[Resolved] Airtel Mobile Guwahati — unnecessary deduction of account balance

hello sir i am kamal saha from barpeta road assam i own the airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] of assam circle. On ist august 2013 i was browsing mobile office internet on my mobile phone but i browsed the net at about 9.45 pm for a maximum of 300kb as i was only seeing some information on google but the airtel had deducted a total balance of 131 INR from my main balance account,when i called at the customer care they are saying that i had browsed the net for about 10mb and so they had deducted the above said amount.In no way it was possible that i browsed the net for 10mb as i had only browsed for about 300kb and after that the pages did not load and it said that the connection can not be made due to network problem, then suddenly a message came that i had used some 12mb of net and 130 INR was deducted from my main balance.In no case i had used 12mb of net but i dont know how their system is showing that i had used it.I am sure that there was definitely some problem with their system or network for which they had deducted 130 INR from my main balance. pls help me in this regard.

My Name is S.S.Shukla working in Indian Air Force Maharajpura.My
no. is [protected].My complain is on unnecessary deduction on Rs 99 in
the month of No. when i taught to customer care they said that you have
downloaded java game. Still today i have suffered loss of total Rs.150
for value added services. further this continues we will compile to take
this issue to the consumer court. Also compile to surrender Sim of
air-tel because of horible services. Secondly, the Sim is not
Transferred and the documents submitted 6times to your Airtel office till
now To Mr.S.S.Shukla.

Bharti Airtel — Not connect with customer care & deduction of account

sir, my name is deepak mishra and I have Airtel prepaid connection. and its number is [protected].
When I have to call in custumecare then it say some time the call can not completed at that time & some time it connect but the time of talking with custumercare after press option '9' that will not connect with custumercare service agent.
The other problem is deduction in accunt. In my accunt have amt. is 4.64 in the 24th march 2011 but in the 25th march it is deduct by giving message.the message given by 'AD-54321' in this message said you have download but i can not download any thing. I am surfing only Site & the 98 gprs plan is active in my no. So surfing is free & I am only download which is free online.

so please on my custumercare service continue. & return my deduct amt.

My account has deducted 4 times at a total amount of 216 rupees unnecessary.i am complait about it to the costomer care but they have no solution. So i think Please chack all things & refund me or cridited my deducted amount as early as possible in my account .on top priority .

Air Tel has been activating unwanted non sense services on my mobile and charging for it. the modus operandi is that you receive promotional SMS, you open it and the service is activated. you may also receive a promotional call, you receive it and the service is activated.
now i have started sending very strongly worded mails to them, i even threaten them that in case the service is not discontinued, i shall go to consumer court. every time i had sent such a mail, the service was discontinued and the amount credited to my account.
you may send mail to : [protected]@in.airtel.com.
write to them every time a service is activated with out your consent

I am user of your mobile service from last 7 years due to reliability i had chosen airtel bharti mobile service but now from last some month
there is unnecessary amount deduction in my account "rs 10 thnx for using yuraj singh tips " 10 to 15 times you have deducted .
when i called the customer service center they never give me proper response and there behavior was not good and they gust cut my call,
please take some immediate action against my complaint and return my all deducted amount if next time it happen i will use number portability and in my organisations 50 numbers of airtel i'll change all.

AirTel — unnecessary deduction of balance amount

Respected sir,

My airtel Mob No [protected] on the name of "Krishna Kataraki" has been using the service of airtel from may 2011. Now i am getting disturbence by unnecessary deduction of my balance amount without any intimation. They are deducting the asmount for hello tunes and other services where as i never subscribe the services of my own. I have already reported to customer care and one time they solved the solution but again the same is contionuing and deducting the bal amount .

Kindly Check these thing from May 2011 to sep 2011 so that i can acquire the balance from the services which i never subscribe and also inform never to be disturb like this

I have already contact many times to Airtel Customer Executive regarding un-necessary deduction from my Airtel Prepaid mobile bearing No. [protected], but no positive response came & they said u activate some VAS service.. but I can't...when i told them i talk to your nodel officer, they said they don't know the name...disgusting...
It is my request please refund my deducted amount to my mobile no. as mentioed above..

sir/madam,

This complaint is regarding with reference to my mobile no [protected].My balance have been deducted by airtel for no reason.Inspite of calling customer care there is no response as they dont have clarification for the deducted amount.I m helpless in the middle of night with no balance to call or sms.

I suggest i should get reimbursement of the amount as soon as possible or else i have to take serious actions against airtel for mental harassment.
i think i have made it very clear by my statement.

My mobile number is [protected].Airtel deducts my balance unnessacary.On 19 march 2012,they charged me 30.This doesn't happen only yesterday,but in past too.When i contact airtel,they told me it happens during surfing.But on internet i only visits the sites of cricinfo,facebook,twitter(u can check).Airtel doesn't have any partership with these sites.So,on what basis i have charged.
