          I had called the CUSTOMER CARE just minutes ago. This was in regard with reactiving my account for a day on credit. I assured to pay the bill by tomorrow. But the customer executive kept me on hold for almost 13 minutes. This is ###. You could not even make out what the executive was speaking. He was too fast and not clear at all. You seriously need to get your customer service checked.

            I have bought tata sky hd plus transfer recording set-top box on earlier 2017 & it costs around 9300rs. From the date of purchase some of the channels particularly hd channels can not viewable.

            In this year, for some days my recording was not successful in some of the hd channels (Star vijay hd, zee tamil hd) for which i am paying for 30rs/month now. So i raised the request, #18faytjk and the technician visited the house and he told that

            1) "one of the signal among 3 bar signals not coming in properly since single lnb installed with tata sky dish unit. Why you have installed the single lnb?

            My answer: god, how i know the technical details of tata sky. Are you expecting your customers to know all the technical details before buying your product?

            2) if you install the super lnb the problem will be rectified and it cost around 800rs. Shall i proceed?

            My answers:
            It is your sole responsibility to check initial working condition (Checking 3 signal bars) of the set-top box.

            Why i need to pay 800rs to install super lnb as i am already paying 30rs/month to view/record the hd channels?

            Why cant you fix the compatible hd signal receiver when buying an hd+ set top box?​

            Why you guys installing single lnb at the first time installation and after some days urging your valuable customer to pay some amount to install super lnb? Is this the way how you treat your valuable prime customers?

            Why can't you install the super lnb during the first time installation itself?

            Why can't i view the recorded shows if the tata sky is out of balance?

            My statement here is clear: why i need to pay 800rs even though after i paid for 9300rs for the tata sky device and recharged packs with the mentioned amount?. Are you cheating your valuable customers then?. Don't send your technician to visit if the things going to be like this to pay for 800rs to install super lnb. If this is the way to be i am gonna throw the tata sky to dustbin. i need the things to be done at free of cost (To install the super lnb with my tata sky) & if this is not to be done, i am damn clear to spread this issue among my friends & in office and won't suggest the tata sky for their use.

              I took tata sky conmection on 07/11/2017 and my id is[protected]. The plan i was promised was not provided to me. When i called gurgaon service centre and dealer they did an additional recharge of 990 and told me that i can activate the promised pack. But the recharge was reverted 3 hrs later without informing me. Tata sky customer service is saying dealer has all authority and dealer is saying you paid directly to tata sky guys so check with them.

                  I have taken annual subscription pack of tata sky. I had made the full complete payment for the entire year.

                  All of a sudden due to some internal issues between tata sky and sony network, tata sky removed some channels of sony from its dth platform and all channels of sony from its mobile platform. I am no longer able to view the most important channels.

                  I am unable to take any action as i have already paid for the entire year and hence if i switch to any other dth service provider i will lose all my money currently lying in the tata sky account. Tata sky has left me with no options.

                  It is not the customers fault if commercial negotiations with the broadcasters broke down. I have paid the full year amount with the trust that i will be able to view all the promised channels. I want refund for the entire year amount along with refund for the set top boxes purchased so that i can switch to a different DTH Network.

                    This is to inform you that from past 2 weeks i am unable to watch tata sky tv on pc, showing error message "hdcp error detected: to play this video, your display and hdmi cables must support high-bandwidth digital content protection (Hdcp). You can also try reconnecting hdmi cables or restarting your display." the screen shot has been attached. I had lodged a complaint against this, my complaint id 18byrpzq.

                      I made complaint regarding no signal on my home tv on 20/10/18 at 12.30 pm, ur customer care said the technitian will come in next 2 hrs but till today ie 21/10/18 at 11.30 am, i made 3 times complaint yesterday ie first at 12.30 second at 4.30 pm, and 3 rd time at 7.00 pm and 4 th time morning in 10.00 am but all the time ur customer care says it will solve in 2 hrs but after completion of 24 hrs no one technitian visited and solve our problem.
                      Today is holiday and i had children, they r watching tv channel and till u r not solving our problem

                      I[censored]r unable to solve the problem i will make complaint against ur services at our consumer forum regarding this. I am very much disappointed by ur poor service

                      So requesting u to look after this problem. Otherwise i will stop ur services and another cable i will apply

                        Very bad service, had complained to ms susan at 9 am on 21-oct-2018, i had informed her to take my request to higher management as half of time there is no signal, certain channels (Specially cartoon) getting stuck in between, charges are applied but services are not provided. Secondary tv almost maximum channels says no signal while same channel is working in first tv. When i complain susan says to get technician arrange which is chargeable but why, it's not my problem, it's your service problem. Susan wants me to take up senior and she wants me to explain again whole thing to senior. It's ridiculous and very bad impression. During rains half of the time this issue and now no rains still there is issue. No use of buying tata sky as most of the time signal or channel issue which disturbs us while watching. Ultimately, my query to customer care is not resolved. So very much unhappy with tata sky now and would want to discontinue, pls let me know the procedure.

                          Hello. Why sony ten 2 is not available. Don't answer telling u have issues with sony channels. That is urs problem n u need to solve it. I[censored] really have issues why it's available in hd only and don't tell me go for hd channels. And there is no any other chance to get sony ten 2 channel what kind of management is that.                           Recently my Tata sky set up box is not working. It automatically goes to stand by I call and request Tata sky service to re- solve my problem. But they are nothing to do anything. Either you guys check what's the problem or I will change my connection.

