Tata Sky — Reduction Of Service Before Next Billing Date/ Not Given Promised Service

They Provide Online Channel Viewership In App Of All Channels We Take On Our Tv But Now They Are Not Providing Star Channels Saying That It Stopped By Broadcasters And They Changed It After My Bill Payment And Before Next Payment Of Bill.

On Complaining They Just Close The Complain Saying Done From Broadcasting Side But Providing Same Service Through Premium Plans Also When I Said That I Don't Want To Close It They Closed It Saying It Is Compulsary (Done To Show High Resolution Rate Of Complaints).

How Can Company Change Service Before Next Billing Date And Can Deny Service After Payment For The Same.
