Dear Sir, I am Santhanakumar from Chennai, Tamilnadu and my Tikona Customer ID is [protected] and was in the plan 849 few months before. As per the plan 849, they assured that I can get speed upto 4 MBPS for first 5 GBs and upto 1 MBPS after fair usage. But I was getting just 40-50 Kbps after fair usage and I have made MANY complaints related about this low speed through mail. There was NO RESPONSES FROM TIKONA for my mail and complaints. Upon speaking to the technical person in the customer care, they are not ready to talk about the low speed, they focused only on collecting the bill amount even they knew the reality of my case. As a solution, they must send a technical person to solve the problem. But, instead of sorting out, they seized the Tikona instrument without giving prior intimation and threatening me in the name of Legal case. I am paying the due respect to other service providers and maintaining my decorum until this day. Really seizing instrument without my knowledge is very shameful moment in my life and didn’t expect this kind of treachery from TIKONA. Finally, I have paid last 4 months without proper utilization. So kindly help me to get back the amount for last 4 months, suggest me to take this case to the next level and need justification for dissatisfaction, distress and grief given by TIKONA.       Story after clearing all the dues: This is in regards to the telephonic call received from Delhi stating that my dues are pending and tikona has registered a legal complaint against the user ID [protected] I was shocked to get a call (+[protected] at 1:14 PM) from delhi stating that Mr. Karla from Tikona, Okhla, Delhi office has lodge a legal complaint for the dues and asked to immediately pay 2875 before 2:00 PM or we shall file a case against you. And if the case will be filed you have to come for hearing on Friday without fail. I was amazed to hear that if my house is in Mumbai & your office is also in Mumbai then how the jurisdiction can be Delhi. Here the doubt came in my mind but I fainted when he confirmed the exact address of my flat along with flat no. Also details of the last payment made by me. But when I asked him further details that how it is 2875 he told that this is the legal complaint and I don’t have complete file. Right now I am having this much details only. What this bull is ?? How can any company without any telecom / email / notice is directly giving the threatening call asking the alimony to get it settled outside the court or case will be filed. I dont know what is this but on serious note it clearly shows that our personal details are distributed to such spammers without our consensus. I will surely be going to file a complaint with Local police station and as well with consumer forum if required. Gunjan Disawal

        From The Person who is having worst internet experience To The Worst Internet Provider I am writing this mail in the basic HTML view of GMail Because Guess what i cannot access it in standard view . You know why? Because the speed is so low i am just greatfull atleast i am able to sign in BASIC HTML because based on my experience this is not bad. I paid three months money and guess what i get to do? Call #TikonaDontCare and they will tell me there is data loss unplug the adapter and reconnect it and i will do it. Then they will tell me it will be resolved in 24 hrs. And it happens everyday. So when i am suppose to access it. Today i got a message that my problem is resolved and then checked my speed. It was 1 kb/sec so i guess technicall it is not resolved. If you give me 100MBps plan for free still iam not going to take it You Know Why Because still I will be Getting 1kb/sec speed. I am not certainly going to recommend TIKONA because i rather use my Mobile 2G internet becuse it is way better than Yours. I paid for 3 Months so tell me what happens when i use your internet and the dont pay your bill, how does it feel. I guess bad because thats what i am going through. Today i have been using TIKONA for 44 days and i have called CUSTOMER CARE(#TIKONADONTCARE) atleast 44 times. Thanks For your BAD SERVICES.

              Dear Sir, I was having tikona broad band prepaid service since April-25 2014 at Panvel, but after that I relocated and I requested for relocating the same service at my new location but due to nonavailability of tikona service, company was reluctant to do the same. So I requested to close the account on 2nd May and settle the all due. But inspite of repetitive reminder from my side No-one turned on to come at my location for bill payment and company element handover. Now inspite of closing account on 2nd May, company is accumulating money for service till date even though I have not used your service since 25th April. And now these company agents are harassing us daily, giving threatening calls from some court and police chauki etc.. Please look into this matter and help me suitably.                 Hi Team, Consumer number - [protected] Irrespective of almost 20 to 30 emails to the customer care, senior desk and the appellate authority of Tikona. I still do not get even 30% of the subscribed upload and download speed as assured by the Internet Service Provider. We have asked the team to change the wifi router on the tower and they have not done so in the last one year or so. Each time the issue gets resolved. It re-occurs in almost every 3rd day or 5th day or certainly the 10th or 15th day. I would like the management at Tikona to intervene and get this resolved ASAP. Please let me know if you require any further information with this regard. You may also go through all the cases logged against my consumer id at Tikona. Regards, Vinod. C.