                            Hello team,

                            This is to let you know that we have installed tata sky dish tv through 2 agents who came from unisysn enterprises. We were approached by 2 agents from the unisysn enterprises by the names lavanya with phone
                            Number [protected] and karthik with the phone number [protected] on 6th of october. They have given an estimate of rs 2750 per one connection with full hd box and if taken 2 at the same time it would be rs 1550 for the 2nd connection. We have taken 2 connections for rs 4250. Paid through cheque and firstly the installation was promised with in 3 days and the installation happened on the 10th of october and at the time of booking the connection, both these executives have inspected the house and where the connection was supposed to get installed, they mentioned that it would be less than 20 meters of wiring but during installation it actually took 36 meters and we were forced to pay for addition 16 meters and the connection was disconnected as the amount was not paid for the wiring though there was balance in the tata sky account.

                            We were told that these boxes are full hd and when we have asked about the information on the same as there was no such information on the website, and then they said these are available only with the dealers, when enquired with the other dealers we were told that there are no such fhd box which is available.

                            These people also mentioned on the letter stating the connection is free 2 months out of which 1 month is for hd and 2 months is for regular channels, how ever i see that the message appears on 20th october that the subscription would expire on 21st october, then where is the question of the free subscription they have explained?

                            They mentioned that the remote that comes with the tata sky is universal and we need not use the regular tv remote unlike in hathway regular cable connection, when asked if it would work for all the tv's he said yes including the portable crt tv which is one of the connection, upon research and i clarified them that it would not work for the portable and then they apologized and mentioned that it would work for the lg 43" tv for sure where as when the installation happens it appears to be the same which is in the case of hathway cable tv.

                            They mentioned that from a box there can be 4 connections drawn, 2 connections would be filled and 2 would be emplty and can be used any time in future for installation, where as when i see the receiver it is a 2 connection receiver only and when asked, they said you will have to pay additional for the 4 receiver box at the time of installation of the remaining 2 tv's in future.

                            Regarding the recharge she mentioned that the recharge will be for 220 and additional for english and news, wen i see the details for hd we need to pay additional 90 which she did not mention and she clearly stated that the hd channels would come in dhamal pack in 220 which was completely in correct.

                            When we called lavanya to ask about this, she has been ignoring our calls and not attending them, finally we called karthik and he said he would come down along with her in order to solve the issue personally instead of logging in a complaint officially, he was supposed to come on 17th october and he did not turn up and he said he would make it on 20th october at 5 pm which he did not turn up and that lady, lavanya still does not answer the customer's query calls, she is only interested in taking the new connections and payments for it, such an illegal practice for marketing.

                            Adding to this; the installation person mentioned that tata sky pays them lesser salary around 10k so they would take minimum of 300 from the customer during installation.

                            I would seriously urge the tata sky management to take a serious action against these fraud marketing ideas for booking the new connections. I beleive tata as an organisation will take care of this unless they too are interested in promoting their products in an illegal manner. Soon this would be pasted on the social media as well.

                              First of all tata sky is not providing some of my sony channels from last one month for which i have already paid and when i complaint for that they didn't solve my problem and in return talked to me with very arrogant attitude which was very instead having an sorry attitude they showed me a rude behaviour their name are jasvant and sherwin anthony i need some strict action against these customer executive

                                1. I forgot rmn and now i am facing difficulty to do online recharge from tatasky app.. Moreover, if any problem persists regarding channels in tatasky.. The rmn is always asked.. So please me to find out way of this problem.
                                2. When the tatasky plan was being checked, it shows that dhamal pack is the lowest plan which runs for a month but when recharged with the pack.. It runs for a half month.
                                3. Tatasky account shows that 379/- recharge is required for monthly recharge whereas i have not been come acrossed with such plan when i was looking for monthly recharge.
                                Please help..!!

                                  I am very disappointed with the service which tata sky is offer being a tata conglomerate. Tata sky is charging the same monthly fee while main channels like sony and ten sport are disconnected without account holder/viewer consent. No notification were sent so that we will get to know abt it. When i raised complaint they defended them-self with sony agreement. I do understand abt agreement and respect that. My question to them was if you have charged me for one complete month and you have not provided with that channel service then i am liable to get refund. They simple try to avoid this by saying that we have added 26 channel more (I dont use that channel - it is not benefiting me)

                                    Sir, my sub id no -[protected] on 05 oct 18. Your rep mr rajesh kumbhare (Mob no [protected])& mr parveen kund (M no[protected]) pune sant nagar lohegoan, assured at my res this is corporate connection we will provide star spts 1 & 2 channel in rs 220/ pm with hd for life long pack with one month free pack we paid rs2420/by atm. All these are not provided. I have contacted many times customer care, pune regional office.
                                    Last request to disconnect and refund my money. Thanks to consider this case.
                                    2. My neighbor ex service man from defense tel no [protected], id-[protected] also suffering the same issue, he has not allowed to install due to all above reasons. (Connection on name - kokila roy). Money paid by paytm rs 2420/.
                                    Both are req to disconnect and refund the amount.

                                      Hello,
                                      I have just booked a new connection from your website and paid 2200 for it through my credit card. But there has been no confirmation for it through any sms and i turned up to your customer care who have asked for the subscriber id which i don't have. Please let me know the subscriber id so that i can have a confirmation. I am attaching the screenshot of transaction id. Expecting a swift reply.

                                        Tata sky had removed all the sony channels and upon sending email to ceo they added few sony channels.

                                        Since 06.10.2018 i have been writing to the customer service, nodal officer and the ceo too but they are not responding. Had requested call back that too they are not doing.

                                        I have subscribed for hd package and paid charges for 1 year in advance. Subscriber id [protected]

                                        Please add the channels requested.

                                        Please note, I am requesting to Add SAB HD and Sony Wah HD. You have added SAB SD channel but not SAB HD.

                                        Please add SAB HD and Sony WAH HD.
