Dear sir,
My tata sky connection no. Is [protected] on the name of narender pal. I got fixed hd box on[protected] and paid rs 590/=. Remote issued with this hd box was not functioning well. So i complaint on customer care about this and they ensure me that your remote will be changed at free of cost as your hd box is in warranty period. But after replacing remote, rs 200/= were deducted from my tata sky account. Kindly look into the matter to refund me this amount as this was totally tata sky fault.

    Hello,

    I have called Tata Sky Helpline No. Today to complaint about my remote. I received a call from the local tata sky center in Palam from the number[protected] and visit was arranged. Within a couple of hours the remote was delivered.

    After that I receive another call from Tata Sky (local center) from the number[protected] and she asked me to give an OTP that I have received from Tata Sky. Here is the message sent to me by Tata Sky.

    OTP 844**0 to activate Tata Sky Fitness on your Tata Sky account [protected] @ just Rs 30 (after 49% discount)for the 1st Month, 2nd Month onwards regular price Rs 59 PM applicable. Please share OTP only if you want to subscribe to Tata Sky Fitness

    I told her that the only OTP that I have received is for activating a pack, she insisted that it is mandatory to give that to Tata Sky. So I had to give her the OTP. I received a message immediately that the pack is activated and money deducted from my account.

    Tata Sky Fitness added @ Rs30, validity: 30-Mar-18. Current a/c Bal: Rs9.83. Due date: 03-Apr-18. Base Pack (Ultra) renewal date: 16-Sep-18. I[censored]nable to View Channels, simply Power On your Box and give a Missed call to[protected] and start viewing our services instantly

    I tried calling that number but she never picked my call. Post that I called Tata Sky customer care and my 2 complaints were registered. 1. Refund for the activated pack. 2. Fraud committed by Tata Sky local service center.

    Post that I called the delivery guy Mr.Ravi[protected] and told him the entire chapter. He said that I shouldn't have given the OTP to these people. I again called the center on their landline this time[protected] This time they picked up the phone and the girl handed the phone to another guy who was extremely rude and told me that Tata Sky has only authorize them to call us and we can complaint where ever we want to. These people were infact laughing about the same and cut my call.

    I really need to know before further escalating this issue that how is such a fraud happening in the name of such a reputed company. Please explain:

    1. Why was the OTP even generated and messaged to me when I have not raised any request for the given pack. Without my authorization how is TATA Sky sending me OTP's.

    2. I have neither messaged nor called to tell the OTP from my registered mobile number to the tata sky customer support than how did the pack got activated?

    3. Has Tata Sky authorized it's local service centers to collect these OTP's ?

    4. What benefit do these local service centers get after fraudly activating the pack on our account, is tata sky giving them a cut?

    5. What legal action has tata sky taking to prevent such frauds and punish these local service centers if all of this is happening without your knowledge.

    I am deeply hurt by this fraud by such a reputed company and hence will not let this go until I get justice.

      Hi,

      My uncle stays in outskirts of vijayawada. They are aged above 60+ years. They have requested for tata sky connection from engineer who visits for installation.
      Engineer came and installed the connection and collected 2300 (For connection) + 100 (Wire). They did not collect kyc. As my uncle is illiterate, they don't know the process.
      Engineer installed from someone else and when we found that box is on someone name, we followed up with the engineer. Neither they are responding nor the incharge of that area is responding.
      We don't know what to do now. Please help in getting the kyc done and change the box to my uncles name.

        I have multi tv Tata Sky connection. Tata Sky did a software update few weeks ago and after that my Tata Sky HD channels started to freeze. I called Tata sky customer care and a technician visited my house. He said there is an issue with LNB and he changed it. That costed me Rs 300. But the issue didn't resolve. I called customer care again and again technician visited and he said, he needs to change digicard and Setup box too. Technician are very much dumb. They have no clue whats wrong. Literally, tata sky cant solve their problem and asking customers to change whole setup to solve this. This is insane. Why customer pay for something which was caused due to their software update ?

