Dear sir \ madam, I am a user of tikona from 1 yr, i had applied for yearly Internet scheme paid in advance. I have had issues all over the year with no connectivity, bad weather, bad adapter etc.etc.now I don't want to continue wit this connection and had applied for disconnection whenever I got a call for renewal, but they registered this request on 26th June and generated a auto bill oon 2dth June without me applying for a renewal, now they are forcing me to make a payment or they will do legal proceedings.     Hi Team, I have taken tikona 2 mb/s plan but for the time period of 12 june to 3 july i was not getting proper connection and bandwidth. After talking to customer it was found that there was some issue at tikona tower for which i have to call your customer care to get my resolved. After talking everyday till july 3 to the bunch of tikona and customer care finally somehow issue got resolved by the grace of god. So, after that i raised request for waver for the alomost 15-16 day during which i did not had connection and for which these money leechers have given only Rs 100 waver. So, i request you to please revisit this as i am not satisfied with this waver. I also complained CC for this and they told that they will discuss about this for which they arranged one call but they did not called back. I fear if these type of service you guys are providing to customer then it will become very difficult to continue with tikona connection. I hope to hear soon from you guys on this.       i am tikona user under the customer ID [protected] i have registered request for deactivation as i was transfered from my place after clearing my all dues 2 months back instead of compliance according to my request they are harassing me for past two months intimidating me suddenly i received a call from a lawyer named shalini sachdeva of gurgaon court cell no. +[protected] they threaten me intimidated me to outside court settlement for illiegal dues they told me the company will file a civil case and make sure to use everything against me to destroy my Carrier and will file case of 150000 & will not let me apply for any loan in future and publicly make me a defaulter and they even said we will make sure that you can not even apply for a private job.they asked for ammount of 3679rs against the bill ammount of 1720rs after my repeated request to call to a company executive to clear out matter she kept on saying company will not talk to me and will file a civil case against me after my repeated request she arranged a conference call to some manager named shreya rawat from 'Corpora', 3rd Floor, LBS Marg, Bhandup(West), Mumbai she was abusive from beginning she wont listen to me she told me the company dont want to talk to me then she hung up so under more bullying, intimidation and abuse i paid the sum then she told me she will send me legal papers to me in next 30 days.they charged me after all clear dues they dont cut connection they keep on charging for the services that i am not using.customer care no of tikona that i was trying all time[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] all gave me virtual reply that you will receive a call in next 48 hrs.I am cheated and accordence with the their escapade they are commited fraud who uses false impersonation to extort money out of customer.

        Hi,

        This is Mayure Gupta and I got this new Tikona Broadband connection installed on 11th April'14 with Tikona broadband User ID [protected]. Post installation, I have started facing connectivity issues in the first month itself and raised a complaint with TT no - TT no. 1-[protected]. Connection started working but within few days same issue came and everyday there was non connectivity issue, hence I decided to remove this connection and raised request for disconnection with Service Request Number 1-[protected] (16th June'14). Later I got a call too from their team for resolving the problem but I clearly mentioned that I dont want to use their services and need disconnection. Their team started calling my alternate mobile number (belongs to my sister) and started harrasing her by calling every other day. Moreover they have also send Bill for the month of June-July, whereas I have already paid for the three months in advance.

        Now when again I have called their customer care[protected], they are saying that disconnection will take another 45 days and I have to pay for this period. This is really against all laws where a company is compelling to use their services forcefully and this is a REAL HARRASMENT where they are even asking to pay forcefully.

        I would request to consider this case on a very serious note because we being Indian citizen have the right of freedom and no one can forcefully ask us to use their product/Services.

        Hi there,

        Please help me in getting RID of this TIKONA TRAP, I am still receiving the bills when I am not using the connection at all and already raised request for disconnection in the month of June. This is a real Harassment where customer is continuously asking for disconnection and service provider is just sending the bills without any usage.

        If I still receive a call or email for any Bills from Tikona, I am definitely gonna take some Legal action against them.

