    Our neighbors recently installed tata sky around 27-28 february. So the installation team visited and disturbed our connection and provided them connection. When we lodged a complaint they disturbed neighbors connection and rectified ours. When they complained our connection was disturbed. I checked with our watchman and came to know of the problem. When i confronted, they acknowledged the problem and then sent technician with equipment to restore both connections. I asked the tata sky to refund for the lost period of about a week. Instead they have deducted rs 100 for technician visit.

    Tata sky is charging me 2500 per month and they are not allowing me to change to bouquet packs. I am fed of calling their customer care from past month ie february.
    Dont select tatasky. Go for some other connection.

      Hi,

      This is kishor. I am a tatasky subscriber. I have couple of concerns.

      First thing is i have little bit amount balance in my tatasky dth account. Service is discontinued from 10th afternoon by tatasky. When i called to tatasky customer care, their associate informed me like they have customers in billions, they can't migrate with new rules at a time on 31st march 2019 so they are grouping or segregating customers, discontinuing with old plans and forcefully asking to migrate to new plans. Now i am under that group so the associate asked me to select the channels as per new rule to get continuation. Here my question is still 20 more days are there to migrate with new rule, why is the service provider forcing me to migrate without informing me. I might not watch or continue the service provider after the deadline. Why should they discontinue the service when i have balance in my account.

      Second thing is i am really opposing your new rule. Earlier i used to pay 325 rupees for more than 25 channels which i use to see regularly. Now i need to pay more than 400 to watch those channels. My father lives in a village and use to pay 150 rupees for more than 50 channels now he needs to pay more than 300 for less than 10 channels which he wants to see. I would have appreciated with your new rule if there is no network fee and ask to customer to select which channel they want to see and pay only for those channels. Ncf is the burden for customers, off course they are getting 100 free channels for ncf but hardly watching couple of channels that too forcefully.

      My humble request to withdraw the new rule or remove the network fee.

        Hi, mene already 7-8 bar complaint kar chuka hu but koi bhi meri problem solve nahi kar raha hai mere yha k area me jo customer support team hai wo to bahut kharab hai, technician ne ek bar visit ki or wo bhi bewakoof bana kar chala gya usne kha box me kharabi hai or box change kar ke chla gya wahi problem naye wale box me bhi aai usko kha bhi tha box sahi hai but wo kahne lga nahi box me hi kharabi hai us technician ka nam suraj tha pls agar koi consern person hai to meri ye problem solve kare 10 din se jyada ho gye hai or jo recharge kiya tha wo bhi bekar hi ja rha hai.. Koi use hi nahi ho rha hai.

        Or to or wo box ke 1699/- bhi leke gya jabki mera box bilkul thik tha

        Customer care bhi nahi sunte call karta hu to kahte hai kal ki dat me technician visit kar jaenge or problem solve kar di jaegi but koi nahi solve kar rha

        Tata sky brand hai but brand jesi service bilkul bhi nahi hai

          Tata sky mandatorily put 100 basic fta channels to be subscribed according to their choice which is limiting our choice of selection of fta channel.
          Due to this my monthly amount has gone up to rs 173 as fee.
          When asked tata sky told that it is mandatory and you can not modify that. Also it violates my fundamental right of viewing the channels of my choice. Tata sky can not force me to take the channels according to their wish.
          Also as per trai only dd channels are only mandatory for basic fta.

          As per the new pricing regulation, NCF charges of Rs.153 pm (incl. of taxes) will be applicable even if you opt for FTA channels only. If you opt for > 100 FTA SD channels, then additional NCF charges of Rs.23 pm (incl. of taxes) for every 25 additional SD FTA channels will be applicable.
          FTA Basic: This will be the Basic Service Tier as defined by TRAI. It will contain 100 FTA SD channels.

            Hi, with the implementation of the new pricing regulations on all Cable, DTH and IPTV operators, broadcaster channels and packages will now cost the same for all operators in the market and Tata Sky will not be expensive as compared to anyone else. Also, in order to prevent the hassle o[censored]nderstanding and choosing from so many broadcaster packs, Tata Sky has curated recommended packs using the same the broadcaster packs and channels to best suit your viewing requirements.

              channels not coming.

              Didn't use the service for 3months. Then i recharged today but it is not working.
              On the tv, there is just a black screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[[protected]] digicard id[[protected]]"

              Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am your loyal tata sky customer.

              I took a tata sky connection for two t. V.'s on[protected] and paid rs. 3500/-, and was promised that abill with break up will follow. I have so far not received anything. I understand that the amount paid covered installation and a months subscription. However i find that installation and a months subscription should have costed rs.1599/- for first t. V. And little lessor for 2nd t. V.in addition your records show my subscription valid till 2nd of april 2019 only.

              I would request you to look into the matter and send me the details of the deductions and refunds or adjustments if any.

                  I have using the tatat= sky hd with 325 south pack as per new guideline it come around 386 as confirmed by tata sky people. My pack validity up to 25/03/2019 as of know balance 192/- but today after i not received hd channels in my pack. I have called to customer care of tata sky they not respond properly saying that my will automatically converted with any information. Pls check my complaint and do the needful on urgent basis.