          I have been calling for last 3 weeks booking engineer for relocation but i dint get any one for 3 week after speaking to some 8 people in tata sky, at last one engineer agreed to come but kept on delaying for 2 days later he says i need to pay charges in cash whereas tata sky confirmed all the charges incurred will be deducted from my tata sky account & he refused to come (Venkat from cox town office). Than again i had to speak to 5 agent in 3 days & get engineers booked even though i was suppose to get the engineer in 1 & 2 day, no one turned up. Again i had to call book engineer who came on monday the 26th feb 2018 got the work done i was suppose to pay only 450, but i see total 800 charged on my bill. When spoke to cc nobody is helping here. It is confirmed i was charged for some dish or antenna, whereas i already had all those equipment and nothing such was replaced. Monday the 26th i had tata sky customer care associate & engineer on call conferenced confirmed that only 450 rupees only be deducted from account. I have spoken to more 30 customer care executives manager complaints team. I don't see anyone giving resolution. If this cannot be handled i will have to take in legal process. I also had no connection for tata sky ignorance where they promised to send engineer but dint send for more 6-7 times & i still had to pay for those 6 days without having services because of tata sky. I don't know how i am being so patient after having this much frustrating service. I want to excess charges to be removed & also refund me those 6 days charges which i dint get the servcies for which was also confirmed i would be refunded once all work done.

            I am very very disappointed with your service.
            I asked to your representative but he is not agree to convince my complained. My tata sky service is very very pathetic.
            So i never suggested to anyone to go for tata sky.
            Poor service, address change charges 300rs.
            Set-top box charges 225rs. Very very bad experience with tata sky.

              I have tata sky connection with id as [protected]. My set top box is not working and i want to replace it. When contacted to tata sky help line, the company policies are adamant on charging me 350 for set top box and 250 for visit. I do not want any visit whereas company doesn't supplies without charging visit. It's shame on part of tata sky as a company. I prefer to pay high and change connection rather than being associated with a [censored] tata sky. They charge without any sense. Shame on tatas

                My tatasky Subscriber id is [protected].

                I did two recharges of 300 and 100 rs.
                300 I did from PayZapp
                And 100 from Paytm.
                100rs recharge is successfully credited but 300 rs recharge is not credited in my Acc,
                But is debited from PayZapp and PayZapp is also showing successful.
                I contacted the bank also, they said that it is done successfully from their side

                Below I m attaching screen shot of successful transaction of PayZapp also bank provided me two numbers for this transactions

                Now Tatasky not giving me satisfactory answers.

                  Hello,
                  I am a tatasky subscriber. I am not able to view the services and i had registered a complaint along with payment for semi annual pack. This was done on the 24th. And i was promised the technician would come by 6.30. I waited and got no call nor any visit.
                  When i registered complaints again on the 26th im told earlier complaint was not registered and a i requested a time of 7.45 to which the call centre person daid yes they will visit. Today i get. Call from the service centre saying that no one can come after 6.
                  I had requested for a special slot as there is no one home before 7.30pm and all weekends i am out of town on office work. I was redely told cannot accommodate and please talk to the call centre.
                  Is this the service that you provide to your customers? I have requested to accommodate for one time dince i am having an issue and this is the service i get? Is this how your keep your customer' happy? After you have got the payment you are just not bothered?

                      I had taken the TATA Sky connection one month back . They have continously been asking more and more money and till date I have paid more than 3000 rupees to them in a months time for no reason . The customer compliant numbers are 13APAH76 and 12TRB263 . One keeps calling to the customer care department and you get to hear a standard response - “ we are very sorry “ and to each and every customer care I have to repeat the whole story . Looks like they have no process of documenting and no process to look at the trail. When I send a mail to [protected]@tatasky.com, there is no respinse for more than a week . The whole point is that there is no Manager or Senior Executive that can provide a resolution . A standard sms comes and and I have to fill in all the details from scratch . There is no process of escalation . Only thing that this company is worried about is to extract money. There is no communication to treat the customer nicely but the customers are treated like dogs . Very bad and pathetic experience with Tata Sky. Dear Ratan Tata Sir . Please address this issue .

                        Madam, Dear Sir,

                        I am satisfied customer of TATA SKY DTH since long. This is the first time I am raising compliant as under:

                        I have raised a request on 25.02.2018 for deactivating Sony Ten 3 pack from my services. Immediately after raising request I was unable to view the channel. After that I received a message request will be processed in 30 min.

                        Today at 11.59 am, I have received a message as "Dear Tata Sky subscriber, if you want to drop Sony Ten 3 ALC pack from your account please give a missed call on[protected] from your RMN". After giving missed call, the same services was activated on my pack which I have requested to deactivate. As the message clearly indicated that this request is for deactivation. I treat this as fraud and condemn this policy.

