    I recently relocated. I asked the tata sky team to relocate my dish too. He uninstalled it and asked me to take it via my movers and packers. I did that.

    After 3 months, i asked them to re-install the dish. The new person comes here and tells me that the stand of the dish is missing and hence he cannot reinstall the dish. I would have to buy the stand in black.

    I was surprised to hear this. I called the tata sky customer service and told them this. They told me that i should have collected the stand from my previous place. I clearly told them that i had no idea what things i'm supposed to carry of tata sky which are installed outside my house. Now it seems my original stand at the previous residence has been removed by the tata sky men and sold in the black market.

    I complained to the nodal officer. He also said that it was my mistake. He closed my complaint without informing me. And the best part was they deducted rs 300 from my account without installing the dish.

    Earlier too, i paid rs 300 for uninstallation of the dish from where the stand is missing now. I have already lost rs 600 and now they are asking me more to buy the stand and that too without bill.

    I'm now clueless as neither the nodal officer nor anyone from tata sky is interested in solving my complaint.

    Set top box was not in use from last 3 or 4 months. Since i recharged it it shows error " the set top box needs to be paired" i am uploading the i.age also.

        Iam complain against installation of tata sky. Dth, the technician of tata sky not properly installed the contents, cables are layed as they like, already internal wiring sold there, but they not used it, and damaged the room wall with steel nails, and they very badly responded my call, so i no need this connection, i need my money back also wasted time

Am or after 06 pm as i am a working lady. But the person contacted solely told that he cannot come at these timings.             Sir,
            Thank you very much for your prompt action against my complain. On 6th i have complained about technician misbehaviour for asking cash. The tata sky distributors immediately taken action against the complain and revised my channel package from below 400/- per month to 1155/- per month. My set top box was switched off from 7th oct 2019 to 11th oct 2019 but i received a message on my rmn that your monthly charges is revised. Then i called tata sky toll free no. I was informed that i have added bengla and kanada package. Unfortunately both language i don't know and this was added by distrubuter since my set top box was off and i am not using tata sky app on mobile i can't add this pack. Definitely this was added by distributors. Finally i understood that in india a common man has to keep quite and should not question for any thing. Unnecessarily by watching news and all i thought a common man voice will be heard but i was wrong. Sir a big very very sorry from my side here onwards i will not do any cmplain. Thaks for educating me because i am not so rich that i can watch tv in all language of high monthly charges. I furthed beg to the concerns that by first mail you have made me to pay 1155/- per mont after this mail please don't change my pack. This is not a complain it is only a regret letter from me please please forgive me. I don't have any more complain against tata sky and from my side the complain is resolved. Thank you very much

            I did a recharge of RS 50 for my Tata sky subscription. But it is giving me error "this is the wrong card for this set top box pairing error NDS N :[protected]

              Hi,

              I am debostotra jana, my mobile no is [protected].

              Today i have taken a tata sky dth connection for my home in the name of my father (Srikanta jana). I saw some difference in the installation and new connection charges between the online applications and what the local retailer asking me to pay for.

              So i called the local agent (Sukanta, mobile no is [protected]) to know why this is different for online application (Less amount), then he added me in a conference call with his another team member (I don't know the name of that guy, you can call sukanta for his name), but this guy talked me in very rude behavior and also told me that i am illiterate, uneducated instead of answering my question. This kind of behavior is not expected from any service provider.

              So requesting you to please take necessary steps against that guy who talked with me in this way else i will disconnect my tata sky dth connection and will go for another reputed dth vendor.

                  So pathetic and poor tata brand. They deducted 1500 /-money many times saying that service is provided. They do scam and fraud in terms of commitment. I want strict action against tatasky. I don’t feel they are giving equivalent service for amount paid. The worst broadcasting which never bothers customers only loop out huge money in this way.                     I live at hyde park, sector 78, noida. On 1st july 2019, i purchased 7 month broadband plan from tata sky broadband. As an offer, they had promised static ip. For that i called to the customer care. They informed that they will provide ip v6. But even after more than 3 months they have not given me the static ip. I have made several followup via call to customer care, email to customer care but in vain.

                    Please help me.

                      Tata sky box not working. It is showing weather issue but weather is clear. Restarted the box but still problem is as it is.

                      Even after paying full amount (Recharge) channels are not working. This is a repetitive problem which was already informed but nothing has been done till date. We lost faith in tata sky. They don't have value of their customer money. This is merely a cheating.
                      Tata sky company is only asking for money from customer and no service is provided.
                      Tata sky gives missed call and says call not received.
                      Till date no solution is provided tata sky is not bothered. With immediate effect solve the issue and provide refund

                                Sir,
                                I am using tata sky connection for my tv. My tv was having signal issue hence i called to tata sky, they informed that within 24 hour technician will come and resolve the issue and you need not to pay any thing case charges eill be deducted from tata sky account. Within 6 hour technician came and informed that lnd of antena to be replaced. I told go ahead and after replacing he asked rs 300 for lnd and 150 for technician visit. I told okay deduct from my tata sky account for which he refused and insist for only cash when i called to tata sky toll free they told the cost of lnd is only rs150 and technician refused to talk to tata sky person over phone. Finally when i have not given cash he has removed lnd and went. Now i am not getting any service of tata sky and when i am calling to tata sky repeated answer is that your complaint is registered. Now i am fed up with the service of tata sky and want to quit to other company but there is no provision for refund of rs 300 in my account. Sir if some body has payed for a year or more and wanted to quit than he can' t get any thing back. Sir i request trai to look into the matter and put provision for refunding the balance as trai has removed package system of these company and allowing individuals to choose their own channel. Trai can look into this isue also and implement provision of refunding balance money in case of swithing from one company to other

                                  I shiffeted from chennai to mangalore. And i requested to reinstall the tata sky at mangalore location on 23rd september 2019. Till now october 6th it's not done. Daily i am checking the customer service, and they updating we will resolve the problem as soon as possible. I waste my money and valuable time. Worst service i have ever seen.. If we requested new connection they will doing immediately. How this possible...

                                      Tata sky box not working. It is showing weather issue but weather is clear. Restarted the box but still problem is as it is.

                                      Even after paying full amount (Recharge) channels are not working. This is a repetitive problem which was already informed but nothing has been done till date. We lost faith in tata sky. They don't have value of their customer money. This is merely a cheating.

                                      This is merely a harrashment from tata sky connection is not working and they are not bothered for the same. They are only there to take money from customer and no service is provided from them.

                                        I have reported the misbehave complaint about service engineer but i m not getting any revert on this when ever i m calling for update then they are saying request is closed.
