Giving me error 02 - digicard may not be inserted properly.
I have several times took off and inserted digicard after i started getting this message. But in vain in still continues giving me same message. I have inserted photo of my tv screen for your information please advice how to resolve this.
If its digicard problem how to resolve this....

Person was deployed by tatasky stating it is under warranty and no service charges shall be charged, person came and checked that there was week signal, he spoke to his centre and with his instrument improved signalling,...

balance deducted from my bank account but recharge failed

I recharged my tatasky with rs.100 via net banking (Bank-pnb) on[protected].
The amount was deducted from my bank account but recharge failed.
I tried calling every customer care number but none was working and i even sent a text in the help portal of their official website but still no response has been recieved yet!
I want either my account to be recharged with the same amount or a refund asap (As soon as possible)....

I have recharge on 23rd mar at 10.30am on the website rechargeitnow i have waited for the past 24 hrs but there has been no response. Later i checked my bank account today morning to clarify whether the amt has been deducted, yes it has been deducted. I have raise my voice so unlimited number of times for the issue, previously my dish tv is reliance digital as it is stopped its service in the market, so they have moved the services to tata sky but the tata sky didn't transfer the amount available in the reliance account. Still they are saying me to contact the reliance customer care if the origination is closed how can i contact them, if i am asking for the contact details they are not...

recharge done but asked to do again

I had recharged online for rs 370 on 27th january which is not reflected in my account. I had to recharge again for the same amount (As suggested by them) after registering a complaint with tatasky customer care. The issue is not resolved till date. When i got in touch with their customer care executive just a while back, i was told that my earlier complaint had been closed as it had been resolved which is not the case....

earlier complain of "hd+ set top box not working properly" is not resolved

Earlier complain no. Is wo#12q2j96y.
Complain was regarding that the recording facility of set top box is not working properly. Even the earlier recorded programme is not possible to play some times. It also switched over automatically from one channel to other when we try to watch.
Without solving the problem, company has cancelled the complain without satisfaction.
Please solve the problem or refund the latest recharge...

pairing error on my tata sky dth

I didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.
On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"
My subscriber id is [protected]
Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

We were using a yearly subscription of tata sky and one day i got a call from your call centre employee who offered me hd subscription free for a year. I gave him consent to change my set top box. After establishment of new hd enabled set top box we were able to see tv only two days through new set top box after then services got blocked and asked us to get new subscription of hd which was earlier said to be free....

regarding money deduction

In jan also he came an since poor signal change the location and charge 300 please resolve my issue i am pissed with it they charge useless money to customer in order to make their own

Hi,

I have lodged a call regarding relocation of my tata sky dth on 19 feb 2018 and the technician visited on 20th feb 2018 but after visiting he denied to relocate the dth and giving reasons it wont be any of the location. I requested him to fix it on the roof but he denied by saying there is no space to fix it where as there is lots space and we can easily fix the dth. horrible experience from tata sky

My Tatasky ID number is [protected], as per the records you will be able to find out that I have been your loyal customer from 2009 and have never thought of changing to any other DTH service provider. Off late I was able to find out that your charges are too high hence I decided to move out from Tatasky and take up another service provider.

I received a call on January 27th claiming to give me an offer If I come back to Tatasky....

fooling customers and overcharging without intimation

Tatasky are worst providers, they install the DTH and their installation person gives wrong information about HAD and ultra pack which tataksy provide free for one month. After that they don't even tell that we have to call the customer care if we reach the online for different pack. I recharged my tatasky DTH for 2260 rupees for six months and it was clearly mentioned the pack is of 399 for 6 months. Now today just in three months I am getting...
