[Resolved] Tata Sky — extremely poor response to requests/complaints, cheating, inability to understand and carry out requests/instructions made in english | |||||
Tata sky call centre employees are bungling up every communication, ignoring and adding to complaints. They do not seem to understand written and verbal english. They remove channels that you have asked them to retain, they add channels you have not asked for, quote exaggerated tariffs against channels you have asked for, and finally de-activate your connection without any warning, even even though there is sufficient balance left in your account. Then tata sky coolly stops responding to your emails and online complaints. This has been happening to us over the past 10 days. It has happened before. Very harassing and frustrating. Some of tata group companies like tata sky clearly do not practise what tata’s founder preached (Ref. A tata ad published in toi on 29 july 2017, its founder’s 113rd birth anniversary): ‘…one must forever strive for excellence or even perfection, in any task however small and never be satisfied with second best…’ Tata group of companies should stop lying to the indian public about their ‘pledge to continue (Their) journey as a... My last recharge is on 19th July 2017 of 300 rupees monthly package. But today is 2 August. And tata sky payment reminder start to notify for payment only after 13 days. I give mony for one month they give only 13 days. Please solve this issue
