata sky mandatorily put 100 basic fta channels to be subscribed according to their choice which is limiting our choice of selection of fta channel.
Due to this my monthly amount has gone up to rs 173 as fee.
When asked tata sky told that it is mandatory and you can not modify that. Also it violates my fundamental right of viewing the channels of my choice. Tata sky can not force me to take the channels according to their wish....

getting error: this is the wrong card for this setup
