    i requested for relocation on 19th dec 2014 but cancelled for reason dat m nt recieving call but no any tatasky member called me. then again i requested on 26th dec 2014 i called 7-10 times but everytime they excuses different things... my id -[protected] contact no.-[protected] [protected] very bad service...

      I want to put a complain against Tata Sky. I requested for installation on 2nd TV. Their technician came and did the installation. He quoted very high rates for wire and LNP but I corrected him because I knew the correct rates which he agreed later. One problem resolved here and the installation completed. Now the actual problem started when Tata Sky started deducting the money from my account. First they deducted money which was quoted by technician. After 1 week they deducted 170 rs for visit and 100 rs more for wire. I called the customer care 5 times and 3 times they disconnected the phone after hearing the problem. Once they told me a complaint is registered for this. But when I called later to check the status of complain customer care told me their is no such complain. Now I don't know if there is any complain from my side or they just taken the money and making me fool. Please help!

      After long follow up 1 part of the problem is resolved. Tata Sky refunded 100 rs back which they deducted for cable. But another 170 rs is pending which they deducted for visit charges. Actually there was no visit!!

      Lets hope for best!
      Today customer care of Tata Sky (Ritesh Talari) called me. He was saying during installation on 2nd TV technician changed LNB so we charged 170 rs of visit. I tried to explain him that it is obvious that for installation of Tata Sky on multi TV, it requires changing LNB, lie down cable, hammering some nails, tightening screws on set top box. Please explain why 2 types of service charges i.e. Relocation charges rs 200 and Visit charges rs 170 deducted from my account. And why everything else except changing LNB comes under relocation and you need a separate visit charges for changing LNB.

      As per him this is company policy. I do not understand any such policy where 2 type of service charges applicable for single work!!!

      Can any Tata Sky official confirm here?

        Hi, I am from bangalore and my subscription id is [protected]. I opted for metro package along with kids package. However I am not able to watch 90% channels which is listed in the package. I had a online chat with tata sky and they told me as my set top box is out of warrenty, i need to pay Rs 170 for technician visit. First thing, i am not sure why few channels are visible to me and why few channels have problem? Initially I was able to watch kids channel like Hungama but not other channles. Then after talking to call centre guys, I had done master reset. After this whatever was visible channels also became unavailable. The screen shows me no signal or turns out blank. I am not sure how this is hardware issue. Why should I pay for technician visit? Why cant tata sky provide this facility free of cost to retain their customers? I am very disappointed and wants to highlight this issue with top members of the TATA SKY. Regards, Radhika

          After so many complaints Tata sky just have option to complaint at customer care, and the service engineer had confirmed that box needs to be changed, but then also the company is not replacing the box. just send engineer, he do some acting of doing settings, and gone away. I am unable to view HD channels, as box is not showing channels all the time, and mainly in night time.

            I have A-la-carte Tv channel scheme. I have added a new channels to the existing pack paying tatasky extra money, but those channels are not showing. It says No signal. I have chatted onine with their customer care person but it did not resovled the issue.

Make my pack ke liye Maine meri pasand ke 17 channel bataye the customer care associate ko... aur waha se mujhe satosjanak jawab diya gaya... aur kaha gaya ki aap ka plan 10 minit me change ho jayega .. 20 minit baad intjaar karne ke baad b mera plan change nhi hua to maine dobara phone kiya ... unhone fir se wahi process chalu kar diya aur kaha gaya ki ab ye dobara se karna padega ... isi beech mera phone kat diya gaya ... Is puri prakriya me mera 50 rupe balance kharch ho gaya... aur tata sky ki taraf se muche kuch fayda nhi hua... aisa ek bar nhi pata nhi kitni baar hua ha mere sath ... mera plan ab tak change nhi hua ha ..jabki waha se wo kah chuke ho jayega. Tata sky ki taraf se aisa kahe hue 15 ghante ho gaye ha . . Ye log achhi service ke naam per hamse dhokha karte ha . Customares ko luta jata ha ... mera aapse anurodh ha ki aap hamko justice dilwaoge . Pls tata sky se mujhe is baat ka jawab dilwaya jaye... in per karwai ki jaye...

                Cust id [protected] staying at wadala bhakti park. I have been trying to get tata sky technician to visit my house for the past 4 days.they always promise they would but no one turns up.despite repeated calls and reminders and innumerable complains there is no service.also I have lost transmission but still continue to get no service.in desperation i have wasted so much time on the helplines. set top box not getting signal service is very irregular and have been having this issue for long time

                    Subscriber ID: [protected] Tata sky has restricted monthly recharges to 30 days. A monthly recharge should be for a calendar month and not for 30 days. By restricting monthly recharge to 30 days Tata sky is getting undue advantage of 7 days in a year. Less 2 days for the month of Feburary Tata sky is still charging extra for 5 days in a year. Inspite of raising it with tata sky multiple times, they are reluctant to change thier monthly subscription period to that of calendar month.

                      we have taken tatasky connection one and half month back. since 2 weeks we are not getting tv because of no signal and every 15 days rs.350/- they are taking for channels they gave. I want to change the package and complain on the problem But no one is receiving phone Daily I am recharging my mobile. But I am losing money, no proper response from tatasky customer care

