I WAS VERY ANGRY BECAUSE I WAS TRYING FROM 3 DAYS 2 CHANGE MY PLAN FROM FUL 499 TO FUL599 BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE!!!

i am trying change my plan to 299 to 799 but from last month did not give any resposne. i call on call center they say ur accont not close.
They are having good and improved customer care now.

and the speed is the fastest, no doubt...

I have given connection in 599 plan And in that plan the downloading speed is
300 Kbps
but
I got the connection for only 150Kbps and the downloading speed
is 18--20 Kbps only i am feeling insufficient on your service
i[censored] didn't do the needful then i wont pay the bil for this month
i am using tikona 499 plan of 150kbps speed but getting only 59kbps
customer care executive saying problem will be resolve
but 6 days passed and problem remain same
should i pay this month bill ?

i am very angry about customer care because i have changed the plan ful 599 to 49 before 3 months back stil now no response from tikona care, & from 3 months ididnt pay the bill & now i am disconecting the connection
tikona customer care service is very bad, they does not attend the call, its toll free number is very bad, plan changing is very troublesome process,
i want to change my plan for rs 800 to rs950, but its toll free number disconnected so many times, it is very painful situation for me,

    I have requested for disconnection on 28Apr 2011. It's not yet happened; and the bill is generating for the month of May also. Please confirm the following points

    1. Will bill will generate for the month of June?
    2. By when can I expect the engineer to come and collect the modem? [I will be the only from Monday - Friday]
    3. I have checked the address in the latest bill [20-May-2011]; it mentioned the old address. I have requested around 10-15 times for changing the address.

    Please confirm the details immediately; I will be moving to other location by the end of this month and I am hereby declare that I would not be responsible for any thing related to 'TIKONA' after this month [31-May-2011].

    I have made the termination request on 28th April and I confirmed many your tele-executive that the bill will calculated only till the day I have requested for termination. This I have confirmed many many times.

    This is the one and only one reason why I wanted to disconnect the services; bill and usage are unexpectedly increases like anything. At any cost I would not pay any bit amount of money for days after 28 Apr. You can check the usage also for the verification.

    I am very much disappointed with the way you treat your customers. I am getting harassed and threatened by calls from your recovery agents, though I have paid all the dues.

    I am not using your connection since 6 months (from Feb 2016). I asked to close my connection several times but still after 6 months I am getting bills with 100 rs penalties.

    After receiving this mail, I called your customer case and informed them that I have already paid the dues than why you are asking me to pay 99 rs again. the representative asked me to send an email to [protected]@tikona.in and then my connection will be closed.

    I tried sending several emails on 22th July to [protected]@tikona.in but I always got an auto reply saying that the email if is not registered. Although I was sending emails from [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with my customer Id: [protected]. I have all the emails and can show if required.

    I called customer care again and told them the whole story. the representative said that "ok sir, I will note it down and will close this connection, and you need not to pay anything". The complaint number he gave me was : 1-[protected]. I spoke to Anand and he confirmed that they will close the connection and I need not to pay anything.

    after doing all these things, I am still getting bills and every month they add Rs100/- as bill + Rs100/- as late penalty.

    On (15th Sep), I got a call from lawyer from Delhi ([protected]). He threatened me that if I will not pay Rs607/- than he will do a court case. I tried explaining him my issue but he was not ready to listen and started abusing me. I again tried sending several emails on [protected]@tikona.in and tried calling[protected] but I was not able to reach anyone.

    Today (17th Sep), I called on[protected] and spoke to your customer care representative. I explained him everything from start to end but he was not understanding my point. He was again saying that I need to pay this Rs407/- due amount and send an email to [protected]@tikona.in than only the connection will be closed. I explained him that I already did the same thing 2 months back. I even asked him to transfer the call to his manager but he said that there is no one senior to him. I have recorded this conversation and can produce it if required.

    From the above summary you can also understand that this is not my fault and you are generating incorrect bills for my account. But I don’t want to get into this long legal process that’s why I am paying all the dues Rs407+ 200 extra just to make sure that you don’t generate any bill next month. I hope this time it gets resolved. Please find the payment details below:

    FEEDBACK : I have used you services for more than a year and always paid all the bills on time. I have also recommended Tikona to my friends. But after this experience I will not suggest anyone to use your service. I have been a victim of harassment wherein I got calls from so-called lawyers.

