Very poor service and mental harassment by tikona internet company

I am having a very pathetic experience with Tikona. 8 days, my connection is not working, every day I am calling their customer care and they say that there is network problem in your area and will be resolved by next 8 hours... Same is happening for last 8 days. Today the person said, that sir it is upto you that you want the connection or not.
