My subscriber id is [protected] and work order number for dish relocation request submitted on 30-oct-2018 is wo#18nlo30e.

My tv dish in parmanu nagar, sector 4, vashi needs to be relocated due to construction of rain shed over the building terrace. During the last dish installation, the technician (Ravi) had installed it somewhat low on the wall. For this relocation, the technician who came said he cannot reach so low and only the person who installed it can do it. When the person, ravi, who installed came, he removed the dish, but refused to install it, saying the first technician is supposed to do it. Due to infighting between tatasky technicians, with each technician saying that someone else will do the relocation, i have not had tv for 3 days.
My neighbour's tv dish on the same terrace wall and the dishes of several tatasky subscribers in this building have been relocated, so the technicians have no valid reason to refuse to work on my dish.
It is terrible that tatasky has no control over its staff. They should either refund my balance or finish the relocation.

Tata Sky did not resolve my complaint, and should not have marked this issue as resolved. They emailed me from [email protected] on Nov 19, 2018 (Service Request No.:190D5A14) stating that my balance would be refunded, but I have not received any refund yet.

I received an SMS saying that my relocation has been delayed and scheduled for the 4th of November. This, despite being told very time on the phone that my request has been escalated and classified as urgent. I have made repeated calls to the helpline number, have had to talk to a different representative each time, and repeat the same story over and over again. This is ridiculous that despite paying regularly and having sufficient balance in my account, I have to wait for so many days for a simple shifting of the dish along the same wall, because two workers do not get along and cannot work together. Tatasky has no ability manage or discipline its staff .

So far I have been given 3 service dates: 31st October (2 technicians arrived at different times and refused to work), 1st November (despite being promised that the job will be finished on this date, no one from Tata Sky came home) and 4th November (no one from Tata Sky came home). This is revoltingly unprofessional. I have no interest in continuing services with this company. Tata Sky needs to refund my balance.

This is a ridiculous uninformative response from Tata Sky. Despite telling them many times to cancel my account and refund my balance, they haven't done so. I am being harassed with repeated phone calls every day (I had told them to stop calling me) and emails stating 'IF you wish to cancel'. And available balance being shown as decreasing with each successive email. Horrendous professionalism.

A service request to sort a cancellation request due to a failed relocation service request! I received more calls and SMSes today, the harassment continues. Clearly, Tata Sky is incapable o[censored]nderstanding a simple "do not call me" . I do not wish to hear from you. I wish for a cancellation and refund. I have no choice now but to place a police complaint.

    They promised me of two months free service of all channels including HD and now they are just providing a basic service. I have been charged excess amount of Rs 140(Rs 2735 actual but deducted Rs 2875). I complained to the customer care and they don't even know how to talk to a customer. They later called me and promised to solved the problem which is still unsolved for 10 days.

        I have not been receiving any sony channels on my tata sky connection id [protected] since last 3-4 weeks. I have trie to call sony channels as well as tata sky for complaints but no response till date from any where. I have never seen this kind of poor service ever and i have been a tata sky customer for over 10 years. Will any one do something about this.

          Due to some tussle between Tata Sky and SONY pictures network, we the customers are suffering. When we call the customer care, they provide a blunt answer that they are not able to provide the channels.

          I want all my channels to be made available or refund my money as i have recharged it in advance for six months.

            My id is: [protected]. I have two hd connections. One has been working fine but the second connection was showing intermittent signal, or cloudy weather message even on clear days. The complaint was made to the local service provider several times, however, it could not be rectified. One connection is from a dish installed in my balcony, whereas the other connection is from a common dish installed on the terrace of our six story building. As several attempts of rectifying the problem failed, service provider changed the spliter installed on the terrace. This solved the problem for two days but then it recurred. The similar problem was being faced by several other users in our wing of the building. The service provider said that a booster will have to be installed to improve the quality of the signal, but the society will have to bear the expenses. We informed that if that be the case all o[censored]s would like to surrender the connections. The mechanic then agreed to change the common cable outside our apartments. This has solved the problem. I find that the cost of the cable has been billed against my a/c. Which is totally unreasonable, as this is the responsibility of the service provider. I would therefore request you to resolve the matter at the earliest.

              Please be informed this is becomming a regular practice, wherein services charged are not being provided and also provided information to activate the channel does not respond or work. This incident seems to repeat itself more often than desired. You have been paid by me one year in advance. As a consumer i feel my rights have been abused, as the services charged are repeatedly are denied.
              As a consume channels which are not being received such as sony are extremly important to me and te broadcast on the channels informed as to be added or to give a missed call, this certainly never the case when i suscribed for or even paid one year in advance.

                Greetings,

                First of all let me introduce myself, i am amol tandon holding a tata sky account with registered mobile number[protected].

                Suddenly today my tata sky stops working and start asking to recharge my account. To know the monthly pack i called at your customer care centre from my mobile number [protected]. What your representative explained me was quite shocking that in last visit made by engineer of tata sky have changed my settop box so now i have yo pay a fee of rupee 500 for that. Dear sir money is not a problem i can pay but the concern is why no one informed me prior to the replacement and not taken my aproval to do so. This is just what i am asking to myself but the problem is no one has changed any box. What all tata sky technician has done in his visit is he been to the roof top and came back turn on the tv made call to someone n ask to activate some pin that’s it.

                When i ask them to help me to reactivate the services as given timeline for the complaint regarding this issue is 1st nov and too long tata sky representatives disconected my call.

                Prior to that my call been disconnected 2 times from the tatasky representatives and in total 3 times.