                        I request that the specific service shall be dropped immediately from my pack and redeem me the charges debited. If query remain unresolved, the same shall be forwarded to Ombudsman.

                          Id # [protected] - it is regret to mention here that tata sky is really cheating the customer. I recharged the package by paying rs. 8, 500.00. But immediately on the same day, i requested to change the package which was costing me rs. 6, 300.00 and asked them to refund the balance amount, after adjustment.

                          Tata sky mentioned since part refund is not possible, you make payment of rs. 6, 300.00 for the changed package. And immediately on receipt of that we will refund you the full amount of rs. 8, 500.00 received excess.

                          I did accordingly on the same. But regret tata sky is not refunding the amount of rs. 8, 500.00 paid excess despite so many calls and over emails.

                          It is not clear to whom i should contact now for this matter as there is no officials in tata sky to intervene and resolve the long pending issue.

                              Customer service of tatasky was contacted for no signal receipt to customer id [protected] on the name of g mukesh - f no 406 kaveri chs, radhegram near vakola bridge pattuck college, santacruz east 400055.

                              Person was deployed by tatasky stating it is under warranty and no service charges shall be charged, person came and checked that there was week signal, he spoke to his centre and with his instrument improved signalling, tv started receiving signals. He also checked some cable joints for his satisfection and tightened bolt connection.in his job completion document also i mentioned free service and not chargeble and no amount was paid to technician.

                              However next day my connection was deactivated stating a negative balance after debiting it by rs 225 as service charges, when called customer service, denies free services and asking me to pay service charge amount for activating the tv channels.

                              There after put online request for which no log in number was issued and i kept following for restoration, but all in vain.

                              This is the clear case of cheat and fraud, request for necessary help and take up issue suitably with tatasky management for reversal of service charges rs 225/- wrongly charged. Also charges for my undue hardship and unlawfully deactivating my tv channel.

                                I recharged my tatasky with rs.100 via net banking (Bank-pnb) on[protected].
                                The amount was deducted from my bank account but recharge failed.
                                I tried calling every customer care number but none was working and i even sent a text in the help portal of their official website but still no response has been recieved yet!
                                I want either my account to be recharged with the same amount or a refund asap (As soon as possible).

                                Hi, we see that Tata Sky Fun Learn pack has been dropped from your account.
                                I got an yearly subscription offer in April but at that time i was unable to recharge due to my poor financial status now i need to recharge plz allow me offer once again that's why I have already talked to customer care but I got reply to wait for some time but till now there is no call back

                                  I had renew my subscription on 10/2/18 for rs. 3175/- from. My registered mobile no. [protected] when l checked the receipt on the mobile it showed that it has been credited to id [protected] l immediately informed your executive on ph. [protected] he said that my refund will be getting within 10 days today one lady executive told me that the above id is activated and that the amount of refund will be after deducting the no. Of days it is been activated which is not my fault my id no. Is[protected] which is been given to me when l subscribe for new connection in the month of jan. 2018 kindly look into the matter

                                  I have two times explained about my recharge against ID no [protected] of Rs 687-00 on 22/02/2018 and Rs 454-00 on 27/02/2018 through net banking, but only credited Rs687-00 but not credited Rs454-00 to the said ID.so far neither credited to the ID nor refunded to my SBI A/c

                                    I have recharge on 23rd mar at 10.30am on the website rechargeitnow i have waited for the past 24 hrs but there has been no response. Later i checked my bank account today morning to clarify whether the amt has been deducted, yes it has been deducted. The same incident has happen last year around in july but i have not cmplain as i was in outstation. My son told me that online payment are not secure and he has gone to recharge it at the nearby shop and it is now working. So i hope the company which i recharge earlier will refund the money back. Rgds.

                                      I have raise my voice so unlimited number of times for the issue, previously my dish tv is reliance digital as it is stopped its service in the market, so they have moved the services to tata sky but the tata sky didn't transfer the amount available in the reliance account. Still they are saying me to contact the reliance customer care if the origination is closed how can i contact them, if i am asking for the contact details they are not informing them as the handover is done by the reliance to tata sky is should be have to maintain all the details and database of the reliance customer right?

                                      Some customer care of tata sky people are saying we will deposit money some will say we can access the info etc. So i have all the proof and audio records of the calls please consider the issue on high propriety.

                                        My tata sky id is [protected] i m receiving no signal on my tv called customer care but they are not helping 2 days back i called them to remove the connection and refund my deposit but they are not listening
