I didn't use the service for 6 months. Then i recharged today but it is not working.
On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box(Pairing error)... etc so what am supposed to do now, Is there anyway I can resolve it myself

    Tata sky stopped the live telecast Chanel's such as DD sports, DD National during cricket matches.Normaly they telecast those Chanel's.Its request don't fool the customer by name of Honeble supreme court instructions.
    They can't do this without considering valuable customers.By dropping the national Chanel's they sell their chargeble Chanel's and make the people's fool.

      I am customer of tatasky since 12 years id no [protected] but from last few days tatasky service is not satisfactory on 23 aug i complaint about signal technician replace set top box which charge me rs 500 deducted from my balance another time on 16 sep i complaint technician change adopter 150 rs charge deducted from balance and problem not solved so i request take away your adopter and charge of rs 500 and rs 150 add in my balance.

        Hello sir,

        My registered mobile number is [protected]. I am facing issue of settop box not receiving signal once in a month and whenever your technician comes at my place i have to pay a minimum fees of rs 100. This is very disappointing as there is no rain not even a child is allowed to go on terrace but i dont know why this is happening everytime. This may be due to unexperinced technician handling the problem.

        Hoping a positive reply from your side and hope this will not happen next time.

            Dear mr sanjay mittal,

            I have been an ardent user of tata sky since 2006 having more than 16 connections at our 3 residences with almost all on annual platinum hd packs.

            Everything was smooth until last 2 months.in the last 2 weeks i made 2 complaints (Service request no: 17ih6opr and 17mhav1h). It is my regret that both complaints were handled very unprofessionally without satisfying me.

            I am tired of explaining the entire thing to one by one to over a dozen people and not even a single person has taken anything i have said seriously..

            I would also like to inform you that i will wait at most a week starting today, if no solution is found, i will be approaching the consumer court against tata sky, the local service center of tatasky and the technician who visited to solve this issue. Kindly treat this email as a final notice and a last change to solve this issue before i seek legal assistance.

            Yes, you are right that I have been communicated regarding the mentioned complaint but the saddest part is no action has been taken yet in spite of me having proved many proofs of my claim. I never expected a Tata group company to have such a bad customer service.

            PS: This didnt even deserve 1 star.

                    Hi m tata sky hd setup box is restarting by itself while watching tv. It says initializing and then restarting... Its happening very frequently... This problem started recently (A couple of weeks ago)...
                    I got the tata sky hd dth connection 9 months ago only. So the setup box is pretty new... I do anot understand why is it happening? Is it a hard ware or software problem?

                    Last year the channel numbers on set top box were changed. The change has made navigation to the channel very difficult. It is not possible to remember number of each channel. Suggestions to overcome the problem are
                    ... Start channel numbers from 1. Eg 101, 201 and so on. Now these start randomly like 306.
                    ... Else when a number is entered on the remote and channel does not exist, it should show nearest available channel.

                      Hi i have a multi account connection at home and would like to merge my account with my mothers account [protected] so i can pay less every month for all my channels digicomp #[protected] card #[protected]. The reason i want the account merged to my mothers account is because i'm currently spending rs 9000 every year which will come down to rs 2750 as a mergedaccount as we have 4 connections at home and don't want to be overspending on my account when i can avail of the benefits of a merged account.                         From installation i have a signal problem. I have asked to replace setup box, technician and manager of Ramesh Nagar department they are telling that we don't have stock of setup box. Called to customer care they are also not able to solve this problem.
                        Cancel this connection and refund my amount, installation charge 2200rs and one year pack recharged amount 3300rs.

                          I have purchased a tata sky set top box on 11 sep 18 from dth zone baraut baghpat distt uttar pradesh. The set top box has not been activated till now when i asked te dealer to activate the same he refused by quoting certain misc excuses and also misbehaved saying that it would be activated only after 1000 hrs on 12 sep 18. I could not take this bcoz it is almost more than 48 hours for a firm operating 24x7 hrs. Same has been informed to tata sky toll free number.
                          I request that strong actions must ne taken against such dealers to avoid their monopoly by keeping consumer grievances on grant.