                1st time when i ask tatasky representative kabir who is working as a supervisor to let me speak to his senior he put my call on hold for more than 20 minutes n then disconnected my call.

                2nd time i made call n tatasky repersentative mandar answered my call i requested him to transfer my call to his superior but he was keep on insisting no you need to tell me the issue first for 5 minutes and when he transferred my call he all disconnected my call.

                3rd time i spoke to dixit he took my complaints but again when ask for help to unblock my services he also disconnected my call.

                Hi, that's not how it should have been. Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.

                  Tata sky in recent times have started playing with cusotmer trust and they are certianly at hights o[censored]nprofessionalism.

                  I am unable to watch sony channel, aaj tak channels in TATA SKY, every two or three days i get message from tata sky saying i have to give missed call or send message from registered number to activate the channel. I do not know how mANY TIMEs i have to do that.

                  This is ### insane. I am one having registered number and out of india for 2 months and getting calls from home saying tata sky is not working.
                  Now to watch channels for which i have already paid, i have to send message from my number for which again i have to bear international charges and after two again the process has to be repeated.

                  I am certainly pissed off, and as long as your service time is over, i am going to through your set up box out of home and make sure none of my contacts are using TATA sky.

                      Tata sky in recent times have started ploying their customer with dubious schemes and this time it was the hights o[censored]nprofessionalism.
                      Recently on 21 oct. 2018 i recharged9 (Rs.65) via a sms for starts sports 1 hindi for a month but today (29 oct 2018) they unreasonbly stopped. Till 12 o'clock it was all running ok but after that they stop as their was cricket match and they got the opportunity of earning by thuging customers. Calling them for same issue they say their old rotting lines " we are very sorry for the inconviency ' and asks for a recharge.
                      This is not for the first time they are doing such cheap and cunning tricks before also they did such things and were obliged to accept they faults and this time too i demand such redressal to my issue and therefore ask for proper compensation from the company otherwise the issue can drag further on and can seriously damage the image of the company.

                      Tata sky having issue with Sony Entertainment so Tatasky block all the Sony channels but Pack prices are same.
                      If Tatasky is not showing the given channels but billing customers for the same that's cheating with customers..

                      I hv been suffering with the set top box malfunction. Complaints are taken seriously and technicians are not good to resolve the trouble. They hv changed set top boxe twice. Each time the hv taken 5 day to do that. Now this is the third time and it is the 6th day after complaint and not sortedout yet.

                        I am a tata sky user since long time. I was in to the grand sports package and on 27 oct 2018 i received call from tata sky associates regarding annual subscription. And he conveyed to me that i will receive all the channels which i am receiving now in my new package and given me wrong information and changed my package in to annual package and charged the annual fees as well.                           I have 2 connections registered under one mobile number and since the last two months am facing a problem with regard to sony channels... Every two three days the channels go off air and i have to send a message to watch again. Today again it went off and when i called the only the call centre guy had to say was sorry. Tata sky takes money in advance towards subscriptions and my point was that what compensation they would offer for the problem being faced since the last 2 months... The only answer was sorry and then my call was disconnected for using foul language... What am i supposed to do??

                            My subscription id [protected] was recharged for rs.45/- last for activation of tamil cinema (#1502). The same was activated with repetition of "kala" tamil film. I have waited for five days and made a complaint on 26.10.2018 by calling [protected], the customer executive intimated it was technical fault and will be rectified today or tomorrow. The status remained same and called customer care and another executive gave the same reply on 27.10.2018. On sunday 28.10.2018, the same complaint was made and one executive mr. Arun told the same reason on further inquiry told to connect higher level, i was made to wait telling technical problem in connecting and disconnected the call. I have incurred an call rate of rs.13/- without any output. Hence i request your team to look into the matter and make the customer satisfaction of your service. Rs.45/- has been paid through online and even one film was also not viewed in full as advertised vide your network. I hope the same will be attended and rectified immediately. Thanking you in anticipation and effective service.

                              I didn’t recharge my tatasky subscription for two months and i just recharged it last night and now it is showing me a message saying that this is the wrong card for this set up box (Pairing error) nds no.[protected]
                              Digicard id is[protected]
                              (14). Please kindly fix this. It is very frustrating because i am watching the english premier league and champions league matches. Also i am paying more money for hd services.

                                  My tata sky service had been working fine but suddenly out of the blue, on my tv there is now just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.:... Digicard id is... (14)

                                  I am getting this error out of a sudden.

                                  Please resolve this problem as soon as possible. I have been liking your service and had no issues till date.

                                    Aap ko kya lagata hai.? Customer ko paresan karna band kijiye.sony subcribe ke sare channel ke liye kya baar baar miss call karna padega kya. Ek baar karne se aap logokno samjha me nahi aata hai kya. Daily har ek channel ke liye kya miss kana padega kya hume. Fhir. Se last time warning de rahi hoon firse hua to hum tatasky change kar denge.

Is this a joke? I had to again go thru a long online chat with your exec, and was give a new complnt no: 18JGR7TR. I have already recharged my a/c today with Rs 6000 for viewing my chosen channels- English Dhamaal & English Entertainment....

                                      Sir... Iam using tata sky in last 4 years.in 4 years i changed 3 settop box... Due to settop box repair..6 month once i changing settop box... Once repair they provide cheap rated settop boxes... So they repairing... So much money wasted from my side...

                                      Also they provide channals in high cost... Compared to other dth... Ex; in sun dth 495 rs they provide all south + hd+hindi chanal
                                      +hindi movies+hindi music

                                      In tatasky,,, they provide in that cost.. They will give 2 reginal+hd+5 hindi channal
