Unethical Practices

Earlier this year, I disconnected my Tikona Broadband connection. A rep from Tikona came around and collected the modem the very next day. I paid my last bill and I thought that was the end of it. Soon after, I received a bill for Rs 1500 charging me for not returning the modem. Very poor connectivity and bad customer service

Hi, I have been facing issues with my broadband connection for past 20 days and have made nearly 10 complaints regarding the issue. But none of them have been handled and the issue is not resolved. I have never seen a bad service with any other ISPs so far. Even after so many complaints made its really a shame that they never took a step to reolve the issue but sent the monthly bill on time. I will never suggest Tikona to even my worst enemies....
