My Customer number is [protected].. on 22nd of July i have paid my dues of 2013 Rs online. And on same day i put the request for termination of my account and on next day ie 23rd of July 2014 for confirmation of termination of account and i said and told them to close that connection(Even after that, they have given me various options of shifting it to another address or giving referrals etc... and even after i refused they kept on bragging for 5 min.) When i called customer care on 22nd July they told me that if i pay my remaining amount i wont have to pay my next bill which is going to generate on 26th July. so now on 26th July i got mail regarding new bill of 1200. And now they are calling me again and again and telling me to pay that bill. but when i told them that i have put request of termination on 22nd customer care representatives are telling me that i put request on 27th July. please solve this issue

    I was holding a Tikona connection with user ID: [protected]. I have been getting calls from some lawyer from Tikona threatening me that a case had been filed in the Delhi court and that I would need to visit the Delhi court or the police will take action against me. They say it is for the so called pending bill of Rs 2070 something and that they had filed a case against me. I have been receiving calls persistently from someone threatening me about the case. This is extremely annoying. I am extremely fed up with these threatening calls every now and then. This is to bring to your notice that, I have taken the tikona connection but due to very bad service i have requested to close the connection. So please stop harassing the customers by such lawyers or recovery agents. Hope there is no jungle raj of tikona in India. There is much discrepancy in Customer service from Tikona's part.       Hi, This mail is regarding my Tikona broadband User ID: [protected]. Intend to share my severe pain and mental troma I have been through during my experience with Tikona - Start from the date 08 Feb, 2014, I applied for Tikona internet in spite of having so many complaints in my society - Ark Serene County, Channasandra, Whitefield, the reason was that I had no other internet wireline options there in my society. But i think that was my life time mistake. Honestly speaking after 08 Feb, 2014, My connection was okay till 14th Apr, 2014 though some small issues here and there like slow speed and no access for some hours which I could ignore. 14th Apr, 2014 my internet connection has stopped working completely. I complained to Tikona Customer Care for the same which Comlaint number#[protected]. Next two weeks no technical person visited for this complaint. On 24th Apr I called up customer care again for temporary termination as I was going abroad. Customer care person said it was not possible as my connection was not even more than three months. So I was forced to continue without even any usage. May 25th, 2014 my family came back to town but I was still not in india. And my family confirmed that net is not yet functional, so from USA, I called up tikona customer care again, they asked me to pay remaining bill amount else no technical person one will turn up. I have paid that and asked them to have visit for connection not working yet. No response again. I called up my sales person Aftab, but he didn't help me with this regard. June 2nd when I came back to India, again I called up customer care, but no response. Till then, I kept calling customer care and tried to reach Deepak Tikona Area manager for Channasandra, whitefield in between but no help. At last I complained Tikona Customer care to disconnect my tikona connection. Now here is the sum up, in spite of so many complaints, if tikona company having no customer orientation, send no technical person and 14 Apr, 2014 onwards there is no data usage, still Tikona expects me to pay this amount of Rs 2070. Which is completely unethical and unacceptable to me. I have all your modem and wire with me. Pls collect it. And ensure to waive off this amount. Would expect some response on this mail at least. And expect some professional gesture from private company. Pankaj Joshi

They say it is for the so called pending bill of Rs 3271 something and that they had filed a case against me. I have been receiving calls persistently from someone threatening me about the case. This is extremely annoying. I am extremely fed up with these threatening calls every now and then. This is to bring to your notice that, I have taken the tikona connection but due to very bad service i have requested to close the connection. I try to call tikona care, the call is not taken and the IVRS system says I will get a call in next 48 hours which I never got. I have also also requested to settle and return the POE adapter to tikona. So please stop harassing the customers by such lawyers or recovery agents. Hope there is no jungle raj of tikona in India.         It's nonsense. Despite making payment of Rs. 1071.20 towards full and final, still getting calls threatening legal actions and calling from TeesHazari Court . This time from[protected]. In absence of any resolsoon, I will initiate a legal action this time.
        I HAVE FACE SAME PROBLEM TODAY I RECEIVED CALL FROM[protected] AND [protected], THEY SAID CALLING FROM TISHAZARI COURT AND CLEAR YOUR PAYMENT ELSE YOU WILL FINED RS.34000. BUT LATTER I KNOW THAT IT IS DIRTY GAME PLAY BY TIKONA, ALL ARE FAKE RECOVERY AGENT.
        I REQUEST YOU TO ALL IF YOU GET SUCH TYPE OF FAKE CALL DON'T PANIC, DON, T DO ANYTHING RECORD HIS PHONE CALL AND GIVE COMPLAIN IN POLICE.

