no proper response from tata sky

Ever since the new trai rule, tata sky has moved us to the best package as per them. I, later on modified the channel package. Ever since i modified, am unable to view some channels. And moreover there are few channels that are not clear and keeps hanging. Tried calling customer care, but is always always in queue and the calls gets disconnected stating they don't want us to be waiting and promise a call back. But i have never received any...

channel selection & recharge

Hello, my annual pack got over on feb-24/2019.
After that on mar 3rd/2019, i recharged for individual channels and instead of taking my selected channels, tata sky converted previous yearly package to monthly package and started charging as per previous package.

When contacted customer care on march 3rd/2019/20:25 pm, they told they will activate new individual selected pack at the earliest by 1 month.

technician rude behaviour and charges

I am facing a technical issue with my tatasky connection where it is showing an error that the id card is not recognised. This has happened suddenly with my connection. When the technician came, he asked for 300rs and rs 100 as repair fee for change of address. I have already paid the money 1.5 years back when i moved my connection to new place.

I don't understand why are you asking for 400rs when i already paid for movement...

pairing error on digi card with the set top box

My screen shows " this is the wrong card for this set top card. I have recharged my account yesterday. Also, i did not touch the digicard until the error came to my screen. The nds no. Being displayed on the screen should an extra digit to it and is wrong. I reinserted the digicard several times but the error remained the same.

Customer care is not responding despite 15times dialing which consumed my main balance final i am told they would call me but no call after36hours without my consent they changed my pack type. I have subscribed annual subscription in sep.'18 which was valid till sep.'19 for dhamal package.

On 13th feb.'19, i had changed my plan from dhamal package to selective channel as per my choice, hence my balance amount of dhamal package should be transferred from existing package to revised package approximate rs. 2000/-.

Recently message is flashing on tv that amount has been exhausted and connection will deactivated...

This is to inform you that, we have installed tata sky hd at our home at sarova, samta nagar, but due to local cable operator, tara sky has been shut down in samta nagar. Tata sky operator can install hd in separate room by installing dish, but the customer service said it can't be happened.
Please see into the matter, as we are viewers of tata sky from many years...

dd sports live telecast issue

Tata sky - dd sport channel not show the live telecast, they showed the display msg as per order suprim court telecast will be not available on this channel., but other cable operators & dth operators how to show the live telecast of all matches.. If i pay to fta 153 include gst so why i pay to extra charges to other channels i want this.. I hope you share soon my results...

And also i got the message that tommorrow means on 28 i will get the phone for appointment for installation...

regarding not providing the service for which we have paid amount

We have taken tata sky connection last month in january 2019 but after paying in traff as per new rules also we are not able to view all channels as per pack. Customer care persons also not soveling our problem but just negalating & simply say sorry. So resolved the problem otherwise return back my amount immediately. I am totally fursted for the support which we are getting from tata sky customer care....

denying to enable the channel

Dd sports channel is free to air and on the match days tatasky closed the channel and ks asking to purchase star sports... When i asked the advisor to enable it or compensate they denied... The call lasted for almost 30 mins but the advisor never connected to the supervisor as well... The advisor refreshes the hold and asking to call back or write email pathetic service......

Yesterday morning 10 am i have ordered a set top box sd, technician called me, i have told the address, he told that he will come by 4 pm, its over 24 hrs now, im so frustrated, i want to watch ind vs aus 1st odi match in star sports 1, so many times i have called to him, he didnt lift the call, so please give me set top box atleast today. I am giving this complain for third time as it is not solved. I recharged on 5th feb 2019 of rs 240 which is valid for 30 days. The next recharge date should be on 7th mar 2019 as feb is having only 28 days per month. But message came the next recharge date is on 5th mar 2019. Sending this message they are earning one day amount. It's a fraud. When i talked with the customer care people i had to count them...

refund extra money

I had taken annual package which was till december 2019. After trai ruling, i had opted for the same package as taken initially. Now my subscription is reduced by 4 months. Balance amount they have credited to tata sky account and not refunded the amount back. They are earning interest on our money. The should have been returned to our bank account, which they have not done. I'm talking for all the customers, they are not giving any freebies...
