i forgot rmn..

1. I forgot rmn and now i am facing difficulty to do online recharge from tatasky app.. Moreover, if any problem persists regarding channels in tatasky.. The rmn is always asked.. So please me to find out way of this problem.
2. When the tatasky plan was being checked, it shows that dhamal pack is the lowest plan which runs for a month but when recharged with the pack.. It runs for a half month.

hd channels not added requesting since 06.10.2018

Tata sky had removed all the sony channels and upon sending email to ceo they added few sony channels.

Since 06.10.2018 i have been writing to the customer service, nodal officer and the ceo too but they are not responding. Had requested call back that too they are not doing.

I have subscribed for hd package and paid charges for 1 year in advance. Subscriber id [protected]

Day by day this dth company is making it's channels paid now i can't believe set max is also paid. Have to pay 25 rs per month for this channel. Pathetic, awfully and shameless ppl of tata sky who are making this decision. You greedy ppl just wanted to let you know i am changing my dish service will never use tata sky or recommend to any one. Pathetic, greedy and shaless company.

hd+ box and lnb

Hd+ set top box not working properly. Also have lnb issue. Already replaced once on paid basis. Have never been able to watch hd+1channels. H ave been a customer from the day one taraju was launched. I have received a call from Tatasky offer department on 24/9/2018 & they offered me dhamal mix pack with HD subscription for a year with price protection plan at approx 3000 inr. I accept the offer & as per his direction I recharged my account with 3000 inr. After recharged, I received confirmation call as well as sms from Tatasky that offer is successfully activated in my account.