          Hi All, I have received calls from [protected], saying that he is an advocate in Delhi a month ago and again today I got a call from another number [protected] saying the same story again that he is an advocate in Delhi. I need to pay 1300/- odd towards my bill payment with Tikona. I have paid all the payments till the time I have used this connection and clearly got a confirmation email that the balance is zero, asked to return the equipment initially given by Tikona. I have returned the equipment to the tikona's representative and got a letter as well with no dues. Now I'm receiving these prank calls from Tikona. I think it's a part of Tikona's profession to collect money even after the cancellation. Greedy . So, need help regarding this for sorting out this calls issue. Regards, Prasanth [protected]

            Hello We are filling a PIL in the court against Tikona Broad Band Connection Company for mentally harassing the clients and tourturing them. Apart from this, we are also requesting the honable court to compensate and refund all the money taken by tikona broadband to the clients for their poor services to the clients and mass public. Apart from this, we are also filling a case of IPC 420 for fraud and cheating against Mr. Prakash Bajpayee for cheating and defrauding Indian customers Anyone who is interested to be the part of this PIL and complaint can please contact me at +91-[protected], we will provide you a format for the complaint and you will only have to file the FIR in the local police station and send a copy to us. regards

            What was the outcome of the action.
            I am too thinking of filing PIL against them. They keep on cheating every time.
            Now i am also going to file FIR against TIKONA, Nitin i am going to contact you very soon
            Count me in too... I have been harassed enough by TIKONA Billing dept. who keep asking me to pay for the services that i have not used. Please someone over here let me know about the Complaint format & procedure to file PIL/FIR, which ever is applicable against TIKONA.

              Hi, I am suffering from fluctuating speed in internet connection last 4 days. After several calls to tikona customer care i have been assured that my connection will be better in some specific time, which had never happened. please find the attachment for the current speed. Please find the ticket number as 1-[protected], which was raised yesterday. And i was assured that every thing will be fine by today 2:00 PM. Not sure what to do, where to go. Regards, Plaban

              How should i be assured, becoz last 4 times i am getting same assurance. But No result.

              Since last 8 days following up with the tikona customer care.
              But i am getting false commitment all the time. (You can go and check the call recordings.)

              At least tikona guys should let me know the actual situation.
              i spoke to 4 different guys from tikona. Every body committed something which never happened.

              This sort of false commitment is very frustrating.

              And i felt that there no mechanism in Tikona to escalate your complain.
              Nothing... Kuch ho jaye call the customer care..
              They are specially trained to tackle the customers with false commitments.

                Hi Team, I have taken tikona 2 mb/s plan but for the time period of 27 June to 15 July i was not getting proper connection and bandwidth. After talking to customer it was found that there was some issue at tikona tower for which i have to call your customer care to get my resolved. After talking everyday till July 15 to the bunch of tikona and customer care finally somehow issue got resolved by the grace of god. So, after that i raised request for waver for the almost 19 day during which i did not had connection and for which these money leechers have given only Rs 16 waver. So, i request you to please revisit this as i am not satisfied with this waver. I alo complained CC for this and they told that they will discuss about this for which they arranged one call but they did not called back. I fear if these type of service you guys are providing to customer then it will become very difficult to continue with tikona connection. I hope to hear soon from you guys on this.                   we have been using tikona for more than a year recently we have relocated to new place where tikona connection is not available i called to the customer care and asked them to disconnect but they have not done but they cancelled the request and bill is genrated i have called and asked regarding this they have said it is company's policy, i said atleast know consider my request and disconnect but they haven't done and the bill is generated for the next month also, without using they are asking to pay 2 months bill kindly look into this my id:[protected]

                    Hi All, Subscriber ID: [protected] This is to report that I keep getting calls from Tikona Customer Care for renewing my plan even though I have requested several times not to call me or message me on any of the numbers given by me. I have spoken to 2 to 3 supervisors and also mailed Jayakrishnan Nair(Nodal Appellate) and to surprise I still get calls to my number and my wife's number. Request the concerned management authorities to strictly guide the team not to call the customers when they have requested not to be called. Hope this reaches the right audience. Regards, Vinod. C

