[Resolved] Airtel Mobile Guwahati — unnecessary deduction of account balance | |||
hello sir i am kamal saha from barpeta road assam i own the airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] of assam circle. On ist august 2013 i was browsing mobile office internet on my mobile phone but i browsed the net at about 9.45 pm for a maximum of 300kb as i was only seeing some information on google but the airtel had deducted a total balance of 131 INR from my main balance account,when i called at the customer care they are saying that i had browsed the net for about 10mb and so they had deducted the above said amount.In no way it was possible that i browsed the net for 10mb as i had only browsed for about 300kb and after that the pages did not load and it said that the connection can not be made due to network problem, then suddenly a message came that i had used some 12mb of net and 130 INR was deducted from my main balance.In no case i had used 12mb of net but i dont know how their system is showing that i had used it.I am sure that there was definitely some problem with their system or network for which they had deducted 130 INR from my main balance. pls help me in this regard. AirTel — unnecessary deduction from account balance
some of the application has been activated to my mobile automatically(by company itself) and charges being imposed on me for that unnecessary ,i have complain several time for prevent it but did not get any satisfactory respond from company. Namaste Vicky,

air tel mobile — UNNECESSARY DEDUCTION
I am AIRTEL customer with the number[protected].The balance of my prepaid account is being deducted Rs. 110 without any prior notice and even without any pack activation.i have already complained to the customer care lots of time.there has not been any effort from the side of customer care to resolve this problem and they also deactivate the service. Now i am not able to connect with customer care.You are requested to please see this and help me what i will do this regarding this.
