I am an unfortunate Tikona customer (customer id: [protected] ) since last one month and here is my ordeal:
I was a BSNL customer a month back and committed a grave mistake of subscribing to Tikona services. Since that day, internet has worked only for a single day. I repeat it again, since last one month internet worked only for single freaking day. I was being patient till date, giving ample time to fix the issue. But you know what your super-competent engineers have not able to resolve the issue and fumed my patience.
What kind of service is this? Please I seek an answer, what you guys do? Is this what you guys are capable of? BSNL is considered to be worst service in India, but you sir, you, beat it without competition.
Here what I did on my part:
Called customer care for every single day from last month, the best day could do is to fix engineer appointment.
. Visited Tikona center (Okhla Phase-2, Delhi) in-person to escalate the issue.
. The super-rude and super-competent engineers (Names: Manoj, Subhash) who paid their gracious visit to my place were clueless about the issue and on top of that were full of themselves.
I know you guys may think what a single customer can do to you, you may think my threats to bang consumer courts are futile. Please have that notion.
I will bang every door to teach you guys a lesson and your tendency to play with patience of consumers.
This is my last communication before I prepare for legal actions.