                      I am using Tikona internet plan ADBBM699, under plan Tikona has to provide first 20 GBs @ 2Mbps primary speed and after that secondary speed of 512 Kbps unlimited in a billing period from 15.6.2014 to 14.7.2014 i.e monthly bill cycle period. On 2.7.2014 i checked my session history and it shows 16447 MBs use during the period between 15.6.2014 to 2.7.2014 and the same day secondary speed of 512 Kbps started. On 2.7.2014 i lodge a complaint but they said my usages are more than 20 GB.On 3.7.2014 again i checked session history and it shows 22172 MBs total usage during period from 15.6.2014 to 3.7.2014 while in session history usage on 3.7.2014 is 83, 15 and 143 MBs only. Now i need clarification of following questions: 1. On 2.7.2014 my use was only 16447 MBs then why i was provided 512 Kbps speed as i am entitled to get speed of 2 Mbps as per the plan ADBBM699 for which i am paying advance rental every month. 2. On 3.7.2014 session history statement shows total usage from 15.6.2014 to 3.7.2014 was 22172 MB while in the statement usage was 83, 15, 143 MB i.e. only 241 MB. While usage are only 241 MB then how total usage became 22172 MB from 16447 MB. I don't under stand their mathematics. I am doubtful that Tikona is doing this practice with me in every bill. I made several complaints at customer care and nothing has been done in this matter. After that i made complaint to Tikona Appellate Officer 4 times but i have not heard a single word from their side. You are requested to look into the matter and make sure that Tikona should not practice these with their customers. Also provide me my unused primary unused data back to me. I am sending herewith session history extracted from Tikona self care centre of[protected] and[protected] for your persual.

                        I was a user of tikona service 2 year back .I had made all the payment and instructed the service to be terminated. Inspite of that they generate bill mailed it to me month on month, even after my regular replies to discontinue it .
                        Now after more than one and half year they contacted me in Delhi saying they are calling from tishazari court and a case is filled against me influensing my cibil score and many things .. I have to do payments otherwise it will be very severe issue . they compelled me to make a payment while stating they will provide a NOC against this.Now they are not responding to my call . They have done a fraud with me and cheated me.

                          legal Notice and a case in Delhi high court

                          I get a call from [protected] lawyer to pay 1485 Rs online within half an hour that tikona has raised a case against me and if not paid within half an hour, I should pay penality of 200000Rs and fight the Case in Delhi with a lawyer.Due to fear I made the payment of 1500rs but I did not use the Service after disconnection.

This is extremely annoying. I am extremely fed up with these threatening calls every now and then. This is to bring to your notice that, I have taken the tikona connection on 07th March 2014 with 3 months advance rental Plan, But due to very bad service i have requested to close the connection on18th May and the connection has been closed finally on 2nd June 2014. They are asking for Rs 500 for the new bill cycle whereas i alrady paid for 3 months in advance. I was presented with a bill in month of June for due of 501. Which I had already paid in my advance fee. Every month bill is increasing and when I try to call tikona care, the call is not taken and the IVRS system says I will get a call in next 48 hours which I never got. I have also returned the POE adapter to tikona. So please stop harassing the customers by such lawyers or recovery agents. Hope there is no jungle raj of tikona in India.                             1 my Internet connection was not working for more than a month
                            2 after raising many complaints they have not responded me
                            3.after posting it in consumer complaints( multiple times ) they responded and confirmed that they were unable to serve me as they have only one access point in my area .the existing access point is unable to supply the signal as there was a new building raised .
                            4.they suggested me to go for disconnection
                            5.but after 1 month also the people has not come to my home to collect the modem
                            6.i need the resolution asap .Otherwise i will go to TRAI and human rights

                              To whomsoever it may concern,

                              I purchased a broadband connection from tikona digital networks in 2013 through a private agency. They called me and came to my place to install everything related with that connection. I am very pissed off by this and now tikona digital networks people are calling me, talking to me and threatening me as well. I was not expecting this kind of cheap behavior from tikona digital networks. I was ready to pay the bill only favor I was asking to resolve my issue because I never opted the plan which they activated on my connection without my notice.
                              Now as I felt harassed and threatened I can assure you guys that now I will not pay a single penny to you guys and will file a case of mental harassment and threatening against the guy and tikona digital networks who called me. I have the call recording and the contact details. I am 100% sure i'll make you guys pay for what you did to me. I will sue you for the mental harassment and threatening me and my family.

