Paid for sports dhamaka package which was valid till 19th nov 2019.
Since 8th february 2019 found that none of the sports channels along with many other channels which were available earlier not available.
Today finding poor signal message with no channel coming.
Balance has also drastically fallen to slightly more than rs 800 though hardly availing the facility.

    Ref.: service request no.: 1czlyg3o with tata sky
    My customer id with tata sky [protected]. When i complained to tata sky on non-functioning of dish, a few moths back, a technician attended to it. However, he pursued me to upgrade to hd modems with offer of 'free hd channels' for certain period. I opted for the same by paying for the modem. After the 'free hd channel period' was over, tata sky simply appropriated some balance in my account with it without my authority. Before free service period was over, tata sky, either over phone or thru an sms, should have obtained my willingness to continue hd channels on payment basis. The company should not have simply appropriated my balance with them without any specific authority. The service provider's contention that we should have informed them well in advance before the end of 'free period' just tentamounts to shirking their responsibility and adopting one more route to exploit the customers. Please instruct them to refund whatever amount was appropriated without my authority.
    Sir, this is a lopsided trade and consumer policy adopted by tata sky to thrive at the cost of helpless customers. Thank you,

      I made complaint in this regard several times and they assured me that it wont happen but it continues.
      Customer care people suggested me that technical person would visit my site and i would be charged rs 100. I told them - had that been technical issue, it could have appeared any time, not at a particular time for a short period. I doubted that they do this intentionally to unduly charge us rs 100.
      Today they made me waiting too long on phone to connect to their seniors but only it rang and ultimately cut off.
      I guess even other subscribers are facing such issues.

        Subscriber ID [protected], i recharged with an amount of 219 Rs. As on 26th January my balance amount was Rs.201 from January 26th 2019 to 10th March 2019 i didn''t see any channels because i shifted to a new house on 10th March i re-install my Tatasky box with an amount of recharge 100 and i gave an amount of Rs. 300 to the executive for installation charges. Actually in my account 301 Rs. have to be maintained but 12th March my account was deactivated and showed the balance of -201. again i recharged with an amount of Rs. 250 . Today i.e. on 15th March 2019 again my account was deactivated

        kindly resolve the issue i lost approximately Rs.600 for only recharge

        Hi! As per the new pricing regulation, NCF charges of Rs.153 pm (incl. of taxes) will be applicable even if you opt for FTA channels only. If you opt for > 100 FTA SD channels, then additional NCF charges of Rs.23 pm (incl. of taxes) for every 25 additional SD FTA channels will be applicable.

          I had stopped using my Tata Sky set-top box for a month and had not recharged it. Now when I have recharged it and turned it on I am receiving the message:
          "THIS IS THE WRONG CARD FOR THIS SET TOP BOX (PAIRING ERROR)"

          Please see that this problem is resolved as fast as possible because I have already recharged my set top box the daily charges would keep getting deducted even if I am not able to avail the services.

            Shoddy Website & Customer Service: Even though Atul Pruthi (Chat Customer Service person) assisted me over the past hour with selecting and paying an annual amount for the Tatasky connection (owing to the fact that their website is so pathetic and outdated that all newbies in the industry like Netflix have a huge edge on them with regards to efficiently operating websites. Secondly, I had to repeat questions multiple times for Atul to actually answer the questions posed instead of beating around the bush. After assuring me that I had paid for an annual package (giving me the bonus of 1 month free connection) and that I'd selected my pack, the due date on my service reads as 6 March 2020 (of note, it is 14 March 2019 today and really 1 year would terminate on 14 March 2020) In addition with the bonus month free, the due date to my service should really read 14 April 2020. Atul failed to provide me with a receipt for payment and with a confirmation of my correct due date, ### me by saying that to trust him that it would auto-update a month from now!!!) Tatasky has truly demonstrated pathetic service when Atul disconnected the chat without actually completing my request for an email confirmation, nor was he willing to use his brain and manually calculate what the due date should actually be bearing in mind their current promo. He failed to provide me with his manager's contact number for fear of being reported. Obviously, he was more concerned about the security of his job and not the satisfaction of the customer - the very reason he has a job in the first place. TATASKY, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU PROVIDE AND THE PATHETIC NATURE OF YOUR WEBSITE. LEARN A THING OR TWO FROM NETFLIX, YOUR MUCH YOUNGER BUT INFINITELY MORE COMPETENT entertainment supplier.

              I have been log a request for deinstallation of tata sky dth system on 11.03.2019 with wo#1cwddxwj. Scheduled provided by customer care on 13.03.2019 18:40 to 19:40, but no body came to execute to work after that i called to customer care and he give the time for today (14.03.2019) up to 10:00hr. But no body came or call for that. This type of fraud is doing.

                And we have upgraded our connection by paying amount of rs 2100 through online when tata sky exceutive visited our house and said that it will be installed in 5-7 working daysbut till now not installed, local kadapa delear call us to inform that our set off box has recieved it will be installed by sending technician, but till date tecnician not visited our home for installation, we very un happy with the tatasky service and with the delear, and we are loosing our faith on tata products and services, so pls look in to the issue nd take initiation for solving the problem, thanking you

                    online recharge amount not reflecting

                    I recharged 200 rupees to my tata sky dth subscriber number [protected] via my icici bank mobile app. Transaction id of the same is bil/rchg/[protected]/tata sky/[protected]. It does not reflect on my dth account on the home screen. A few minutes later a smaller recharge of 50 rupees from the same bank account to the same dth box reflected immediately on the tata sky home screen but the earlier 200 rupees recharge is still not reflecting....

                    Subscriber id-[protected]; since i changed my pack from all channels to selected channels there is a problem of no signal i’m unable to watch anything even after repeatedly switching off n on. And this is since 1month i have complained infinite times n yet there is not even a single response, i called the costumer care it costed me a lot of money but was of no use. These people only respond when u want to get a new connection or want to add anything to ur package bloody money suckers. U people only know to take money and not provide any services. You better solve my problem immediately and better send 1 o[censored]r personale to fix my problem. I’m going to keep complaining about u until my problem is solved also i will cancel ur stupid useless, worthless dish connection. There are a lot of better dish connection providers than u.

                        Tata sky distributors commit very good things before buying new conection and they dont complete there single commitment.
                        And tata sky customer care is very hopeless peoples, they never answers our questions if they receive our call mistakely. Tata sky customer care peoples ask question to us instead of answers.

                        I will strongly not recommend peoples to buy tata sky connection.

                          My subscriber ID is [protected].After 2 months I have rechargedy my DTH with RS 216.Now it was displaying a pop up this is a wrong card for this set up box pairing error, I have removed the connections and again I connected but still it was displaying like that only.so, please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                            I booked a tata sky connection as some of your company people doing campaning there booked the connection there told that letast 4k ultra hd box with recording, you can watch movies using ped drive and many more. But at the time of connection the installation person got normal hd box so i rejected that and the installation is not done after speaking the tata sky person she told that she dont know that pen drive can be use and there is no recording in that i told why u have told all the false things after telling her that i will go legal as i have all the cctv footage what she has told and all the other proofs, she told that she will be refunding the amount with in 2 days but till now i have not received the payment so now i will be going for legal proceedings. As its already 28 days over, documents attached, please do the needful or shall i go for legal action, already complaint registered with u people but till now no response.

                                screen freeze / getting stuck for 50% of channels

                                Some Channels are freezing and complain to CC representative says to get technician arrange which is chargeable but why, it's not my problem, it's your service problem. Susan wants me to take up senior and she wants me to explain again whole thing to senior. It's ridiculous and very bad impression....