                            My tatasky number is [protected] and RMN is [protected] (first), [protected] (second). We have two set top boxes of tata sky. We changed from SD to HD approx 2 years ago. We subscribe to annual mega HD pack for primary TV and 1 additional TV. 1 year ago, our 2nd set top box became faulty and we replaced it with new HD box. Since, then we are being charged for 3 set top boxes. We noticed this in monthly bills 6 months back. Since then we raised this issue online at 'mytatasky' and via helpline. Every month, one customer care executive cancels the 3rd set top box, confirms numbers of two digicomps that are active, and explains that it would not happen again. Next month, the charges reappear in bill, and we call up again, the new executive tells us that the 3rd set top box is active. Also, service engineer had visited our house to confim that there are two set top boxes and 2 TV only in house. However, this has not made any difference in bills and charges. Every month we spend 10-15 min explaining the same to new customer care executive leading to waste of time and money. We renewed out annual megapack and 1 multiTV subscription in november 2014 and it was showing valid till nov 2015. However, with 3rd TV being charged unnecessary, the due date has been bought forward to Feb 2015. After being customer for 4 years, and paying annually 7200 + 2200 charges, there is no peace of mind with tatasky. The customer care executive asks us to cancel the 3rd box, which we have confirmed every month since last 6-7 months. We want our charges for 3rd TV/ set top box (which is registered in your system due to your staff's fault by not cancelling it) to be reversed from time it was levied.

                                    I have called you'all several times by now and an awaiting response from you staff in regards to the complaint raised by me. Scenario : I called in with a simple request of internal relocation due to construction work undergoing my complex hence society has asked us to move our individual dishes from the parapet and install in our home window as the work will continue for 2 more years. I called TATA Sky to get the same done. Issue : Once your engineer came to my house to do the relocation he informed my mother that the wire was cut off which he has connected so now we will face no issue.I personally spoke to this engineer and asked him to move the dish from terrace to my house as this is what was suggested by society to avoid recurring charges on installation.however your engineer completely ignored my request and left, also he had informed my mother there was another connection within my individual dish which he has removed and rolled their cable and kept away. My Mother, Watchmen & Society members findings : When my mother went upstairs to check who had connected their wire within our individual connection she found that TATA Sky has allotted connected from my individual connection to another party who resides in flat no 62, 4A, Jupiter CHS, Narendra park, Naya Nagar, Mira Road E.401107. when verified with another party they said they have legal TATA SKY connection since 1 and half year, which was not informed to me and TATA Sky has been recovering money from Me and them illegal since 1 and half year. Compensation : I want an apology which you owe me for cheating me and compensation for the mental harassment that I had to go through for this cheating and betrayal from TATA SKY. Work around : I called and spoke with 3 supervisor's who assured me resolution and Ms.Pooja the last supervisor that I had a heart felt conversation with gave me the TAT of 24 hours for resolution.However it seems she has lost her watch or may be she is also enjoying this game of toying with customer's feeling and situation a lot.I know what is my next course of action in case my complaint falls onto deaf ears.I have been charged the visit fees twice for the work which is still pending. YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND HORRIBLE< YOU ARE NOTHING BUT CHEATERS AND I WILL ENSURE THIS IS SHARED WITH ALL MY FRIENDS, FAMILY MEMBERS AND COLLEAGUES ACROSS INDIA TO SAVE THEM FROM YOUR HORRIBLE AND CONNIVING SCHEME OF CHEATING INNOCENT CUSTOMERS. On 17th Dec we came to know that our dish is missing after the engineer came to install dish for the flat no 62 residents request.                                       I had lodged complaint last month also for charging fee for the active musing. Even I had lodged telephonic complaint also where in you had assured me to look into the matter. Unfortunately, you have not heed my request to delete the fee for active music which I never ever watch this programme nor did I permitted to add this programme. Despite my repeated request, you are sending bill once again amounting to Rs.679.00 which also include Rs 49.00 for active music where as my monthly fee is only 630.00. Accordingly, I paid yesterday Rs 630.00 only but in return you have sent SMS message showing my account balance as Rs 598 only and validity has also been reduced from 17th January to 13th January for which I am extremely disappointed. Forcefully imposing extra fee for the programme which I never watch is completely injustice. I can not accept such force full imposition of fee. Therefore, I have decided if you do not heed my complaint, I will not make any more payment in future and get my Tata sky deactivated and look for customer care friendly like Disc TV or reliance company.                                         Dear Whosoever, I want to bring to you notice the unethical and unsatisfactory services provided by Tata Sky. I have got the connection done 4 days back. Out of 4 days our 2 days have got wasted as the error msg says "Your setup Box is not receiving signal". In a span of 4 days, the signal issue came twice?? And your engineer will visit after 11.30 am next day??? What the hell??? What are we paying you for and what is the quality of work you are doing. For a working family who cannot attend "The Tata Sky Engineer" between 11.30 am - 7 pm the next available option is a Saturday or Sunday. So that means we have wasted min. 2-3 days in the whole "Tata Sky Process". And look who is paying for this Tata Sky Fiasco - "we" fool customers as our billing is on whether or not Tata Sky has provided its so called service.