                                Hi, I have taken tikona connection 26-May-14, From that day i facing the disconnection issue in connectivity, now it has been my daily routine to call to customer care for resolve the technical issue, I have already registered more than 24 complaints & around 20 times engineer visits in my home, but issue has not resolved .The engineer telling there is a issue in main tower &; customer care executive telling there is issue in roof top device. They are blaming each other and i am suffering the problem. In every call customer care executives committed me that i can raise waiver request, when i raise the request on 5 july '14 through mail, i have not received any response till 16-july-14 apart from acknowledge mail. When i called to customer care on 17-july-14 they told me that waiver team has given Rs.62 discount for 40 days. because i have used 5 GB from 1 july14 to 5-july 14.so i will not get any waiver from 26-may-14. When I told them my plan is monthly 700+taxes for 20 GB with unlimited uses, for which tikona has to provide me un-interrupted Internet service for entire month not the basis of data uses. They told me we can’t clarify the same and you have to wait for the call from waiver team. When I ask them is there any contact number or mail id. Customer care executive told me only he can raise the request(which is their common style to cheat the people). I didn't know that this type of big company also cheat the people.                                   Dear Sir, Someone (lady) from number[protected] on the name of Delhi tis hajari court called me on date 05.07.14 and threatening me to file case in court for unclarified tikona bill amount. When I was back contacted no one pick up call. My case is too old here, I was tikona user upto only in 2011. At that time I had cleared my all due amount with tikona and requested to tikona to close the service but they did not. And Now after 3 years they threatened me to file court case in delhi. I mailed all history of this to tikona customer care, appellate authority, legalcolls dept . I was using tikona internet connection Tikona Service ID No [protected] for near about 2 years upto july 2011. After that I was shifted to new location because of job change. But before shifting I was contacted to tikona care regarding the closing up of service and settlement of payment. I had cleared all payment upto service use (At the time of taking connection tikona executive told me about the refund of Rs. 300 at the time of closing). But no one contacted me from tikona for the same. After that I had shifted to another location and handling the device to my roommate for closing activity. But my roommate also told the same problem. After near about 2 years in 2013, I was received the mail from [email][protected]@tikona.in[/email] on date 18.06.2013 regarding the demand notice . I was replied to the same mail on date 25.06.2013. Then at 28.10.2013 again I had received the mail from same [email][protected]@tikona.in[/email]. Again I had replied to the same mail on same day with the following data- “Dear Sir, Already I had send the email regarding the same on date 25.06.2013, But you are not read the same. The same is as – I was using tikona network upto July 2011. After that I was contacted to your team to close service as I had to shifted. But during that period your concern person was not contacted to me to close service. After that I was shifted and all closing activity handed over to my partner. he told me about the same problem. After some days he was also shifted at another location. I was unaware of the matter. And mainly at the time of taking service from tikona, your concern person told me about the there will not the case of return of device at the end of service. If device return, then tikona will refund Rs. 300 which was I deposited at starting. I was never use data what you mentioned in mail. So how can I pay amount to tikona. Please resolve issue as early as possible. But there was no reply for my mail from tikona in last 8 month duration. Now, today 05.07.2014 I was received call from[protected]on the name of Neeta Keswal, registrar dept.) at 9.45 am regarding the case filling with CASE no. DLA329785. After that I was contacted to contacts number mentiond on email- [protected], [protected] and [protected] - CHETAN SHARMA. On number [protected] there is no any chetan Sharma. He is not belongs to tikona. And when I called on [protected], [protected], no one pick up call. Then I was contacted to tikona on [protected], your lady executive spoke with me and told about the payment. When I was detailed the matter to her and want the clarification on morning call, she refuges to detailed about the call of neeta keswal and cut the phone. After within wastage of second I was again contacted on same number, at this time Mrs. Jayashri bhise spoke with me. I want the clarification from her and ask to her connect to first lady to whom I was spoken, but Mrs. Jayashree told me that she is from billing dept. and cant connect to first lady. Here I want to clarified that I was contacted to same no. [protected] two times, but both time tikona executive give me different clarification. Here, Sir, I want to notice you that the amount Rs, 1251 is not big issue to pay. But sir, from tikona no one ready to clarified me on same issue and threatening me by giving demand notice and fear of court. I am reputed person in government sector organization and it is not good to threatened me without clarification.Here, I request you sir please look into matter and help me to sort out the same."I called tikona customer care about the same and ask for the my complaints number regarding the network, service issue and about the closing of service. But Mr. Prem sharma (senior supervisor) told me about there were no any complaints on tikona server from me. Tikona already deleted all back data and complaints number. I well remember that I had complaint 4-5 times regarding the service issue and 2-3 times closing activity and today they reversely asking me complaint number. " With this complaint in consumer complaint, the tikona representative {Mrs. Rehman khan} contacted to me on 10.07.2014 on my mobile number and sent the email of full & final settelment amount of Rs. 1002.80/- from [protected]@tikona.in. The email copy is as follows- " Dear Mr. Kumeriya, Greetings from Tikona. According to our conversation on July 10, 2014, please note the following. We hereby inform that services for your Account ID. [protected] have been terminated due to non payment. We would like to inform you that the full and final settlement has been concluded for your account and the amount of Rs. 1002.80/- is payable for your account. Kindly make the payment so that we can process the waiver of balance amount. Refer below link for making online payment: http://tikona.in/for-home/customer-support/tikona-care/quick-bill-pay/ Request you to clear the outstanding amount to avoid the bill reminder calls. Regards, Tikona Care." After that today again on 17.07.2014, I received one email regarding the termination from Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in about Rs. 2022.45 is as follows- "This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below. Dear Mr. PRAVIN KUMERIYA, As per your request for termination of Tikona broadband User ID [protected], registered against your name, your service has been terminated. Kindly inform that, your account is terminated due to non payment of bills hence you are liable to pay the below mentioned amount. Mentioned below are the Full and Final Settlement details for your Account no.[protected]: Amount Payable : Rs. 2, 022.45/- On account of service discontinuation, you shall compulsorily return all the modems in working condition. In the event of not being able to deliver the modem to the company in 7 days from the date of this email, for reasons attributable to your action/account, the modems would be assumed to be permanently undeliverable to any person including the company. In such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the subscriber in non-working conditions, or if returned beyond 7days from the date of this email, the company would charge the subscriber 1500 per modem not returned or returned in non-working conditions as penalty/damages for breach of the terms of service. This is applicable for all plans. You are requested to return the Modem along with our accessories (in working condition) within 7 days of this email, failing which penalty charges of INR 1500/- will be levied on your account as per terms & condition mentioned in Subscriber Registration Form. In the event of not being able to clear the penalty charges of Rs 1500 along with the outstanding dues (if any) we shall have no option, but to adopt appropriate recovery proceedings, inclusive of legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you at your entire risk, costs and consequences. Here, it is seen that Tikona representative not having good communication within their different department. I had never think such a pathetic service, ideology of one of big Internet service provider company and harassment to customer after a long duration of service termination.                                   Dear sir,

