My self Anjaneya, Tikona User ID [protected], i requested the disconnection of the connection on 19th October, {My billing date is 26th of everymonth} Before disconnection Tikona make sure that there are no overdue presents. i paid 103.82 before disconnection as overdue. its almost 3 months im getting lots and lots of blackmailing calls from Tikona,

Got a Call from Tikona care and they said that they are going to take a action against the agent who giving threatening calls.

Lets hope for the best.

About Agent:
1. He described him as qualified LAW person, but he doesn't know the human values and threatens in the calls.
2. His threatens including blocking of all ID's given by Indian Govt for minimum 2 yrs.

    Hi Team, As per your legal notice we see that we are informed through many calls and emails regarding bill payment.However we have always informed the concerned person calling to me that to come on weekends and settle the amount. No person ever came neither responded to us.And we have also informed on call that to disable your services to my id since we will not be using it but that request of mine was also never responded.The bill which we get on email is the complete bill for the month but we have not used your internet for last 2 months. we will be paying only the amount which we have used only not the complete amount. Do let us know the exact amount and we will surely pay that.Moreover we dont own any modem of tikona and we were using our modem.Please clarify all facts before legal notice as many facts are not true. I want a detailed bill d3scription for the months and my usage for bill payment. Could you please let me know also if my account is disabled?? i have called many times to disable my account.       My Tiona user id [protected]. I have taken Tikona broadband connection on[protected] from the salesperson called Raja ([protected]). He asked me pay 2 months rental plus Rs. 500 for installation. The total was Rs. 3034. I wanted the try their service for one day to see whether they give uninterrupted service or not. I already heard about Tikona's service is very bad through my friends. But, the salesperson promised me that I will get proper service, if not, I can disconnect and get the money back. So, I paid the full amount of Rs. 3034 on[protected]. They activated my connection on[protected]. But, the connection wasn't working continuously. My connection was disconnected very often. I called customer support to fix my problem. They claimed that the problem was fixed through online. But, they never fixed it. I called every day to rectify my problem. But they couldn't fix it. Then finally, I went for disconnection on[protected]. One guy called, Vipin, agreed to disconnect the service, but he asked me to give one more day to resolve the issue. I agreed for that. One technician came on[protected] to my home and tried to fix it. The connection was good for 2 hours and then again I got disconnection problem. Finally, I told them I want to disconnect the service and switched off their modem on[protected] and disconnected it from my computer. My billing cycle is from 7th to 6th every month. And, then they sent someone to collect the modem, I hand it over to him. After all these, I called many times, they don't want to talk to me. When I raise request, they will call, but when I attend the phone, they just hung up. Finally, I was able to get answer from one customer support. He says, I won't get any refund amount. He claims that I was not ready to resolve the problem. What a BIG LIE!         To, The Respected Sir, Date: 4th Dec., 2014 Subject: Complaint against TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORK I KETAN VINUBHAI JAYANI want to file complain against TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORK for address shifting. Many times I called in customer care for shifting the address at my new address. But they have given many time limit but till date nobody came at home and Now they are not ready to hear anything. My Details registered in TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORK are: NAME: Narendrabhai Joshi, Mo. [protected], Address: 31, Bhagunagar, Matawadi, L.H.Road, Varachha, Surat-6 TIKONA ID No: [protected] I’ve given 1st complaint was on 15th Nov. and then continuously I was taking follow up for this complaint and I called many times. Just yesterday (i.e.2nd Dec., 2014) I called them and they told that within 1 hour our representative will come and solve your complain. But nobody came since 15th Nov., 2014. When I registered the request for address change on 15th Nov., 2014, and they told me to pay Rs. 300/-(Rs. 275/- advanced charge +Rs. 25/- Delivery boy), and advance payment of Rs. 2750/-(1st Sep., 2014 to 1st Dec.2014 for TIKONA DATA PLAN.) When I registered 1st complain at that time they told me that we will give all refund if address will not shift. I’ve a recording proof also. I recorded all the phone calls which I talked in TIKONA Customer care. And on 1ST Dec.2014 they told me that now we are not liable to give any refund for your plan. I want to file the complaint against them for refund of Rs. 13, 150/- THIRTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY ONLY (Rs. 3050/- which I paid to the company, Rs. 100/- Grahak Suraksha Kendra Complain Fees, Rs. 5, 000/- Business lost, Rs. 5000/- spoil Self Respect/MAAN HAANI).           I made a disconnection request on 9.11.2014 " Service Request Number 1-[protected], dated : 11/9/2014 03:53:12 PM". I received a confirmation request on 10.11.2014. Since 20.11.2014 I have been continuously making calls & reminding the customer care to disconnect the service every other day. Every time I was assured of getting the final payment email within 48 hours, but never got it. On 3.12.2014 when I called the customer care the lady told me that the disconnection team called me & I haven't picked up the call, but I never had received any call from Tikona. One of your customer care member even told me that my request for disconnection has been cancelled. Each time I have called the response I got from your customer care is that they have escalated the request to the seniors, & it will be disconnected within 48 hours.           I called Your consumer care number on 4.12.2014.Your customer care officer Indrajit Patil had assured me for the disconnection within 24 hours and when I called on 5.12.2014 another officer Mr. Charan assured me to disconnect within 48 hours. This service is not expected from a company who aims to be a national player in private ISP services. Kindly take the necessary step & solve this matter amicably.

