Since sunday both set-top boxes that we have been using for 5 years are saying no signal or cloudy weather. This is with a bright sunny sky for atleast a month. First the service center plays ping pong on which area it is. Once that is settled there have been two technicians who either say antenna problem or set-top box problem and you wait for some download or signal to get better.

This is one full week of services that i have paid for and will not be using. If your customer services are getting cut because of the trai ruling reducing prices - please let us know. We will look for other providers who can handle customer complaints or we will learn to live without services without spending money unnecessarily and adding further tension to follow-up with you.

    Since yesterday I am trying to contact. But no response. Sorry to say very very poor service. Then coming to issue is that though having balance no channel is coming except ETV and TNEWS. On going to other channel asking for SMS to 5663. But the SMS also not going through my RMN. What to do to get all channels.

        Dear sir

        I have spoken with helpline number but they are reading scripts. Earlier i was paying 550 and was getting all of my chanals but now after paying 687 i am not able to see my channel which i was watching before. I don't want unwanted chanals not sure why you guys replicate my previous package and take extra money.

        Please let me know how can i go for disconnection and how can i get my money back. Airtel is giving one month free after adding my 118 chanal.

        Please don't take the extra banifites or cheating people who are with you from a long time.

        Hi, with the implementation of the new pricing regulations on all Cable, DTH and IPTV operators, broadcaster channels and packages will now cost the same for all operators in the market and Tata Sky will not be expensive as compared to anyone else. Also, in order to prevent the hassle o[censored]nderstanding and choosing from so many broadcaster packs, Tata Sky has curated recommended packs using the same the broadcaster packs and channels to best suit your viewing requirements.

          I am giving this complain for third time as it is not solved. I recharged on 5th feb 2019 of rs 240 which is valid for 30 days. The next recharge date should be on 7th mar 2019 as feb is having only 28 days per month. But message came as the next recharge date is on 5th mar 2019. Sending this message they are earning two days amount. It's a fraud. When i talked with the customer care people i had to count them 30 days. Still they are not convinced of recharge date. They are keep telling the recharge date should be on 5th mar 2019. If they are so concerned about the customer, should give extra day. Rather they are taking away one day. Please look after the matter. I request you to kindly call me on my registered mobile number to solve this issue asap.

            Tata sky smart manager rs10 91 days pack can’t be dropped from your account. Actually this pack deduct rs. 10 per day
            ; in selection of tata sky package selector it shows as tata sky smart manager : rs. 10, zee tv rs. 22 … etc. This company is cheating with customers. The company is taking this channel under the lock period.
            It has no write after selection of packages as per trai rules
            The service customer says that you can remove it after one month of pack completion; but a complete one month had done after free subscription.
            I did not like this channel ; therefore i want to remove it ; remove this pack and inform me @ my email id

            Happy India pack rates for Sony are RS 31 and Tata sky charges RS 46 for the same.Also For zee family pack Tata sky charges RS 69, wherasas broadcast rates is rs 45

            Hi, please note that broadcasters are advertising their packs prices without including taxes. As per the regulation, 18% tax will be applicable on all pack and channels prices. Applicable taxes are mentioned in broadcasters ads' fine print also for you to see.

              We have given several complaints about not getting signals. Your technician came on 03.03.2019 (Sunday) and exchanged the set up box and had taken 500 as charges for it but after a while were not getting signals as before.

              We have called several times but no one came for the services on 04.03.2019 and 05.03.2019. I once again complained on customer service no.[protected] on 5.03.19 at 1p. M and after that i received several calls from mobile no [protected] and [protected] and[protected] and they repeatedly made me trouble and harassing me by there false statements about the service provider at my place. All the time the mechanic of above referred mobile no. Keep lying about reaching for services at my home till 8:30 pm.
              Surprisingly when i called to the customer care service no. The person asked me whether my set up box has started working or not as the mechanic has submitted his report that he has resolved my problem even that at 9 pm i received another message from bpmytsky at 9 pm "dear subscriber, your request no 1ch3d9n1 is resolved. Happy viewing"

              It is very surprising that the mechanics who didn't came up for resolving our problem at our home submitting a false and misleading reports of resolving the problem.
              I want you to take necessary actions against these employees who mislead the hole firm as well as me.
              I am submitting the complaint once again to resolve the problem otherwise we will have no option other than filing a complaint in consumer forum on 06.03.2019.

                Though the weather is clear still it shows cloudy weather and such issue and the technical person is also not visiting after many calls. We are facing this problem sinc last one week. No one pick the calls also whenever we call customer support helpline numbers. This is very unexpected service from one of the leading service providers in india. Also they immediately send flash message for recharge but they don't look into the service they provide.

                Hi! Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

                Hi! As per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to the best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration. For this, please download the Tata Sky App or visit www.mytatasky.com and go to Manage Pack, or visit your nearest dealer.
                Why I can't watch Ind vs Aus match on DD Sports channel in tata sky. I mean before match I was able to watch DD Sports channel but when match started they are showing that I have to watch it on Star sports hannel and give them 19 rs. monthly for that channel. This is rediculous.