        In continuation of above harassment, today I have got a call from some lady posed to be calling from Delhi Hazari court[protected] and threatening to pay the bill or I have to face Legal actions. Can anyone please help me in getting out of this Tikona Harassment trap. I am getting mentally sick, they are asking me to pay for the bill which I havent used at all.

          The same is happening to me . My account no is [protected]. I tried to contact tikona but there was no reply. I'm getting harassment calls and mental torture calls from any legal adviser of tikona isp.They are telling me to pay the amount of 1413 other wise my passport, my voter id and all my legal documents will be blocked .Also he is saying that my cibil score will be affected by penalty of 21500rs against this court. They are saying that I have to come in the court and also given my the case file no . DLA375287 IN DELHI HIGH COURT. They told me that it will cost me 18000 for all the case and they told me that isse bachna hai toh paise jama karwado warna nearest police station m bhi jana padega. THE WAY THEY TREATED ME IS LIKE A GUNDA AND THE AAP AADMI BUT NOW I CANNOT SHUT MY MOUTH BEC. ITS A DADAGIRI OF A COMPANY . I have mailed company for the disconnectin and for all the complaints more than 50 but the have not satisfied me at all. NOw asking for help regarding this issue .
          ALL THESE ISSUE HAPPENED MY TODAY ITSELF.

          My account no is [protected]. I have used TIKONA ISP INDIA & 2 months back i requested for disconnection to the company.I tried to contact tikona but there was no reply.           I cancelled the connection in the month of july but I received a bill for the month of August, when I spoke with customer care Dept. advised it is sys generated pls ignore and after some days I received a call from a person saying that I am an Advocate asking for me to pay the outstanding due if not we are going to file a civil case against you in Delhi high court. The person called me He doesn’t know how to speak proper english and when I digged with questions he disconnected and so immediately called customer care dept they advised you don’t have any outstanding & sorry for the inconvenience regarding the call we will make a note of that and you will not receive calls anymore. And later I received email from tikona Zero outstanding email from them and following to that month I received a bill around 600/- and following to that month again I received a zero outstanding email from them. Now Yesterday Sep 17th 2014 received a call & she introduced with me as an advocate named Shivani mob#[protected] she threatening me to pay 2100/- I don’t know from where all these bills are coming from and the line disconnected and today 18/09/2014 I again received a call from this #[protected] named Ishitha she gave me an Advocate license id#H[protected] she threatening the same thing if you are not paying the outstanding we filing a case against you and will update in your cibil. What is this I never had a outstanding to pay first of all, they created false bills and they update in my cibil. This is not at all fair.
          I said file the case & I will face it legally. Since I have zero issues with my cibil if they really mess up with my cibil then they will be sewed nicely since I have all the records clearly that I don’t have any mistake from my end.

            I have been using this service for almost two years now, however their service has always been very bad. i have always paid their dues on time except a few times when i did pay the late fee too. however since april the service has been way too bad and and they promised that i will get a waiver.BUT they gave me a waiver for two days worth and when the connection was bad for more than a month. over the course of one and a half month their engineers visited our house several time(5-6), even then the problem persisted and when i asked for a waiver they did not give and kept telling me that this is a matter of technical dept, and when i talked to technical dept they said it is the matter of billing dept.
            they kept ignoring my calls after that so i also ignored their calls. when the problem didn't disappear i wrote to them that i will not pay them any money because their service has been very bad.
            yesterday i got a call from a lawyer who was forwarding a case against me to the magistrate and told me to pay the amount of rs 3000 (approx) while the bill was 1475 rs(approx). i agreed to pay the money but after hearing that i require to pay 1500 more i refused to pay.

              My Tikona customer id is [protected]. For 9 months I paid around INR 1600 + for the worst of worst service. It never worked really. Not for a single day I was happy with it. Raised multiple compaints and some one will come go upstairs see something and then same issue continues. So I applied for disconnect on 5th June 2014 and I got acknowledgement on 6th June 2014.