                          TATA Sky CUST CARE service is not satisfactory.They only speas charges not technical part.Rectification of problem is not their problem.Technicians recruited having no basic knowledge.The replace everything, charge money but no satisfactory result.For my case signal is missing since one month after relocation.
                          My TATA Sky ID-[protected].The signal was missing after relocation on 12/8/18 at ROURKELA(ODISHA)The technian attendig replaced connector at set up box.The signal improved but missing some times .Compl. lodged thro. CC on 24/8/18.The tech. came on25/8/18 but could not open the connector at LMB side to esure signal at that point.As per advice of his sr. tech, he cut the signal cable to replace LMB.He could not open LMB also & went away.The tech told me(customer) that LMB is defective without checking as adviced by his sr.tech.CC was contaced on 30/8, 11/9 but TATA Sky signal is down till today

                            My consumer id is [protected], my package renewal was pending so i called on 3rd of sep @ 9:30. Representative offered me to recharge with rs. 5910/- for sports dhamaka package which we were viewing for primary & multi tv. Within 30 min, i recharged with rs. 5910 but sporst dhamaka package for annual for primary & multi tv did not activated. Again i called to representative to know the status, they said, there is no offer for you. I have been using tatasky dth for last 12 years, but this is worst experience.

                              I am using tata sky from long time. Last year i have opted from annual dhamaal kids that was over on 9th sep 2018. On 10th sep i got a call from tata sky and asked from renewing on offer same pack for two years on 4680/- + 1925/- for one year hd. I have paid total 6605/- now they associate is it was a mistake and not able to activate for 2 years. They are asking for another 1600/- ruppes.

                                The last date for recharge of my tata sky subscription was 17th aug 2018. I was not in station on that date. Promptly the tata sky disconnected the dth service and i noticed that the service was not available on 17th when i returned home on 18th morning around 7 am. I paid the subscription of rs. 310 on the morning of 18th aug 2018 around 10 am. Immediately i received an sms at 11.12 am on 18th aug 2018 to the effect that the next date for recharge is 19th sep. To my utter surprise i received an sms on 9th sep 2018 that the next date for recharge is 16th sep as against the sms received on 18th aug referred to above.
                                Here i wish to state that previously i was availing dth service from sun direct. They played all sorts of dirty tricks by raising the monthly subscription suo moto at exorbitant rates. So i decided to change the dth service provided by the other organizations such as airtel, videocon, reliance, dish tv and tata sky. I have chosen tata sky because it belongs to tata group. I was born in the year 1939. As far as my knowledge goes, there was no case of tax evasion or it raids being conducted on the organizations of tata group of companies.
                                Arising out of the above i wish to point out the following -
                                - the tata sky dth service was installed in my house on 27th july 2017. I am paying the monthly changes regularly.in such a scenario how the monthly charges payable on 27th of every month came down to 16th of this month. It is also not out of place to mention that i have gone through the complaints board of tata sky where grave complaints were made and tata sky has admitted in their website that only 20% of the complaints have been resolved so far viz., out of 9245 only 1836 have been resolved. There is no denying the fact that certainly it is a blot on the tata sky.
                                I have made my position very clear and it is for the tata sky authorities to give their explanations failing which i have no other option except to simply refer my complaint to tata sons directly for redressal of my grievance.

                                  I am from pune and tata sky executive approach and told about the dhamaka package and told that it includes hd channels for duration of 1 year. But no after buying set top box, i got to know that hd channels are for only for 1 month and for next month i have to pay 95 rupees.
                                  The franchise which tata sky gives and the executives are not proerly train about the package and for the lead the approach customers and provide wrong information and after installation customer get to know about the "company policy" inshort how to take advantage of customers
                                  If i have to cancel the tata sky then the refund will get only of package and not of installation charges. They provide refund only after we give them dish then why they are not giving us installation money. Big fault to go in tata sky

                                  I have requested to cancel my multi conection and recharge as single connection with 3520 early package. accordeingly i paid the amount. i received a message that account is recharged .but my account is deactivated. why ad how?

                                  My recent pack is dhamaal mix of rs 320 want to change my Tata sky pack from dhamaal mix to dhamaka of rs 220. I have tried many times but i can't. Please help .the due date to recharge my pack is today the 5th of September 2018

                                    Balance got deducted rs 600 for multi tv relocation new kit, neither i requested for relocation nor any new kit provided by tatasky

                                    I've done the hole process by myself with existing kit.

                                    So called customer service 3 times.

                                    They said it would take 3 days to verify or something.

                                    Now i can't watch tv due to negative balance.

                                    This is absolutely not acceptable.

                                    Yes complain is solved .

                                    After 6-7 days tatasky customer care told me that if you accept 520 rupees instead of 600 than its possible right now, i accepted i didn't had choice.

                                    So this kind of negotiations they are doing.

                                    Also they imposed penalty to some of their technician so the technician called and asked what did you told them ..

                                    For that reason I switched from tatasky to Airtel.
                                    I was out of station for 3months and now i've recharged DTH but it displays pairing error on screen my subscriber id is:[protected]