So I guess there is nothing pending.       Had Applied for Tikona Broadband Connection After Seeing an Advertising pamplet at my residence,and also by seeing an Ad in Theatre, i Thought it is a best,

      I called up at Call centre And booked for a demo on 15th of nov,
      But there was no call from your side till 15 days, on 27th nov i received a call from mira road office that they want to come to show me a demo, i said ok,a person visited i told him to show me demo he told me that he had come here to check network signal, another person will come to show you a demo, but before that you have to give us a cheque of Rs-500/-, i told him that company claims that they will first show the demo,but he told that no you have to give a cheque, i siad ok i gave him a chq.No.527551(s.b.i) and told him that dont show me demo directy install it,

      So on 30nov. again one person visited at my resi.to install but after some time he told that he had forgot to bring Antenna and he will be back after some time,

      But till date nor my Connection Or my Chq. had been Return
      I Regularly called at off.that what happend for my connection, the person named Mr.Abhishek Always give me False Ans.

      I VERY MUCH AGREE TO YOUR COMPLAINT, IT HAS A VEY BAD SERVICE.
      I will agree with u guys... very bad service. My case I took connection and I am getting very low signal, I have complained to customer care a week days back... No response and I had a discussion with local office they alwys give wrong information... They r in the way but no one will visit customer place.

      Very Bad Service :) I don't know what to do?

      I called up at Call centre And booked for a appointment 15th of nov, On 16 Nov tikona representative Mr. Arjun came up with the broacher and a form which he said to duly signed by our Society (Karmaveer Bhau Rao Society ) and gave a commitment of internet connection within 10 days after submitting the signed form, and he took a leave. After 2 days that is on 19 Nov the form was collected by Mr.Arujn and again he committed the same Thing, and today im writing you a mail 22/12/2009 because connection yet to installed in our building, we were so desperate for the connection because im not the single person waiting for the connection their more 5 people which disconnected their earlier internet connection, after several calls made to tikonas representative names metioned below .

      Do let me know if you have received any as i too have registered the complaint against auto walas but i haven't received any response from there side.
      I was register my connection on 7th march and Tikona guys are promise to give a physical connection of TICONA internet at my home within 48 hours. But presently 96 + 4 hours completed but no body want to see us.

      More important thing is that they already taken my all document like PAN CARD + ELECTRICITY BILL + PHOTO + INSTALLATION charges {500rs} then i don't know the problem of such delay. Previously i was talk to your TICONA car center with following guys Shisupal Deskmukh, Rani, afsal, homesh they register my complent with ID[protected] but no solution.

      Sales people name Mitesh(mira road branch) they used there cell phone ([protected]) and to contact us. But presently this no. also showing switch off..

        Pathetic speed and customer support.
        They commit many things but does not fulfill even a third of what is committed.
        I reside in Thane (West), Maharashtra and I had taken a plan of Rs.899 for which i was told that i would get speed of 600KbPS and i am getting speed lower than 100kBPS. All the more pathetic is their customer support which would keep on telling lies about some network upgradation and giving you next week as date and time.
        Again they promise that through their modem one would be able to connect wireless laptops/desktop till 50 meters; which you would not be able to do even at a distance of 10 meters.
        My suggestion do not take this connection.
        I have a similar experience. I am using the same plan since 1 month (FUL899) which promises 600 kilobit per sec, which means that i should get a minimum of 75 KBPS speed. but i usually get only 30-40 KBPS. Sometimes it drops to 5-6 KBPS! And there are frequent line drops around the clock, disrupting my downloads. I am residing in Kondhwa, Pune. I am considering cancelling my connection now.

          I am trying to get the live demo for theier products for the last five days.

          While marketing they claimed that a live demo will be arranged within two days.
          Let alone live demo nobody has bothered to even call to take an appointment till date.
          Everytime I call their customer care they tell me they have escalated the matter and give me a new request / complaint no. but to no avail.

          If any service provider is treating a customer like this before even the start of the service imagine the situation of after sales service.

          Tikona Broadband — Poor After Sales Service

          Hi,
          This is to Inform you that I had accepted an agreement with Tikona Broadband for a Broadband Connectivity 3 months ago. The connection was successfully set up after several times but finally the job was done . As a part of the deal i was expected to receive a full version free antivirus installation at my place via an engineer at the same time to action against a complaint with regards to connectivity issues . It has been over 3 Weeks since i have not heard about the complaint followup and 3 months since the awaiting of the installation .
          Would like to request for an honest answer in this regards as this is absolutely AWFUL LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE .
          Today its me who says it but if the trend continues Many others are yet to follow .

          Please reply on some feedback and suggestions on the matter. Would be APPRECIATED

          I want to install new connection from Tikona Broadband connection provider so i registered with Tikona Company , no body is bothered to provide new connection . when company is such irresponsible behavior to acquire new customer .then what happens after sale service .