              They told you can use it for 10 days and there will not any charge but I asked for immediate termination. Finally they terminated it on 16th June 2014 and raised a bill of INR 1680 on 14th June 2014 !!. Now they are claiming the I have to pay this unless I will get a legal Action !!.


              WTF !!

              The new bill they generated is for the next month ( Tikona charges you for the next month, Its not post paid). That means the bill is generated for 15th June 2014 to 15th July 2014 and my connections was delibratly disconnected on 16th June 2014 after generated a BILL!! Does these guys have brains !! They should be sued for BIG Time. Let them send me a legal notice. I will show them the power of a consumer.

              I am not going to pay this at any cost and I will never go for TIkona or will never recommand tikona to any. User any provider but Tikona.

              I bought a TIKONA connection 3 months ago. I have been facing frequent connection issue.
              I have trying to reach the technical support team past 4 days nobody attend the call.

              WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever I seen.

              I wouldn't suggest anybody to buy TIKONA.

              I took this Broadband connection in month of Oct 2014. BUt there was not a single day when i called unlimited times in customer care. They charged for 1 gb speed and gave me 512 kbps speed, maximum time there was low speed or no network . Even i asked to close connection. They didn't . Now they want are charging for the days when i didnt use this service. This Type of services should be ban in India . Companies like this are cheating and fooling public and . They just want to snatch money. Please help me on this and take a rigid action on this.,

                I am gunabushanam my customer id is [protected]. I requested to disconnect my broad band service to customer care.(before[protected] They asked about reason for disconnection and after they said service people will called u regarding cancelling the connection. The called my after 10 days. After that the service people said that i will get a confirmation mail to mail account. But the next 2nd of the service call i got a bill for the june.that is instead of getting the cancellation mail i got bill amount 505Rs. Again i asked to the customer care, They asked from the begining like the reasoning for disconnection, then the customer said that "i will connect to the servie people" but they are not given the connection to them. So i request you to disconnect the service from tikona. I already have face the problem with aircel and solved by complaint forum. so again i am facing the problem with tikona. So kindly solve my issue for cancelling the connection.

                On July 16th the tikona people is called me with old contact number, But i have already been of my contact number changed [protected] due to lost my mobile. And I got a calls from this new number but unfortunately they called with old number.
                The last communication and everything which is communicated by tikona is with the new number only which is updated six months before.

                i got a call from tikona customer care on[protected] regarding disconnection process around 2.15 pm. i answered a call and the same evening 4.00 pm, Mr Balakumar tikona customer officer was come to my home, collected the bill amount 1130 rs and disconnected the tikona cable and box. Then he called me and said that dismandled the tikona product and need to be intimate it to the customer care, then they will provide a disconnection id through tikona customer care.
                Then i called to the customer care regarding disconnection, he said that the tikona people call back me within 24 hours[protected]:28:00).

                Actually tikona said that the disconnection request process will closed by within 18 days. But it is more than 20 days ago but still my account is not closed yet. How long will it takes to completes process of my request.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, I have been taken Tikona Wireles BroadBand internet connection 3 months ago after paying 3 months advance rent. My Tikona account number is- [protected]. After getting the connection it worked for few days and after that I didn't get proper internet connection. I have called their customer care help and informed via email [protected]@tikona.in regarding non working of the internet connection. They haven't given proper resolution for that. Finally I decided to cancel and close my account and I raised a complaint for that too. But so far they didn't initiate my cancellation request. Last week we got heavy thunder and rain in our Chennai Area, and the WIFI device got electorducted and it got burnt along with connecting wire from top floor to our house and also it burnt my router also. I have immediately called them and to take away the connection because I am afraid to use it further to avoid further damage at our house. They didn't follow any ISI standard, i guess. Can you please ask them to refund my deposit amount + my router cost and close their connection at the earliest. Please call on my mob#[protected] for any further clarifications. After that there is no communication. May 27th 2014 received mail for overdue amount (for next 6 Months), Then I have sent mail for clarification, and based on communication again I have requested for disconnection on 30th May 2014 and on 13th June account is terminated, with note have to submit modem within 7 days. I have called the executive mobile number provided in mail and sent message with full address to collect the modem but till now nobody has visited the place, may after week they will add 1500 Rs also for these modem. And also requesting for address so I can courier the Modems but team is not providing the same. And as I am not using connection and requested for disconnection is done then why I will Pay amount for Next 6 months. And if they don’t want to collect modems the I am not responsible for the same.                     As communicated I have requested this connection only for 6 months and same confirmed to executive before taking connection, because I have decided move to Bangalore before taking connection (I can show evidence offer latter). So why the account is auto renewed if I didn't request for the same.