                                  I am getting threatening calls from tikona
                                  there is a person who call himself as a lawyer and threatens me that he has filed case against me in mumbai high court and this illitrate person also asks me that which police station will be nearby to my location as if he has no access to internet

                                  Some details about the connection:

                                  tikona account: [protected]
                                  date of installation: 23rd july 2014
                                  advance: 3300 including 300 for installation and rest for 2 month i.e 23rd september 2014
                                  monthly rental:1250 (excluding taxes)
                                  cancellation request vide no.1-[protected] was given on 8th september and it takes 16 days to terminate the connection

                                  REASON FOR CANCELLATION: During the first week of August I was not able to access the internet
                                  I called customer for the same and they told that there is some tower issue
                                  I told them to send a technitian but this company dont provide such facility
                                  This issue was not resolved till a week and later i was assured that they will grant me refund for the same.
                                  Refund request no. 1-[protected]
                                  During August end same issue came up and i was not able to access the internet.for the whole september
                                  month
                                  So i finally decided to cancel this service
                                  They are also not coming to take back their device placed on my house rooftop and also charging rs100pm
                                  for same

                                  Instead of giving me REFUND they are threatening me to pay for October month which i will never pay.

                                      I am an unfortunate Tikona customer (customer id: [protected] ) since last one month and here is my ordeal: I was a BSNL customer a month back and committed a grave mistake of subscribing to Tikona services. Since that day, internet has worked only for a single day. I repeat it again, since last one month internet worked only for single freaking day. I was being patient till date, giving ample time to fix the issue. But you know what your super-competent engineers have not able to resolve the issue and fumed my patience. What kind of service is this? Please I seek an answer, what you guys do? Is this what you guys are capable of? BSNL is considered to be worst service in India, but you sir, you, beat it without competition. Here what I did on my part: Called customer care for every single day from last month, the best day could do is to fix engineer appointment. . Visited Tikona center (Okhla Phase-2, Delhi) in-person to escalate the issue. . The super-rude and super-competent engineers (Names: Manoj, Subhash) who paid their gracious visit to my place were clueless about the issue and on top of that were full of themselves. I know you guys may think what a single customer can do to you, you may think my threats to bang consumer courts are futile. Please have that notion. I will bang every door to teach you guys a lesson and your tendency to play with patience of consumers. This is my last communication before I prepare for legal actions.