            Hi, My name is Dipika Asnani and I had activated a Tikona broadband connection with user ID [protected], for which we had given my roommates details. After a while o[censored]sing this connection, (end of June 2014) I shifted to a different address. I had cleared all previous bills sent at the old address. I had pre-paid the bill for July, so I contacted Tikona customer support on their toll-free no. to move the connection to my name and update the address. A simple request for change of address proved that the team is utterly incapable of their job. After canceling my request of change in address without reason or warning, arguing rudely with the customer over it, and waiting the entire month, the process was still not complete and they failed to update my address or send an engineer to the new address to set up the connection. At this point of frustration, I put in a request for disconnection and it was clearly acknowledged as I received multiple calls from their (uncivilized) team, from different no.s, asking the reason of discontinuation. This was the beginning of harassment already with the umpteen calls. I explained numerous times that I wanted to disconnect due to their incompetence and clearly stated that I wanted to discontinue the service. Nevertheless, after putting in a request to deactivate my account I have been receiving multiple calls a day, FOR THE LAST 5 MONTHS, from different people said to be associated with Tikona, who are blatantly impolite and offense (male&female). I am being harassed regarding a pending bill payment, for which I have received no bills. I have also gotten continuous threats that a court case has been filed against me. I have received calls summoning me to the court in Delhi, in the next 2 hours when I am in Pune, without any prior notice. I was even willing to consider the amount and requested that the bills be sent to me via post or mail for proof, but received nothing. NOTE: I HAVE RECIEVED NO BILLS TO MY NEW ADDRESS NOR MY EMAIL ID, WHICH I HAD UPDATED THEM WITH. NEITHER HAVE I RECEIVED ANY LEGAL NOTICE. YET I AM BEING HARASSED FOR THE LAST FIVE MONTHS WITH THEIR CALLS AND THREATS!! If the Tikona Team is incompetent and fails to provide a service of change of address for an entire month, moreover after sending in a request for disconnection, if they fail to do so immediately or within a weeks time, (which every other company follows), the EX-customer should not have to pay for this. Neither should the individual be continuously harassed with calls and threats from different no.s forcing them to pay a bill mentioned over the phone for which they have no proof. Based on Tikona's other reviews and complaints, I am not the first person to complain about Tikona forcefully taking money for services they have failed to provide.               I can only say it is very unstable connection. 24x7 customer care is available to harass you and to make false commitment. No one bother to help and provide solution. They just there to make false commitment .. nothing else. I am facing frequent connection drop and slow speed problem. For that I raised many complaints. I sent them many mails with snapshot of speed check and ping status. Every time they commit that I'll get a call from engineer or engineer will visit to my place at so and so time. Most of the time engineer didn't come or call at specified time. Last week after many complaints engineer visited to my place in my absence. I don't know what he had done .. because he had nothing to check ( no laptop to check the connectivity ). At last, he informed to my wife that everything is okay. In evening, when I came from office, I faced same issue again. I called to that engineer and informed about problem is not resolved. He committed that he'll come back again in morning to check the issue. But in morning when I tried to call him .. he didn't pick my call. Again same process of calling the customer care. Y'day I got a call again from customer care, and after a long discussion about what kind of problem I am facing, executive gave me assurance that engineer will visit to your place tomorrow at 7:30 pm. Next morning at 12 pm, I got a call again from customer care asking about to sit in front of system so that they can check the connectivity. Informed him about whatever I had discussion y'day evening. Again another call for same purpose .. at 1 pm ... sit in front of system to check the connectivity (They think all Tikona users are jobless or only jobless use Tikona ;) ). I repeat same story again. Surprisingly he told "engineer can't come at 7:30 ... he can visit in afternoon at around 3 or 4 PM.". That time was not possible for me. So we both are agreed at 6 PM. I left office early and quit some important meetings because of this appointment. Now at 8:30 PM no engineer visited yet. Hope people will think at least 100 times before going for Tikona.               Absolute true abhi,