                    I am getting mails everyday for Payment, and now its impacting my work and giving mental harassment. Please solve the issue ASAP. I Can pay for one Month (2th April to 25 May 2014) extra not more then that as i officially you have logged my disconnection compliant on 25th May.

                      I am not using this connection from March-2014 mid as I have moved Bangalore, I have called customer care for transfer the connection but not available in my area so IN CALL I have requested for disconnection the account in March only

                      But in May mid I have received BILL for overdue Rs 2, 496.38, So I called again on 30th May to resolve the issue and received the reply “then the monthly bill charges shall be applicable only till the next bill cycle date based on your last usage date or disconnection request date whichever is later and starting the disconnection process”

                      As mentioned I have last used is March mid so there should not be charged for next 6 months (Oct-2014), They are forcing me to pay for Next 6 Months then only disconnection will happen.

                        I was holding a tikona connection with user ID: [protected].

                        I have been getting calls from some lawyer Pankaj Rajput from Tikona (Numbers- [protected],[protected] threatening me that a case had been filed in the Delhi court and that I would need to visit the Delhi court or the police will take action against me. They say it is for the so called pending bill of Rs 1300 something and that they had filed a case against me. I have been receiving calls persistently from someone threatening me about the case. This is extremely annoying. I am extremely fed up with these threatening calls every now and then.

                        This is to bring to your notice that i raised a request for disconnection in month of April 2014 by talking to your customer care dept and confirmed that there were no dues. I was presented with a bill in month of May for due of 953. Which I had not used. I had raised a complaint to tikona regarding the same and asked them to provide id. They said it will be sent to your cellphone which I did not received.

                        Every month bill is increasing and when I try to call tikona care, the call is not taken and the IVRS system says I will get a call in next 48 hours which I never got.

                        There is no pending bills that I am due for. I have also returned the POE adapter to tikona.

                        So please stop harassing the customers by such lawyers or recovery agents. Hope there is no jungle raj of tikona in India.

                        There is much discrepancy in Customer service from Tikona's part. Please resolve this immediately

                          I bought the new connection on 17th May 2014, and the following negatives happened: 1) They collected the documents after a month. 2) No engineer (Visit or Support both) was skillful enough to resolve the issue 3) I opted for 4 Mbps connection and never experienced over 1 Mbps 4) Tried to contact Appellate and they never contacted me 5) Opened over 10 complaints in a month with absolutely no resolution at all

                            Dear Tikona, My user ID: [protected] I had disconnected the connection on 25th Feb 14 and I have the CPE Removal Letter with sign from Tikona Agent saying he has received the antenna and other accessories. I have emailed the same to customer care before also. I can arrange to email the scanned copy once again if you want. Now I get email from Tikona asking me to pay Rs. 1613 on pending bills for March, April 2014. When I had disconnected in Feb then why should I pay for Mar and Apr? Also I got a call from a person named Dheeraj Thakur claiming to be an advocate and saying that he is going to file a case against me. Now with solid proof in my hand along with payment receipts and your previous emails I can prove that I have paid and cleared all dues till my disconnection date of 25 Feb 14. Kindly recheck the details for this ID and close the matter or else I will be forced to put a case against Tikona in Consumer Court. I wouldn't want to do that unless you people force me again, so please recheck and close the matter.