            I am having Tikona broadband connection with Consumer ID [protected] ans subscribed their highest available plan UL1249 which claimes to give 1Mbps speed, I never get speed more than 400Kbps and some times even less than 100Kbps but inspite of complaining almost daily to costomercare since last one month there is no resolution of problem and now i am fed-up calling them but never get a satsfactory answers.

            poor connection most of the time there is coverage issue..
            I have called the customer services but the technical team only takes the complain and gives no assistance
            When i called the customer services there representative name Minal informed me that she cannot give the supervisor's name when i wish to speak to him/her as there was no assistance from the technical team more over she kept me on hold for 10 min and then picked up the call and disconnected it which was totally a poor customer services.
            when called back with in a min another representative inform me that Minal and her supervisor have left for the day
            For 2 days i have no help from the technical team and my coverage and speed are very poor speed that they promise is 600Kbps which i don't get

            I have obtained broadband connection from Tikona Wi-Bro. Even after paying all dues they have de-activated my services without any intimation. After repeated complaints there is no response from the company.

            Tikona Wi-bro — I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE OF THE HIGHER EXECUTIVES TO COMPLAINTS

            This is to your kind notice that I had requested for a wi fi internet connection by paying through a cheque for Rs.500 as required by your company 0n 27/05/2010. My problems started the day I opted for your connection as the story of calling your service people and calling the help line started.
            I had my BSNL broadband disconnected on the assurance of your service people that the connection will be done in a matter of few hours. The process of getting a connection itself took almost more than a month. After a lot of calls to the helpline the service was activated on 7/6/10 evening.
            Since 9/6/10 I have not been able to access the net and a new ordeal started. I have made tens or rather hundreds of calls to your helpline (or is it a un helpful line). But, till today I have seen no results. I also tried speaking to the supervisor of the customer care (Ms.kavita who many a time promised to call back but failed to do so) and turned out to be of no use. On my follow up calls, the standard line is "we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience and the issue will be resolved immediately", your local technical team also failed to respond (they don’t even pick up the phone now).In the mean time one of your executives Mr. Deepak had filed a false report in the month of may stating that my problem has been resolved. But the fact was my activation was not even done when this report was filed. The records with you will prove me right. I had complained about this also but I have my own doubts about any action from your side as you have proved inaction till now.
            Here are a few complaint nos. for your reference:

            [protected] on 11/6/10.................. (Many a times refused to register a complaint)

            It’s more than a month since you are trying to solve this problem, which is a far cry; but nobody has even bothered to give me a call at least. After all these days of frustrations, I spoke to ms.kavita the customer care supervisor on 7/7/10 and asked for an explanation for all this confusions. I was very much surprised to hear that I had asked for a disconnection on 9/6/10 and hence my service is terminated. As a matter of fact my request was made only on 14/6/10 for a refund. On further insistence your executives have divulged the fact that the service was stopped on the request of your executive who is locally based and his employee # [protected].
            My query to you is:
            1. How is it possible that somebody gets my service terminated without my consent and I have not defaulted?
            2. Did it take more than a month to find out that my service was terminated?
            3. Does your company allow its employees to take arbitrary action and let go scot free?
            4. Does your customer have any rights as a consumer to know the facts as to why he has been denied services, though satisfying all your requirments?
            5. In these days of internet and you being a service provider does it take months to find out as to who is responsible for all this mess?
            6. Does your company follow any principles, consumer acts, company acts, TRAI act and many such acts/rules you are bounded by or do you follow your own acts and fancies.
            The list can go on and on, but to cut things short I as a consumer demand to know why and who is behind all this. I also demand an explanation from your side and immediate restoration of service and compensation, failing which I will be compelled to approach the competent / regulatory authorities and approach the consumer courts as well to seek compensation for the damages caused due to deficiency in service and for mental agony caused as deemed fit.

            even i have similer experience. My IP is blacklisted which is not solved since long and due to this i could not able to send mails to any peoples as any mail sent to any person, is been delivered as spam box.
            even speed is not upto mark and their engineers say this is very good speed.
            I have been writing their engineer, customer care and even nodal officers without getting any reply which shows their non responsibility to take care of customer's complain

            Tikona Wi-bro — Internet connectivity Problem

            Had a connection of 512 kbps in which i should get a downloading speed of 64 kbps but through out the day if compared i get a average speed of 30 kbps. I had launched several complaints which as per the record are shown closed but the problem still persists. So kindly help me out.