              My user id [protected], very much frustrated by the Tikona services, i am using Tikona from past 2 months, within two months i have raised more than 20 times regarding Internet frequent disconnection, To get my Internet working every time I call they give reason regarding roof top device problem, and give me time line of 24 hours, as i work home most of the time I have use other data card which that also sucks.It never gets resolved and one when a engineers come and vist not able to figure out any thing, before leaving he suggest me to degrade my plan from 4MBPS speed to 2 MBPS you will that much only in this area.

              Now i have called tikona regarding same internet issue and lan cable problem, they still have not come past 3 days.Brovo Tikona sucking all the money and making false promises made by there customer care.

              Please think before getting a connection from Tikona, wrost Internet conectivity, Mother of low speed Internet provider.

              PS:I totally forgot i need Internet to post this complaint, which just now again disconnected before posting comment.

              As I have mentioned above I was facing lot of issues on my tikona connection. After so many complaints and posting on social sites finally Tikona took my problem bit seriously and sent an engineer 'Nitin' with all the equipments. He checked the issue and come-up that problem was in roof top device, LAN cable and ODU device. He was surprised how my connection was working sometimes. Any way he changed everything and after that my connection was working perfectly. I was happy with the speed and the no droppage of connection. But my happiness was just for 1 week and again I started getting same dropping problem. Connection was dropping in every 5 -10 minutes . Customer care checked my connection remotely and said it is because your roof top device is trying to connect to remote server ... they arranged engineer visit. Engineer came ... checked my connection and informed that problem is not in my roof top device it is because of problem in server. And this problem will continue for at least next 15-20 days until server is not upgraded. :(

              I did some complaints again but problem not resolved. I was using an pre-paid connection of 1 year validity. My connection was going to expire on 28th Dec. So I stopped using it and decided that I'll not re-charge it again.

              See their tricks ... I got a call from them on 27-28th Dec ( same day when my connection was expired ). CC informed that 'They have resolved all my problems. After re-charge I can use proper services' .

              Why only on that day when my connection was expired .. I was not even able to check whether connection was working or not that day.
              I had a serious doubt that had done anything. They just wanted me to re-charge my connection.

              I requested to extend the validity as I was not using their service properly since long time. I would check the connection first and if all is good i'll re-charge otherwise not.

              They denied my request on ground of 'it was pre-paid connection'. So what it was pre-paid .. I had paid for 12 months and hardly used their service for 6-7 months properly.

              Any way ..now not in mood of re-new. Since Tikona connection was not stable ... I was using an parallel connection of Docomo. I am happy with Docomo and throwing this useless Tikona connection.

              Purpose of this post is just to inform other users about Tikona quality service.