                  My user ID with tikona is [protected]. I've been having Very very slow internet connection speeds. I was promised 2 MbPS connection. Not even a single day have i got this speed during the evenings, nights, weekends. 1. Customer care just checks if we're getting the login page. 2. Speed test promises with tikona are all fake 3. Technicians said "Your area has high load. You will not get 2 MBPS but you have to pay Rs.999 4. I have made more than 100 requests. No permanent action till now. 5. They do not provide refunds as according to them we are getting "login" page. 6. Ultimately poor customer service. Installation engineers are rude. This is fraud. If they're saying you will get 2 MBPS and will not give it, it's cheating. Installation engineer said this. "It's been like this here for 4 years sir. Nothing we can do. You will not get speed" This is utter non sense. If you do not care about customers, please just all of resign from your jobs and give the job to some other company who provide Top notch customer service like Airtel. I urge every one who reads this complaint not to ever use Tikona. I had lot of expectations. But none of them have been met. Even now, I'm typing this message in the frustration that my speed tests are showing just 200 or 300 KBps for the 4th consecutive months. Regards, Sudharsan

                  It's been over a month.

                  No updates yet.

                  I am still getting very slow speeds every evening. Even at the moment it's slow.

                  What kind of service is this ?

                  I've been waiting since june and now it's almost 5 months. NO RESOLUTION.

                  I'm desperately waiting for another ISP to come to my area and i will definitely 100% change my ISP.

                  Poor customer service and poor resolution from Tikona.
                  I have still not got any updates on this issue.

                  I'm still facing issues every single day.

                    I had raised a request with tikona care to change my connection to a new address to thane. After a week, they notified that, it is not feasible for a tikona connection at my new address. So I raised a new request to close my connection. I had paid all my bills, prior to raising this request. I also received a confirmation email from tikona care on sep 13 2014. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below. Dear Mr. HARISH NAIR, As per your request for termination of Tikona broadband User ID [protected], registered against your name, your service has been terminated. Mentioned below are the Full and Final Settlement details for your Account no.[protected]: We hereby confirm that you have no outstanding payable against your account if equipments are collected from your premises. We have forwarded your request to collect the equipment at the earliest and our team will contact you in next 72hrs for an appointment. Also note if you will not receive any call for CPE collection then kindly contact on [protected]/[protected] Magnificent :- Promod/Avinash At the equipment collection time our team provides one receipt to you for the equipment collection confirmation. I do not have any modem provided by tikona, just the plug and the switch, for which I contacted the CPE team 4-5 times to come and collect the same. I also have sms proof for the same. But noone turned up from their end. Then I received an email from tikona, with a bill for amount of 282.24/-, with a due date of sep 30 2014. I had called tikona customer care, asking why was I being charged post the termination of my account. The tikona care executive had stated that I need not give the same, as my account is closed. Now I received a call today, i.e. 1st of oct, from this no: +91-[protected], by some advocate, stating that tikona has raised some notice against me for non payment of bill. This is sheer harassment and profanity forced by tikona.

                      i took a internet connection from tikona on September 19th 2014.(4 MBPS) . They took Full payment for 2 Months +installation +taxes=2360in total. While the Connection Was given to me it was said I will receive no inconvenience with the service. I called the Customer care on 19th about the speed issue they said that the 4Mbps line will start 26th sep 2014. I waited for 5 days then after that the rental changed to 4Mbps and the speed they promised was horrible. From 26th SEp 2014 iv been caling the cuctomer care for help. Iv been complaining to them for the past 4 days and their response is It will be resolved in 8 hours.Still every day no response from them. Even the Current speed on their speedtest is below 1mbps. They have been cheating me .And literally speaking they have looted my money. I HAVE BEEN RECORDING THEIR CALL AND SPEED TESTs (ScreenShots) for PROOF. I have got many Screen shots regarding this Brodband Speed tests. I can submit more photo proofs(aprox 23 different time and date) that I took when testing and also audio recording With the customer care. Please I require an immediate Response . Please take some action and HELP me seek Justice.

I had a visit from the same executive today AGAIN, WITHOUT any intimation, any calls or message(where as he stated that he called and texted as well, which I WANT TO to see a record of) and his misbehaving attitude was extreme and this time it was in front of almost 20 30 odd people in the apartment who have seen him pushing me and misbehaving with me and my fiancee as well. He went to almost an extent of pushing her too. Upon raising this issue to his manager(supposedly his area manager) Mr. Sudhakar(contact number [protected]), he seemed least interested in the issue was rather being rowdy and rude too and unreasonably supportive towards his employee. I have a last minute recording for the conversation we had with Mr. Sudhakar. If customer support doesn't mean the way it should be then why do guys even promise false customer support. Calling the customer care number is hopeless and takes ages to get responded too. I have decided to lodge a police complaint on the grounds of assault and public humiliation if I am not responded by Monday end of day. I would like to be responded by the highest official personnel who is able, rather have the authority to take a decision. Neither any manager nor "area manager" would be entertained by me to reason with. I would like to get a call pertaining this issue on my registered number and not any single calls from call center or toll free number to "UNDERSTAND FURTHER ON THIS ISSUE" or a reply to this mail from a higher authority. The call HAS to be a from a higher official authority and not some local imbecile goon(which mostly all your low grade so called "executives" are). Further reply to this mail HAS TO BE copied to Mr. Sudhakar, failing which I would not entertain the response. Waiting the earliest response.

