Tikona billing issues

Looks like lot of people face horrible technical issues and billing issues when they disconnect the line. Can Tikona explain their policy for disconnecting the service? For example, if some one paid already for 3 months in advance and you failed to give uninterrupted service and the customer wants to disconnect the service within 2 weeks of taking the service, will you refund the unused period's money to the customer? Harassing by asking to pay bills
