not satisfied with the tata sky dth

complacent technical support and no service

I have been trying to get tata sky technician to visit my house for the past 3 weeks.they always promise they would but no one turns up.despite repeated calls and reminders and innumerable complains there is no service.also I have lost transmission but still continue to get no service.in desperation I have decided to go pubil with my issue and hope that no one else has to go through this harrasment again....

Causing unnecessary inconvenience and harassment

Today again I saw the message on my TV screen for recharge of my account immediately to avoid discontinuance of services despite the fact that my annual package is valid upto 31/08/2015. service complaint

They did not provide connection and didnt refund money too

I applied for a corporate connection of Tata sky. I was asked to make an online payment of Rs. 2250 to tata sky. I made the payment promptly. My connection number was FUGZHWK. After two days I got a call from their service engineer who informed me that in my area (wakad (Pune)) they can't provide me with the connection as the local cable operator would not allow them to provide the connection. He told me that my money would get refunded....

Fraud in charging no. of Months Tata Sky

I took a connection on 12th December 2014 and today I come to know that the first 2 month package ends on 9th Feb 2015. By what calculation. A month is not 30 days except in Treasury Operations and who better to tell u than a Treasury expert himself. Also, I had ordered for a multi TV connection soon after ordering a first connection.