                I have taken your broadband services (20Gb, 4Mbps) plan with following details. I have also paid Rs 2360/- towards the same. Tikona user id: [protected] Address : F2 flat, Ashirvaad homes, cto colony 5th street, west tambaram, Chennai-600045. Connection status : Cabling done, registration not done usage not started I raised a request on 15th october and you guys called me and said that I will recieve 1860 rupees with in 415 working days.                   I Vipin Trisal( User ID : [protected]) have been facing problems with my Internet from Past 4 Days. I have subscried to a plan of 2 Mbps and 20 Gb Data Cap. From past 4 Days the speed is always less than 200 Kbps. Today I have noticed that the Data Usage shows that I have used more than 5 Gb of data since the problem is occurring. However the fact is that due to the problem I have not been able to use the internet at all and I have kept the Tikona Modem ON as a\suggested by the customer care executive as the Tikona might be checking the network from their end. From past 4 days the Customer Care Exceutives have been telling me that the complaint is registered and I will get a call back in 4 to 6 hours. However nobody from Tikona has called me yet.                   I received a call from Tikona @ 3 pm while I was in the office and could not access the PC at home, so I requested them to call me back at 6:30 which they never did.

                  I called @ 6:45 to enquire and I was again promised that the call will be there before 9 pm. Now @ 9:10 I again call and ask the executive to disconnect the connection as my complaint is not worked upon.

                  Now he assured me that a Senior Technical Guy will call me in 30 mins.

                  4 Days of complaint and not a single proper solution.

                  How would you resolve it?

                    Hi I Had taken Tikona Broad Band in the month of September 2014. Initial payment was for 2 months rental advance. I have paid it. According to the advance rental payment i have made i can use the broadband till 14-Nov-2014. My billing period is from 15th of every month to 14th of next month. ex 15-sep-2014 to 14-oct-2014 and 15-oct-2014 to 14-nov-2014. The concern. The billing period was supposed to start from 15-Nov-2014 to 14-dec-2014. I have last used the internet on 14-Nov-2014. I sent ( called and email ) Tikona the disconnection request on 15-Nov-2014. 9.50 Am. I requested them to cancel my connection as I m not happy with the service. They said with in 15 days the disconnection will happen. Even on 1-dec-2014 the disconnection has not happened. I sent them another email checking the disconnection process. In between I got mails on the newly generated bill for the period 15-nov-2014 to 14-dec-2014. I called them and informed about the disconnection. on 1-dec-2014, tikona billing department called me and demanding me to pay the rental for the entire period 15-Nov-2014 to 14-dec-2014. Tikona says, as the billing period starts on 15-nov-2014, i should have informed on 14-nov-2014. on 15-Nov-2014 the bill is already generated and I need to pay the entire amount . Tikona is threatening to take legal actions against me. I do not mind paying for one or two days because my request was on the first day of the billing cycle. Can you please let me know if I need to pay the rental amount for the entire period. in this billing cycle, I have not even used the broad band for single minute. Can you please suggest.                       I am very much disappointed with the services of tikona. i made a request to transfer my connection on 31/12/2015 with request number 1-[protected]. i have called many time to your customer care but my problem is as it is. I got the number of area manager Mr. Rohit Mishra but he is not lifting the phone for a single time. I am not getting any solution of my problem so I have decided that not to continue my connection further. IT WAS MY MISTAKE TO CHOOSE TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORK.

                        i have raised several complains still my Internet is not working . When ever i call them they say this i will be done in 9 hours and there 9 hours have yet not been completed till today . And i have made several complains but if i see in my service request they all are closed but not of them have been fixed i have complained on tikona fouram, on email on phone even of their fb page still nothing has been done inspirte they say that we are working since how many days like 20 days now and still i get the sms that your issue has been resolved. but you can see below that my issue has yet not been resolved and acc to them my issue was closed for 12 th nov on 12 nov for 16 th nov on 16 nov for 19 nov on 19 nov and 26 is still going on because i have been calling them daily but still i can not see any service requests under my account and all are closed and i am reciving sms for the same .. TIKONA IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM FOR LOOTING PEOPLE IF THEY WOULD HAVE BEGGED MAY ME I WOULD HAVW DONATED THEM.. but why scamming AND THE MANAGMENT they have even worse .. supervisors do not have emails what the hell...