            This is aman verma login id [protected]. My complaint is regarding my bill. Every month my bill was not come in same amount why its is. Is the billing department is uneducated. Last month bill which I pay 617/-. I got message 617/- on my cell phone and e-bill also. But when I pay my bill through self care it was 631.65/- . Why 14/- extra on my self care bill. This is e-Bill Account Number is[protected] & Self care bill account number is B[protected] amount is 631.65/-.

            In my view my current bill is 631/- not 645/-.

              Respected Sir,
              This is regarding my tikona id no [protected] I have complained thrice on 16th, 17th & 18th i.e. today through e-mail to your customer care centre to change my tarrif plan from CB549 to FUL799 I even had a telephonic conversation with them but they just give me the complaint no and repeatedly for the last three days are telling me that tarrif plan will be change with in 24 hrs and that I should send e-mail requesting for the same although I have send the e-mail thrice to them when I called them today they told me that they have changed my tarrif to UL699 which I had not requested for. so kindly help me in this matter and change my plan to FUL799 as I have requested in my e-mail I am sending the complain no for your perusal. I would be very thankful if you do the needful as soon as possible.

                Worst kind of service i have ever come across!!!!!!!!!!

                Its a fraud and bogus company. It will start sending you bills without providing the hardware or connection. And if you wanna complaint about the same at their customer care it will be a miracle if you get through the number. Please my personal advice dont buy any connection from this company since its a nightmare...................
                Even i tried applying for the connection but same issue.. As the contact details are FAKE... Nobody answers the H.O # and as well you waste enough money on the Toll free #.. thinking u might be lucky to get connected to the Tikona Broadband... But USELESSSSSSS...
                One doesnt need to be Sherlock Holmes to deduce that this is a fraudulent company. They make phony calls that you have emailed them and if you ask them for their company office address they say it is secret and against company policy to tell who they are and where they operate from.
                One has to be really stupid to fall in their trap.

                My humble request/suggestion to all prospect customers of TIKONA BROADBAND is to go to some internet cafes pay and use internet rather than opting this useless pathetic connection. Here my story goes...

                I was planning for a good broadband connection at my flat and my bad luck same time Tikona Guys were intalling some stuff in my building. I approached the sales person he gave a plan where i would be getting 360kbps where I can use it for both my Desktop and Laptop at a time. Finally opted and there started the problems...you never get proper signals, very week connectivity...you cant imagine the speed would be 1kbps to open a website you should wait all most half a day...100s of calls went to customer care, everyone says that the problem will be solved some techy guy will visit my place and install some other device which will increase the connectivity...I was waiting for allmost two months...no one turned up!

                I wonder when people from collections are very prompt for taking the money...making calls visiting my home...really PISSED ME OFF...even they were very promisive that some masiha will come and fix the problem...again I waited for a month...Finally gave a call to Cust Care Exec said to cancel the connection and do not call me anytime in their entire life for any reason and If needed said them to come and take their devices from my dust bin. I immediately switched to Airtel Broadband and I am very happy using it...

                FOR TIKONA GUYS::
                You either know how to treat customers or shut down your company and do some palli-batana business in bus stands. Collecting money is not only business, you should even provide service along with care.
                tikona internet is a net without knot.management is poor.
                I'm totally agree with consumer complaints. I'm also experiencing very poor quality. First thing the speed is about 15-20 kbps for 849 (512 kbps) plan.

                I had been a victim of this TIKONA and suffered for 3months. No response from TIKONA customer care. Bad service. NO antivirus provided as promised. I also suggest you the same not to buy this product. Enhance this protest

                I am raising complain that my internet is not working properly and the speed is showing too low and even sometime

                its not even able to connect to the internet. Whenever i call customer care, they keep saying that it will not

                happen on next day, some server update is going on.
                The whole week have been passed but the problem is not resolved.
                Dear people, our irony is that we are living in a country, where every company is fraud and just take charges but

                never provide services. Tikona is one of such fraud company.
                I am fed up with its cusotmer care services. Neither they are able to resolve the issue, nor they respond quickly.

                It take too long to just log your request. So frustrating behaviour of customer care.

                Last i talked to Rahul from customer care, he said some server update is going on in gurgaon, tomorrow you wont face

                any issue. But i am still facing an issue. None of my request have been resolved out of mentioned below:-

                4) 1-[protected]

                even my call get disconnected while talking to sohan on 15Nov2012 at 9:22 PM. It was clear that he was not able to

                resolve my issue so he disconnected the call. I have full data thats why anyone can understand i am saying truth.


                Please do the needful. take some action against them. Never rely on this company, its a big fraud company, it gives

                you plan of 2MBPS but you get only 200-400 kbps speed.

