Subject: Complaint against TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORK
I KETAN VINUBHAI JAYANI want to file complain against TIKONA DIGITAL
NETWORK for address shifting. Many times I called in customer care for shifting
the address at my new address. But they have given many time limit but till
date nobody came at home and Now they are not ready to hear anything.

I’ve given 1st
complaint was on 15th Nov. and then continuously I was taking follow
up for this complaint and I called many times. Just yesterday (i.e.2nd Dec.,
2014) I called them and they told that within 1 hour our representative will
come and solve your complain. But nobody came since 15th Nov., 2014.
When I registered the
request for address change on 15th Nov., 2014, and they told me to
pay Rs. 300/-(Rs. 275/- advanced charge +Rs. 25/- Delivery boy), and advance
payment of Rs. 2750/-(1st Sep., 2014 to 1st Dec.2014 for
TIKONA DATA PLAN.)
When I registered 1st complain at that time they
told me that we will give all refund if address will not shift. I’ve a
recording proof also. I recorded all the phone calls which I talked in TIKONA
Customer care. And on 1ST Dec.2014 they told me that now we are not
liable to give any refund for your plan.
I want to file the complaint against them for refund of Rs. 13, 150/- THIRTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
FIFTY ONLY (Rs. 3050/- which I paid to the company, Rs. 100/- Grahak
Suraksha Kendra Complain Fees, Rs. 5, 000/- Business lost, Rs. 5000/-
spoil Self Respect/MAAN HAANI).
I request you to file
the complaint against company try to solve this issue as early as possible.