                  Hi! As per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to the best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration. For this, please download the Tata Sky App or visit www.mytatasky.com and go to Manage Pack, or visit your nearest dealer.

                    It is with regret i have to draw your attention to the pathetic service and response from your tatasky team in resolving my problem which has still not been resolved despite detailed talks with your representatives today, 8.03.2019:
                    Ms. Aarti on [protected] at 12.40 p. M.;
                    Mr. Hari on [protected] at 13.50 hours : 13.58 ; [protected] (7 calls) between 15.24 hrs to 15.29 hours:
                    Roshan on [protected]
                    Hira & dipti on [protected] from 17.24 hours to 17.45 hours
                    I did a recharge of rs. 314/- today at around 12.30 p. M as per the figure that camen tatasky website when i logged in with my above id and rmn [protected]. After making payment there was no signal forthcoming which i told aarti, when she said that she will raise a request for home visit to look into the matter and start the transmission but unfortunately till now no technician has come though i received a message from bbmytsky at 13.16 hours saying that "tata sky installer visit for wo#cothorm is scheduled between 8.03.2019 17.20 & 17.50 in case of query pl. Contact helpline..." therreafter around 16.12 i got a msg from bbmytsky stating that : "your request number 1cotdexkp is resolved" one of the biggest lie when no techinincan has till notneither come nor the streaming activated

                    Why is tatasky doing this to its customers?.
                    When i complained at 17.24 hours (Stated above) mr. Hira said the technician visit is rescheduled to 18.13 hours today and if the technician does not come i should call him again and inform him,. He was not at all willing to accede to my request that he shoud call and follow up with me. He bluntly refused then i told him that i would like to talk to his senoir when he put me on to one ms. Dipti who said that there has been problem because of relocation when i told her that there is no re-location and that i was using the services at the same place on the same set top box upto 2016-17 for which she did not have any answer and failed to resove my issue.

                    Despite recharging i am stuck up with a dead transmission service provider

                    No action as yet from TataSky. This is a clear case of FRAUD played on the customers. Today just now a female called me from "[protected]" and asked: "Are you facing any problem in your TaTa Sky connection" I told her "you read my complaint in which everything is written" However she wanted me to tell her on the phone, how stubborn. I told her how she could sort out the problem on phone She had no answer.> I told her unless somebody from Tatasky comes and sees the problem on my TV set how will he know anything on the phone.These people are bent upon spoiling the "Tata: name and brand.So much for tata sky jingala

                      I lobzang phuntsok sindhu, subscriber id number :[protected] have an issue on old packages. I don't know which packages i am using at the movement. I want to delete old packages and would like to add some sports with english and hindi movies. I, m not able to follow the symtem rather i don't have time to spend for it.                         We've recharged our Tata sky after 2months. And we are getting this error when we recharged today.could you please resolve the error asap.we are not sure why this is happening even after multiple attempts of cleaning and re-inserting the card.

                          Trai aapne jo new rules laye ho ke aap jitane channel dekhoge uske hi paise do, but me jo 220 ka packej tha wo abhi mujhe 302 me aa raha hai mujhe to nuksan hai, kyuki pahle network charge 153 lag jata hai bad me agar singel 8-10 channel bhi le to 300₹ ho jata hai or sab pack le to 330₹ tak ho jata hai, matlab ke me jo tatasky me 220 me channel dekhta tha abhi wo 330₹ me aa raha hai.. Ise 90% log abhi jayada paise de rahe hai or ye dth provider sab ko or bhi jayada lut rahe hai, jago trai jago,

                          Hi, these changes are being made in order to comply with the "Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) services Tariff Order 2017" issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). The said order is applicable on all broadcasters (such as Star, Sony, Zee, etc) and distributors of content such as DTH operators, Cable operators and Internet Protocol TV (IPTV).

                            Since today morning I have spoken to tatasky customer care and their technical people for activating my secondary setbox but till now at 8.30 pm also it has not been activated And they are promising that it will be activated .Same statement is given to me since morning.They are going on giving other numbers but there is no response from them.

                              I selected the pack to migrate as per new guidelines of trai on 17 february with request id no[protected].
                              But still tata sky has not migrated my account to the channel which i have selected.
                              I did followed up with tata sky for the migration and they told me that u will be migrated in next two days but nothing has been happened yet.

                                I had moved from pune to ahmedabad recently.
                                I wanted to relocate my tatasky dish and hence i placed the request on 1st march. They cancelled my request on 2nd march stating that they could not complete my request within 24 hours. I re requested but in vain. I am writing here as after three unsuccessful attempts of placing request. The people from field call me and tell that they will come within one hour, another hour but no one turns up. Very bad experience. Since week i am waiting for executive to come and fit the dish. Earlier tatasky service was very good but since last 6months i a m experiencing it is being bad day by day

I must say tata is one of the crappiest service providers and has no respect for its customers.
