Tata Sky — Deficiency in service | |||
Lodged complaint for no signal on 2nd September, 2021. Till date the technicians has not attended at the alloted time. Whatsapp messages of tata sky does not work. Junior executives of Tata SKY takes the complaint and are not ready to escalate when told to transfer to the seniors. When told to disconnect and refund the balance amount in my credit, they refused to disconnect stating that only after return of hardware the balance amount will be refunded. Since I am the owner and not the custodian, it is still not understood why I should return the hardware. High Level of poor services by TATASKY Was this information helpful? | |||