                My irony is that Airtel do not have network here, else i would have selected Airtel connection. Can anyone suggest

                me some good broadband connection.

                  I have taken Tikona Wi-Bro Service at my Residence - www.tikona.in. (My User No [protected]). They promised of high quality Internet Service. Although I never took note of intermediate disruptions thinking it to be normal, however from 8th Oct-09 the network failed. When it did not revive after two days I made a call to their Customer Support and lodged my complaint (No[protected] when my numerous phone calls did not serve any purpose.

                  However, as things did not improve I wrote an email to their __ on 15.10.09 post which I got a call stating thinhs would be ok by next two days. Nothing happened and I wrote back to him on 20.10.09 asking for status and withdrawal of connection. No response. I repeated email on 26.10.09 and called on Mr. Parth Samai ([protected]) who said their Technical Engineer would give me call. Nothing came through.

                  Then on 29.10.09, I finally lodged a request asking for disconnection and refund of my Security Deposit amount (Rs. 800/-) (No[protected]. But neither they have responded to my disconnection request, nor they have till date been able to restore connection.

                  Request you to initiate action against the party.

                  i paid installation charges when they people were registering in our apartment, they took one week to install it, instead of one day as per there commitment, at last it got installed after one week and it took almost my 35-40 calls to different tikona officials. and now i m submitting my reviews after my total unsatisfactory o[censored]sing this stupid tikona wibro internet services since one complete month o[censored]sage. i was not getting good speed as per my plan (as it should be 35 kbps as per plan) i was getting 25-30 kbps (there unit called A.P. is just 12-15 mtrs away from my pc) and my net was getting disconnected regularly after any time (say 15 mins to 2 hrs). after their survey to my place they people adviced me to upgrade my plan to upgrade two levels, and i did so it was quite costly but i tried. after in my speed was varying from 2kbps to 50kbps and as per there commitment their speed remains constant, and my dis connectivity of internet was still as it was. but now i m feeling happy and lucky AFTER KICKING THEIR STUFF OUT OF MY HOUSE. I DIDN'T PAID THERE BILL AND LEFT USING TIKONA WIBRO. TIKONA IS A SERVICES OF PROVIDING INTERNET.

                  Hi! I have the same story and the same problem as Mannu and Siddhartha Dey have. I have opted for 750 UNLIMITED (600 kbps) plan but after using it only for 4 hours I got the problem of disconnectivity. The AP (ACCESS POINT) was 20-30 meters away from my house and the speed provided was around 40-50 kb/sec as it should be around 70-75kb/sec (600/8 = 75). I am very dissatisfied with the service and don't want to continue further. So, I have complained 5 times in the past 3 months to CUSTOMER CARE AND NAGESH PRASAD (nagesh.[protected]@tikona.in) by EMAIL as well as by PHONE. But they have only one thing to say that their team in Delhi would come to my house and resolve the issue. But, no action was taken till date. So, Mannu I want to know that how do they agreed to take back their stuff.
                  Please help me out. And also if anybody knows the E-Mail or PHONE NUMBER of any HIGHER AUTHORITY of TIKONA then please give it to me.

                  Tikona is a worst Internet service provider i have ever dealt with...
                  I applied for Tikona wireless internet service. The representative collected all the documents without checking the availability of service and collected money(1100) from me.
                  Installation never happened and upon calling the call center, they didn't even bother to solve my problem and when i asked them the office address, they didnt provide as they dont have any physical office in Bangalore (some crap Muslim agents handle it, who dont know how to speak with customer). I requested for cancellation and they said it takes 1 month for refund. I waited for the refund.
                  After 1 month, i got bill of 600. I never got the connection installed and I started getting the bill. There is no way to respond.... ridiculous, pathetic

                  I will sue this company ....

                  I too have been waiting for my refund of Rs. 1267 from the bangalore office, i called up just dial got a number, spoke to a someone with the contact no. and got hold of an address. Paid a visit, came to know that they sent a cheque for Rs. 715 twice and hence was with them in "mumbai". I never got the connection and they need to pay my full amount.

                  How do you plan to approach this?, we should all work together and get our money back
                  i saw a list of 101 users with refunds that are pending.looks like an approx feund of 1.3 lakhs.
                  Looks like Tikona noticed this complaint and they gave me a call from mumbai office. They just told that i can ignore my bill and they will look into this issue.

                  I think we should demand for penalty of at least 1:5 so that they wont repeat this with other prospective customers. I live in a gated community with 50 houses i have informed everyone not to go for tikona service