                              I was a user of tikona services ( id - [protected] ) for about 2 years and I had never defaulted on my billing. I stopped using the services in november 2013 and in Feb 2014 I paid the last dues wherin on call, the customer care representative told me my connection would be cancelled. I had not heard from them till yesterday when I got a call from some random number telling me that a FIR has been lodged in mumbai against me for non payment of bill. I asked him that Tikona should call me or send the bill to my email Id and only then I will be able to validate the call. Today I got the call again from same guy and he told me the same again. I have called tikona customer care three times but I have not got any response. I need this matter sorted and closed ASAP. Such calls are very unfair and rude, not to mention very disturbing too.

                                Hi Team, I am Justin from Chennai(Perungudi). I had Tikona connection since Oct 2013, as the connection was very poor, I place the disconnection request, and wanted them to refund the money that i paid then as it is a pre paid connection. Initially i paid approx 4000/- but this guys did not return the money till Jan 2014 end, then they said only Rs.500/- will be returned.then the other option they gave was to extend the connection for 2 more months till april 2014 by paying just Rs.800 so that they will give me the waiver for the days i was not using the connection. Also their technical team who visited my house, clearly said the connection will not work in this area.I already informed them i will not continue after April 2014, and also placed a request for disconnection again. But now this team is calling me since April 2014 again and again telling that as already the prepaid bill was generated for the next 3 months, i need to pay the amount.                                   My account number is [protected]. In between 26th Apr, 14-29th Apr, 14, I called custoemr care to disconnect my connection. My bill geneartion date was 26th of every month and tikona has rule to take money in advance for the month before we use. So I call them to disconnect my connection as I was shifting to some other place. Cusomer Care executive said please transfer your connection there we can check whether signal are coming or not. I said I dont want it there as I have already asked dealer and he said services are not available there. But she still insisted " Sir, please check it once, if not we will disconnect. I told her that I'm not going to pay the extra bill if comes for services I have not use. She said, it's ok sir.. we will waive the amount if you will not use it. I said 'Ok'. Engineer came and told me that signals are coming so, we will not be able to connect the device. I said Ok. But after few days, I got a mail in which settlement amount was written Rs.1420. I called customer care and asked them to waive the amount as I have only used 3-4 days internet service after the bill got generated. And I'm ready to pay as on prodata basis but I'll not pay the full amount as I didn't use your services. And today(12 Jun, 14) I got the call from guy who claims to be worked in Delhi Civil Court and asked me to pay Rs.1620 in 30 mins, if not will file your case in court. I told him the case but he said it doesnt matter, you have to pay the amount. They kept harrasing me. Before this also I got calls from customer care to pay the bill but they didn't want to listen a single word what I was saying and kept insisting on pay the full amount. I want them to provide me the fair amount of the bill if I have used more. For threeto four days of services, I don't want to pay the full amount. As I told them I'm ready to pay on prodata basis . Send the bill prodata basis i'll pay the amount.

                                    Earlier this year, I disconnected my Tikona Broadband connection. A rep from Tikona came around and collected the modem the very next day. I paid my last bill and I thought that was the end of it. Soon after, I received a bill for Rs 1500 charging me for not returning the modem. I started receiving calls from Tikona where they kept insisting that I did not return the equipment and that I should pay up. This continued for months till yesterday when a Tikona rep rang me again and misrepresented himself as a lawyer and said that I would be charged in civil court and that he was ringing me to warn me. He said he was a government advocate called” Mr. Mohammad Waseem “ and was calling to warn me that I was going to be charged in civil court and that if I don’t pay within the next half hour. Every time I suggested I fight the charge, he kept creating scenarios where I would lose a lot of money and or time – things such as I would be charged 38, 679 Rs.In court fees to fight the case or that the only way I could fight it was in person in New Delhi (I am in Bangalore). He said that I don’t the option of debating the issue with tikona anymore and if I did not pay immediately my details were going to added to some sort of criminal registry. I asked again and again if I can fight this any other way and kept insisting that I pay. He insisted that I make the payment online and call him back and give him the transaction number so that he can issue a ‘letter of no objection’ (which never came) I later found out, upon checking the number that THE CALLER WAS TIKONA EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF SHARMA IN THE DELHI TIKONA OFFICE (WHERE THE CALL ORIGINATED FROM) .HIS PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER(THAT HE GAVE ME TO CONFIRM PAYMENT) IS: [protected]. The employee misrepresented himself and concocted an elaborate story to scare the money from me. This horrible person scared me into believing that I would undergo serious financial repercussions for fighting for myself. A dishonest company with dishonest employees.