                      Pack selected on tatasky portal's, make my plan facility for rs 317 in jan end is not effective and old plan was provided for feb '19. Please correct the plan as per last submitted plan on jan last.

                      I dont want "dhamaka monthly may18 pack for the period" in my plan.

                        I am tata sky subriber with id [protected]. Free channel republic and other withdrawn by service provider without any prior information. Although charging inr 176 for maintenance of free channel but even after sending request through sms and through application, free channel not added. On contacting to customer care thrice, operators and higher hararchy did not resolve the problem and keep on repeating to contact near by service provider. It is simple harassment to the customer. I am requesting to take significant action against service provider to provide relief to me.

                          Sir, my tatasky subscriber id is [protected]. I have added two channel on 24 feb 19. And placed channel drop request on 25 feb 19. Both channel is unavailable on set top box, but tata sky is charging daily for channel no 454. I am unable to add any channel and drop channel since last ten days. I have called tata sky so many times and email also. Always not getting any response. I have wasted so much money on tatasky set top box and i am getting very bad response. They are charging money for channel no 454 and i am unable to watch that channel on tv.

                            I respect the decision by govt about providing customer to pay their interested channels. I would like to complain about the process of migration is completely done without awareness of a customer or subscriber.

                            I have called tatasky in the month of dec'18, as my subscription month is ending i tried to migrate the plan in dec only. But tatasky informed me that still there is no update with them and informed that tatasky team would contact their customer about such migration process. I have also requested them to call me they agreed for the same.

                            On feb 28th we have recharged with amount around 220 as our regular recharge. On 3rd of march without any intimation they have migrated to a basic pack which is not of my choice. I want all my channels as per the agreement. Trai has no where mentioned that tatasky or other dth operators can change the subscription without customer consent.
                            Now if i modify the pack it is charging me around 450 rs for the additional channels which i use to get in my previous pack.

                            I have called tatasky multiple times to explain my issue they are not ready to provide any resolution to the customer. They are trying to convince me but. Who is going to pay for additional channels and i am being charged for additional 400 rs which i am not ready to pay

                            If i pay additional do you gurantee me about there will be no advertisements for the channels of my choice

                                Ever since the new trai rule, tata sky has moved us to the best package as per them. I, later on modified the channel package. Ever since i modified, am unable to view some channels. And moreover there are few channels that are not clear and keeps hanging. Tried calling customer care, but is always always in queue and the calls gets disconnected stating they don't want us to be waiting and promise a call back. But i have never received any call back. If we chat we customer care, he keeps asking me to do some steps and in the meantime gets disconnected. Wondering where do i go

                                  Hello, my annual pack got over on feb-24/2019.
                                  After that on mar 3rd/2019, i recharged for individual channels and instead of taking my selected channels, tata sky converted previous yearly package to monthly package and started charging as per previous package.

                                  When contacted customer care on march 3rd/2019/20:25 pm, they told they will activate new individual selected pack at the earliest by 1 month.

                                  Truly lost of words with the way tatasky is doing sham business and taking customer for a ride.

                                  Pathetic service and they know how to fool and loot customers.

                                    I am facing a technical issue with my tatasky connection where it is showing an error that the id card is not recognised. This has happened suddenly with my connection. When the technician came, he asked for 300rs and rs 100 as repair fee for change of address. I have already paid the money 1.5 years back when i moved my connection to new place.

                                    I don't understand why are you asking for 400rs when i already paid for movement of address and took new hd box.

                                      It is to inform you that as per trai guidelines, i as a customer of tata sky with registered mobile no. [protected] and subscriber id [protected], have been trying to select the channels and recharge it with selected amount for the same since last two days, but 'error' occurs everytime. The dth service provider tata sky is forcing me to go with its recommended pack, which is higher in amount than my earlier packs or currently selected pack and even compelling me to choose packs which touches very high amount.
                                      This is truly unethical cheating & fraud practice with customer and violation of trai regulation.

                                      By not allowing me to recharge with my selected pack having lower amount than the pack recommended by tata sky & by deactivating my services for its own fault, tata sky has provided me a deficient services and hence, warrants action against it for its this unethical trade practices.
                                      They also impose additional charges than the chennels selected, so cant understand that govt.'s/trai's intention is to benefit customer or dth companies!!??
                                      Kindly take immediate action in this regard and resolve issue at the earliest. Also do take necessary action against the concerned for this.

                                        pairing error on digi card with the set top box

                                        My screen shows " this is the wrong card for this set top card. I have recharged my account yesterday. Also, i did not touch the digicard until the error came to my screen. The nds no. Being displayed on the screen should an extra digit to it and is wrong. I reinserted the digicard several times but the error remained the same.
