wrong card error issue

I am facing an issue with my set top box.
This is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairirng error), this message is being shown in my tv screen. I have even cleaned the card nicely with cotton cloth, but the same result is found.
Please resolve this issue asap.

s set top box ( pairing error )

I didn't use the service for 2 months. Then i recharged today but it is not working.
On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"

technician miss behave

Sir,
I am using tata sky connection for my tv. My tv was having signal issue hence i called to tata sky, they informed that within 24 hour technician will come and resolve the issue and you need not to pay any thing case charges eill be deducted from tata sky account. Within 6 hour technician came and informed that lnd of antena to be replaced. I told go ahead and after replacing he asked rs 300 for lnd and 150 for technician visit....

reinstall request not done

I shiffeted from chennai to mangalore. And i requested to reinstall the tata sky at mangalore location on 23rd september 2019. Till now october 6th it's not done. Daily i am checking the customer service, and they updating we will resolve the problem as soon as possible. I waste my money and valuable time. Worst service i have ever seen.. If we requested new connection they will doing immediately. How this possible......

channels not working after recharge

consumer offer change after two months, after given advance

On 17th july -2019 tata sky team are given me offer on secondary box pack of rs. 153 per month for six months same as primary box pack and i was deposited four month rental till 20th november-2019, but after two months suddenly its change in secondary box and app. Showing expire dt 12/10/2019 and pack amount of secondary box is rs 472.00 per month.

How can they change before complicated offer of six month which is 20th jan-2020.br...

this is the wrong card error

[protected] is my registrered mobile number on tatasky. I recharged it after 4 months and now i am getting an error. It says "this is the wrong card". Kindly resolve it as soon as possible. Just want to inform you my tatasky wasnt working so i loged complain on 30th sept arnd 5pm, they told me technician will visit within 24hr but sir its been 3rd day i have been callin them and they fooling me n say he will call you with 2-3hrs evey time same excuse.
Please it been high time now i feel very helpless inspite of calling them again and again they are not providing the solution

Deeply disappointed.

Installation of multi tv was not done with an dual lnb by the the installation executive couple of months ago.

Today after trying to complain last 2 months finally on 30/09/2019, the complaint was registered.
And the same installation technician came today i. E 1/10/2019 and installed a older dual lnb was installed, which was clearly visible and he charged us rs 550 that was deducted...