                                      Hi, I have installed the tikona on 4th of april and paid 2600 rs as Security. This was a very bad service, so bad that i have used internet for only two days, and i was raising complaint every other day. I requested the disconnection on 27th April. They disconnected on 9th of may. now they are asking me to pay the amount of 1055.68. I do not know why i asked them in the mail they have not replied on that. Today i received a call from the tikona that they have field a complaint in delhi even though i leave in bangalore, i have installed the connection here, but they filed the cases in delhi and said if i do not pay the bill of 2555.68 then they will file the case and i have to come to delhi. This is the harrasment the tikona is doing. The extra 1500 where it comes from i do not know. In the full and final it is written 1055.68. So now i want all the money that i paid to Tikona. Every dime. This company should be shut down, i searched the Internet so many complaint about this company. Please help me with this. Thanks Gaurav

                                        My customer no is [protected].my tikona connection is not wroking properly for more than 3 weeks.and stopped working last week.so i raised the complaint by calling customer care on 07-jun-2014.they said
                                        they will fix the problem .but i received the message saying that my propblem had been fixed. but no one has visited my home or fixed the problem.after that i have raised 2 more complaints but there is no use.
                                        So i need the disconnection immediately this is totally eating my time and money with frustration.

                                        then why the service request has been closed,
                                        then why the service engineer is not picking the phone,
                                        then why there is no update from tikona customer care?


                                        if i need to get the update from tikona then do i need to write the comment on Consumercomplaint website .if so what is the purpose of your customer care ?

                                        i dont want to trust you people, please disconnect. tikona connection is like the corporation water, we cant predict whent it will work .

                                        this is the worst internet service i ever seen in my life.Please dont cheat the people in the name of business.

                                        after raising all concerns, the technician visited on monday(16-Jun-2014).and he confirmed that there is a new building raised between the Access point and the receiver.since there is no other access point nearby, the technician advised me to go for disconnection.

                                        But this tikona customer care is totally providing worst service, after sending couple of emails they are not working on disconnection.they always worry about the billing amount alone

                                        i conveyed them very clearly that i need billing adjustment in the generated bill.but they are not working on that as well.i need the disconnection and the billing adjustment should happen ASAP.
                                        I am still waiting for tikkona to disconnect.Who ever read this comments .please dont go for cheap(service) tikona

                                        confirm me the date and time .i don't want to call your worth less toll free no again and again.
                                        you people are totally frustrating.if this is not happening immediately then i will sue you and demand the huge amount.dont take this as easy one. All the records are in this form itself.
                                        The tikona is waste thing i ever seen in my life.they have raised the disconnection but no one has come and collected the Modem yet.
                                        i have called up the guy harishankar of HR info tech .but this guy is totally un ethical and talking very differently .he is not even considering the customers as a customer.

                                        Tikona has to choose the vendors properly .in my case the vendors irresponsibility made more difficulties.

                                        i have called up the customer care to take back the modem still there is no response...

                                        These guys are working very disconnected manner.hope no one is tracking the incidents, requests properly .total mess up in management.

                                        i need the fix asap .otherwise i will lodge the complaints
                                        iam still waiting for the modem to be collected from my end...