                            My tikona user-id is [protected]. I used Tikona for many months before I had to switch from Gurgaon to Pune on July 23, 2014. I stopped using Tikona on July 20, 2014 itself and requested for service discontinuation on July 27, 2014. Tikona care took a complete month to accept termination request and sent me a confirmation on Aug 23, 2014 stating that "We will consider your last usage date or Termination request date whichever is later as the date up to which you would be charged for services, basis which the full &amp; final amount will be calculated." I had already paid them till July 25 as they take advance payment. As per their own communication, they should charge me atmost till July 27 (2days) But, they charged me for a complete month. I had written them half a dozen of emails to correct the bill amount. But they chose to reply only once saying "Your bill was already generated, we cannot do anything.", as if the bill is a irreversible event of history (like am asteroid clash with earth). Their telephony customer care justification is that "The billing department generated this already, we cannot do anything. We will generate a service request".. The request never got serviced. I asked them for justification about what they communicated to me in written. They very conveniently chose to ignore my mails and did not respond. And today, I got a call from somebody threatening me that a legal case is going to be put up against you. My question is - They take advance payments always and miscommunicate that "Only till last usage date or termination request date, they will charge customer", but in reality they for complete bill cycle which is generated in advance. It is totally a matter of cheating and fraud. Time and again, I have told them in emails that its not a matter of some Rs 885. But its an issue of overcharging, miscommunicating and cheating customers. Nobody in Tikona chose to reply and talk to me and explain. But they started using fear of legal process to extort money. Again on this public platform I want to tell Tikona that if they re-correct the bill amount, I will pay in 24 hours of correct bill generation

                              I am having a very pathetic experience with Tikona. 8 days, my connection is not working, every day I am calling their customer care and they say that there is network problem in your area and will be resolved by next 8 hours... Same is happening for last 8 days. Today the person said, that sir it is upto you that you want the connection or not.
                              Don't know what to do with them.

                                  Hi, I am really frosted with tikona service. User ID [protected]; Account no.[protected]: I am not using services of tikona but they have delayed in taken termination request. Bill which they have generated for July to Aug cycle it's required adjustment but have't provided as per attached July to Aug_sessionData (2) not used internet service in between 24th July to 8th Aug due internet was not working Because of quality of service and not able to resolve technical issue i decided to discontinue with tikona but customer care not proceeded my request( they were busy in Convincing me to continue with tikona services). After so much long with they taken my termination request and also generated bill for Aug to Sep month which i have hardly used 5-6 day. My last usage at 22nd Aug 2014 but they sent me entire month bill as per below full and final statement. I sent so many emails but only got auto reply nobody replying to any email and not giving any satisfactory answer. In fact while giving termination request customer executive told me that you only need to give bill for July-Aug not need to pay for Aug-Sep and this conversation happened before Aug-Sep cycle bill generation. No satisfactory answer given by any of the customer care i am really frustrated because of one way on communication. I'll never ever suggest/ recommend any person to take tikona service. Some how i want to take release from tikona service. Please kindly take appropriate action to solve this issue. I'll pay bill for July to Aug service but i'll never pay bill for Aug-Sep which i have't used.                                     I have already raised a complaint regarding disconnection of service on this June 2014, and asked your executive to adjust the outstanding bill amount with our refund money. Neither a call has been received from your end regarding bill adjustment nor my money is refunded. Plus, you pathetic people charge one month advance payment for new connection. This month your technical engineer had come, an on our behalf, without our knowledge, had taken the router and the cable. We can sue you all for this, but didn't do so since we are working professionals and do not wish get involved in court trails. We have already received a disconnection form signed by you, therefore, raising bills again and again is stupidity. Plus, i'm receiving stupid calls claiming from Mumbai high court for trails, this is insane now. I have already lodged a complaint against the number.                                       My tikona connection [protected] was taken at a speed of 512 kbps the person who came for fitting said that no download limits are there, i can enjoy the speed of 512 kbps for my 6 months subscription without any hastle. now after five months you have downgraded my speed and saying i have reached my fair user limit.

I HAVE REGISTER FOR THE DISCONNECTION OF MY TIKONA INTERNET CONNECTION BUT THEY ARE SAYING THAT IT WILL TAKE 15 TO 20 DAYS FOR DISCONNECTION. MY PACK RENEW ON 26TH OF EVERY MONTH. I HAVE GIVEN MY COMPLAIN FOR DISCONNECTION ON 18TH SEPTEMBER 2014, THEY SAID THAT YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANY MONEY UNLESS YOU USE THE INTERNET AFTER 26TH. I AM NOT USING THE INTERNET CONNECTION FROM SEVERAL DAYS AND I HAVE REMOVED ALL WIRES OF TIKONA BUT WHENEVER I AM CALLING TO TIKONA CARE, THEY ARE SAYING THAT EVERYDAY YOU ARE USING THE INTERNET CONNECTION.