                            Tikona broadband company is totally waste, took 2 month money in advance and not even given a service of singal day, after companing several time, orally and written no response from customer support they just enroll complaint and no service provided, when i called the person "agent" he told tikona hired us on service and request basis we are not employee, company office itself saying contact online customer support and area tikona office say contact online customer support, means they just play hide n seek, wasted full 45 days like this and after tired of all this we automatic forget about our 2000 . so never never trust this tikona broad band ...CHOR COMPANY, BOGUS staff

                              This is about the Tikona Internet Service Provider. Tikona Broadband User-ID : [protected] Tikona Account Number :[protected] I got Tikona Internet fixed at my home, and at that time I paid 3 months advance along with the installation fee's. I was paying my monthly bill in advance as it was prepaid.When, I need to shift somewhere to other place. I placed a request for disconnection on Date 3-Sep.But, Tikona customer care called and informed me to keep continue with this connection and tikona internet service as they can transfer the connection to my new address.So, I agreed.After, that on the date of [censored]ing i.e. 19/Sep/2014 the Tikona Installation person came to my new address and informed me that installation is not possible and the server is very far from my address. So, he said my account will get in to termination status and on 02/10/2014 I got the confirmation from Tikona regarding the termination confirmation on 19th Sep. When the Full and Final Settlement came, they have informed me that as my Usage is found till 19-Sep-2014 which is in billing cycle of 15-Sep to 14-Oct. So, I need to pay complete month amount including late month charges which is total Rs. 886.52 Anyhow, I was paying my all bills in advance. So, all the billing till 15th September was cleared by me in advance. a) Why should I need to pay for complete month, when already my connection was disconnected on 19-Sep and because of their acceptance to transfer the connection to my new address without taking any installation charges I waited till 19th Sep in orderto retaining my connection and they turn out at end time with some excuse. b) Also, It is because of their request that I thought of transferring this connection to my new address and on last day they are informing me that transfer is not possible.If, that has not haappened I would have been disconnected before next billing cycle. c) Even, though if the usage was there till 19th Sep, I am ready to pay for that for extended 4 days. But, Why I should pay for complete month when my connection was already disconnected on 19th Sep. Why should I pay for the days for which I have not used it. Tikona people collected modem and other related equipments, but I still get calls from different people using different numbers and one particular number[protected] as she or he is a lawyer from Delhi court. When I asked them about my refund amount pending with Tikona, they said I have refund of Rs. 1200. I said I will make the payment but first send me the details of my refund amount pending with Tikona. I never had any late payment history with Tikona for the service I used. My bill at the time of termination was for 773 and I asked them to set-off against my refund payment and return me the remaining amount or send me the details on my Mail about the refund, then I will make the payment, but still not received any mail from the Tikona and still getting calls with harassment Also have written mail to customer care and also to Mr. J. Nair, but still no verbal or written communication from customer care or Mr. J. Nair after me writing the mail. All I receive is just computer generated mail that the call will be attended, nothing else. Pls help me on this issue and let me know how to get rid of this thing ASAP.

                                  Looks like lot of people face horrible technical issues and billing issues when they disconnect the line. Can Tikona explain their policy for disconnecting the service? For example, if some one paid already for 3 months in advance and you failed to give uninterrupted service and the customer wants to disconnect the service within 2 weeks of taking the service, will you refund the unused period's money to the customer? Please read my post word for word and then answer here so that the broadband community will come to know Tikona's policy. Why should I take connection first, to know your disconnection policy?

I feel sorry for the people who take broadband connection from Tikona. Definetly they will be cheated by Tikona while giving very very poor service of slow speed and most of the time 18 hours in 24 hours of no service at all.

                                    Tikona ID - [protected]. We had asked Tikona to disconnect our broadband connection several times. There was a huge delay in their part. After a week of countless calls to the executives they finally disconnected our connection. But they are making frequent calls threatening that we have to pay the pending amount for 2 months. They are calling countless times threating us to pay the bill amount or they will take us to court for legal proceedings. There isn't even a basic hospitality with the people who are threatening. I am planning to take legal action against Tikona if they continue to behave like this.
